An intelligent detection method comprises the following operation steps:

When the intelligent detection system is used, the driving motor 8 is started, the driving motor 8 can drive the driving gear 9 to rotate, the driving gear 9 can drive the ring gear 10 to rotate, the ring gear 10 can protect and drive the rotating ring 2 to rotate, the rotating ring 2 can drive the plurality of placing plates 12 to circumferentially sweep with the mounting plate 18, the placing plates 12 can circumferentially slide on the annular slide rail 14 and sequentially pass through the feeding station 3, the defective product station 5 and the recovery station 4, when the placing plates 12 move to the feeding station 3, the closed valve bodies 42 are placed on the placing plates 12, and the pipe bodies on two sides of the valve bodies 42 are clamped on the two U-shaped plates 13, as shown in figure 5, the circumferentially swept placing plates 12 can drive the valve bodies 42 to circumferentially sweep synchronously, so that the circumferential conveying work of the valve bodies 42 is completed, when the next placing plate 12 reaches the feeding station 3, the valve body 42 is continuously placed, when the placing plate 12 on which the valve body 42 is placed passes between the feeding station 3 and the defective work station 5, the driven gear 25 firstly passes through the first arc-shaped rack 26, the driven gear 25 drives the worm 23 to rotate, the worm 23 drives the reciprocating lead screw 21 to rotate through the worm wheel 24, the reciprocating lead screw 21 drives the reciprocating sliding plate 19 to slide towards the U-shaped plate 13, the reciprocating sliding plate 19 drives the circular table 20 to slide towards one of the pipe orifices of the valve body 42, the circular table 20 just abuts against the pipe orifice of the valve body 42, one end of the valve body 42 is sealed, and therefore the automatic fixing work of the valve body 42 is completed, and the valve body 42 is convenient to detect.
The reciprocating slide plate 19 sliding towards the U-shaped plate 13 drives the piston column 29 to extrude towards the circular truncated cone 20, air in the slide tube 28 enters the valve body 42 through the blowing hole 31, air pressure in the valve body 42 is increased, when the piston column 29 is completely propped, redundant compressed air in the slide tube 28 is conveyed into the elastic air bag 17 through the conveying pipe 33, the elastic air bag 17 expands to fill the first groove 15, when the driven gear 25 passes through the first arc-shaped rack 26, the driven gear 25 does not drive the reciprocating screw 21 to rotate, so that the air pressure in the valve body 42 is kept for a period of time, during the period, if the valve body 42 leaks, air in the elastic air bag 17 is discharged, the first groove 15 is not filled by the elastic air bag 17, when the valve body 42 is good in quality and air does not leak, the elastic air bag 17 is not shrunk and reset, so that automatic detection work of the valve body 42 is completed, and detection efficiency is greatly improved compared with manual detection.
When the driven gear 25 is about to engage with the second arc-shaped rack 27, the placing plate 12 sliding on the annular slide rail 14 will press against the second delay switch 43, the second delay switch 43 will close the first electromagnetic valve in the delivery pipe 33, the delivery pipe 33 cannot deliver air, when the driven gear 25 slides over the second arc-shaped rack 27, the driven gear 25 drives the reciprocating lead screw 21 to rotate again, the reciprocating slide plate 19 will slide in the opposite direction, that is, the circular truncated cone 20 is driven to disengage from the pipe orifice of the valve body 42, and the valve body 42 is not limited by the circular truncated cone 20.
When the placing plate 12 moves to the first groove 15, if the elastic air bag 17 is still expanded, the placing plate 12 can smoothly slide through the first groove 15, if the elastic air bag 17 is not expanded, the placing plate 12 can rotate and incline towards the first groove 15, namely, the elastic air bag 17 expands when the valve body 42 is qualified, otherwise, the elastic air bag does not expand, when the placing plate 12 is inclined, the valve body 42 on the placing plate 12 can drop downwards from the defective product station 5, when the placing plate 12 passes through the first delay switch 32, the first delay switch 32 can open the second electromagnetic valve in the exhaust pipe to deflate the elastic air bag 17, when the elastic air bag 17 is completely reduced and reset, the first delay switch 32 can automatically close the second electromagnetic valve in the exhaust pipe, and the second delay switch 43 can open the first electromagnetic valve at the moment, when the placing plate 12 moves to the second groove 16, the placing plate 12 can rotate and incline towards the second groove 16, if the valve body 42 is arranged on the placing plate 12, the valve body 42 can drop from the position 4, thereby, the defective product can be recovered from the position where the valve body 42 is recovered, and the defective product can be recovered, and the quality can be greatly detected, and the defective product can be recovered from the position where the valve body 42 is recovered, thereby, and the defective product can be recovered, and the quality detection efficiency is greatly ensured.
