The inflation and deflation mechanism 9 comprises a first push rod motor 901, the first push rod motor 901 is fixedly installed on the left side of the supporting column 2, an inflation sleeve 903 is installed on a first push rod 902 of the first push rod motor 901, the inflation sleeve 903 is mutually matched with the air inlet sleeve 601, one side of the inflation sleeve 903 is connected with a first inflation inlet 904, the first inflation inlet 904 is mutually matched with an air inlet 7010 below the mounting box 705, a second push rod motor 905 is fixedly installed on the rear side of the supporting column 2, a pressing block 907 is installed on a second push rod 906 of the second push rod motor 905, the pressing block 907 acts on the ejector rod 608, one side of the pressing block 907 is connected with a second inflation inlet 908, and the second inflation inlet 908 is mutually matched with the air inlet 7010 above the mounting box 705.
The cleaning mechanism 10 comprises a support 1001, the support 1001 is fixedly mounted at the top end of the front side of the support column 2, a third push rod motor 1002 is mounted on the support 1001, a dust hood 1004 is connected to the bottom end of a third push rod 1003 of the third push rod motor 1002, a rotating motor 1005 is mounted at the top end of the interior of the dust hood 1004, a cleaning plate 1007 is mounted on a rotating shaft 1006 of the rotating motor 1005, a cleaning brush 1008 is mounted at the bottom end of the cleaning plate 1007, and the dust hood 1004 is communicated with a dust collection device 1009.
The working principle is as follows:
when the rotary mechanism works, a driving motor 303 in the rotary mechanism 3 works to drive a driving gear 304 to rotate, the driving gear 304 rotates to drive a driven gear ring 302 to rotate, the driven gear ring 302 drives a rotary disc 301 to rotate, and the driving motor 303 drives the driving gear 304 to rotate when working every time, so that the rotary disc 301 rotates 90 degrees every time to replace stations;
during feeding operation, a first push rod motor 901 in the air charging and discharging mechanism 9 works to drive a first push rod 902 to move, the first push rod 902 moves to drive an air charging sleeve 903 and a first air charging port 904 to move, the first air charging port 904 is sleeved on an air inlet 7010 below a mounting box 705 in the feeding and discharging mechanism 7 to blow air into the air inlet 7010, so that air flow acts on an arc-shaped groove 709 on a vane plate 708 to drive the vane plate 708 and a rotating roller 707 to rotate, the rotating roller 707 rotates to drive a second driving wheel 706 to rotate, the second driving wheel 706 drives a first driving wheel 703 in belt transmission with the second driving wheel 706 to rotate, the first driving wheel 703 rotates to drive a conveying roller 702 to rotate, the conveying roller 702 rotates to transfer materials from a conveying belt device 8 to a tray 4 and then is fixed through a clamping mechanism 5, during discharging, the second push rod motor 905 works to drive a second push rod 906 to move, so that the second air charging port 908 is communicated with the air inlet 7010 above the mounting box 705, thereby driving the conveying roller 702 to rotate to convey the materials on the tray 4 to the conveying belt device 8 and then out, completing the automatic feeding and discharging operation of the materials, having high automation degree, effectively improving the detection efficiency and reducing the workload of workers;
when materials are conveyed to the tray 4, the inflating sleeve 903 in the inflating and deflating mechanism 9 is communicated with the air inlet sleeve 601 at the moment, when the materials are completely conveyed to the tray 4, the materials are clamped and fixed, the inflating sleeve 903 performs inflating operation on the air inlet sleeve 601, the sealing block 606 in the air inlet sleeve 601 is separated from the sealing groove 603 under the action of pressure, the inflating sleeve 903 is inflated into the first sleeve 501, the second sleeve 502 moves in the first sleeve 501, the clamping plate 503 on the first sleeve 501 clamps and fixes the materials, and meanwhile, the air bag 507 on the clamping plate 503 is expanded to further fix the materials; during blanking, firstly, a pressing block 907 on a second push rod 906 in the inflation and deflation mechanism 9 acts on a push rod 608 on a sealing block 606 in the air inlet sleeve 601, so that the sealing block 606 is separated from a sealing groove 603, gas is discharged from the first sleeve 501 and the second sleeve 502, the second sleeve 502 returns under the action of the first spring 504, clamping and fixing of materials are released, then the second inflation inlet 908 is inflated to perform blanking operation on the materials, the clamping and fixing operation of the materials is facilitated, the automation degree is high, and the detection efficiency is effectively improved;
before the detection, the third push rod 1003 is driven to descend through the work of a third push rod motor 1002 in the cleaning mechanism 10, the third push rod 1003 descends to drive a dust hood 1004 to descend and is sleeved on the tray 4, meanwhile, a rotating motor 1005 in the dust hood 1004 drives a rotating shaft 1006 and a cleaning plate 1007 to rotate, the cleaning plate 1007 rotates to enable a cleaning brush 1008 to clean materials, meanwhile, dust collecting equipment 1009 sucks away dust through the work of the dust collecting equipment 1009, the materials are guaranteed to be clean, therefore, the detection result is accurate, and the detection quality is improved.
