Abstract

一种钢质环氧套筒补强装置,它主要由上套筒、下套筒、U形加强块、垫块、卡瓦、两个环氧树脂灌注腔、一个注剂密封腔、环氧树脂灌注料、密封注剂组成。上套筒和下套筒采用发兰连接组成完整套筒;套筒内表面与管道外表面构成环形空间;粘接于管道的密封布与包括环焊缝在内的管道外表面形成注剂密封腔;充气后的密封布把环形空间分割成左右两个环氧树脂灌注腔,套筒两端的封堵胶泥则使得环氧树脂灌注腔封闭;垫块与卡瓦均在环氧树脂灌注腔内,沿着管道的环向、间隔布置,垫块位于环氧树脂灌注腔的外端,卡瓦则靠近内侧;U型加强块位于上套筒和下套筒法兰连接处的两端;注剂密封腔充气至密封布膨胀后,向环氧树脂灌注腔内灌注环氧树脂;环氧树脂完全凝固后,向注剂密封腔注入密封注剂;注剂完成后,钢质环氧套筒补强装置便具有抗弯、抗拉和密封的性能,尤其适合管道环焊缝缺陷的补强。

Description

一种适用于环焊缝缺陷补强的钢质环氧套筒
技术领域
本发明涉及一种管道缺陷的补强装置,尤其是一种适用于管道环焊缝缺陷补强的钢质环氧套筒。
背景技术
管道作为能源输送的重要方式,长期运营将不可避免地存在缺陷。随着高等级钢X80钢的应用,检测出的环焊缝缺陷呈增加的趋势。B型套筒能够有效分担环焊缝缺陷处的弯矩、轴向力,且具有密封性能,常用于管道环焊缝缺陷的补强。X80钢对焊接温度敏感,现场焊接条件差,B型套筒角焊缝的焊接质量难以保证。目前管道补强采用的钢质环氧套筒,能够有效的分担管道缺陷处内压导致的环向应力,但对于弯矩、特别是轴向力的分担效果不够理想,更不具备密封的功能。为避免B型套筒焊接动火的风险,在免焊接补强的前提要求下,本发明提出具有弯矩分担、轴向力分担,且具有密封性能的钢质环氧套筒补强装置。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种能够分担弯矩、轴向力,且具有密封性能的钢质环氧套筒补强装置,特别适用于管道环焊缝缺陷的补强。
本发明主要由上套筒、下套筒、U形加强块、垫块、卡瓦、两个环氧树脂灌注腔、一个注剂密封腔、环氧树脂灌注料、密封注剂组成。上套筒和下套筒采用法兰连接组成完整套筒,套筒内表面与管道外表面构成环形空间;粘接于管道的密封布与包括环焊缝在内的管道外表面形成注剂密封腔;充气后的密封布把环形空间分割成左右两个环氧树脂灌注腔;垫块与卡瓦安装在环氧树脂灌注腔内,沿着管道的环向间隔布置,垫块位于环氧树脂灌注腔的外端,卡瓦则靠近内侧;U型加强块位于上套筒和下套筒法兰连接处的两端。
安装钢质环氧套筒时,首先采用密封布沿管道环向缠绕环焊缝缺陷,把密封布两侧边粘接在管道表面,密封布首尾粘接后,与包括环焊缝在内的管道外表面形成注剂密封腔;定位上套筒和下套筒,调整套筒与管道的间隙,使得环形空间厚度均匀;采用法兰连接上套筒和下套筒,其中套筒两端的法兰处需加装U形加强块;卡瓦安装在环氧树脂灌注腔内,采用紧锭径向压紧卡瓦,使卡瓦锯齿与管道外表面具有一定的咬合力;垫块安装在环氧树脂灌注腔内,位于卡瓦的外侧,调整垫块的厚度使之与管道外表面、套筒内表面均不存在间隙;从注剂密封腔的注剂进口打气,在注剂密封腔的注剂出口安装压力表监测气压,确保膨胀的密封布压紧套筒内表面;套筒两端用胶泥封堵后,采用真空泵负压抽吸环氧树脂于环氧树脂灌注腔内;待环氧树脂完全凝固后,放空注剂密封腔内的空气,采用注剂枪从进口注入密封注剂,出口流出注剂后方可停止注剂。注剂完成后,钢质环氧套筒补强装置便具有抗弯、抗拉和密封的性能,尤其适合管道环焊缝缺陷的补强。
本补强装置调整垫块厚度的方式可以是各种结构的锲块或其它方式,但必须保证与管道和套筒的接触刚度。
本补强装置所布置的垫块和卡瓦数量,可根据管道几何尺寸和承载要求调整。
本补强装置也可用多个注剂枪多进口注剂的方式,支持管道检修或发现微泄漏时的补充注剂。
本发明的有益效果是,补强装置无需动火焊接,具有抗弯、抗拉和密封的能力,尤其适合管道环焊缝缺陷的补强。

具体实施方式
下面结合图1对本发明的实施进行具体说明。
安装钢质环氧套筒时,首先采用密封布5沿管道环向缠绕环焊缝缺陷15,把密封布5两侧边粘接在管道1表面,密封布首尾粘接后与包括环焊缝在内的管道外表面形成注剂密封腔4。
采用螺栓12连接上套筒2和下套筒16,其中套筒两端的法兰处加装U形加强块10后,再采用螺栓12和螺母13连接。
调整套筒与管道的间隙,使得两者之间的环形空间厚度均匀。
卡瓦7安装在环氧树脂灌注腔3内,采用紧锭6径向压紧卡瓦,使卡瓦锯齿与管道外表面具有一定的咬合力。
垫块8安装在环氧树脂灌注腔3内,位于卡瓦7的外侧,调整垫块8的厚度使之与管道外表面、套筒内表面均不存在间隙。
从注剂密封腔的进口14打气,在注剂密封腔的出口11安装压力表监测气压,确保膨胀的密封布5压紧套筒内表面。
套筒两端用胶泥9封堵,采用真空泵负压抽吸环氧树脂于环氧树脂灌注腔3内,套筒的进胶口、出胶口位置可根据卡瓦7和垫块8的数量、位置确定。
环氧树脂完全凝固后,放空注剂密封腔4内的空气,采用注剂枪从进口14注入密封注剂,出口11流出注剂后方可停止注剂。
注剂完成后,钢质环氧套筒补强装置便具有抗弯、抗拉和密封的性能,尤其适合管道环焊缝缺陷的补强。

Claims (6)

1.一种钢质环氧套筒补强装置,主要由上套筒、下套筒、U形加强块、垫块、卡瓦、两个环氧树脂灌注腔、一个注剂密封腔、环氧树脂灌注料、密封注剂组成。其特征在于:垫块和卡瓦均位于环氧树脂灌注腔内,垫块在腔体外端,卡瓦在腔体内侧;注剂密封腔覆盖管道环焊缝缺陷。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种钢质环氧套筒补强装置,其特征是:密封布与包括环焊缝在内的管道外表面形成注剂密封腔。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种钢质环氧套筒补强装置,其特征是:密封条上至少有一个注剂进口和一个注剂出口,且密封条具有弹性。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种钢质环氧套筒补强装置,其特征是:垫块沿着管道的环向、间隔排列,环向间隔被环氧树脂填充,环氧树脂填充后将发生固化。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种钢质环氧套筒补强装置,其特征是:卡瓦内表面带有锯齿,卡瓦的外表面承受径向挤压力。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种钢质环氧套筒补强装置,其特征是:钢质套筒端部的法兰采用U型结构加固后再螺栓连接。
