In addition, the relative positions of the water storage component and the ultrasonic wave generating component can be reasonably adjusted by those skilled in the art according to the specific layout of each component in the washing machine.
The control method of the washing machine of the invention is explained in detail below with reference to the pulsator washing machine.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, the control method of the washing machine includes: acquiring the state of a start-stop key; if the state of the start-stop key is the selected state, acquiring the state of the ultrasonic function key and the position of the ultrasonic device 2; if the state of the ultrasonic function key is a non-selection state and the position of the ultrasonic device 2 is in a non-working position, executing a routine washing program; if the state of the ultrasonic function key is the selected state and the position of the ultrasonic device 2 is in the working position, executing an ultrasonic pre-washing program; if the state of the ultrasonic function key is the selected state and the position of the ultrasonic device 2 is in the non-working position, an alarm prompt (such as a sound prompt, a luminous prompt and the like) is sent out; if the state of the ultrasonic function key is in a non-selected state and the position of the ultrasonic device 2 is in a working position, an alarm prompt (such as a sound prompt, a light prompt and the like) is sent out.
That is, after the start/stop key is selected, whether the ultrasonic pre-wash program or the regular wash program should be executed at this time is comprehensively determined according to the state of the ultrasonic function key and the position of the ultrasonic device 2. It should be noted that, the above is only an exemplary illustration of the technical solution of the control method of the present invention, for example: in an alternative embodiment, the ultrasonic device 2 is connected to a driving mechanism capable of driving the ultrasonic device to move into and out of the accommodating cavity 100 (for example, the driving mechanism comprises a motor, a crank and a connecting rod which are connected in sequence, the connecting rod can drive the ultrasonic device 2 to move into and out of the accommodating cavity 100 when the driving motor is started, if the state of the ultrasonic function key is a selected state and the position of the ultrasonic device 2 is in a non-working position, the driving mechanism drives the ultrasonic device 2 to move to a working position and sends a prompt to remind a user that the state of the ultrasonic function key is the selected state and the position of the ultrasonic device 2 is in the working position, if the state of the ultrasonic function key is the non-selected state and the position of the ultrasonic device 2 is in the working position, the driving mechanism drives the ultrasonic device 2 to move to the non-working position, and a prompt is sent to remind the user that the state of the ultrasonic function key is a non-selected state and the position of the ultrasonic device 2 is in a non-working position. In addition, it should be noted that the conventional washing program includes at least one of washing, rinsing and dewatering, and when the washing machine is used, a user generally selects one or more of washing, rinsing and dewatering to be specifically performed, and when the washing program is specifically performed, different treatments may be performed on the laundry according to the user's selection, for example: when the user selects only washing, only the laundry is subjected to the washing process when the conventional washing course is performed.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 5, the step of performing the ultrasonic pre-washing process includes: the water inlet device is used for feeding water into the water storage tank; acquiring the water level in the water storage tank; if the water level in the water storage tank reaches the preset water level, stopping water inflow to the water storage tank; the water storage tank is enabled to feed water to the water containing disc 22; the ultrasonic transducer 21 is caused to generate ultrasonic waves. That is, water is stored in the water storage tank, and then the water in the water storage tank is supplied to the water storage tray 22 for the subsequent ultrasonic pre-washing. The two steps of "causing the water storage tank to feed water to the water receiving tray 22" and "causing the ultrasonic transducer 21 to generate ultrasonic waves" may be executed, specifically, the ultrasonic transducer 21 may start generating ultrasonic waves while the water storage tank starts feeding water to the water receiving tray 22, the ultrasonic transducer 21 may start generating ultrasonic waves after the water storage tank starts feeding water to the water receiving tray 22 for a certain period of time, or the ultrasonic transducer 21 may start generating ultrasonic waves after the water storage tank finishes feeding water to the water receiving tray 22.
Preferably, with continued reference to fig. 5, the step of "causing the ultrasonic transducer 21 to generate ultrasonic waves" specifically includes: generating high-frequency-band ultrasonic waves of a first preset time length by the ultrasonic transducer 21; and generating low-frequency band ultrasonic waves of a second preset time length by the ultrasonic transducer 21. Wherein, the frequency of the high-frequency band ultrasonic wave is more than or equal to 50KHz, and the frequency of the low-frequency band ultrasonic wave is more than or equal to 20KHz and less than 50 KHz. Due to the arrangement, the ultrasonic transducer does not work in a low-frequency range all the time in the working process, but works in the high-frequency range in part of the time, and works in the low-frequency range in part of the time, so that the ultrasonic transducer is prevented from working in the low-frequency range for a long time, a large amount of heat is prevented from being generated by the ultrasonic transducer, and the service life of the ultrasonic transducer is prolonged.
Preferably, with continued reference to fig. 5, after the step of causing the ultrasonic transducer 21 to generate the high-frequency band ultrasonic waves for the first preset time period and before the step of causing the ultrasonic transducer 21 to generate the low-frequency band ultrasonic waves for the second preset time period, the step of performing the ultrasonic pre-washing procedure further includes: the ultrasonic transducer 21 is stopped from generating ultrasonic waves, and the water storage tank is caused to feed water to the water receiving tray 22. That is, in the time between the generation of the high-frequency ultrasonic wave and the generation of the low-frequency ultrasonic wave, water is replenished into the water containing tray 22 so that the water in the water containing tray 22 is sufficient, and the operation of the ultrasonic transducer 21 is stopped, thereby avoiding the waste of electric energy. Specifically, the generation of the ultrasonic waves by the ultrasonic transducer 21 is stopped and the water is allowed to enter the water storage tank into the water receiving tray 22, and the generation of the ultrasonic waves by the ultrasonic transducer 21 is stopped and the water is allowed to enter the water receiving tray 22, or the water storage tank is allowed to enter the water receiving tray 22 after the ultrasonic transducer 21 stops generating the ultrasonic waves for a certain period of time, so long as two states of the ultrasonic transducer 21 stopping generating the ultrasonic waves and the water being allowed to enter the water receiving tray 22 from the water storage tank can be generated simultaneously.
A more specific embodiment of the control method of the present invention is explained below based on the pulsator washing machine described above.
Assume that the user has selected the ultrasonic function key and pulled the ultrasonic device 2 out of the accommodation chamber 100, after which the user selects the start-stop key. At this time, the controller acquires that the state of the start-stop key is the selected state, and then the controller acquires the state of the ultrasonic function key and the position of the ultrasonic device 2 reflected by the first micro switch and the second micro switch, and since the state of the ultrasonic function key is the selected state, the position of the ultrasonic device 2 is located at the working position, the ultrasonic washing program is executed. When the ultrasonic prewashing program is executed, firstly, the water inlet device is controlled to feed water into the water storage tank, the laser liquid level sensor detects the water level in the water storage tank in real time in the water feeding process, when the water level reaches a preset water level, the controller controls the water inlet device to stop feeding water into the water storage tank, then the water storage tank is controlled to feed water into the water containing tray 22 for 1min, then the ultrasonic transducer 21 generates high-frequency ultrasonic waves for 2min, after the high-frequency ultrasonic waves are stopped generating, the water storage tank is controlled to feed water into the water containing tray 22 for 15s again to supplement a certain amount of water into the water containing tray 22, after the water supplement is completed, the ultrasonic transducer 21 is controlled to generate low-frequency ultrasonic waves for 1min, and then the ultrasonic prewashing program is completed.
So far, the technical solutions of the present invention have been described in connection with the preferred embodiments shown in the drawings, but it is easily understood by those skilled in the art that the scope of the present invention is obviously not limited to these specific embodiments. Equivalent changes or substitutions of related technical features can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principle of the invention, and the technical scheme after the changes or substitutions can fall into the protection scope of the invention.
