Abstract
The invention relates to a full-automatic plug filling machine, which comprises a front section feeding line and a rear section line body which are adjacent and form an integral transmission line, wherein a discharging line body is arranged above the front section feeding line, a discharging bin is communicated above the discharging line body, so that a cavity disc can be automatically fed through the front section feeding line, the discharging bin fills a substrate into the cavity disc through the discharging line body, a rolling and brushing mechanism is arranged above the front section feeding line and at the rear end of the discharging line body and used for brushing and leveling a plug conveyed after filling, the rear section line body is arranged at the rear end of the rolling and brushing mechanism and connected with the front section feeding line, a plug mechanism is arranged above the rear section line body and used for quickly punching a plug of the plug conveyed after brushing and butting the plug with a corresponding plug seeder line body through the rear section to start seeding. The automatic tray filling machine has a modularized structure and high automation degree, can automatically complete the tray filling, tray loading, flat brushing and hole punching processes, and can fully recover and feed redundant substrates after flat brushing.

Operation process and principle of the invention
