Abstract
本发明提供了一种高剥离强度的复合篷布及其生产方法,该复合篷布包括机织网格布和两层TPU膜,所述机织网格布两侧均涂有一层PUR胶水层一,所述TPU膜内侧涂有一层PUR胶水层二,所述PUR胶水层一和PUR胶水层二通过热辊压合连接在一起。机织网格布和TPU膜均涂有PUR胶水层,粘接时两个PUR胶水层可以完美熔融粘接在一起,使得整个复合篷布具有较高剥离强度性能,不容易撕开分离。

技术领域
本发明属于高性能复合材料技术领域,涉及一种高剥离强度的复合篷布及其生产方法。
背景技术
现在的篷布都是通过热压复合,但是现有的复合都是采用单层胶水涂覆,需要复合机上的胶水涂覆在机织网格布或者复合膜上,而且由于一些特殊纤维所编织的机织网格布材料有特殊的性能,造成在膜复合过程中容易出现不平整,易剥离的情况,影响产品性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的技术存在上述问题,提出了一种高剥离强度的复合篷布及其生产方法,通过本生产方法制造的复合篷布具备超高的剥离强度,TPU膜和基布连接牢固,不容易撕开。
本发明的目的可通过下列技术方案来实现:一种高剥离强度的复合篷布,包括机织网格布和两层TPU膜,其特征在于,所述机织网格布两侧均涂有一层PUR胶水层一,所述TPU膜内侧涂有一层PUR胶水层二,所述PUR胶水层一和PUR胶水层二通过热辊压合连接在一起。
进一步的,所述PUR胶水层一的厚度0.06-0.09mm。
进一步的,所述PUR胶水层二的厚度0.04-0.06mm。
进一步的,所述TPU膜的厚度为0.03~0.1mm。
本发明还公开了一种高剥离强度的复合篷布的生产方法,其特征在于,具体包括如下步骤:
一、在放卷辊一上放出机织网格布,在放卷辊二上放出TPU膜;
二、通过涂胶机构将PUR胶水涂在机织网格布正面上形成PUR胶水层一,通过涂胶机构将PUR胶水涂在TPU膜上形成PUR胶水层二;
三、将TPU膜压合在机织网格布正面上,压合辊的温度在80-120℃,得到半成品布卷;
四、待收卷后的布卷冷却后,重新放卷出半成品布卷;
五、通过涂胶机构将PUR胶水涂在机织网格布背面上形成PUR胶水层一,通过涂胶机构将PUR胶水涂在TPU膜上形成PUR胶水层二;
六、将TPU膜压合在机织网格布背面上,压合辊的温度在80-120℃,得到成品篷布卷。
进一步的,在步骤三中,所述PUR胶水层一和PUR胶水层二粘接时的温度为60-80℃。
进一步的,在步骤六中,所述PUR胶水层一和PUR胶水层二粘接时的温度为60-80℃。
与现有技术相比,本高剥离强度的复合篷布及其生产方法具有以下优点:
1、PUR胶水属于热熔胶的一种,粘接性和韧性可调节,有着优异的粘接强度,具有良好的耐高低温性能、耐水性、耐磨性、耐化学腐蚀和耐老化性,适用于塑料、金属的粘接,广泛应用于电子领域、汽车、纺织、机电,航空航天等国民经济领域,更加环保。
2、机织网格布和TPU膜均涂有PUR胶水层,粘接时两个PUR胶水层可以完美熔融粘接在一起,使得整个复合篷布具有较高剥离强度性能,不容易撕开分离。
具体实施方式
本高剥离强度的复合篷布,包括机织网格布和两层TPU膜,所述机织网格布两侧均涂有一层PUR胶水层一,所述TPU膜内侧涂有一层PUR胶水层二,所述PUR胶水层一和PUR胶水层二通过热辊压合连接在一起。
进一步的,所述PUR胶水层一的厚度0.07mm。
进一步的,所述PUR胶水层二的厚度0.05mm。
进一步的,所述TPU膜的厚度为0.08mm。
本发明还公开了一种高剥离强度的复合篷布的生产方法,具体包括如下步骤:
一、在放卷辊一上放出机织网格布,在放卷辊二上放出TPU膜;
二、通过涂胶机构将PUR胶水涂在机织网格布正面上形成PUR胶水层一,通过涂胶机构将PUR胶水涂在TPU膜上形成PUR胶水层二;
三、将TPU膜压合在机织网格布正面上,压合辊的温度在80-120℃,得到半成品布卷;
四、待收卷后的布卷冷却后,重新放卷出半成品布卷;
五、通过涂胶机构将PUR胶水涂在机织网格布背面上形成PUR胶水层一,通过涂胶机构将PUR胶水涂在TPU膜上形成PUR胶水层二;
六、将TPU膜压合在机织网格布背面上,压合辊的温度在80-120℃,得到成品篷布卷。
在步骤三中,所述PUR胶水层一和PUR胶水层二粘接时的温度为70℃,在步骤六中,所述PUR胶水层一和PUR胶水层二粘接时的温度为70℃。

1.一种高剥离强度的复合篷布,包括机织网格布和两层TPU膜,其特征在于,所述机织网格布两侧均涂有一层PUR胶水层一,所述TPU膜内侧涂有一层PUR胶水层二,所述PUR胶水层一和PUR胶水层二通过热辊压合连接在一起。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高剥离强度的复合篷布,其特征在于,所述PUR胶水层一的厚度0.06-0.09mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高剥离强度的复合篷布,其特征在于,所述PUR胶水层二的厚度0.04-0.06mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高剥离强度的复合篷布,其特征在于,所述TPU膜的厚度为0.03~0.1mm。
5.一种高剥离强度的复合篷布的生产方法,其特征在于,具体包括如下步骤:
一、在放卷辊一上放出机织网格布,在放卷辊二上放出TPU膜;
二、通过涂胶机构将PUR胶水涂在机织网格布正面上形成PUR胶水层一,通过涂胶机构将PUR胶水涂在TPU膜上形成PUR胶水层二;
三、将TPU膜压合在机织网格布正面上,压合辊的温度在80-120℃,得到半成品布卷;
四、待收卷后的布卷冷却后,重新放卷出半成品布卷;
五、通过涂胶机构将PUR胶水涂在机织网格布背面上形成PUR胶水层一,通过涂胶机构将PUR胶水涂在TPU膜上形成PUR胶水层二;
六、将TPU膜压合在机织网格布背面上,压合辊的温度在80-120℃,得到成品篷布卷。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种高剥离强度的复合篷布的生产方法,其特征在于,在步骤三中,所述PUR胶水层一和PUR胶水层二粘接时的温度为60-80℃。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种高剥离强度的复合篷布的生产方法,其特征在于,在步骤六中,所述PUR胶水层一和PUR胶水层二粘接时的温度为60-80℃。
