The bottom of the inner side of the outer container 2 is uniformly provided with supporting columns 22, the inner container 1 is connected with the supporting columns 22 in a sliding manner, and the bottom of the sealing cover 9 is provided with an extrusion rod 23.

2. The preparation method of the functional vegetable protein solid beverage is characterized by comprising the following steps:
