Based on the problems pointed out in the background art that a user may forget to push back after pulling out an ultrasonic device and accordingly vibration noise is large when the laundry equipment executes a normal washing program, and the matching position of a drawer for installing the ultrasonic device is loosened or damaged, the invention provides laundry equipment and an alarm method thereof, aiming at sending an alarm prompt to the user when the laundry equipment waits to execute a conventional washing program starting instruction and does not need to use the ultrasonic device but the ultrasonic device is pulled out of a containing cavity, and avoiding that the ultrasonic device is caused to vibrate greatly when the laundry equipment washes clothes and further generates great noise or damages original components and installation structures of the ultrasonic device.
Referring first to fig. 1 and 2, fig. 1 is a schematic view illustrating a position of a safety switch 2 of a laundry device according to the present invention; fig. 2 is a schematic view of the overall structure of the safety switch 2 of the laundry device of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the laundry device of the present invention includes a cabinet and a tray disposed on the cabinet, a receiving chamber is formed on the cabinet and/or the tray, and an ultrasonic device 1 capable of being pushed into the receiving chamber and pulled out of the receiving chamber. The containing chamber may be formed only on the cabinet or only on the tray, of course, a part of the containing chamber may be formed on the cabinet, another part of the containing chamber may be formed on the tray, the containing chamber may be formed on the outer sidewall of the cabinet or the tray, or may be formed at another position of the cabinet or the tray, taking the pulsator washing apparatus as an example, a laundry feeding opening is formed on the tray of the pulsator washing apparatus, the laundry feeding opening is located above the inner drum and the outer drum of the pulsator washing apparatus, and the containing chamber may be formed on the rear sidewall of the laundry feeding opening, that is, when the ultrasonic device 1 is pulled out from the containing chamber, the ultrasonic device 1 is located above the inner drum and the outer drum. Can set up the slide rail in holding the cavity, ultrasonic device 1 realizes through the slide rail and holds the sliding connection of cavity, and then the realization can be pushed and hold in the cavity and be pulled out and hold outside the cavity, of course, can also set up drawer structure in holding the cavity, and this drawer is as the shell of cladding in the ultrasonic device 1 outside, makes this drawer structural setting and slide rail think the complex sliding structure and realize pulling out and push back of ultrasonic device 1. The ultrasonic device 1 may comprise an ultrasonic transducer and a water containing tray both arranged in the drawer structure. The ultrasonic device 1 can pre-wash local parts of clothes, the clothes after pre-washing can be selectively put into a washing drum to be further washed through a conventional washing program, small articles such as glasses, ornaments, masks, ties and the like can be directly subjected to ultrasonic washing, washing can be directly finished after ultrasonic washing, and the clothes do not need to be put into the washing drum again to be washed for the second time. Those skilled in the art can flexibly set the structure of the ultrasonic device 1 itself or the mounting structure of the ultrasonic device 1 in practical applications as long as the structure of the ultrasonic device 1 itself can meet the requirement of ultrasonic cleaning and the mounting structure can meet the requirement of being pushed into and hidden in the accommodating chamber and being pulled out of the accommodating chamber. On this basis, the laundry device of the present invention further comprises:
a first obtaining module capable of obtaining a program start instruction;
a second acquisition module capable of acquiring a positional state of the ultrasonic device 1;
an alarm module capable of issuing an alarm prompt;
and the control module can judge the type of the program starting instruction and judge whether at least one part of the ultrasonic device 1 is positioned in the accommodating cavity according to the position state of the ultrasonic device 1, and can control the washing equipment not to execute the conventional washing program starting instruction and control the alarm module to send out the alarm prompt when the program starting instruction is the conventional washing program starting instruction and at least one part of the ultrasonic device 1 is positioned outside the accommodating cavity.
In the above-mentioned embodiment, the "normal washing program" specifically refers to a program related to washing clothes, which can be executed by the laundry appliance and does not involve the ultrasonic device 1, such as a washing program, a rinsing program, a dewatering program, a draining program of the laundry appliance having only a washing function, a drying program of the laundry appliance having washing and drying functions, and the like. The "normal washing program starting instruction" is an instruction for starting any one of the above-listed washing programs.
The first obtaining module is any one of instruction input modules capable of obtaining a program starting instruction, such as a touch panel, an operation button key, a voice instruction receiving device and the like of laundry equipment. The second acquiring means is any means capable of acquiring the position of the ultrasound device 1, such as a distance sensor, an image acquiring device such as a camera or a video camera, and acquires the position state of the ultrasound device 1 by acquiring the distance between an arbitrary position on the ultrasound device 1 and a reference point of the housing chamber or acquiring an image of the position of the ultrasound device 1 with respect to the housing chamber. Under the condition of acquiring a program starting instruction and the position state of the ultrasonic device 1, the acquired related information can be transmitted to the control module, and the control module judges and analyzes the acquired information and then determines whether the program starting instruction needs to be directly executed or the alarm module is started to send an alarm prompt.
Based on the laundry equipment, whether the position of the ultrasonic device 1 is proper or not can be judged before the conventional washing program is executed, the conventional washing program starting instruction is not executed when at least one part of the ultrasonic device 1 is positioned outside the accommodating cavity, and an alarm prompt is timely sent out, so that a user is reminded of timely pushing back the ultrasonic device 1 and starting the conventional washing program as soon as possible, the situations of gravity center deviation and overlarge washing vibration caused by the fact that the laundry equipment carries the ultrasonic device 1 which is not pushed back to wash clothes can be avoided, and the phenomenon that the work vibration of the laundry equipment causes the ultrasonic device 1 in the pulled-out state to vibrate violently to damage the sliding fit between the drawer and the accommodating cavity can also be avoided.
Further, the control module can also not execute the ultrasonic washing program starting instruction and send out an alarm prompt when the program starting instruction is the ultrasonic washing program starting instruction and the ultrasonic device 1 is in the accommodating chamber, so that the user is prompted to pull out the ultrasonic device 1 in time when the user needs to use the ultrasonic device 1, and the user is instructed to start the ultrasonic washing work in time.
Preferably, the laundry device further includes a safety switch 2 disposed in the accommodating cavity, the safety switch 2 is configured to be capable of being turned on when at least a portion of the ultrasonic device 1 is outside the accommodating cavity and turned off when the ultrasonic device 1 is completely inside the accommodating cavity, the second acquiring module is capable of acquiring an electrical signal of the safety switch 2 as a basis for determining a position state of the ultrasonic device 1, the control module is capable of determining that at least a portion of the ultrasonic device 1 is outside the accommodating cavity when receiving the electrical signal acquired by the second acquiring module, and if the second acquiring module does not acquire the electrical signal of the safety switch 2, it indicates that the ultrasonic device 1 is completely outside the accommodating cavity.
With continuing reference to fig. 1 and 2, the safety switch 2 is disposed at the end of the drawer of the ultrasound device 1, and specifically, the safety switch 2 includes a switch structure disposed in the accommodating chamber and a plunger 21 disposed on the ultrasound device 1 and/or the drawer outside the ultrasound device 1, the switch structure includes a push switch 23 fixed on the inner wall of the accommodating chamber, an elastic member (not shown) disposed at the bottom of the push switch 23, and a rocker 22 disposed at the top of the push switch 23. Based on the above structure, in the case that the ultrasonic apparatus 1 is completely located in the accommodating chamber, the push rod 21 presses the rocker 22 to fall in the direction close to the push switch 23 and thus causes the push switch 23 to be pressed down and disconnected, the circuit in which the push switch 23 is located is not energized, and the elastic member is pressed; under the condition that at least one part of the ultrasonic device 1 is outside the accommodating cavity, the ejector rod 21 is driven by the ultrasonic device 1 to move outwards and is separated from the rocker 22, the pressure applied to the rocker 22 disappears, the elastic member stretches and causes the push switch 23 to bounce upwards and return to the on state, and the circuit where the push switch 23 is located is electrified. The above-mentioned rocker 22 may be an inelastic rocker 22 disposed in a swinging manner in a direction approaching and departing from the push switch 23, and the inelastic rocker 22 may be reset by an elastic member at the bottom of the push switch 23 after the push rod 21 leaves, or may be an elastic rocker 22 fixed above the push switch 23, and the elastic rocker 22 applies pressure to the push switch 23 in an elastic deformation manner and resets to an upwarp state in a deformation recovery manner.
The safety switch 2 is not limited to the above preferred configuration, and for example, the pressing end of the plunger 21 may be shaped to directly press and disconnect the push switch 23 when at least one portion of the ultrasound device 1 is outside the housing chamber, and in this case, the safety switch 2 may not be provided with the rocker 22.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating steps of an alarm method of a laundry device according to the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, based on the laundry device according to any of the above embodiments, the present invention further provides an alarm method, including:
step S1: acquiring a program starting instruction;
step S2: acquiring the position state of the ultrasonic device 1;
step S3: judging the type of the program starting instruction and judging whether at least one part of the ultrasonic device 1 is positioned outside the accommodating cavity;
step S4: if the program starting instruction is a normal washing program starting instruction and at least one part of the ultrasonic device 1 is positioned outside the accommodating cavity, the normal washing program starting instruction is not executed and an alarm prompt is given.
Further, the alarm method further comprises:
if the program start instruction is a normal washing program start instruction and the ultrasonic wave device 1 is completely within the accommodation chamber, the normal washing program start instruction is executed.
Furthermore, the program starting instruction is a program starting instruction input to the laundry device by a control panel (including a touch panel or operation buttons on the operation panel) of the laundry device or a voice module, so that the specific type of the program starting instruction is determined by a specific program to be started selected and/or typed and/or input on the control panel or specific voice content acquired by the voice module.
In a preferred embodiment, in the case that the laundry appliance is provided with the safety switch 2, the step S2 of "acquiring the position state of the ultrasonic device 1" includes:
acquiring an electric signal of the safety switch 2;
the step S3 of "determining whether or not at least a part of the ultrasonic device 1 is outside the housing chamber" includes:
whether or not at least a part of the ultrasonic device 1 is outside the housing chamber is judged based on the acquisition result of the electric signal of the safety switch 2.
In the above step, based on the structural arrangement of the safety switch 2, if the circuit in which the push switch 23 is located is not energized and the electric signal of the safety switch 2 is not obtained, it is determined that the ultrasonic device 1 is completely located in the housing chamber. If the push switch 23 is in the on state and an electric signal of the safety switch 2 can be acquired, it is determined that at least a part of the ultrasonic device 1 is outside the housing chamber.
As an example, the alarm prompt is at least one of a sound prompt, a light prompt and a display prompt of a control panel of the laundry device, where the sound prompt includes a buzzer prompt or a voice prompt, and according to an alarm requirement, a buzzer, a voice broadcast module, an indicator light of the laundry device, a display screen of the control panel, and the like can be controlled to perform corresponding alarm prompts. Of course, the alarm prompt may also be a prompt message sent to a communication terminal such as a mobile phone or a computer of the user.
Preferably, after the step S4 of "issuing an alarm prompt", the alarm method of the laundry device of the present invention further includes:
the position state of the ultrasonic device 1 is obtained again, namely the electric signal of the safety switch 2 is obtained;
if the electric signal of the safety switch 2 can be obtained all the time within the preset time, eliminating the alarm prompt and enabling the laundry equipment to enter a standby state;
and re-acquiring the washing program starting instruction.
In the above steps, if it is not detected that the ultrasonic device 1 is pushed back to the accommodating chamber after the alarm prompt is given, in order to avoid that the alarm prompt sounds for a long time or that the flashing light excessively interferes with the user, the alarm prompt is cancelled and the laundry device is put into the standby state again, and the program starting instruction obtained this time is deleted, so that when the user cannot timely cancel the alarm prompt and push back the ultrasonic device 1, the user is waited to return to the laundry device again to perform the program input operation.
Alternatively, in addition to the above embodiment, the laundry device may be kept in a state of waiting for execution of the program start instruction input for the first time and intermittently issue an alarm prompt.
Preferably, the warning method of the laundry device of the present invention further comprises:
if the program starting instruction is an ultrasonic washing program starting instruction and the ultrasonic wave device 1 is in the accommodating chamber, the ultrasonic washing program starting instruction is not executed and an alarm prompt is given.
In the above steps, if the laundry device needs to execute the ultrasonic washing program starting instruction and does not obtain the electric signal of the safety switch 2, it indicates that the ultrasonic device 1 is not necessarily pulled out, and the ultrasonic device 1 is not exposed in the operating environment, and at this time, the laundry device is controlled not to execute the ultrasonic washing program starting instruction and send an alarm prompt, so as to prompt the user to pull out the ultrasonic device 1 in time.
Further, after the step of "sending an alarm prompt", the alarm method of the present invention further includes:
the position state of the ultrasonic device 1 is acquired again;
if the position of the ultrasonic apparatus 1 becomes outside the housing chamber, the alarm prompt is canceled and the ultrasonic wave washing program start instruction is started.
In the above steps, the electric signal of the safety switch 2 is acquired again, and if the electric signal of the safety switch 2 is acquired, it indicates that the ultrasonic wave device 1 is pulled out, and at this time, the laundry device can be controlled to eliminate the alarm prompt and start to execute the ultrasonic wave washing program starting instruction.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating steps of a preferred embodiment of an alarm method of a laundry device according to the present invention. As shown in fig. 4, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the warning method of the laundry device of the present invention comprises:
step S100: acquiring a program starting instruction;
step S101: acquiring an electric signal of the safety switch 2;
step S102: judging the type of the program starting instruction and judging whether an electric signal of the safety switch 2 is acquired;
if the program starting instruction is a conventional washing program starting instruction and the electric signal is acquired, executing step S103; if the program starting instruction is an ultrasonic washing program starting instruction and the electric signal is not acquired, executing step S108; if the program starting instruction is a normal washing program starting instruction and the electric signal is not acquired, or the program starting instruction is an ultrasonic washing program starting instruction and the electric signal is acquired, executing step S107;
step S103: the normal washing program starting instruction is not executed and an alarm prompt is sent out;
step S104: the electrical signal of the safety switch 2 is obtained again;
step S105: judging whether the electric signal disappears within a preset time;
if the electric signal disappears within the preset time, executing the step S107, otherwise, executing the step S106 and returning to the step S100;
step S106: eliminating the alarm prompt and enabling the laundry equipment to enter a standby state;
step S107: executing a current washing program starting instruction;
step S108: the ultrasonic washing program starting instruction is not executed and an alarm prompt is sent out.
Of course, after step S108 is executed, it is also possible to acquire the electric signal of the safety switch 2 again, and after the electric signal of the safety switch 2 is acquired, eliminate the alarm prompt and execute step S107.
So far, the technical solutions of the present invention have been described in connection with the preferred embodiments shown in the drawings, but it is easily understood by those skilled in the art that the scope of the present invention is obviously not limited to these specific embodiments. Equivalent changes or substitutions of related technical features can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principle of the invention, and the technical scheme after the changes or substitutions can fall into the protection scope of the invention.
