The case management method based on the interaction of the multiple terminals is taught, and efficient management of the cases is achieved through the interaction of the multiple terminals. The communication mode commonly used at present is an instant communication mode, because related events of intellectual property often need deep communication in multiple aspects, but because the memory of people is limited, sometimes the communication is likely to be carried out suddenly based on a certain event, so that the communication cannot be carried out clearly at one time in the communication, and the communication efficiency is affected because the communication needs multiple times. For example, if an enterprise wants to apply for a patent, a technical solution needs to be communicated with a patent agent, in a practical scenario, one patent agent may often process multiple cases correspondingly, if a client suddenly wants to communicate with a certain patent agent, the patent agent may not want to look at which patent case the client corresponds to, and may need to look at a historical chat record to think, so that communication efficiency is not high. In order to improve the communication efficiency, when the user performs the instant message session, the event is automatically associated, and the corresponding associated event information is displayed in the expansion frame of the session frame, so that the user can directly check the event, and the communication efficiency is greatly improved.
As shown in fig. 5, an information display method based on instant messaging is provided, which is applied to an intellectual property information processing platform (i.e. the above information processing platform), and the intellectual property information processing platform includes: a plurality of processing terminals; the user can log in to the intellectual property information processing platform through the processing end, an instant messaging tool is arranged on the intellectual property information processing platform, and the user can communicate by sending instant messages through the instant messaging tool.

In one practical scenario, a client needs to communicate with a patent agent in a patent case, and when the client or the patent agent opens an instant messaging session with the other party, the client or the patent agent automatically acquires the patent case information associated with the two parties. Specifically, the background (server side) can automatically search for and acquire patent cases associated with members (clients and patent agents) of the instant messaging session according to the members. It should be noted that, the instant messaging session is applied to the intellectual property information processing platform, so that it may directly disassociate the corresponding event.

In one embodiment, determining an event associated with an instant message session from a member associated with the instant message session comprises: acquiring all principal members in an instant message session, wherein the principal members refer to members with principal identities, each member in the instant message session corresponds to one identity, and the types of the identities are divided into principal identities and auxiliary identities; events associated with all subject members are obtained as associated events for the instant messaging session.
