And under the condition that the current project progress accords with project early warning conditions, project early warning information is sent to the user terminal with the target group management authority, so that the user terminal with the target group management authority responds to the project early warning information, acquires an updated project construction plan based on editing operation of a plan updating control and returns the project construction plan, wherein the expected finishing period of the updated project construction plan is within the project expected time limit. And finally, displaying the updated project construction plan in the project group. Thus, all users in the project group can conveniently check the corresponding project construction plan. And performing construction adjustment according to the updated project construction plan, so that the project is finished within the project expected time limit as far as possible, and the target project can be finished within the project expected time limit.

the server is also used for creating a project group corresponding to each project model block and configuring the group management authority of the user of each user terminal in the project group according to the project principal information associated with each project model block;
The server is further used for screening chat records corresponding to a plurality of users in the project group to obtain key project texts, and predicting the current project progress of the corresponding project construction plan according to the key project texts;
the server is further configured to send project early warning information to a user terminal with a target group management authority when the current project progress meets a project early warning condition;
the user terminal is used for responding to the project early warning information, acquiring an updated project construction plan based on the editing operation of the plan updating control and returning, wherein the expected finishing period of the updated project construction plan is within the project expected time limit;
the server is further configured to display the updated project construction plan in the project group.

Referring to fig. 3, an engineering progress management device based on BIM technology provided by an embodiment of the present invention is shown, where the device may include:
the model generating module 301 is configured to obtain a building information model and engineering related information of a target engineering.
The model segmentation module 302 is configured to perform model segmentation on the building information model of the target project to obtain a plurality of project model blocks arranged according to a construction time sequence, and match project construction plans, project responsible person information and project expected time limits associated with each project model block from the project related information.
The group creation module 303 is configured to create a project group corresponding to each project model block, and configure a group management authority of a user of each user terminal in the project group according to project principal information associated with each project model block.
The project progress prediction module 304 is configured to screen chat records corresponding to a plurality of users in the project group, obtain a key project text, and predict a current project progress of a corresponding project construction plan according to the key project text.
And the early warning information sending module 305 is configured to send item early warning information to a user terminal with target group management authority when the current item progress accords with an item early warning condition, so that the user terminal with target group management authority responds to the item early warning information, obtains an updated item construction plan based on editing operation of a plan update control, and returns the updated item construction plan, wherein an expected completion period of the updated item construction plan is within an item expected time period.
And the plan display module 306 is configured to display the updated project construction plan in the project group.
In an alternative embodiment of the invention, the project progress prediction module 304 is further configured to:
screening chat records corresponding to a plurality of users in the project group, updating the key project text, and predicting the current project progress of a corresponding project construction plan according to the updated key project text;
the early warning information sending module 305 is further configured to continuously send item early warning information to a user terminal with a target group management authority if the current item progress meets the item early warning condition, and receive an updated item construction plan determined by the user terminal in response to the item early warning information;
the plan display module 306 is further configured to display the updated project construction plan in the project group.
In an alternative embodiment of the invention, the plan presentation module 306 may also be configured to:

And the early warning determining submodule is used for determining that the current project progress accords with the project early warning condition if the time limit difference value of the first vacant time limit and the second vacant time limit is smaller than the preset time limit difference value.
The early warning determining submodule is further used for determining that the current project progress does not meet the project early warning condition if the time limit difference value of the first vacant time limit and the second vacant time limit is larger than or equal to the preset time limit difference value.
In an alternative embodiment of the invention, the group creation module 303 may include:
and the management authority matching sub-module is used for matching the group management authority associated with the project responsibility level in the responsible person information for a plurality of users in the project group corresponding to each project model block.
And the permission configuration sub-module is used for configuring the group management permission for the users associated with the user names in the information of all responsible persons.
In summary, the project progress management device based on the BIM technology provided by the embodiment of the present invention may include first obtaining a building information model of a target project and project related information, then performing model segmentation on the building information model of the target project to obtain a plurality of project model blocks arranged according to a construction time sequence, and matching project construction plans, project responsible person information and project expected time limits associated with each project model block from the project related information. Then, creating a project group corresponding to each project model block, configuring group management authority of users of each user terminal in the project group according to project principal information associated with each project model block, screening chat records corresponding to a plurality of users in the project group to obtain a key project text, and predicting the current project progress of a corresponding project construction plan according to the key project text. And under the condition that the current project progress accords with project early warning conditions, project early warning information is sent to the user terminal with the target group management authority, so that the user terminal with the target group management authority responds to the project early warning information, acquires an updated project construction plan based on editing operation of a plan updating control and returns the project construction plan, wherein the expected finishing period of the updated project construction plan is within the project expected time limit. And finally, displaying the updated project construction plan in the project group. Thus, all users in the project group can conveniently check the corresponding project construction plan. And performing construction adjustment according to the updated project construction plan, so that the project is finished within the project expected time limit as far as possible, and the target project can be finished within the project expected time limit.

Claims (1)

1. An engineering progress management device based on a BIM technology, the device comprising:
the model generation module is used for acquiring a building information model of the target project and project related information;
the model segmentation module is used for carrying out model segmentation on the building information model of the target project to obtain a plurality of project model blocks arranged according to construction time sequence, and matching project construction plans, project responsible person information and project expected time limit associated with each project model block from the project related information;
the group creation module is used for creating a project group corresponding to each project model block, configuring the group management authority of the user of each user terminal in the project group according to project responsible person information associated with each project model block, wherein the group management authority associated with the project responsible level in the responsible person information is matched for a plurality of users in the project group corresponding to each project model block; configuring the group management authority for the users associated with the user names in the information of all responsible persons;
The project progress prediction module is used for screening chat records corresponding to a plurality of users in the project group to obtain a key project text, and predicting the current project progress of a corresponding project construction plan according to the key project text, wherein the chat records of users with the project charge level of a third level are screened out from the chat records corresponding to the plurality of users in the project group; obtaining the key item text according to the chat records of the third-level users and session time stamps published by the chat records; sequentially matching keywords for each session in the chat records of the third-level users; adding session time stamp sent by the corresponding keyword, and taking the keyword and the session time stamp as the text of the key item;
the early warning information sending module is used for sending project early warning information to the user terminal with the target group management authority under the condition that the current project progress accords with project early warning conditions, so that the user terminal with the target group management authority responds to the project early warning information, acquires an updated project construction plan based on editing operation of a plan updating control and returns the project construction plan, wherein the expected finishing period of the updated project construction plan is within the project expected time limit;
The project construction plan display module is used for displaying the updated project construction plan in the project group;
the project progress prediction module is further used for:
screening chat records corresponding to a plurality of users in the project group, updating the key project text, and predicting the current project progress of a corresponding project construction plan according to the updated key project text;
the early warning information sending module is further used for continuously sending item early warning information to the user terminal with the target group management authority if the current item progress accords with the item early warning condition, and receiving an updated item construction plan determined by the user terminal in response to the item early warning information;
the project construction project management module is used for managing project construction projects, and is also used for managing project construction projects; setting the updated project construction plan and a view record control associated with a user with target group management authority in the plan display frame, and displaying the plan display frame in the project group, so that a user terminal with the target group management authority acquires the attribute of the view record control and returns based on the trigger of the touch operation of the project construction plan;

if the time limit difference value of the first idle time limit and the second idle time limit is larger than or equal to the preset time limit difference value, determining that the current project progress does not meet the project early warning condition.
