Description

Functional lipid for improving animal production performance under low-protein daily ration and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of feed, in particular to functional lipid for improving the production performance of animals under low-protein daily ration and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In order to achieve the optimal production performance of animals, a large amount of high-protein feed raw materials such as soybean meal, fish meal and the like are often required to be added in the preparation process of a feed formula, so that the amino acid level of an amino acid metabolic library in an animal body is improved, and the secretion of an I-type insulin-like growth factor is stimulated, thereby improving the growth speed of the animals.
In order to improve the growth speed of animals, the processing formula of the feed comprises the following components: if the pig feed is added with more than 20 percent of soybean meal and more than 3 percent of fish meal, the protein of the feed formula reaches more than 20 percent; for example, the aquatic feed bean pulp accounts for 30-40%, the fish meal accounts for 20-40%, and the feed formula protein accounts for 40-50%.
The prior animal feed has the following defects and defects: china needs a large amount of imported soybeans and Peru imported fish meal from America and Brazil, for example, in 2021, China imports more than one hundred million tons of soybeans and more than 150 million tons of fish meal, which is unfavorable for grain safety and wastes foreign exchange reserves of China; in addition, too high protein that the animal can not digest is discharged with the excrement, which is not environment-friendly.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a functional lipid for improving animal production performance under low-protein daily ration and a preparation method thereof, and aims to solve the problems in the prior art.
In order to achieve the aim, the embodiment of the invention provides functional lipid for improving the production performance of animals under low-protein daily ration, and the functional lipid is added into the formula of the original feed, so that the dosage of soybean meal and fish meal is reduced; the formula of the functional lipid comprises the following components: 10-50 parts of medium-chain fatty glyceride, 10-20 parts of fatty diglyceride, 5-10 parts of phospholipid and 20-50 parts of microporous starch.
The existing pig feed formula is added with 20% of soybean meal and 3% of fish meal, if functional lipid is added for 1%, the feed formula can be adjusted to 17% of soybean meal and 0% of fish meal, so that the protein content of the feed formula is reduced from 20% to 17%, and the effect of saving 3% of protein is achieved.
At present, the soybean meal of the aquatic feed is 30-40%, the fish meal is 20-40%, if functional lipid is added for 2-2.5%, the feed formula can be adjusted to be 25-35% and 15-35% so that the protein content of the formula is reduced from 40-50% to 35-45%, and the function of saving 5% of protein is achieved.
Based on a general inventive concept, the present invention also provides a method for preparing the above functional lipid for improving animal production performance under low protein ration, comprising the following steps: mixing phospholipid and medium-chain fatty glyceride, adsorbing with microporous starch, and mixing fatty diglyceride with the mixture.
The higher the level of amino acids in the amino acid metabolism library of animal body is, the stronger the action of stimulating animal to produce "I type insulin-like growth factor" is, the growth performance of animal can be raised, and the amino acids in the amino acid metabolism library can be converted into ketone body by means of deaminization and can be lost.
The scheme of the invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) the invention prepares functional lipid by a plurality of oils, blocks the amino acid in the amino acid metabolism library of animal organism from being converted into ketone body by rapidly generating ketone, thereby reducing the loss of amino acid and achieving the purpose of improving the growth performance of animals by improving the generation of I-type insulin-like growth factors of animals.
(2) The invention promotes the energy conservation and emission reduction of animal protein production, and the amount of soybean meal is respectively reduced by 3 percent and 5 percent by 13000 ten thousand tons of pig feed and 2300 ten thousand tons of aquatic products, so that 505 ten thousand tons of soybean meal can be saved (13000 x 3 percent +2300 x 5 percent); the fish meal is used in 2600 ten thousand tons of pig feed, and the amount of the fish meal is reduced by 3 percent and 5 percent respectively in 2300 ten thousand tons of aquatic feed, so 193 ten thousand tons of fish meal or animal protein can be saved (2600 x 3 percent +2300 x 5 percent).

Examples
A method for preparing functional lipid for improving animal production performance under low-protein daily ration comprises the following steps:
firstly, mixing phospholipid and medium-chain fatty glyceride, homogenizing, and then adsorbing by microporous starch; heating the glyceride fatty acid diester to 80 deg.C to obtain liquid, mixing with microporous starch adsorbed with phospholipid and medium-chain fatty glyceride, and cooling for 30 min to obtain powder, as shown in figure 1.
The functional lipid product is used in aquatic products, such as soft-shelled turtle effect experiments:
1. the original formula and the prepared feed are as follows: 45% of fish meal, 15% of chicken powder, 15% of soybean meal, 20% of gelatinized starch, 5% of premix and additive.
2. Using a functional lipid formulation and formulating a feed: 40% of fish meal, 15% of chicken meal, 15% of soybean meal, 22.5% of gelatinized starch, 2.5% of functional lipid, 5% of premix and additive; wherein the fish meal is reduced by 5 percent, the functional lipid is used by 2.5 percent, and the gelatinized starch is increased by 2.5 percent, and the rest components are kept unchanged.
3. Feeding experiment:
selecting 4 feeding ponds, dividing the feeding ponds into two groups, wherein each group comprises two feeding ponds, respectively placing 20 soft-shelled turtles with similar weights into each feeding pond, using an original formula feed control group, using a functional lipid formula feed as an experimental group, feeding for 42 days respectively, and obtaining experimental data as follows:
Figure BDA0003575258800000031
Figure BDA0003575258800000041
statistics shows that the bait coefficient of a control group and an experimental group has no obvious difference, and that after 2.5% of the functional lipid product is used, 5% of the fish meal is reduced, so that the growth speed of the soft-shelled turtle is not influenced.
The functional lipid product is used in the effect experiment of pigs, such as piglets:
1. the original formula and the prepared feed are as follows: 65% of corn, 2% of fish meal, 2% of whey powder, 8% of expanded soybean, 18% of soybean meal, 1% of glucose and 4% of premix.
2. Using a functional lipid formulation and formulating a feed: 65% of corn, 1% of fish meal, 2% of whey powder, 8% of expanded soybean, 16% of soybean meal, 1% of glucose, 2% of flour, 1% of functional lipid and 4% of premix. Wherein fish meal is reduced by 1%, soybean meal is reduced by 2%, 2% of flour is used for replacing vacancy, and the rest is kept unchanged.

Control group 1 Control group 2 Experimental group 3 Experimental group 4
Initial total weight kg 177.3 172.7 169.8 176.6
Weight of the end of the experiment 337.6 331.4 329.3 338.1
Total material consumption kg 213.2 220.6 223.3 218.0
Meat ratio of materials 1.33 1.39 1.4 1.35
The average ratio of the control group to the feed is 1.36, the average ratio of the experimental group to the feed is 1.38, although the difference of the experimental groups is 0.02, the statistical significant difference is not generated, which indicates that the functional lipid is used, and the weight gain of the piglets can be ensured not to be influenced by reducing the decomposition of amino acid in vivo under the condition that the fish meal is reduced by 1% and the soybean meal is reduced by 2%.
