Those of skill in the art will explicitly and implicitly appreciate that the embodiments described herein may be combined with other embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of an embodiment of a marketing management method provided in the present application, where the marketing management method includes:
step 10: and inputting business opportunity information and performing conflict management on the business opportunity information.
The business information is used for representing the basic condition of business clues, and after the business information is obtained, a user can set a marketing scheme for the business information so as to promote the transaction.
The business opportunity information may include: business name, business associated customer type, business type, etc. For example, regarding business information of intelligent property, the business name of the business information is intelligent property, the client associated with the business is a corresponding property company, and the business type is a service business.
The client types associated with the business machine can be divided into national enterprise users, civil enterprise users, individual users, government users and the like; the business machine type can be classified into service industry, catering industry, clothing industry, construction industry and the like.
The client type and the business opportunity type of the business opportunity are classified, so that the marketing strategy can be selected and the marketing resources can be allocated in a targeted manner.
After the user obtains the business opportunity information, the business opportunity information can be input into a marketing management program, and the program carries out conflict management on the business opportunity information according to the business opportunity information so as to avoid repeated input of the same business opportunity information by different users, thereby causing malignant competition and marketing conflict inside enterprises.
The conflict management can adopt management modes such as checking the names of business opportunity information or checking the repeatability of business opportunity contents.
Step 20: bid information associated with the business information is created and feedback results of the bid information are tracked.
If the business opportunity information accords with the preset conflict management conditions, creating bidding information related to the business opportunity information, and tracking a feedback result of the bidding information.
Optionally, the conflict management adopts a mode of checking the name of the business information, the preset conflict management condition is that the newly added business information name is not overlapped with the existing business information name, if the newly added business information name meets the preset condition, the bidding information related to the business information can be successfully created, and the feedback result of the bidding information is tracked.
Generally, the same business information has the same name, different business information has different names, for example, the first period of the purple house and the second period of the purple house belong to different projects, and repeated business information input can be effectively avoided by checking the business information names.
Optionally, the conflict management adopts a mode of checking the repeatability of the business information, so that the preset conflict management condition is that the repeatability of the newly-added business information content and the existing business information content is lower than a preset threshold, for example, the preset threshold is 50% or 60%, and if the repeatability of the newly-added business information content meets the preset condition, the bidding information related to the business information can be successfully created, and the feedback result of the bidding information can be tracked.
For example, the newly added business information name is named as a first period of the purple house, the existing business information name is named as a first period of the purple house construction, the business information names are different, but the specific included items are repeated, for example, the same basic engineering items and hydropower engineering items are included, namely, whether the newly added business information conflicts with the existing business information can be judged more accurately through the specific content included in the business information.
Step 30: the creation of business opportunity information is terminated.
If the business opportunity information does not accord with the preset conflict management condition, the creation of the business opportunity information is terminated.
Optionally, if the newly added business information name coincides with the existing business information name, the creation of the business information is terminated, so as to avoid repeated entry of the same business information by different users, thereby causing malignant competition and marketing conflict inside the enterprise.
Optionally, if the repetition of the newly added business information content and the existing business information content is not lower than a preset threshold, the creation of the business information is terminated.
Terminating creation of business opportunity information may specifically include: closing the business opportunity and deleting the business opportunity.
Closing the business machine is to close the creation page of the business machine by the system, stop the creation of the business machine and the input of business machine information, and not continue to follow the business machine, and the bid information cannot be associated after the business machine is closed.
The business opportunity deleting step is that the system closes the creation page of the business opportunity, stops the creation of the business opportunity and the input of business opportunity information, deletes all business opportunity information of the business opportunity, and can not be inquired by a user after the business opportunity is deleted.
Step 40: and corresponding to the received collaboration follow-up instruction, inputting information of an external complex, and associating business opportunity information and bidding information so as to conduct marketing collaboration.
If the business opportunity accords with the preset conflict management condition, after the bidding information related to the business opportunity information is created and the feedback result of the bidding information is tracked, if the technology of the company cannot well support the development of marketing work, the marketing work of the business opportunity needs external technical support to carry out collaborative follow-up, a user can input a collaborative follow-up instruction in a collaborative application page, and external complex information which wants to carry out collaborative follow-up is input into the marketing management system.
Information of different enterprises in the group can be displayed in the collaborative application page, and the technical support field can be provided. And the user selects a company which wants to cooperate at this time according to the information in the cooperation application page, inputs the information comprising the company information, the specific technical content which needs to be supported and other information which is needed by marketing cooperation application into the marketing management system through the cooperation application page, and submits the marketing cooperation application.
For example, in personnel management projects, face recognition registration needs to be performed on personnel entering and exiting a building, but the company does not have the face recognition registration technology and needs to apply technical support to another intelligent equipment company having the face recognition technology. At the moment, the business machine responsible person of the personnel management project can input a collaborative application instruction and information of the intelligent equipment company through a collaborative application page, apply face recognition registration technical support to the intelligent equipment company, and realize marketing collaboration with the company.
And the marketing management system responds to the received collaboration follow-up instruction, stores the external association information input by the user into the internal memory, associates the external association information with corresponding business opportunity information and bidding information, and provides marketing collaboration support for the user.
For example, the marketing management system receives a collaboration follow-up instruction input by a user and associated with the intelligent equipment company, inputs information of the intelligent equipment company input by the user into a system memory, searches information matched with the information input by the user in a system background to the company, and sends information of the user applying for marketing collaboration to a responsible person of the intelligent equipment company in a mode of mail, short message, page notification and the like. And the responsible person receives the marketing cooperation application and communicates with the user to determine the strategy of the subsequent marketing cooperation.
Step 50: and inputting business opportunity information, bidding information and information of an external complex into the analysis model, and outputting the bidding strategy.
The marketing management system inputs business opportunity information, bidding information, client information and information of an external complex input by a user in the marketing conflict management process to the information analysis model. The client information in the system comes from a client information input program which is acquired by a user, so that the client information is convenient for the related business opportunity and bidding Guan Liantong to use, client portraits can be drawn according to the client information, and further complement and perfection can be realized in the marketing management process. The customer information may include: customer name, type, scale, nature, decision maker, etc. For example, the customer name is Zhongxing limited company, the type is personal enterprise, the large-scale enterprise with the scale of more than 300 persons is scientific and technological innovation enterprise, and the decision maker is Liqu.
The data are summarized in the analysis model to obtain data models with different dimensions, so that marketing strategies can be conveniently drawn up later, and more targeted bidding strategies can be output.
The analysis model can be a model obtained by training big data or an artificial intelligence model optimized, such as a ChatGPT, a religion or a astronomical big model.
For example, a data model of a client dimension corresponding to an intelligent property of a business opportunity is obtained, the business opportunity related to the client can be called a heavenly-dimensional property company, the intelligent property, vehicle management, personnel management and the like, a client contact is a Liu manager, available contact ways comprise phone numbers, mailboxes, micro-signals and the like of the Liu manager, bidding projects which the heavenly-dimensional property company participates in, and the company capable of providing technical support has contents such as intelligent equipment companies and the like.
Based on the business information associated with the customer provided by the analysis model, the business associate can formulate better marketing methods and more targeted bidding strategies.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating another embodiment of a marketing management method provided in the present application, the marketing management method comprising:
step 11: and judging whether the business opportunity information conflicts with the entered original business opportunity information or not based on a preset conflict mechanism.
In this embodiment, performing conflict management on business opportunity information specifically includes determining whether there is a conflict between business opportunity information and entered original business opportunity information based on a preset conflict mechanism.
The original business information is business information which is already existing in the system and is input by other business creators, and the business information can be used for checking whether the newly input business information and the original business information are the same business information or not through a preset conflict mechanism when the new business information is input.
Wherein the preset conflict mechanism comprises at least one of the following conditions: checking whether the similarity between the name of the business opportunity information and the name of the original business opportunity information is smaller than a preset similarity threshold value; whether the business information and the original business information come from the same customer; and whether the type of the business information is consistent with the type of the original business information. The preset conflict mechanism can preset one, two or three verification conditions to verify whether the business opportunity information conflicts with the entered original business opportunity information.
The method comprises the steps of checking whether the similarity between the name of the business information and the name of the original business information is smaller than a preset similarity threshold, specifically presetting a similarity threshold for judging whether the name of the business information generates business collision or not, comparing and checking keywords in the business information name to generate a similarity value, and comparing whether the similarity is larger than the preset similarity threshold or not. If the similarity is greater than a preset similarity threshold, the name of the business opportunity information can be considered to have a conflict with the name of the original business opportunity information.
Checking whether the business information and the original business information come from the same client; if the business is sourced from the same customer as the original business, the likelihood of the business information also conflicting is increased.
Verifying whether the type of the business opportunity information is consistent with the type of the original business opportunity information, the business opportunity type may include: service business, purchasing business, etc.
The purpose of judging whether the business machine type is consistent with the type of the original business machine information is to further limit the repeated range of the business machine information, and if the business machine information is highly similar to the name of the original business machine information and the clients, but does not belong to the business machine information of the same type, the possibility of collision of the business machine information is greatly reduced. The possibility that business information is misjudged to exist as business conflicts because of the high similarity of names and clients is reduced.
And judging whether the business opportunity conflict exists or not according to the business opportunity information similarity result obtained through verification. If the similarity of the business opportunity information is too high, it can be considered that there is a conflict between the judged business opportunities.
Step 21: bid information associated with the business information is created and feedback results of the bid information are tracked.
Step 20 may further specifically include: if the preset conflict mechanism judges that the business opportunity information does not conflict with the entered original business opportunity information, the bidding information associated with the business opportunity information can be created, and the feedback result of the bidding information can be tracked.
The bid information includes: the bidding result, the reasons of success or failure of bidding, the bid winning unit, the bid winning amount, the bid item name, the industry of the bidding item, other enterprises participating in bidding and the like when the bidding fails, the bidding information is used for reflecting the key content of the bidding, and the bidding strategy can be formulated more specifically according to the bidding information.
The feedback result of the tracking bidding information is that the information obtained in the bidding process is fed back to the user, so that the user can analyze the bidding condition conveniently, and the bidding strategy can be formulated more specifically when the next bidding is carried out.
The content of the feedback result may be: the successful bidding or the failed bidding, the feedback result can be used as the reference for the next bidding formulation strategy.
For example, with respect to bidding information of smart property items, the item name is smart property, the industry to which the bidding item belongs is service industry, and other enterprises participating in bidding are central smart limited companies; the information of the obtained bidding feedback is as follows: the bidding result is not bid, the bidding failure is caused by unsuitable bidding, the unit name of the bid is the central intelligent limited company, and the bid amount is 35.7 ten thousand yuan.
Step 12: and outputting prompt information and providing creator information of the original business opportunity information.
If the preset conflict mechanism judges that the business opportunity information conflicts with the recorded original business opportunity information, prompt information can be output to a user and creator information of the original business opportunity information of the user is provided, so that further, whether the conflict business opportunity information is accurately judged is checked through manual checking, and business opportunity loss caused by software defects is avoided, and loss is brought to enterprises.
The conflict prompt information is used for prompting the client that the business opportunity collides with the existing business opportunity and displaying creator information of the original business opportunity information.
The creator information comprises at least one of: the name, job, contact phone, contact address, mailbox of the creator. Creator information is used by the client to contact the original business creator when a business opportunity conflict occurs, co-discuss the solution to the conflicting business opportunity, and enter corresponding instructions into the system.
The instructions for the conflict merchant for the user input system may include: the business opportunity non-conflict instruction, the business opportunity conflict instruction and the business opportunity joint follow-up instruction.
Step 22: in response to the input business opportunity non-conflicting instructions, bid information associated with the business opportunity information is created and feedback results of the bid information are tracked.
Step 20 may further comprise: in response to the input business opportunity non-conflicting instructions, bid information associated with the business opportunity information is created and feedback results of the bid information are tracked.
After the user contacts with the original business opportunity creator, the business opportunity is considered to have no conflict with the original business opportunity, and then the user inputs a business opportunity non-conflict instruction into the system. The system responds to the business opportunity non-conflict instruction input by the user, continues to create the business opportunity, creates bidding information associated with the business opportunity information, and tracks the feedback result of the bidding information.
Step 23: and responding to the input business opportunity combination follow-up instruction, and inputting creator information of the business opportunity information into the original business opportunity information.
Step 20 may further comprise: and responding to the input business opportunity combination follow-up instruction, and inputting creator information of the business opportunity information into the original business opportunity information.
After the user contacts with the original business opportunity creator, the business opportunity is considered to have conflict with the original business opportunity, optionally, the user inputs a business opportunity joint follow-up instruction into the system, the system responds to the joint follow-up instruction input by the user, the information of the current business opportunity information creator is input into the original business opportunity information, and the current business opportunity creator and the original business opportunity creator are jointly followed. The multiple persons participate in joint follow-up at the same time, so that the malignant competition inside the enterprise caused by conflict business opportunity is effectively solved.
Step 31: and responding to the input business opportunity conflict instruction, and terminating the creation of the business opportunity information.
Step 30 may specifically include: and responding to the input business opportunity conflict instruction, and terminating the creation of the business opportunity information.
After the user contacts with the original business opportunity creator, the business opportunity is considered to have conflict with the original business opportunity, and optionally, the user inputs a business opportunity conflict instruction into the system. The system terminates creation of the business opportunity in response to a business opportunity conflicting instruction entered by the user. The establishment of the conflict business opportunity is terminated, so that the repeated information can be effectively prevented from being input into the system, and competition inside an enterprise due to the repeated business opportunity is avoided.
Further, after the business opportunity information is successfully created, the marketing management method may further include the content of step 40 and step 50 in the previous embodiment, which is not described herein.
