Abstract

本发明提出一种无上弦空腹扁桁架组合楼盖,包括下弦杆、腹杆、顶板和栓钉;下弦杆上间隔布置有多根腹杆,顶板固定于腹杆的顶部,顶板表面焊接多个与混凝土板连接的栓钉。本发明无上弦空腹扁桁架组合楼盖,既能降低结构本身的高度,又能方便设备管线从中穿越;本发明无上弦空腹扁桁架组合楼盖由下部的空腹扁桁架和上部的混凝土楼板组合而成。由于该空腹桁架没有上弦杆,仅由下弦杆和腹杆组成,且腹杆的长度较小,因而桁架的高度较小,为其高度的1/30~1/20,明显小于常规的平面钢桁架。

Description

一种无上弦空腹扁桁架组合楼盖
技术领域
本发明涉及建筑楼盖技术领域,尤其涉及一种无上弦空腹扁桁架组合楼盖。
背景技术
组合楼盖是多层和高层钢结构房屋常见的楼面体系,受力合理,充分利用钢材和混凝土各自的材料特性。现有的的组合楼盖有四种型式,分别如下:
1.由实腹钢梁与混凝土板形成的组合楼盖;
2.由蜂窝钢梁与混凝土板形成的组合楼盖;
3.钢筋桁架式组合楼盖;
4.由普通钢桁架与混凝土板形成的组合楼盖。
对于第一种组合楼盖,由于设备管线只能在梁下部穿越,设备管线需单独占用建筑层高。第二种组合楼盖由于蜂窝梁内的腹板开洞面积较小,且开洞的形状一般为圆形或正多边形,当设备管线较宽时往往不能从蜂窝梁的孔洞内穿越。第三种组合楼盖由于钢筋桁架的刚度较小,仅适用于较小的跨度。对于第四种组合楼盖,其钢桁架由上弦杆、腹杆和下弦杆组成,其中腹杆包括竖向腹杆和斜腹杆,由于有斜腹杆的存在,腹杆之间的孔洞面积较小,孔洞形状为三角形,可以穿越的管线也较小,另外,由于钢桁架上弦杆的截面高度也单独占用建筑层高,因而总的结构高度往往也较大。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种便于管线排布,结构高地低并且整体经济的无上弦空腹扁桁架组合楼盖。
为达到上述目的,本发明提出一种无上弦空腹扁桁架组合楼盖,包括下弦杆、腹杆、顶板和栓钉;
所述下弦杆上间隔布置有多根所述腹杆,所述顶板固定于所述腹杆的顶部,所述顶板表面焊接多个与混凝土板连接的栓钉。
进一步的,所述下弦杆与腹板之间连接节点处设置加劲板,所述加劲板的位置与所述腹杆的翼缘板对齐。
进一步的,所述下弦杆和所述腹杆的截面采用H型钢、矩形管或箱型截面;其中H型钢可采用热轧或焊接H型钢。
进一步的,所述腹杆均为竖向腹杆,腹杆与腹杆之间的间距中布置管线。
进一步的,无上弦空腹扁桁架组合楼盖的高度为跨度的1/30~1/20。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优势之处在于:
1、本发明提供一种无上弦的空腹扁桁架组合楼盖,既能降低结构本身的高度,又能方便设备管线从中穿越。
2、无上弦空腹扁桁架组合楼盖由下部的空腹扁桁架和上部的混凝土楼板组合而成。由于该空腹桁架没有上弦杆,仅由下弦杆和腹杆组成,且腹杆的长度较小,因而桁架的高度较小,为其高度的1/30~1/20,明显小于常规的平面钢桁架。
3、无上弦空腹扁桁架的所有腹杆均为竖向腹杆,不设斜腹杆,设备管线(如消防水管、生活水管、电缆桥架、空调管道等)全部从扁桁架的各竖向腹杆间的孔洞内穿越,即设备管线不单独占用建筑层高。
4、无上弦空腹扁桁架的竖向腹杆可以等间距布置,也可以根据桁架的内力图特点采用不等间距布置,从而达到充分利用钢材的效果。

具体实施方式
为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将对本发明的技术方案作进一步地说明。
本发明提出一种无上弦空腹扁桁架组合楼盖,包括下弦杆1、腹杆2、顶板3和栓钉5;
下弦杆1上间隔布置有多根腹杆2,顶板3固定于腹杆2的顶部,顶板3表面焊接多个与混凝土板6连接的栓钉5。
在本实施例中,下弦杆1与腹板之间连接节点处设置加劲板7,加劲板7的位置与腹杆2的翼缘板对齐。
在本实施例中,下弦杆1和腹杆2的截面采用H型钢、矩形管或箱型截面;其中H型钢可采用热轧或焊接H型钢。
在本实施例中,腹杆2均为竖向腹杆2,腹杆2与腹杆2之间的间距中布置管线。
在本实施例中,无上弦空腹扁桁架组合楼盖的高度为跨度的1/30~1/20。由于该空腹桁架没有上弦杆,仅由下弦杆1和腹杆2组成,且腹杆2的长度较小,因而桁架的高度较小,为其高度的1/30~1/20,明显小于常规的平面钢桁架。
本发明提供的无上弦的空腹扁桁架组合楼盖,既能降低结构本身的高度,又能方便设备管线4从中穿越。设备管线4(如消防水管、生活水管、电缆桥架、空调管道等)全部从扁桁架的各竖向腹杆2间的孔洞内穿越,即设备管线4不单独占用建筑层高。
无上弦空腹扁桁架的竖向腹杆2可以等间距布置,也可以根据桁架的内力图特点采用不等间距布置,从而达到充分利用钢材的效果。
无上弦空腹扁桁架在工厂内完成制作,含下弦杆1和腹杆2的连接以及栓钉5的焊接。运至工程现场就位后,支板模并浇筑混凝土板6(当楼板面积较小时可采用灌浆料),形成组合楼盖。
无上弦空腹扁桁架组合楼盖在弯矩作用下受力特点是:空腹桁架的下弦杆1受拉,由于没有上弦杆,由弯矩引起的压应力全部由混凝土板6承担。

1.一种无上弦空腹扁桁架组合楼盖,其特征在于,包括下弦杆、腹杆、顶板和栓钉;
所述下弦杆上间隔布置有多根所述腹杆,所述顶板固定于所述腹杆的顶部,所述顶板表面焊接多个与混凝土板连接的栓钉;
所述腹杆均为竖向腹杆,腹杆与腹杆之间的间距中布置管线;
无上弦空腹扁桁架组合楼盖的高度为跨度的1/30~1/20。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无上弦空腹扁桁架组合楼盖,其特征在于,所述下弦杆与腹板之间连接节点处设置加劲板,所述加劲板的位置与所述腹杆的翼缘板对齐。
