As shown in fig. 9, the detection system 7 includes a switch bracket 7-1, a detection switch 7-2; the switch bracket 7-1 is arranged on the spray pipe 6-2; the detection switch 7-2 is arranged on the switch bracket 7-1; the detection switch 7-2 may be a correlation type or a reflection type photoelectric switch; the detection switches 7-2 are arranged on the left side and the right side of the nozzle 6-3 respectively; the switch bracket 7-1 can adjust the horizontal position to adjust the distance from the detection switch 7-2 to the nozzle 6-3. The left-right movement principle of the purging system is as follows: a motor 3-1 of a power mechanism 3 drives a lead screw 3-4 to rotate, the lead screw 3-4 drives a nut 3-5 to move through thread matching, and the nut 3-5 drives a sliding seat 5 and a purging system 6 on the sliding seat 5 to move simultaneously; the left and right movement of the blowing system 6 is realized by the positive and negative rotation of the motor 3-1.
The automatic edge finding principle of the purging device is as follows: as shown in fig. 8, two pairs of detection switches 7-2 are respectively arranged at the left side and the right side of the nozzle 6-3, when the nozzle 6-3 is positioned at the edge of the plate, the detection switch i is blocked by the plate, and the detection switch ii is not blocked by the plate, so that the nozzle 6-3 can be positioned at the edge of the plate according to feedback signals of the two pairs of detection switches 7-2, thereby completing automatic edge finding.
For convenience of description, a detection switch close to the central line of the unit is defined as a detection switch I, and a detection switch close to the outer side is defined as a detection switch II; the inward movement points to the direction close to the central line of the unit, and the outward movement points to the direction far away from the central line of the unit.
As shown in fig. 11, an automatic edge-finding plate edge purging device and an automatic edge-finding method have the following automatic edge-finding processes:
