Description

Use of a natural composition as a disinfectant in blocking the transmission of viruses through packaging surfaces
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of biological medicine, relates to an application of a natural composition as a disinfectant in blocking virus from being transmitted through a packaging surface, and particularly relates to an application of a natural composition in preventing and killing coronavirus on food or article packaging.
Background
The traditional Chinese medicine considers that: the lung governs respiration and opens into the nose, warms up pathogenic factors and first attacks the lung to prevent epidemic diseases, and most importantly, the spreading path of epidemic qi is cut off to protect the nose, mouth and skin of a human body. The experts in traditional Chinese medicine indicate that: the prevention of Chinese herbs can be expressed in two sentences, one sentence called strengthening body qi and the second sentence called avoiding pathogenic qi. The traditional Chinese medicine has four flavors and five flavors, and the aromatic traditional Chinese medicine can play the roles of avoiding plague, avoiding dirty, refreshing, restoring consciousness, relieving stuffiness and inducing resuscitation, and can prevent infectious diseases such as influenza, for example, pepper and aniseed are common traditional Chinese medicines and also are aromatic famous materials for making dishes.
The research of modern medicine finds that the plant volatile oil is the material basis of aromatic traditional Chinese medicines, and in vitro tests find that the volatile oil has certain bacteriostatic and antiviral effects, is aromatic and avoids dirt, and changes the living environment where viruses attach. For example, shikimic acid, a component in Chinese medicine anise, is a raw material for preparing oseltamivir and is used for developing anti-avian influenza medicines.
Coronaviridae (Coronaviridae) viruses are a large group of viruses that are widely found in nature and infect vertebrates such as humans, mice, pigs, cats, dogs, wolves, chickens, cattle, birds. The human disease that can be caused by the disease is mainly respiratory infection (including severe acute respiratory syndrome, SARS). The virus is very temperature sensitive and grows well at 33 ℃ but is inhibited at 35 ℃. Due to this property, winter and early spring are the epidemic seasons of the viral disease. Coronavirus is one of the main pathogens of common cold of adults, the infection rate of children is high, the infection rate is mainly upper respiratory tract infection, the main symptoms are watery stool, fever and vomiting, even bloody watery stool appears in severe cases, and the nervous system syndrome is caused in rare cases. In 2019, a new coronavirus was shown to infect pneumonia, and the pathogen is a new coronavirus which has not been found in human before, namely the new coronavirus. Based on the current epidemiological investigation and research results, the incubation period is 1 to 14 days, and is mostly 3 to 7 days; the infection source is mainly a patient infected by the novel coronavirus, and asymptomatic infected patients can also become the infection source; the main transmission path is through respiratory droplets and contact transmission, the possibility of transmission through aerosol exists under the condition of long-time exposure to high-concentration aerosol in a relatively closed environment, and other transmission paths are yet to be determined; the general susceptibility of people is changed into a global public health incident at present, the economic development and the people life of each country are seriously influenced, and the world first-size problem in 2020 is solved.
At present, the main focus of epidemic prevention and control in China is to strictly prevent the outward transportation and strengthen the cleaning and disinfection of the environment, objects and the like, but the disinfection of food, especially the disinfection of food in cold chain environment, particularly the disinfection of meat, seafood and fish food has certain difficulty, the food is not disinfected, and the food is easy to become a new infection source once flowing into society.
Therefore, the market urgently needs to develop a product which can effectively kill or prevent the coronavirus on the food, the product belongs to a disinfection or external preparation, can be used for manufacturing, storing, transporting, selling and using the food, can also be used for carrying out comprehensive disinfection and sterilization and personal daily protection measures of the surrounding environment of the high-risk area with important epidemic situation, and can play a role in preventing the spread and infection of the new coronavirus, so the achievement of the invention has great significance in timely popularization and application.
The virus is sensitive to heat, and can be inactivated at 56 deg.C for 90min or 75 deg.C for 30 min; the effective time of ultraviolet irradiation is 30 min. Common disinfectants, such as 75% by volume ethanol, iodophors, mid-range quaternary ammonium salts, chlorine-containing species, peroxides and other chemical disinfectants, can be effectively killed within a specified time. In addition, hydrogen peroxide aerosol spraying, peracetic acid heating fumigation, pulse ultraviolet sterilization technology, visible light sterilization technology and the like are used as novel disinfectants and sterilization technologies, the inactivation effect on novel coronavirus is good, and the device is suitable for surface sterilization of objects. Although peracetic acid has a good disinfecting effect, it is somewhat corrosive to the surface of the item to be disinfected. It has certain irritation to skin and great harm to human body, and is common chlorine disinfectant in the market. Bleaching powder, sodium hypochlorite, chlorine dioxide, sodium dichloroisocyanurate, sodium trichloroisocyanurate and other disinfectants can generate pungent chlorine in the disinfection process. And residues of the similar disinfectants in the various markets cause certain pollution and damage to the environment and articles.
The natural composition comprises hawthorn kernel dry distillation oil, dry distillation liquid and other components, and comprises raw materials or intermediate products of a Honghua medicinal preparation produced by Shandong Tan Shenzhou pharmaceutical Co., Ltd, wherein the Honghua medicinal preparation is a Fujie lotion, and the national standard character number of the medicine is Z10980131. In vitro cell screening tests show that the traditional Chinese medicine lotion of the natural composition has a remarkable killing effect on the novel coronavirus.
The applicant expects that the natural composition of the present invention can be widely used in disinfectant formulations for external use for environmental disinfection and personal disinfection, and that the natural composition of the present invention is used for disinfection of food in the entire industrial chain, thereby being advantageous for protecting food practitioners and consumers. However, since the traditional Chinese medicine lotion and the food preparation of the natural composition are different, and the traditional Chinese medicine lotion and the food preparation of the natural composition have different auxiliary materials, different preparations and different application environments, whether the natural composition can be used for disinfection of the industrial chain of food needs to be deeply researched, the research is not simply pushed forward, and the applicant carries out deep research and development on the natural composition in order to meet the long-term requirement of epidemic prevention and control.
