Claims (10)

1. The device for automatically peeling the water chestnuts is characterized by comprising a clamping mechanism (3) and a peeling mechanism, wherein the clamping mechanism (3) comprises two arc-shaped clamping jaws (321) which are symmetrically arranged, and the two arc-shaped clamping jaws (321) can be matched to form a clamping cavity for grabbing the water chestnuts; the peeling mechanism comprises a top peeling mechanism (6) for removing the top peels of the water chestnuts, a bottom peeling mechanism (7) for removing the bottom peels of the water chestnuts, an peeling mechanism for peeling off the peels of a bottom sunken region of the water chestnuts, a scraper (322) arranged on the arc-shaped clamping jaw (321) and a twisting mechanism (5) for driving the water chestnuts to rotate; when the arc-shaped clamping jaw (321) grabs the water chestnuts, the torsion mechanism (5) can drive the water chestnuts to rotate, and the scraper (322) can scrape the outer skins on the side faces of the water chestnuts.
2. The device for automatically peeling the water chestnuts according to the claim 1, wherein the twisting mechanism (5) drives the water chestnuts to rotate and simultaneously enables the included angle between the axis of rotation of the water chestnuts and the scraper (322) to be changed.

The automatic water chestnut peeling device according to claim 2, wherein the twisting mechanism (5) comprises an arc-shaped sliding rail (51), a sliding block (52) slidably mounted on the arc-shaped sliding rail (51) and a third push-pull rod (54) fixedly mounted on one side of the sliding block (52), the arc-shaped sliding rail (51) is provided with insections (511), the sliding block (52) is rotatably provided with a spur gear (521) meshed with the insections (511), one side of the sliding block (52) is provided with a first motor (53) for driving the spur gear (521) to rotate, the output end of the third push-pull rod (54) is provided with a fixing mechanism for fixing water chestnuts, and the fixing mechanism can rotate under the driving of the first motor (53).
