Abstract
本发明涉及内置镜头式扩张引流鞘。包括鞘芯和外壳,鞘芯由对称的两部分通过卡扣连接而成,底端尖部靠镜头侧为透明体,鞘芯的中心位置设置了鞘芯通道;外壳为中空的壳体,可供鞘芯穿过,外壳内壁上设置了镜头通道,镜头通道的入口与镜头接口连通,与镜头接口相对应的外壳的另一侧设置了进出水口。

技术领域:
本发明涉及内置镜头式扩张引流鞘。
背景技术:
目前手术后引流靠医生经验或者借助于影像系统来放置引流管,具体伤口情况和要处理病情没有直观掌握了解。目前用于扩张肝脏和肾脏等脏器处理结石等手术建立通道,也是在影像的基础上扩张建立通道后再放入内窥镜观察处理。内窥镜占用操作通道,引流不畅。
手术操作繁锁,没有第一时间观察脏器及时调整,通道普遍建立很大,对脏器损伤大。内窥镜反复消毒有消毒不彻底风险,易交叉感染。
发明内容:
本发明正是针对上述问题,提供了一种内置镜头式扩张引流鞘。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案,包括鞘芯和外壳,鞘芯由对称的两部分通过卡扣连接而成,底端尖部靠镜头侧为透明体,鞘芯的中心位置设置了鞘芯通道;外壳为中空的壳体,可供鞘芯穿过,外壳内壁上设置了镜头通道,镜头通道的入口与镜头接口连通,与镜头接口相对应的外壳的另一侧设置了进出水口。
鞘芯的顶部设置了T型鞘芯把手,鞘芯把手同样由两部分组成,相对的位置上分别设置了大小相同的镜头卡槽和凸块,凸块和镜头卡槽的插接实现了两部分鞘芯的连接。
鞘芯把手上还设置了镜头凹槽。
鞘芯通道内可插入导丝或针芯。鞘芯通道不穿过透明体。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明可以让医生在第一时间直视下操作到想要的位置,需要引流时可以清楚观察情况,利于病人病情及时康复,建立手术通道时可以有更小外径和更大引流内径,方便结石及其他病灶体引流出体外,更小外径对脏器损伤小,便于病人康复,因为相比传统碎石手术等要放内窥镜下占用引流通道空间,镜头贴鞘壁放置,内引流空间更大化,第一时间观察所需扩张引流的位置,及时再可视下调整,避免对脏器损伤,设计成一次性灭菌使用,避免传统内窥镜消毒灭菌不严造成的交叉感染风险。

具体实施方式:
由图1-4可知,本发明包括鞘芯和外壳,鞘芯由对称的两部分通过卡扣连接而成,底端尖部靠镜头侧为透明体,鞘芯的中心位置设置了鞘芯通道;外壳为中空的壳体,可供鞘芯穿过,外壳内壁上设置了镜头通道,镜头通道的入口与镜头接口连通,与镜头接口相对应的外壳的另一侧设置了进出水口。
鞘芯的顶部设置了T型鞘芯把手,鞘芯把手同样由两部分组成,相对的位置上分别设置了大小相同的镜头卡槽和凸块,凸块和镜头卡槽的插接实现了两部分鞘芯的连接。

鞘芯通道内可插入导丝或针芯。
使用时,通过影像下穿刺针放入体内导丝,内置扩张引流鞘鞘芯中间穿过导丝进入想要到达部位,到达位置后通过内置镜头和靠近镜头则鞘芯透明窗观察是否有结石或其他病灶体。从分开鞘芯另一则滑动先取出一半鞘芯然后再取出靠近鞘芯这一半,整个内径工作通道显露,成像清晰,可以通过器械来开始手术。进出水口始终可打水保持视野清晰。

1.内置镜头式扩张引流鞘,其特征在于,包括鞘芯和外壳,鞘芯由对称的两部分通过卡扣连接而成,底端尖部靠镜头侧为透明体,鞘芯的中心位置设置了鞘芯通道;外壳为中空的壳体,可供鞘芯穿过,外壳内壁上设置了镜头通道,镜头通道的入口与镜头接口连通,与镜头接口相对应的外壳的另一侧设置了进出水口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的内置镜头式扩张引流鞘,其特征在于,鞘芯的顶部设置了T型鞘芯把手,鞘芯把手同样由两部分组成,相对的位置上分别设置了大小相同的镜头卡槽和凸块,凸块和镜头卡槽的插接实现了两部分鞘芯的连接。
