the clear water sedimentation tank 56 is fixed on the frame 1 corresponding to the lower part of the washing cover 41; the sand-water stirring hopper 51 is fixed on the frame 1 corresponding to the lower parts of the sand blasting cover 31, the clear water sedimentation tank 56 and the transportation mechanism 2; a sand water inlet of the grinding fluid pump 33 is communicated with a sand water outlet of the sand water stirring hopper 51; the sewage inlet of the sedimentation tank 52 is respectively communicated with the sewage outlet of the sand-water mixer 313 and the sewage overflow outlet of the sand-water stirring hopper 51; the water inlet of the mechanical filter 53 is communicated with the clear water outlet of the sedimentation tank 52; the water inlet of the clean water tank 54 is communicated with the water outlet of the mechanical filter 53; the water inlet of the water pump 43 is communicated with the clean water tank 54.
In some embodiments, a filter screen 55 may be further included, and the filter screen 55 is fixed at the feed inlet of the sand-water stirring hopper 51 below the sand-blasting cover 31 and the transportation mechanism 2.

the washing device (4) comprises a washing cover (41), a plurality of water spray heads (42) and a water pump (43), wherein the washing cover (41) is positioned on one side of the sand blasting cover (31) and is fixed on the rack (1) above the transportation mechanism (2); a plurality of water spray heads (42) are fixed in the washing cover (41) corresponding to the upper part of the conveying mechanism (2); the water spray opening of the water pump (43) is communicated with a plurality of water spray heads (42).
2. The novel environment-friendly automatic cleaning machine for the building aluminum formworks is characterized in that the conveying mechanism (2) comprises a conveying motor (22) and a plurality of conveying rollers (21),
the transportation motor (22) is fixed on the frame (1) and the output shaft of the transportation motor is in transmission connection with a driving chain wheel; two ends of the plurality of transport rollers (21) are respectively and rotatably connected with two opposite inner side ends of the rack (1), and one ends close to the transport rollers (21) are respectively connected with driven chain wheels in a transmission way; the driven sprockets are in transmission connection with the driving sprocket through chains so as to drive the conveying rollers (21) to roll.

The novel environment-friendly automatic cleaning machine for the aluminum formworks of the building as claimed in claim 2, further comprising a plurality of guiding and positioning mechanisms (25), wherein the plurality of guiding and positioning mechanisms (25) are arranged at intervals along the rolling direction of the transportation roller (21) and each comprises a plurality of reinforcing rods (255), a fixed rod (251), a guiding motor, a lead screw (252) and a moving rod (253),
the reinforcing rods (255) are parallel to the axes of the conveying rollers (21) and are respectively positioned between every two conveying rollers (21), two ends of each reinforcing rod (255) are respectively fixed at two inner side ends of the rack (1), and the top surfaces of the reinforcing rods are respectively and rotatably provided with first guide wheels (23); the fixing rods (251) correspond to the lower parts of the plurality of the transportation rollers (21) and the plurality of the reinforcing rods (255) and are fixed on the rack (1) along the axial direction of the transportation rollers (21); the guide motor is fixed at one end of the fixing rod (251); the lead screw (252) is arranged along the length direction of the fixing rod (251) and one end of the lead screw is in transmission connection with an output shaft of the guide motor; the moving rod (253) is arranged along the direction vertical to the axes of the plurality of the conveying rollers (21), threaded holes are formed in the direction vertical to the axes of the plurality of the conveying rollers (21), and a plurality of second guide wheels (254) are mounted on the top surface of the moving rod (253); the lead screw (252) is in threaded connection with the threaded hole so as to drive the moving rod (253) to move along the axial direction of the conveying roller (21).

The novel environment-friendly automatic cleaning machine for the aluminum formworks of the buildings as claimed in claim 2, further comprising a plurality of pressing rollers (24), wherein the plurality of pressing rollers (24) are parallel to the axial direction of the transportation rollers (21) and are rotatably connected to the two opposite side cover walls of the sand blasting cover (31) corresponding to the plurality of transportation rollers (21) above, so as to form a passing space for only a single layer of the aluminum formworks to pass through between the plurality of transportation rollers (21) and the plurality of pressing rollers (24).

The novel environment-friendly automatic cleaning machine for the building aluminum formworks is characterized in that the upper swing mechanism and the lower swing mechanism have the same structure and respectively comprise a swing motor (34), a disc (35), a first connecting rod (36), a second connecting rod (37), a rotating shaft (38) and a sand blasting head fixing frame (39),
the swing motor (34) of the upper swing mechanism is fixed at the top end of the sand blasting cover (31), and the swing motor (34) of the lower swing mechanism is fixed at the inner bottom of the rack (1); the disc (35) is rotatably connected to an output shaft corresponding to the swing motor (34); one end of the first connecting rod (36) is rotatably connected to the outer edge of the corresponding disc (35); one end of the second connecting rod (37) is rotatably connected with the other end of the corresponding first connecting rod (36); the rotating shaft (38) of the upper swinging mechanism is rotatably connected to the two opposite side cover walls of the sand blasting cover (31) corresponding to the upper part of the conveying mechanism (2), and one end of the rotating shaft extends out of the side cover walls of the sand blasting cover (31) and is fixedly connected with the other end of the rotating shaft corresponding to the second connecting rod (37); the rotating shaft (38) of the lower swinging mechanism is rotatably connected to the rack (1) corresponding to the lower part of the conveying mechanism (2), and one end of the rotating shaft extends out of the rack (1) and is fixedly connected with the other end corresponding to the second connecting rod (37); the sand blasting head fixing frame (39) is fixed on the rotating shaft (38); the plurality of the sand blasting heads (32) are fixed on the sand blasting head fixing frame (39).

The novel environment-friendly automatic cleaning machine for the building aluminum formwork as claimed in claim 5, further comprising a first linkage rod (310) and a plurality of second linkage rods (311), wherein the number of the rotating shafts (38) is multiple, the number of the sandblast head holders (39) is multiple, and the plurality of sandblast head holders (39) are respectively fixed on the rotating shafts (38) at intervals along the axial direction of the plurality of rotating shafts (38); the other end of the second connecting rod (37) is fixedly connected with one end of the rotating shaft (38); one ends of the rotating shafts (38) are fixedly connected with one ends of the second linkage rods (311) respectively; the other ends of the second linkage rods (311) are connected to the side wall of the first linkage rod (310) at intervals in a rotating mode.
