It is understood that the edge portion 120 may be disposed at the outer edge of the end face of one end of the product 100 as in the present embodiment, and in this case, the first flexible board 530 and the second flexible board 540 are integrally formed; the edge 120 may also be at a distance from the end surface of one end of the product 100, in which case the first flexible sheet 530 and the second flexible sheet 540 may be disposed in different regions.
Referring to fig. 1 and 12, in some embodiments of the present invention, the inspection mechanism 500 further includes a positioning block 550, the positioning block 550 being disposed on the inspection station 510, the positioning block 550 being used to position the product 100.
The positioning block 550 is provided to prepare the product 100 to be positioned in the correct area when the product 100 is pressed on the detection table 510, so as to ensure that the accommodating cavity is inflated, and also to ensure that the product 100 is pressed on the first flexible board 530, and the pressure sensor can detect the air pressure inside the accommodating cavity.
Referring to fig. 1 and 12, in some embodiments of the invention, the detection mechanism 500 further comprises a pressure sensor coupled to the detection station 510, the pressure sensor configured to detect the air pressure within the receiving chamber.
When the product 100 is pressed against the detection table 510 (the periphery is sealed), after the inflation assembly inflates the containing cavity of the product 100, the air pressure inside the containing cavity becomes high, and if the product 100 is out of glue, the part of the product 100 out of glue is likely to leak air, so that the air pressure inside the containing cavity of the product 100 is reduced (compared with other normal products 100). By arranging the pressure sensor, the air pressure in the accommodating cavity can be detected, so that whether the product 100 has the defect of glue shortage can be judged. It is to be understood that the pressure sensor may be a gas pressure leak detector, a gas tightness detector, or the like.
Referring to fig. 1 and 12, in some embodiments of the invention, a processor is also included, and the processor is connected to the securing assembly 320 and the pressure sensor.
The processor is connected with the pressure sensor, so that the processor can record which product 100 is in short of glue and wait for the subsequent treatment of the product 100 in short of glue; the processor is connected to the fixed assembly 320, and can process the adhesive-lacking product 100 and the adhesive-lacking product 100 separately, and determine which time to control the fixed assembly 320 to release the adhesive-lacking product 100 and the other time to control the fixed assembly 320 to release the adhesive-lacking product 100.
