For example, some patent cases need to be actively supplemented and corrected, then an active correction node needs to be specially created at the flow end, and the newly created active correction node is displayed at the corresponding position in the full-flow node. The specific position needs to be regularly configured in advance, and the active correction node is generally arranged below the node corresponding to the current time. In addition, if unconventional processes such as change of the recorded project, review and the like need to be carried out, a new process needs to be initiated by the process end specially. In the above embodiment, the conventional node is automatically triggered, and the non-conventional node needs to be actively initiated by the process end, and the conventional node or the non-conventional node is displayed at the corresponding position in a visual manner, so that the state of the patent case can be intuitively understood.
The invention mainly introduces a full-process visual management method of patent cases, which relates to the interaction of a plurality of ends in the full-process visual management method, and the interaction of the plurality of ends realizes the management of the patent cases. Since a patent case involves multi-party participation, the schedule of the case is delayed if any one of the cases is forgotten, and the mails are intercepted or mistakenly regarded as junk mails sometimes, the efficiency of information exchange among multiple parties through the traditional interaction mode is low, and time and labor are wasted.
In order to improve the efficiency of patent case processing, make each side all can rely on same information processing platform to carry out the rapid processing of case, the information processing platform in this application includes multiple processing end, includes: client, business end, agent end, process end and platform end. The patent cases are quickly processed through interaction among different ends.
As shown in fig. 3, a case management method based on multi-end interaction is proposed, which is applied to an information processing platform, and the information processing platform includes: the system comprises a client, a business end, an agent end, a process end and a platform end, wherein the platform end is used for overall control;
the method comprises the following steps:
step 302, receiving a patent proposal request initiated by a client or a business end, wherein the patent proposal request includes appointed agent information, and sending the patent proposal request to a corresponding agent end according to the agent information.
When a client wants to apply for a patent for a technical scheme of the client, a proposal is initiated through a client or a business end, an agent selects when initiating the proposal, corresponding proposal information is filled in to generate a patent proposal request, and a background (namely a server) of an information processing platform receives the patent proposal request and then sends the patent proposal request to the agent end and a process end. It should be noted that: in order to make the information more transparent, optional agent information is displayed on the information processing platform, and a client can select a proper agent according to needs. The attorney in this embodiment refers to a patent attorney, also known as a "patent attorney".
And step 304, when the proposal is a perfect proposal, marking the perfect proposal as a proposal to be proposed.
The perfection proposal means that the information integrity in the patent proposal meets the requirement of the proposal. If the proposal is a perfect proposal, the perfect proposal is marked as a proposal to be opened and added into a patent proposal pool to be opened. If the proposal is not perfect, the proposal needs to be further perfected until the proposal becomes perfect.
Step 306, receiving a case opening instruction initiated by the process end aiming at the proposal to be opened, opening the case based on the case opening instruction, and activating the agent to compose the node;
the method comprises the steps that a flow person opens a proposal to be opened in a proposal pool through a corresponding flow end, the proposal is opened after receiving a proposal opening instruction, meanwhile, an agent writing node is activated, the activation of the agent writing node means that the current case progress enters an agent writing stage, and meanwhile, reminding information is sent to the agent end to remind the agent to start writing the case.
Step 308, receiving a writing completion operation initiated by the agent terminal based on the agent writing node, and activating a client manuscript checking node based on the writing completion operation;
after the agent writes the primary patent draft, the agent writing node displayed in the agent terminal initiates a writing completion operation, and the written primary draft file is uploaded. The system will then automatically activate the next node, the client contribution node.
Step 310, receiving the manuscript checking information initiated by the client based on the client manuscript checking node, and activating the submission node when the manuscript checking information passes;
the client checks the primary draft file, receives draft checking information based on a client draft checking node through the client, wherein the draft checking information comprises two types, the draft checking is passed and the draft checking is not passed, and when the draft checking is passed, the background automatically activates the next node, namely the submitting node.
Step 312, based on the submitting node receiving the submitting completion notification initiated by the process end, updating the status of the submitting node to be completed.
The process personnel is responsible for the case submission, and the operation authority of the submission node is the process end, so that the process end initiates a submission completion notification based on the submission node, and the background can automatically update the status of the submission node to be completed.
When a client wants to apply for a patent, a patent proposal request is initiated through a client or a business end, the patent proposal request comprises appointed agent information, namely, the client autonomously selects an agent instead of being automatically distributed by an agent, so that the client can select a more appropriate agent and directly select the agent, and the time for distributing the case by the agent is saved. When the proposal is a perfect proposal, the proposal is marked as a proposal to be opened, then the flow end opens the proposal aiming at the proposal to be opened, the agent writing node is automatically activated after the proposal is opened, the agent writing node initiates writing completion operation based on the agent writing node and then automatically activates a client draft checking node, the client initiates draft checking information through the client, when the draft checking information is passed, the delivery node is automatically activated, the flow end initiates delivery completion notice based on the delivery node, and the state of the delivery node is updated to be completed. The interaction of a plurality of ends is involved from proposal to submission, and the method can realize the rapid interaction of the plurality of ends directly through the information processing platform without manually sending mails to inform the progress in the traditional mode, thereby greatly improving the interaction efficiency aiming at the patent cases and saving time and labor.
In one embodiment, after receiving a patent proposal request initiated by a client or a business end, the method further comprises: judging the type of the patent proposal request, and marking the proposal as a proposal to be perfected when the patent proposal request is a first type proposal; when the patent proposal request is a second type proposal, marking the proposal as a perfect proposal; and when the improvement operation aiming at the proposal to be improved is received, updating the state of the proposal to be improved into the improved proposal.
In order to meet the requirements of more clients, the types of patent proposal requests are divided into two types, the first type of proposal is a quick proposal, and the client only submits the requirement for patent application at the moment, but the information such as technical filing books and the like is possibly incomplete, and the subsequent proposal needs to be further improved. The second type of proposal is a completed proposal, i.e. the relevant information is completely filled. For the first kind of proposal, the improvement operation is required to be carried out subsequently until the status of the proposal is updated to be the improved proposal. In the actual requirement, some customers may not know how the technical submission is written or what data should be provided, at this time, the customer may initiate a patent proposal request with the first type of proposal, the patent proposal request includes the information of the agent, and after the patent proposal request is submitted, the customer may complete the submission with the assistance of the corresponding agent. For some clients that have already filed a patent or that know what should be provided to an agent, the submission can be made directly in the second type of proposal. Through setting up two types of patent proposal requests, can satisfy different customer's demands, have the universality.
In one embodiment, the patent proposal request includes customer information; after receiving a patent proposal request initiated by a client or a business end, the method further comprises the following steps:
generating a patent instant message group according to the agent information and the client information contained in the patent proposal request, wherein the members of the patent instant message group comprise: and the patent instant message group is used for the relative communication between the agent and the client for proposal.
In order to better promote the schedule of cases, the instant messaging for communication between an agent and a client is automatically established, after a patent proposal request is received, a patent instant message group is automatically established according to agent information and client information in the patent proposal request, and the name of the group is automatically generated according to the proposal name. In addition, business personnel and process personnel can be added into the patent instant message group together, and all matters related to the case can be conveniently docked with the client. And simultaneously associating the patent instant message group with the corresponding patent proposal.
In one embodiment, the method further comprises: when detecting that a processing terminal enters an interface of a patent instant message group, acquiring patent case information associated with the patent instant message group; and displaying the associated patent case information in an extension frame of the instant message dialog box.
After the patent instant message group is established, when the processing end is detected to enter the interface of the patent instant message group subsequently, the patent case information (patent proposal) associated with the group is acquired, and then the patent case information is displayed in the expansion box of the instant message dialog box.
In one embodiment, the method further comprises:
when detecting that a processing end enters an interface of a patent instant message group, acquiring case information of all cases related to agent information and client information;
displaying the case information of all the related cases in an expansion frame of an instant message dialog box, wherein the case information comprises: the case state and the case name are associated with the fields of the case name, and the corresponding case interface can be quickly accessed through the hyperlink.
In order to improve communication efficiency, case information of one or more cases which is simultaneously associated with corresponding agent information and client information is acquired, the associated case information of the one or more cases is displayed in an expansion frame of an instant message dialog box, and the expansion frame is located at a preset edge position of the dialog box. Therefore, when instant messages are communicated, the information of related cases can be directly checked on the interface of the dialog box, when a plurality of cases are associated, the cases are displayed simultaneously, the states of other related cases can be known simultaneously when one case is communicated, and the improvement of the working efficiency is facilitated.
In a scene, the same agent may be responsible for writing a plurality of cases of the same client, so that when the agent and the client perform instant message communication, the information of the current case is displayed in the expansion frame, and the information of other related cases can be displayed together, so that when the current case is communicated, the communication of other cases can be performed quickly. Preferably, the current case corresponding to the current group is displayed at the first position, and the other cases are displayed at the second position. When a client communicates with the same agent, the related cases are displayed in the expansion frame, so that other cases are prevented from being searched back and forth, the client is clear at a glance, and the communication is time-saving and labor-saving. Fig. 4 is a schematic view of a conversation interface of the patent instant messaging group in an embodiment, and corresponding patent case information is displayed in an expansion frame at the right position.
In one embodiment, the method further comprises: acquiring a proposal type in a patent proposal request, and determining a full-process management main node corresponding to the proposal type and a connection relation between the main nodes, wherein the full-process management main node comprises: opening a case, accepting and primarily examining; the method comprises the following steps of displaying the connection relation between a full-flow management main node and the main node at each processing end in a visual mode, weakening and displaying the main node in an inactivated state, wherein each main node comprises a plurality of slave nodes, the slave nodes are not displayed when the slave nodes are in the inactivated state, and the slave nodes in the case-opening main node comprise: setting up a case, writing by an agent, checking draft by a client and submitting; receiving a case opening instruction initiated by a process end aiming at a proposal to be opened, opening a case based on the case opening instruction, and activating an agent writing node, wherein the method comprises the following steps: and when receiving a case opening instruction initiated by the process end, activating the case opening main node, and displaying a case setting node in the case opening main node and activating a display agent writing node.
In one embodiment, accepting a slave node in a master node comprises: accept and pay official fees; the slave nodes of the primary node comprise: correcting and initially examining to be qualified; the method further comprises the following steps: when receiving an acceptance notice and an official fee payment notice issued by an official, automatically activating an acceptance main node, and displaying an acceptance node in the acceptance main node and activating a node for displaying the official fee payment; when a correction notice or a primary audit qualified notice issued by an official authority is received, the primary audit main node is automatically activated, when the correction notice is issued, a correction node in the primary audit main node is activated and displayed, and when the primary audit qualified notice is issued, a primary audit qualified node in the primary audit main node is activated and displayed.
In one embodiment, determining a full process management main node corresponding to the proposal type, and displaying the full process management main node in a visual manner includes: when the proposal type is the invention, the main node for full-process management further comprises: performing actual examination; the method further comprises the following steps: when receiving an official notice of entering the substantial examination, activating the actual examination main node, and activating and displaying an entering actual examination node in the actual examination main node; and when receiving a review comment notice issued by an official, activating and displaying a corresponding review comment node.
In one embodiment, the review comment node includes a plurality of child nodes, the plurality of child nodes including: the Nth time examination opinion notification node, the Nth time examination opinion reply node, the Nth time examination opinion draft checking node and the Nth time examination opinion submission node; the method further comprises the following steps: receiving a reply completion operation aiming at the N-th examination comment initiated by the agent terminal based on the N-th examination comment reply node; activating and displaying an N-th review opinion manuscript checking node based on a reply completion operation; receiving the manuscript checking information initiated by the client based on the Nth examination opinion manuscript checking node, and activating the Nth examination opinion submitting node when the manuscript checking information passes; and updating the state of the reply submitting node to be completed based on the reply submitting node receiving the submitting completion notification initiated by the process end.
In one embodiment, each slave node corresponds to a respective role authority; and when each slave node is activated, sending a reminding message to the corresponding processing end according to the role authority corresponding to the slave node.
In an embodiment, the case management method based on multiple end interactions further includes: when a new process request initiated by a process end is received, a target process node contained in the new process request is obtained; determining a full-process management target main node corresponding to the target process node and a target position in the process of the target main node; and displaying the target process node on the target position.
The above describes a case management method based on multi-end interaction, and realizes efficient case management through multi-end interaction. The communication between the agent and the client is also involved while the interaction is carried out at a plurality of ends, the communication mode which is commonly used at present is an instant communication mode, because related events of intellectual property rights often need deep communication in a plurality of aspects, but because the memory of people is limited, communication can be suddenly carried out based on certain events, so that the communication often cannot be communicated clearly at one time, and communication needs to be carried out for a plurality of times, thereby affecting the communication efficiency. For example, if an enterprise wants to apply for a patent, it needs to communicate with a patent agent in a technical scheme, in an actual scene, a patent agent may often process a plurality of cases correspondingly, if a client wants to communicate with a patent agent suddenly, the patent agent may not think which patent case the client corresponds to, and may need to look up a history chat record to think, resulting in low communication efficiency. In order to improve the communication efficiency, when the user carries out instant message conversation, events are automatically associated, and corresponding associated event information is displayed in an expansion frame of a conversation frame, so that the user can conveniently and directly check the events, and the communication efficiency is greatly improved.
As shown in fig. 5, an instant message-based information presentation method is proposed, which is applied to an intellectual property information processing platform (i.e. the information processing platform mentioned above), and the intellectual property information processing platform includes: a plurality of processing terminals; the user can log in the intellectual property information processing platform through the processing end, an instant messaging tool is arranged on the intellectual property information processing platform, and the user can send instant messages for communication through the instant messaging tool.
The method comprises the following steps:
step 502, when detecting that the processing end enters the instant message session, acquiring a related event of the instant message session.
The processing end is a user end, and the processing end can be a client end, an agent end, a business end, a lawyer end and the like. The detection that the processing terminal enters the instant message session means that the processing terminal enters an instant message session interface, namely, the processing terminal is in a chat interface, and the instant message can be sent and received based on the interface. An associated event of an instant messaging session refers to an event that the session will involve. The participants of the instant message session can be two persons or group communication of a plurality of persons. Because the established instant message session aims at the communication of one or more events, in order to improve the communication efficiency, the information of the associated events of the session is automatically acquired. The associated event refers to an event associated with the instant messaging session.
In an actual scene, a client needs to communicate with a patent attorney for patent cases, and when the client or the patent attorney opens an instant message session with the other side, the patent case information related to the client or the patent attorney is automatically acquired. Specifically, the background (server side) can automatically search and acquire patent cases simultaneously associated with the members (client and patent agent) of the instant message session. It should be noted that the instant message session is applied to the intellectual property information processing platform, so that it can directly disassociate the corresponding event.
Step 504, displaying the event information of the associated event in an extension frame of the instant message session frame of the processing end, wherein the extension frame is located in a preset edge area of the instant message session frame.
In order to improve the communication efficiency, after the associated event is found, the event information of the associated event is directly displayed in an expansion frame of the instant message session frame, where the expansion frame is located in a preset edge area of the instant message session frame, as shown in fig. 6, which is a schematic diagram of an expansion frame of the instant message session frame displaying the event information at the processing end in one embodiment.
According to the information display method based on the instant message, when the processing end is detected to enter the instant message session, the associated event of the instant message session is automatically acquired, and the event information of the associated event is displayed in the expansion frame of the instant message session frame, so that a user can directly see the event information on the current interface when performing instant message communication, and the event information does not need to be searched from other places, and the communication efficiency is greatly improved.
In one embodiment, the correlation event comprises: directly associating the events; when detecting that a processing terminal enters an instant message session, acquiring a related event of the instant message session, wherein the related event comprises the following steps: when detecting that the processing end enters the instant message session, acquiring a channel for entering the instant message session; when the channel is an instant message channel initiated based on an event page, acquiring a direct correlation event of the instant message session, wherein the direct correlation event refers to an event which establishes a corresponding relationship with the instant message session in advance; and when the channel is the directly initiated instant message channel, acquiring the member associated with the instant message session, and determining the associated event of the instant message session according to the member associated with the instant message session.
The instant message session entering method includes two channels, one is initiated based on an event page, and this mode is that the instant message session group associated with the event is associated with the event page in advance, so that when the user views the event, the user can directly enter the instant message session group corresponding to the event page through the event page. Another approach is to directly initiate a channel of a session based on an instant messaging facility, which requires acquiring a member associated with the instant messaging session and then determining an event associated with the instant messaging session based on the associated member. The direct association event refers to an event associated when the instant message session is established, that is, an association relationship between the instant message session and the event is established in advance. For example, when a client initiates a patent proposal request through an intellectual property information processing platform, a patent attorney who processes the case needs to be selected, so after the client submits a proposal, the system generates an instant message communication group corresponding to the patent proposal according to the client and the patent attorney related to the proposal, that is, the instant message communication group is established based on the patent proposal, and then the patent proposal is a directly related event of the instant message communication group.
In one embodiment, the correlation event comprises: directly associating the events;
when detecting that a processing terminal enters an instant message session, acquiring a related event of the instant message session, wherein the related event comprises the following steps: when the instant message session corresponds to a direct correlation event, taking the direct correlation event as a correlation event of the instant message session, wherein the direct correlation event refers to an event which establishes a corresponding relationship with the instant message session in advance; and when the instant message session does not correspond to the direct correlation event, acquiring the member correlated with the instant message session, and determining the correlation event of the instant message session according to the member correlated with the instant message session.
The directly associated event refers to an event which establishes a corresponding relationship with the instant message session in advance. When detecting that the processing terminal enters the instant message session, firstly determining whether the instant message session has a direct correlation event, and if so, taking the direct correlation event as a correlation event. If not, then the association event for the instant messaging session needs to be further determined based on the members associated with the instant messaging session. In one embodiment, all members in an instant messaging session are obtained and then events associated with all members are looked up.
In one embodiment, the correlation event comprises: one or more of patent case, project case, trademark case, copyright case, litigation case.
The related events can be patent cases, project cases, trademark cases, copyright cases, litigation cases and the like. The project cases comprise two types, namely a government project for declaration and a research and development project established by an enterprise.
In one embodiment, determining an event associated with an instant messaging session based on a member associated with the instant messaging session includes: acquiring all subject members in the instant message session, wherein the subject members refer to members with subject identities, each member in the instant message session corresponds to one identity, and the types of the identities are divided into a subject identity and an assistant identity; and acquiring events associated with all the main body members as associated events of the instant message session.
For example, when a patent case is communicated, patent agents, business personnel, process personnel, clients and the like can be involved, in an instant message group for communicating the patent case, the patent agents and the clients can be set as main identities, and the business and the process are assistant identities. And when event association is carried out, acquiring events associated with the main body members. In the actual scene, a patent agent may handle many cases of the same customer, in order to improve communication efficiency, acquire a plurality of cases with patent agent and customer, show corresponding case information in the extension frame and be convenient for look over, like this, the customer can look over a plurality of case information simultaneously when communicating with this patent agent, effectively avoids forgetting a certain case, has improved communication efficiency greatly. For project case communication, there are project principal members and project assistance members as well. The processing of the trademark cases and the copyright cases is similar to that of the patent cases, and corresponding trademark agents and copyright agents are required to participate; lawsuits are required to participate in litigant cases. For any type of case, the case information is displayed in the expansion frame of the instant message conversation frame, so that the communication efficiency of the case can be greatly improved.
In one embodiment, determining an associated event for an instant messaging session based on a member associated with the instant messaging session includes: when the main body members in the instant message session are the agent and the client, all cases related to the agent and the client are obtained, and all related cases are taken as related events of the instant message session; and when the main member in the instant message conversation is the project member, acquiring all projects associated with the project member, and taking all associated projects as associated events of the instant message conversation.
The agent may be a patent agent, a trademark agent, a copyright agent, a litigation case agent (i.e., lawyer), or the like. Acquiring all related cases according to an agent and a client in the instant message session, and if the cases are patent agents, acquiring patent cases; if the case is the trademark agent, the acquired case is a trademark case; if the case is a copyright agent, the acquired case is a copyright case; if the case is a litigation attorney, the obtained case is a litigation case. And when the main member is the project member, acquiring the associated project event.
In one embodiment, displaying event information of an associated event in an extension frame of an instant message session frame, where the extension frame is located in a preset edge area of the instant message session frame, includes:

when the node operation authority of the case state is a patent agent, a rapid processing button corresponding to the patent case is displayed in an expansion box of an instant message dialog box of the agent side, and one-key processing can be realized through the rapid processing button;

The method comprises the steps of obtaining a case state (namely the current state of the case), determining a node operation authority of the current state, and displaying a processing button on an agent side if the node operation authority is a patent agent so as to realize one-key processing through the quick processing button, wherein the one-key processing can be quickly entering a corresponding processing interface. In order to improve the convenience of communication, when a patent proposal request is received, the patent instant message group is automatically established, the established instant message group is automatically named, and the instant message group of the component is associated with the corresponding event page, so that the instant message group corresponding to the corresponding event can be quickly accessed through the instant message button in the event page.
As shown in fig. 7, a full-flow visualization management apparatus for patent cases is provided, which is applied to an information processing platform, and includes:
a determining module 702, configured to determine a full process management master node corresponding to a patent case type and a connection relationship between the master nodes, where the full process management master node includes: opening a case, accepting and initially reviewing;
a display module 704, configured to display a connection relationship between the full-process management master node and the master node at each processing end in a visual manner, and perform a weakening display on the master node in an inactive state, where each master node includes a plurality of slave nodes and does not display the slave nodes in the inactive state;
and an activating module 706, configured to activate the slave node when a trigger operation corresponding to the slave node is received, and display the activated slave node in a corresponding master node flow in a visualized manner.
In one embodiment, the slave node in the master node comprises: setting up a case, writing by an agent, checking draft by a client and submitting; the activation module is also used for activating the master node for opening a case when receiving the operation of setting a case initiated by the process end, and displaying the node for setting a case in the master node for opening a case and activating the display agent writing node; when receiving a writing completion operation initiated by an agent, activating and displaying a client manuscript checking node; when receiving a manuscript checking completion operation initiated by a client, activating and displaying a submission node; and when receiving a delivery completion operation initiated by the process end, displaying the state of the delivery node as completed.
In one embodiment, the slave node in the master node further comprises: a manuscript trimming node; the activation module is also used for activating and displaying the manuscript correcting node when receiving that the manuscript verification initiated by the client end does not pass the operation; and when receiving a manuscript trimming completion operation initiated by the agent terminal based on the manuscript trimming node, displaying the client manuscript checking node again.
In one embodiment, a slave node may correspond to a plurality of states, and the agent writes the states of the node including: waiting for writing, starting writing and completing writing; the client manuscript checking node comprises: checking draft, checking draft not passing and checking draft passing;
the activation module is also used for modifying the state of the agent writing node from waiting writing to starting writing when receiving the writing starting operation initiated by the agent terminal; when a writing completion operation initiated by the agent is received, the state of the agent writing node is changed from the initial writing to the writing completion; when receiving a draft checking non-passing operation initiated by a client, displaying the status of a client draft checking node as draft checking non-passing; and when receiving a draft checking pass operation initiated by the client, displaying the state of the client draft checking node as draft checking pass.
In one embodiment, accepting a slave node in a master node comprises: accepting and paying official fees; the slave nodes of the primary node comprise: correcting and initially examining to be qualified;
the activation module is also used for automatically activating the acceptance main node when receiving an acceptance notice and an official fee payment notice issued by an official party, and displaying the acceptance node in the acceptance main node and activating the node for displaying the official fee payment; when a correction notice or a primary audit qualified notice issued by an official authority is received, the primary audit main node is automatically activated, when the correction notice is issued, a correction node in the primary audit main node is activated and displayed, and when the primary audit qualified notice is issued, a primary audit qualified node in the primary audit main node is activated and displayed.
In one embodiment, the determining module is further configured to, when the case type is the invention, further include: performing actual examination; the activation module is also used for activating the actual review main node and activating and displaying the access actual review node in the actual review main node when receiving the notice of entering the actual review issued by the official; and when receiving a review opinion notice issued by an official party, activating and displaying a corresponding review opinion node.
In one embodiment, the review comment node includes a plurality of child nodes, the plurality of child nodes including: the Nth time examination opinion notification node, the Nth time examination opinion reply node, the Nth time examination opinion draft checking node and the Nth time examination opinion submission node;
the above-mentioned device still includes:

In one embodiment, each slave node corresponds to a respective role authority; and when each slave node is activated, sending a reminding message to the corresponding processing end according to the role authority corresponding to the slave node.
In one embodiment, the full-process visual management device for patent cases further includes:
the new process module is used for acquiring a target process node contained in a new process request when the new process request initiated by the process end is received; determining a full-process management target main node corresponding to the target process node and a target position in the process of the target main node; and displaying the target process node on the target position.
As shown in fig. 8, a case management device based on multi-end interaction is proposed, which is applied to an information processing platform, and the information processing platform comprises: the system comprises a client, a business end, an agent end, a process end and a platform end, wherein the platform end is used for overall control;
the method comprises the following steps:
a first receiving module 802, configured to receive a patent proposal request initiated by a client or a business end, where the patent proposal request includes specified agent information, and send the patent proposal request to a corresponding agent end according to the agent information;

In one embodiment, after receiving a patent proposal request initiated by a client or a business end, the case management device based on multiple end interactions further includes:
the judging module is used for judging the type of the patent proposal request, and when the patent proposal request is a first type proposal, the proposal is marked as a proposal to be perfected; when the patent proposal request is a second type proposal, marking the proposal as a perfect proposal;
the updating module is also used for updating the state of the proposal to be perfected into the perfected proposal when the perfecting operation for the proposal to be perfected is received.
In one embodiment, the patent proposal request includes customer information; after receiving a patent proposal request initiated by a client or a business end, the device further comprises:

In one embodiment, the correlation event comprises: one or more of patent case, project case, trademark case, copyright case, litigation case.
In one embodiment, the detection module is further configured to obtain all subject members in the instant messaging session, a subject member refers to a member having a subject identity, each member in the instant messaging session corresponds to an identity, and the types of the identities are a subject identity and an assistance identity; and acquiring events associated with all the subject members as associated events of the instant message session.
In one embodiment, the detection module is further configured to, when the subject members in the instant message session are the agent and the client, obtain all cases associated with the agent and the client, and take all cases associated as associated events with the instant message session; and when the main member in the instant message session is the project member, acquiring all projects associated with the project member, and taking all associated projects as associated events with the instant message session.
In one embodiment, the presenting module is further configured to present case information of the associated patent case in an extension box of the instant message dialog box when the associated event is a patent case, where the case information includes: the case state and the case name are associated, and the field of the case name is associated with a hyperlink, so that the corresponding case interface can be quickly accessed through the hyperlink; when the associated event is an item, showing item information of the associated item in an extension box of the instant message dialog box, wherein the item information comprises: the project interface system comprises a project name and project related information, wherein a hyperlink is associated with a field of the project name, and a corresponding project interface can be quickly accessed through the hyperlink.
In one embodiment, the display module is further configured to display a fast processing button corresponding to the patent case in an extension box of an instant message dialog box of the agent side when the node operation authority of the case state is the agent, and one-key processing can be realized through the fast processing button; when the node operation authority of the case state is the client, a rapid processing button corresponding to the patent case is displayed in an expansion box of an instant message dialog box of the client, and one-key processing can be realized through the rapid processing button.
In one embodiment, the project-related information includes: patent case information associated with the project.
In one embodiment, the above apparatus further comprises:
the system comprises a building module, a processing module and a processing module, wherein the building module is used for acquiring client information and appointed agent information contained in a proposal request when receiving a patent proposal request initiated by a client or a business end; generating a patent instant message group according to the client information and the agent information, wherein the members of the patent instant message group comprise: corresponding agent and client, the name of the patent instant message group is automatically generated according to the proposal name in the proposal request; the patent instant message group is associated to a corresponding patent case page, and the patent instant message group can be rapidly accessed through an instant message channel of the case page;
or when a new project request initiated by a client is received, acquiring related project members in the new project, and automatically generating a project instant message group according to the related project members, wherein the name of the project instant message group is automatically generated according to the name of the new project; and associating the project instant message group to a corresponding project page, and quickly entering the project instant message group through an instant message channel of the project page.
FIG. 10 is a diagram illustrating an internal structure of a computer device in one embodiment. The computer device is a server (i.e., a backend) and includes a processor and a memory connected by a system bus. Wherein the memory includes a non-volatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium of the computer device stores an operating system, and may further store a computer program, and when the computer program is executed by the processor, the computer program may enable the processor to implement the full-flow visualization management method for patent cases, the case management method based on multi-end interaction, or the information presentation method based on instant messages. The internal memory can also store a computer program, and when the computer program is executed by the processor, the processor can execute the full-process visual management method of the patent case, the case management method based on multi-terminal interaction or the information display method based on instant message. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the architecture shown in fig. 10 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the disclosed aspects and is not intended to limit the computing devices to which the disclosed aspects apply, as particular computing devices may include more or less components than those shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
A computer readable storage medium, storing a computer program, which when executed by a processor, causes the processor to execute the steps of the above-mentioned patent case full flow visualization management method or case management method based on multiple end interactions or information presentation method based on instant messages.
A computer device comprising a memory and a processor, said memory having stored thereon a computer program, said computer program, when executed by said processor, causing said processor to perform the steps of the above-mentioned patent case full flow visualization management method or case management method based on multiple end interactions or information presentation method based on instant messaging.
It should be noted that, the full-flow visualization management method, the full-flow visualization management apparatus, the computer device, and the storage medium for patent cases, the case management method, the case management apparatus, the computer device, and the storage medium based on multi-end interaction, and the information display method, the information display apparatus, the computer device, and the storage medium based on instant messaging have the same or corresponding technical features, and the corresponding embodiments may be mutually applicable.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above when the program is executed. Any reference to memory, storage, database, or other medium used in the embodiments provided herein may include non-volatile and/or volatile memory, among others. Non-volatile memory can include read-only memory (ROM), Programmable ROM (PROM), Electrically Programmable ROM (EPROM), Electrically Erasable Programmable ROM (EEPROM), or flash memory. Volatile memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM is available in a variety of forms such as Static RAM (SRAM), Dynamic RAM (DRAM), Synchronous DRAM (SDRAM), Double Data Rate SDRAM (DDRSDRAM), Enhanced SDRAM (ESDRAM), Synchronous Link DRAM (SLDRAM), Rambus Direct RAM (RDRAM), direct bus dynamic RAM (DRDRAM), and memory bus dynamic RAM (RDRAM).
All possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments may not be described for the sake of brevity, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present disclosure as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.

Claims (13)

1. An information display method based on instant messages is characterized in that the method is applied to an intellectual property information processing platform, and the intellectual property information processing platform comprises the following steps: a plurality of processing terminals;
the method comprises the following steps:
when detecting that a processing end enters an instant message session, acquiring a related event of the instant message session;
and displaying the event information of the associated event in an expansion frame of an instant message session frame of the processing end, wherein the expansion frame is positioned in a preset edge area of the instant message session frame.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the correlation event comprises: directly correlating the events;
when the processing terminal is detected to enter the instant message session, acquiring the associated event of the instant message session, wherein the acquiring comprises the following steps:
when detecting that a processing end enters an instant message session, acquiring a channel for entering the instant message session;
when the channel is an instant message channel initiated based on an event page, acquiring a direct correlation event of the instant message session, wherein the direct correlation event refers to an event which establishes a corresponding relationship with the instant message session in advance;
and when the channel is a directly initiated instant message channel, acquiring a member associated with the instant message session, and determining an associated event of the instant message session according to the member associated with the instant message session.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the correlation event comprises: directly associating the events;
when the processing terminal is detected to enter the instant message session, acquiring the associated event of the instant message session, wherein the acquiring comprises the following steps:
when the instant message session corresponds to a direct correlation event, taking the direct correlation event as a correlation event of the instant message session, wherein the direct correlation event refers to an event which establishes a corresponding relationship with the instant message session in advance;
and when the instant message session does not correspond to the direct correlation event, acquiring a member correlated with the instant message session, and determining the correlation event of the instant message session according to the member correlated with the instant message session.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the correlation event comprises: one or more of patent case, project case, trademark case, copyright case, litigation case.
5. The method of claim 2 or 3, wherein determining the association event of the instant messaging session according to the member associated with the instant messaging session comprises:
acquiring all subject members in the instant message session, wherein the subject members refer to members with subject identities, each member in the instant message session corresponds to one identity, and the types of the identities are subject identities and assistant identities;
and acquiring events associated with all the main body members as associated events of the instant message session.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein determining the association event for the instant messaging session based on the member associated with the instant messaging session comprises:
when the main body members in the instant message conversation are the agent and the client, all cases related to the agent and the client are obtained, and all related cases are taken as related events of the instant message conversation;
and when the main member in the instant message conversation is a project member, acquiring all projects related to the project member, and taking all related projects as related events of the instant message conversation.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein the displaying the event information of the associated event in an extension frame of an instant messaging conversation frame, the extension frame being located in a preset edge area of the instant messaging conversation frame, comprises:
when the associated event is a patent case, case information of the associated patent case is displayed in an expansion box of an instant message dialog box, wherein the case information comprises: the system comprises a case state and a case name, wherein a hyperlink is associated with a field of the case name, and a corresponding case interface can be quickly accessed through the hyperlink;
when the associated event is an item, showing item information of the associated item in an extension box of an instant message dialog box, wherein the item information comprises: the method comprises the steps of project name and project related information, wherein a hyperlink is associated with a field of the project name, and a corresponding project interface can be quickly accessed through the hyperlink.
8. The method of claim 7, further comprising:
when the node operation authority of the case state is an agent, displaying a rapid processing button corresponding to the patent case in an expansion box of the instant message dialog box of the agent, and realizing one-key processing through the rapid processing button;
and when the node operation authority of the case state is a client, displaying a rapid processing button corresponding to the patent case in an expansion box of the instant message dialog box of the client, wherein one-key processing can be realized through the rapid processing button.
9. The method of claim 7, wherein the item-related information comprises: patent case information associated with the project.
10. The method of claim 1, wherein when the processing end is detected to enter an instant messaging session, before acquiring an associated event of the instant messaging session, the method further comprises:
when a patent proposal request initiated by the client or the business end is received, acquiring client information and appointed agent information contained in the proposal request;
generating a patent instant message group according to the client information and the agent information, wherein the members of the patent instant message group comprise: corresponding agent and client, the name of the patent instant message group is automatically generated according to the proposal name in the proposal request;
the patent instant message group is associated to a corresponding patent case page, and the patent instant message group can be rapidly accessed through an instant message channel of the case page;
or alternatively
When a new project request initiated by the client is received, acquiring associated project members in the new project, and automatically generating a project instant message group according to the associated project members, wherein the name of the project instant message group is automatically generated according to the name of the new project;
and associating the project instant message group to a corresponding project page, and quickly entering the project instant message group through an instant message channel of the project page.
11. An information display device based on instant message, which is applied to an intellectual property information processing platform, the intellectual property information processing platform comprises: a plurality of processing terminals;
the device comprises:
the detection module is used for acquiring the associated event of the instant message session when detecting that the processing terminal enters the instant message session;
and the display module is used for displaying the event information of the associated event in an expansion frame of an instant message session frame of the processing end, wherein the expansion frame is positioned in a preset edge area of the instant message session frame.
