Abstract

(2) Preparing chrysanthemum indicum essential oil: adding wild chrysanthemum leaf powder into a material cylinder, loading the material cylinder into an extraction tank, screwing and sealing, and performing supercritical CO 2 extraction to obtain wild chrysanthemum essential oil; wherein the extraction temperature is 60 ℃, the extraction pressure is 26MPa, the separation temperature is 50 ℃, the separation pressure is 9MPa, the CO 2 flow is 23kg/h, and the extraction time is 75min;
(3) Mixing refined bamboo vinegar, flos Chrysanthemi Indici essential oil, ethanol, glycerol, VC and water uniformly to obtain the composition with deodorizing function.
Example 5
The composition with the deodorizing function comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 1.5% of refined bamboo vinegar, 1.5% of wild chrysanthemum essential oil, 40% of ethanol, 3% of glycerol, 0.5% of antioxidant VE and the balance of water.
The preparation method of the composition with the deodorizing function comprises the following steps:
(1) Preparing refined bamboo vinegar: distilling the raw material bamboo vinegar at 65deg.C under reduced pressure until the volume of distillate is 48% of that of the raw material bamboo vinegar, stopping distillation to obtain distillate which is refined bamboo vinegar;
(2) Preparing chrysanthemum indicum essential oil: adding wild chrysanthemum leaf powder into a material cylinder, loading the material cylinder into an extraction tank, screwing and sealing, and performing supercritical CO 2 extraction to obtain wild chrysanthemum essential oil; wherein the extraction temperature is 60 ℃, the extraction pressure is 26MPa, the separation temperature is 50 ℃, the separation pressure is 9MPa, the CO 2 flow is 23kg/h, and the extraction time is 75min;
(3) Mixing refined bamboo vinegar, flos Chrysanthemi Indici essential oil, ethanol, glycerol, VC and water uniformly to obtain the composition with deodorizing function.
Example 6
The composition with the deodorizing function comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 1.8% of refined bamboo vinegar, 1.2% of chrysanthemum indicum essential oil, 40% of ethanol, 3% of glycerol, 0.5% of sodium metabisulfite and the balance of water.
The preparation method of the composition with the deodorizing function comprises the following steps:
(1) Preparing refined bamboo vinegar: distilling the raw material bamboo vinegar at 60deg.C under reduced pressure until the volume of distillate is 45% of that of the raw material bamboo vinegar, and stopping distillation to obtain distillate which is refined bamboo vinegar;
(2) Preparing chrysanthemum indicum essential oil: adding wild chrysanthemum leaf powder into a material cylinder, loading the material cylinder into an extraction tank, screwing and sealing, and performing supercritical CO 2 extraction to obtain wild chrysanthemum essential oil; wherein the extraction temperature is 55 ℃, the extraction pressure is 20MPa, the separation temperature is 45 ℃, the separation pressure is 6MPa, the flow rate of CO 2 is 20kg/h, and the extraction time is 70min;
(3) Mixing refined bamboo vinegar, flos Chrysanthemi Indici essential oil, ethanol, glycerol, VC and water uniformly to obtain the composition with deodorizing function.
Example 7
The composition with the deodorizing function comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 18% of refined bamboo vinegar, 7% of chrysanthemum indicum essential oil, 40% of ethanol, 3% of glycerol, 0.5% of antioxidant VC and the balance of water. Other parameters were as described in example 1.
Example 8
The composition with the deodorizing function comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 7% of refined bamboo vinegar, 3% of chrysanthemum indicum essential oil, 40% of ethanol, 3% of glycerol, 0.5% of antioxidant VC and the balance of water. Other parameters were as described in example 1.
Comparative example 1
Preparation method of refined bamboo vinegar referring to example 1, a composition with deodorizing function is composed of the following components in percentage by mass: 3.0% of refined bamboo vinegar, 40% of ethanol, 3% of glycerol, 0.5% of antioxidant VC and the balance of water.
Comparative example 2
Preparation method of wild chrysanthemum essential oil referring to example 1, a composition with deodorizing function comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 3.0% of chrysanthemum indicum essential oil, 40% of ethanol, 3% of glycerol, 0.5% of antioxidant VC and the balance of water.
Deodorization test
Deodorization experiments were performed in a 70X 45X 50cm organic glass box, as represented by NH 3、SO2、H2 S odor, and the odor concentration was measured by a gas detection tube. The composition with deodorizing function is sprayed.
The effect of NH 3 removal (percent removal%) is shown in table 1:

The preparation method of the composition with the deodorizing function is characterized in that the composition comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 1.8% of refined bamboo vinegar, 1.2% of wild chrysanthemum essential oil, 40% of ethanol, 3% of glycerol, 0.5% of antioxidant VC and the balance of water;
The preparation method comprises the following steps:
(1) Preparing refined bamboo vinegar: distilling the raw material bamboo vinegar at 65deg.C under reduced pressure until the volume of distillate is 48% of that of the raw material bamboo vinegar, stopping distillation to obtain distillate which is refined bamboo vinegar;
(2) Preparing chrysanthemum indicum essential oil: adding wild chrysanthemum leaf powder into a material cylinder, loading the material cylinder into an extraction tank, screwing and sealing, and performing supercritical CO 2 extraction to obtain wild chrysanthemum essential oil; wherein the extraction temperature is 60 ℃, the extraction pressure is 26MPa, the separation temperature is 50 ℃, the separation pressure is 9MPa, the CO 2 flow is 23kg/h, and the extraction time is 75min;
(3) Mixing refined bamboo vinegar, flos Chrysanthemi Indici essential oil, ethanol, glycerol, VC and water uniformly to obtain the composition with deodorizing function.
