Based on the hardware structure, the embodiment of the control method of the drawer type dish washing machine is provided.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flow chart schematically showing a first embodiment of a control method of a drawer dishwasher according to the present invention.
In this embodiment, the control method of the drawer dishwasher includes the steps of:
step S10, monitoring and receiving gesture signals of a user through a sensor, and acquiring corresponding control instructions according to the gesture signals;
the control mode of the existing drawer type dish washer needs to select corresponding program functions through key control, the keys are arranged at lower positions of the cabinet, not only are the users required to bend down to operate, but also the visibility angles of the keys at the lower positions are poor, and misoperation is easy to occur when the users operate the keys. Meanwhile, when a user selects functions through the keys, oil stains on hands are easy to be stained with the keys. In this embodiment, in order to solve the above-mentioned problem, by providing a non-touch control method, a user directly performs function selection through gestures through a sensor, so that a control step is simplified and user experience is improved. Specifically, the embodiment includes a sensor and a main Controller (CPU), where the sensor is in communication connection with the main controller, such as WiFi connection, bluetooth connection, and the like. The sensor may be an infrared gesture sensor, or other sensor or element that gathers user gesture information. And monitoring whether the user performs gesture operation or not through a sensor, and acquiring a gesture signal of the user when the gesture operation of the user is monitored. And acquiring a control instruction corresponding to the gesture signal according to a preset rule, or generating a corresponding control instruction according to the gesture signal. The preset rule may be a pre-stored instruction library, where a corresponding relationship between the gesture signal and the control instruction is stored; the preset rule may also be a preset command generation rule, and a corresponding control command is generated according to a gesture signal input by a user. The instruction generation rule may be a pass-through protocol by which the master controller converts gesture information of the user into control instructions. The gesture signal may be a plurality of gesture signals corresponding to a plurality of control commands, or a gesture signal corresponding to a plurality of control commands.
Step S20, the current state of the drawer type dish washing machine is obtained, and a target drawer in the drawer type dish washing machine is selected to execute corresponding control operation according to the current state of the drawer type dish washing machine and the control instruction.
Specifically, when the main controller acquires the corresponding control instruction, the main controller further acquires the current state of the drawer type dish washing machine. The triggering unit of the gesture signal can be single or multiple. The signal generated by the single trigger unit may implement various control instructions in connection with the current state of the dishwasher. For example, when the dishwasher is in a shutdown state, if a gesture signal triggered by a gesture operation of a user is received, the dishwasher is controlled to be started. If the dish washer is in a starting state and receives a gesture signal, an upper drawer selection instruction is generated, and a washing instruction is executed by default; if the dish washer is in the process of executing the program and receives a gesture signal triggered by gesture operation of a user, a pause instruction is generated, and the dish washer is controlled to pause. The plurality of trigger units can define a plurality of gesture signals, the left sliding operation selects the upper drawer, the right sliding operation selects the lower drawer, and the lower sliding operation selects all the drawers; when the dish-washing machine is in a shutdown state, if a gesture signal triggered by gesture operation of a user is received, the dish-washing machine is controlled to start, and then a target drawer of the dish-washing machine is controlled to execute corresponding programs, such as powerful washing, automatic rinsing, fruit washing or drying, according to a control instruction corresponding to the manual operation information; if the dishwasher is in the process of executing the program, the operation of suspending or cancelling the dishwasher can be controlled.
The embodiment provides a control method, a device and a computer readable storage medium of a drawer type dish washer, wherein the control method of the drawer type dish washer monitors and receives gesture signals of a user through a sensor, and acquires corresponding control instructions according to the gesture signals; and then acquiring the current state of the drawer type dish washing machine, and selecting a target drawer in the drawer type dish washing machine to execute corresponding control operation according to the current state of the drawer type dish washing machine and the control instruction. In the above manner, the sensor of the present invention may be used separately from the drawer dishwasher, and the sensor may be installed at a position convenient for a user to operate. And provide and carry out the relevant operation through the drawer in the gesture control drawer type dish washer, avoid button or touch-sensitive screen to be stained with the oily stain on user's hand, lead to the condition that the functional sensitivity reduces. The control steps are simplified, the user experience is improved, and the technical problems that the existing control method of the drawer type dish washer is complex in operation and easy to cause misoperation are solved.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a control method of a drawer dishwasher according to a second embodiment of the present invention.
Based on the embodiment shown in fig. 2, further, in this embodiment, step S10 specifically includes:
step S11, monitoring and receiving gesture signals of a user through a sensor, identifying the gesture signals, and judging whether the gesture signals are effective or not according to a pre-stored gesture database;
specifically, the corresponding relation between the gesture signal of the user and the corresponding control instruction can be trained into gesture instruction data in advance, and the gesture instruction data is stored in a pre-stored gesture database so as to be conveniently retrieved and used later. And the main controller recognizes gesture signals of the user when receiving the gesture signals through the sensor. Comparing the gesture signal with gesture signals in a pre-stored gesture database, and judging whether gesture signals matched with gesture signals of users exist in the pre-stored gesture database. If so, judging that the gesture signal is valid. If the gesture signal does not exist, the gesture signal is judged to be an invalid signal.
Step S12, if the gesture signal is effective, acquiring a gesture code corresponding to the gesture signal from the pre-stored gesture database, and acquiring a corresponding control command according to a gesture code instruction corresponding to the gesture signal.
Specifically, when the gesture signal is judged to be effective, a gesture signal matched with the gesture signal of the user is obtained in a pre-stored gesture database, and a corresponding gesture coding instruction is determined according to the matched gesture signal. And then acquiring a corresponding control instruction in a database according to the gesture coding instruction, or generating a corresponding control instruction according to the gesture coding instruction.
Further, in this embodiment, step S12 specifically includes:
step S121, if the gesture signal is valid, judging whether a secondary instruction triggered by gesture operation of a user is received within a first preset time;
in order to avoid misoperation of a user, if a secondary signal of the user is received again within a preset time for receiving a gesture signal of the user, control operation is performed according to the secondary signal. Specifically, when the gesture signal is determined to be effective, monitoring the gesture signal of the user through a sensor, and determining whether a secondary instruction triggered by the gesture operation of the user is received within a first preset time. If the secondary instruction is received, the original gesture signal of the user is indicated to be misoperation, and if the secondary instruction is not received, the effective gesture signal is executed to execute corresponding control operation.
Step S122, if the secondary instruction is received within the first preset time, acquiring a gesture coding instruction corresponding to the secondary instruction from the pre-stored gesture database, and acquiring a corresponding control instruction according to the gesture coding instruction corresponding to the secondary instruction.
Specifically, when the secondary instruction is received within a preset time, the secondary instruction is effectively judged, namely the secondary instruction is identified. And comparing the secondary instruction with gesture signals in a pre-stored gesture database, and judging whether gesture signals matched with the secondary instruction of the user exist in the pre-stored gesture database. If so, the secondary instruction is judged to be valid. If the secondary instruction does not exist, the secondary instruction is judged to be an invalid signal. And when the secondary instruction is effective, acquiring gesture signals matched with the secondary instruction of the user from a pre-stored gesture database, and determining a corresponding gesture coding instruction according to the matched gesture signals. And then acquiring a corresponding control instruction in a database according to the gesture coding instruction, or generating a corresponding control instruction according to the gesture coding instruction.
Further, in this embodiment, step S20 specifically further includes:
step S21, acquiring the current state of the drawer type dish washing machine, and acquiring a drawer identifier and an operation instruction in the control instruction if the drawer type dish washing machine is in a working state;
specifically, when a control instruction corresponding to the gesture signal is acquired, the current state of the dish washer is further acquired. The current state is the current working state, such as a start-up state, a shut-down state, a working state or a pause state. And when the dish-washing machine receives the control instruction in different states, different functional operations are performed. If the dish washer is in a shutdown state, a gesture signal for selecting the upper drawer is received, the dish washer is controlled to start, then a next instruction of a waiting user can be suspended, or after the dish washer is started, the operation for selecting the upper drawer to execute a corresponding function is directly performed according to the gesture signal. And when the dishwasher is judged to be in a working state, acquiring a drawer identifier in the control instruction to determine a target drawer selected by a user. And acquiring an operation instruction in the control instruction to execute corresponding functional operation on the target drawer.
And S22, controlling the target drawer corresponding to the drawer identifier to execute the related operation corresponding to the operation instruction.
Specifically, the main controller selects a target drawer in the dish-washing machine according to the drawer identifier, and controls the target drawer to execute corresponding related operation according to the operation instruction. Such as controlling the upper drawer to perform fruit washing.
Further, the drawer dishwasher is provided with an indicator light, and the control method of the drawer dishwasher further comprises, after step S24:
and S40, determining a corresponding target drawer according to the drawer identifier, and controlling an indicator lamp of the target drawer to light or flash so as to remind a user of currently selecting the drawer to perform related control operation.
In order to facilitate the user to confirm whether the target drawer selected by the gesture signal is the correct drawer, the user is reminded through the indicator light. Specifically, the drawer identifier in the control instruction is obtained, and the indicator light on the target drawer corresponding to the drawer identifier is controlled to flash or light, so that a user can check whether the currently selected target drawer is the drawer which is correctly in need of relevant control operation.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a flow chart schematically showing a control method of a drawer dishwasher according to a third embodiment of the present invention.
In this embodiment, the control method of a drawer dishwasher further includes:
step S51, judging whether a related gesture signal triggered by gesture operation of a user is received within a second preset time when an operation completion instruction is detected, wherein the first preset time is smaller than the second preset time;
in order to save energy, when a gesture signal triggered by gesture operation of a user is not received within a certain time, the dish-washing machine is controlled to enter a sleep state or is controlled to be powered off. Specifically, when a completion instruction generated when the dish washer completes relevant operation corresponding to the gesture signal of the user is detected, monitoring whether other relevant gesture signals triggered by the gesture operation of the user are received within a second preset time through a sensor. The first preset time and the second preset time are preset time thresholds, and the second preset time is larger than the first preset time.
Step S52, if the related gesture signal triggered by the gesture operation of the user is not received within the second preset time, the drawer type dish washer is controlled to enter a sleep state or a shutdown state.
Specifically, if it is determined that the relevant gesture signal triggered by the gesture operation of the user is not received within the second preset time, it is determined that the dishwasher is not used by a person, and the drawer type dishwasher is controlled to enter a sleep state or is controlled to be shut down.
Further, step S10 further includes:
step S13, acquiring the current state of the drawer type dish washing machine, and judging whether the drawer type dish washing machine is in a shutdown state or not;
specifically, when the effective control instruction is obtained, the current state of the drawer dishwasher is further obtained. And judging whether the drawer type dish washing machine is in a shutdown state or not according to the current state.
And S14, when the drawer type dish washing machine is in a shutdown state, controlling the drawer type dish washing machine to start, and selecting the target drawer to execute corresponding control operation according to the control instruction.
Specifically, when the drawer type dish washing machine is in a shutdown state, the drawer type dish washing machine is controlled to be started according to the control instruction. And then selecting a target drawer in the dish washing machine according to the control instruction, and performing corresponding program operation on the target drawer.
Further, the control method of the drawer dishwasher further includes:
step S60, when the target drawer is controlled to execute the corresponding control operation, if a pause instruction triggered by the gesture operation of the user is received, stopping the control operation currently being executed.
To facilitate other operations by the user during operation of the dishwasher, a pause instruction is provided. Specifically, if a gesture signal triggered by a gesture operation of a user is received in the process of controlling the target drawer to execute a corresponding control operation, whether the gesture information is a pause instruction is judged. And when the gesture signal is a pause instruction, controlling the dish-washing machine to stop a program which is currently being executed so as to stop a control operation which is currently being executed by the dish-washing machine.
The invention also provides a computer readable storage medium.
