Specifically, in the present invention, the water lubricated bearing means a bearing lubricated with seawater. In this embodiment, the stern shaft bearing 30 is sleeved outside the stern shaft, a certain gap is formed between an inner ring of the stern shaft bearing 30 and the stern shaft, the gap is filled with seawater, and when the ship is in a traveling state, the stern shaft bearing 30 can be lubricated and cooled by using the seawater.
Specifically, when the ship is in a berthing state, the first pipeline 10 is connected with the seawater system 100, and under the action of the pump 15, seawater enters the antifouling assembly from the first pipeline 10, the antifouling assembly can electrolyze the seawater to generate a sodium hypochlorite antifouling agent, and the sodium hypochlorite antifouling agent enters the stern shaft bearing 30 through the bulkhead of the ship through the first pipeline 10 to perform antifouling treatment so as to avoid marine organisms growing in the stern shaft bearing 30.
Further, in one embodiment of the present invention, the anti-fouling assembly comprises an electrolytic cell 11, wherein an electrode is disposed in the electrolytic cell 11, and seawater can be electrolyzed to generate the sodium hypochlorite anti-fouling agent.
It can be understood that: in the embodiment, the water-lubricated bearing is the stern shaft bearing 30, and the anti-fouling device of the water-lubricated bearing provided by the embodiment of the invention is also applicable to other water-lubricated bearings, and is not limited to the stern shaft bearing 30.

In particular, the cell 11 can be designed as a modular structure, making full use of the space inside the ship's cabin. In this embodiment, the electrolytic cell 11 is a tubular structure, and a bipolar electrode is disposed in the cell, i.e. half of the electrode is an anode, and the other half is a cathode, wherein the anode is a Mixed Metal Oxide (MMO) anode, and the cathode is commercially pure titanium. When seawater enters the electrolytic bath 11, it can be electrolyzed into a sodium hypochlorite antifoulant to prevent marine growth.
Further, in the present embodiment, a controller and a current and voltage detecting component are disposed in the power supply 12, and when the current and voltage detecting component detects that the current or the voltage exceeds a preset value, the current and voltage detecting component sends a signal to the controller, and the controller controls the power supply 12 to stop outputting, so as to avoid burning out the electrode and the power supply 12.
Further, the controller is electrically connected to the pump 15, and when the pump 15 fails and stops working, the controller controls the power supply 12 to stop outputting.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the pipe of the first pipeline 10 is made of copper alloy to prevent the first pipeline 10 from corroding.
As shown in fig. 1, in one embodiment of the present invention, a filter 13 and a first shut-off valve 14 are further provided on the first pipeline 10. The filter 13 is located upstream of the pump 15 and the first shut-off valve 14 is located between the filter 13 and the pump 15.
Specifically, when the ship is in a berthing state, the first pipeline 10 takes water from the seawater system 100 under the action of the pump 15, seawater is filtered in the filter 13 and then enters the electrolytic bath 11 through the first stop valve 14 to be electrolyzed into a sodium hypochlorite anti-fouling agent, and the sodium hypochlorite anti-fouling agent enters the stern shaft bearing 30 to perform anti-fouling treatment on the stern shaft bearing 30.
Further, the first pipeline 10 is further provided with: a second stop valve 16 and a third stop valve 18. The second stop valve 16 is located between the pump 15 and the electrolytic tank 11 and the third stop valve 18 is located between the electrolytic tank 11 and the stern shaft bearing 30.
Specifically, when the ship is in a parking state, the first pipeline 10 is conducted, the first stop valve 14, the second stop valve 16 and the third stop valve 18 are all in a conducting state, seawater is electrolyzed in the electrolytic bath 11, and sodium hypochlorite antifouling agent is generated and enters the stern shaft bearing 30.
Further, in an embodiment of the present invention, the first pipeline 10 is further provided with a flow meter 17, the flow meter 17 is located between the second stop valve 16 and the electrolytic cell 11, and the flow meter 17 is electrically connected with the controller.
Specifically, when the first stop valve 14 and the second stop valve 16 are both in the on state, the flow meter 17 is used for detecting the flow rate of the seawater entering the electrolytic bath 11, and when the flow rate of the seawater detected by the flow meter 17 is smaller than a preset value, the flow meter 17 sends a signal to the controller, and the controller controls the power supply 12 to stop outputting, so as to avoid the electrodes and the power supply 12 from being burnt.
As shown in fig. 1, in an embodiment of the present invention, the anti-fouling device for water lubricated bearings further comprises a second pipeline 20, a water inlet of the second pipeline 20 is connected to a water outlet of the pump 15, a water outlet of the second pipeline 20 is connected to the stern shaft bearing 30, wherein the second pipeline 20 is further provided with a fourth stop valve 21.
Specifically, when the ship is in a ship-advancing state, the stern shaft rotates, and at this time, seawater lubricates and cools the stern shaft bearing 30. At this time, the first stop valve 14 in the first pipeline 10 is opened, the second stop valve 16 and the third stop valve 18 are closed, the power source 12 is turned off, and the operation of the electrolytic cell 11 is stopped. The fourth stop valve 21 on the second pipeline 20 is connected, seawater passes through the filter 13 and the first stop valve 14 under the action of the pump 15, enters the second pipeline 20, enters the stern shaft bearing 30 through the second pipeline 20, lubricates and cools the stern shaft bearing 30, and ensures that the stern shaft bearing 30 normally operates.
