Description

Bactericidal granules containing fluopyram and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The application relates to the field of bactericidal pesticides, in particular to a fluopyram-containing bactericidal granule and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Bactericidal pesticides are a class of agents used to control plant diseases. The pesticide which has the function of killing pathogens or inhibiting the growth of pathogens but does not hinder the normal growth of plants is generally called as the bactericidal pesticide.
The aminopyralid belongs to pyridyl ethyl benzamide bactericides and can be applied to preventing and treating various diseases of more than 70 crops.
With respect to the above-described related art, the inventors consider that: the use of the picolinamide can affect the microbial communities in the soil to cause damage, thereby affecting the soil health.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to reduce the amount of residual fluopyram in soil and reduce the inhibiting effect of fluopyram on microorganisms in soil, the application provides fluopyram-containing bactericidal granules and a preparation method thereof.
In a first aspect, the application provides a fluopyram-containing bactericidal granule, which adopts the following technical scheme: the sterilization granule containing fluopyram comprises the following raw materials, by weight, 12-24 parts of active ingredients, 2-6 parts of a wetting agent, 2-4 parts of a dispersing aid, 2-6 parts of an adhesive and 22-60 parts of a carrier, wherein the active ingredients comprise amino-oligosaccharin, chloropyramide and riboflavin sodium phosphate, and the weight ratio of the amino-oligosaccharin to the chloropyramide to the riboflavin sodium phosphate is 2-5: 2.
By adopting the technical scheme, the amino-oligosaccharin promotes the growth of plants so as to promote the plants to absorb the chloropyramide, the amount of residual chloropyramide is reduced, meanwhile, riboflavin sodium phosphate promotes the digestion of the chloropyramide, the residual chloropyramide in the soil is further reduced, and in the process, the oxazine ring in the riboflavin sodium phosphate is damaged, so that the riboflavin sodium phosphate provides phosphorus for the plants, the growth of the plants is further promoted, and the inhibiting effect of the fluoropyramide on microorganisms in the soil is effectively reduced.
Preferably, the sum of the weight of the amino-oligosaccharin and the weight of the aminopyrimidine accounts for 20% of the total weight of the granules.
By adopting the technical scheme, the amino-oligosaccharin provides nutrient elements for plants after decomposition, so that the plants after sterilization treatment by the fluopyram can grow, and the influence of germs on the plant growth is reduced.
Preferably, the weight ratio of the amino-oligosaccharin to the aminopyrimidine is 1: 1.
By adopting the technical scheme, the adding proportion of the amino-oligosaccharin and the fluopyram is adjusted, so that the bactericidal effect of the bactericidal granules and the help effect on plant growth are further improved.
Preferably, the weight ratio of the picolinamide to the sodium ribostamide to the carrier is 7:4: 22-60.
By adopting the technical scheme, when the sterilization granules are applied to plants, the sterilization granules are dissolved in water, and the clopyralid and the ribostamycin sodium phosphate are dissolved in water and enter the carrier, so that the slow release effect is realized, the concentration of the clopyralid in the soil is effectively reduced, and meanwhile, the influence of photolysis on the riboflavin sodium phosphate is effectively reduced, so that the decomposition promoting effect of the riboflavin sodium phosphate on the clopyralid is prolonged, and the inhibiting effect of the clopyralid on the microbial community in the soil is effectively reduced.
Preferably, the carrier is attapulgite.
By adopting the technical scheme, the attapulgite adsorbs the chloropyramide and the riboflavin sodium phosphate, so that the sustained release of the chloropyramide is realized while the riboflavin sodium phosphate is protected.
Preferably, the wetting agent is one or more of alkylaryl polyoxyethylene ether sulfate, alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether, fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether and alkyl naphthalene sulfonate, and the wetting agent is fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether.
By adopting the technical scheme, the wetting agent is selected, so that the liquid-solid interfacial tension is reduced, the contact of liquid on the solid surface is increased, the wetting and the expansion of water on the surface of the granule are increased, the granule is convenient to mix with the water, and the drug effect of the granule is improved.
Preferably, the adhesive is one or more of xanthan gum, carboxymethyl cellulose, polyvinyl alcohol and polyethylene glycol, and the adhesive is polyvinyl alcohol in the application.
By adopting the technical scheme, the adhesive is selected, so that the particle stability of the sterilization granules is improved.
In a second aspect, the application provides a preparation method of sterilization granules containing fluopyram, which adopts the following technical scheme:
a preparation method of sterilization granules containing fluopyram comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing amino-oligosaccharin, fluopyram, riboflavin sodium phosphate, a wetting agent, a dispersing aid and a carrier, crushing, adding a binder, and performing extrusion granulation to obtain the bactericidal granules.
By adopting the technical scheme, the bactericidal granules can be prepared, and the preparation method is simple.
In summary, the present application has the following beneficial effects:
1. use the attapulgite as the adsorption carrier in this application, after the granule that disinfects is dissolved in aqueous, the attapulgite adsorbs to chlorine pyraclostrobin and riboflavin sodium phosphate, thereby make in partly chlorine pyraclostrobin and riboflavin sodium phosphate get into the attapulgite along with water, reduce chlorine pyraclostrobin concentration in the soil on the one hand, realize chlorine pyraclostrobin's slowly-releasing, on the other hand protect riboflavin sodium phosphate, reduce the riboflavin sodium phosphate of photolysis loss, thereby promote chlorine pyraclostrobin to decompose, reduce remaining chlorine pyraclostrobin in the soil, reduce the inhibitory action of chlorine pyraclostrobin to microbial community in the soil.
2. In the application, amino-oligosaccharin is preferably adopted to provide nutrient elements for plants after decomposition, so that the plants after sterilization treatment by the fluopyram can grow, and the influence of germs on the growth of the plants is reduced.

The soil which is not applied with pesticide within 1 year is collected on the Shandong province-Dong-Wen reclamation yellow river farm to carry out indoor culture experiments. The culture temperature is 25 ℃, the humidity is 60%, and the culture time is 10 d.
Culturing tomato seedlings in a seedling raising tray filled with disinfected soil, selecting 3-leaf stage tomato seedlings with consistent growth vigor, transplanting the tomato seedlings into the soil, setting 3 groups of parallel samples in each group of examples and comparative examples, wherein each group of parallel samples corresponds to 5 tomato seedlings, and applying the granules prepared in the examples or the comparative examples to the soil filled with the tomato seedlings, wherein the initial concentration is 5 mg/kg. Three groups of clear water control groups are additionally arranged.
Soil samples are respectively collected at 15 days, 30 days and 60 days after the pesticide application, and the residual amount of the picolinamide in the soil is determined. Results of the measurements each group of examples or comparative examples was averaged.
