The preparation method of the moisturizing, moisturizing and long-acting skin care essence according to any one of claims 1 to 8, characterized by comprising the following steps: (1) preparing oil gel: mixing and stirring squalane, glycerol and a thickening agent for 20-40 minutes until the mixture is uniformly stirred, then adding a small amount of an emollient, stirring vegetable oil for 20-40 minutes, uniformly mixing, then adding polypeptide and a plant extract, and stirring for 20-40 minutes; (2) preparing hydrogel: heating water, dihydric alcohol, a humectant, a thickening agent, alkaline amino acid, a chelating agent and a surfactant to 50-70 ℃, stirring for dissolving, cooling to 40 ℃, adding a skin conditioner and a hydrolyzed protein composition, stirring for 20-40 minutes, and uniformly dispersing; (3) and (4) bottling and assembling the obtained oil gel and the hydrogel to obtain the double-bottle essence.

The use method of the moisturizing, moisturizing and long-acting skin care double-bottle essence according to any one of claims 1 to 8 is characterized in that: the oil gel and the hydrogel of the skin-care double-bottle essence are respectively stored in separate bottles, and when the skin-care double-bottle essence is used, the oil gel and the hydrogel emulsion are uniformly mixed according to a certain proportion, and the mixed emulsion is smeared on the skin.
