The project state acquisition method provided by the disclosure can be applied to an application environment as shown in fig. 1. The terminal 101 of the project group member interacts with the terminal 102 or the terminal 103 of other project group members in the group through the project group constructed by the network. Specifically, the project group member may trigger a project state acquiring operation for acquiring project state information of other project group members in the project group through the terminal 101, at this time, the terminal 101 may respond to the operation, display a corresponding session broadcast message in a displayed session interface of the project group, and other project group members may input the project state information through the terminal 102 and the terminal 103 by using the session broadcast message displayed on the session interface in the project group, so when the project group member triggers the project broadcast message through the terminal 101, it may display the project state information provided by the project group member through the terminal 102 or the terminal 103, and realize synchronous acquisition of the project state information. The terminal 101, the terminal 102, and the terminal 103 may be, but are not limited to, various personal computers, notebook computers, smart phones, tablet computers, and portable wearable devices.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating an item status acquisition method according to an exemplary embodiment, and as shown in fig. 2, the item status acquisition method is used in the terminal 101, and includes the following steps.
In step S201, in response to the item status acquisition operation triggered in the item group, a session broadcast message for acquiring item status information of the item group members is presented on a session interface of the item group.
The project group members corresponding to the terminal 101 refer to project group members that need to count project status information, for example, may be project owners of the project or administrators of the project group, and the project group refers to a group that is created in advance and is used for implementing information interaction between project group members of project cooperation, for example, may be a group created by the project owners in a certain instant messaging tool and used for the project members to communicate project information.
Specifically, when the member of the project group needs to acquire the current project state information of other members of the project group, the terminal 101 may trigger the project state acquisition operation in the project group, so that a corresponding session broadcast message is displayed in a session interface of the project group, where the session broadcast message may be used to notify the other members of the project group to report the corresponding project state information through the terminal, i.e. the terminal 102 or the terminal 103.
In step S202, in response to the triggering operation on the session broadcast message, item status information input by the client of at least one item group member login for the session broadcast message is presented in the session interface of the item group.
After step S201, other members of the project group may execute corresponding project reporting work through the session broadcast message displayed in the session interface of the project group by the terminal, that is, the terminal 102 or the terminal 103, and enter the project status information into the displayed session broadcast message. At this time, if the project group member performs the corresponding triggering operation on the session broadcast message through the terminal 101 again, for example, by clicking the displayed session broadcast message, the project state information provided by other project group members for the session broadcast message may be displayed, so that the project state information may be shared through the project group.
In the above-mentioned project state acquisition method, a session broadcast message for acquiring project state information of a project group member is displayed on a session interface of the project group by responding to a project state acquisition operation triggered in the project group; and responding to the triggering operation of the session broadcast message, and displaying the item state information input by at least one client side logged in by the item group members for the session broadcast message in a session interface of the item group. According to the project state acquisition method, the session information for acquiring the project state information of the project group members can be broadcasted in the project group, the project state information input by the project group members can be displayed through triggering operation of the broadcasted session information, and compared with the synchronous acquisition of the project state in the traditional technology by sending a short message or in-line meeting and the like, the project state acquisition method can acquire the project state information in the project group through the broadcasting session, so that the workload of project state synchronous acquisition can be reduced, and the project state acquisition efficiency is improved.
In an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, step S201 may further include:
in step S301, providing a session broadcast control at a session interface;
in step S302, a session message input window is presented in response to a trigger operation for a session broadcast control.
The session broadcast control may be an interaction control preset in the project group and used for triggering generation of a session broadcast message for acquiring project state information of the project group members, and the interaction control may be set in a session interface of the project group. For example, when the project group member needs to acquire the project state information, the session broadcast control displayed in the session interface by the terminal 101 may be clicked to perform a triggering operation on the session broadcast control, and then the terminal 101 may respond to the triggering operation to display a session message input window for inputting the session broadcast message.
As shown in fig. 4, in the session interface of the item group, a session broadcast control for "sending broadcast" may be displayed, the item group member may trigger a triggering operation for the session broadcast control by clicking the session broadcast control shown in the session interface by the terminal, and then the terminal 101 may respond to the triggering operation, and a session message input window for inputting a session broadcast message is shown in the session interface.
In step S303, a session broadcast message input in the session message input window is acquired, and the session broadcast message is presented in the session interface.
After the terminal 101 displays the session message input window, the project group members can input the session broadcast message to be displayed on the session interface through the session message input window, so that the terminal 101 can display the session broadcast message input by the project group members in the input window in the session interface of the project group in the displayed session interface.
In this embodiment, a session broadcast control may be provided in a session interface of the project group, by triggering operation of the session broadcast control by the project group member, a session message input window for inputting a session broadcast message may be displayed, the project group member may also input the session broadcast message in the session message input window, and then the terminal 101 may display the input session broadcast message in the session interface of the project group, thereby implementing a function of displaying the session broadcast message in the project group, and further improving efficiency of acquiring the project state.
Further, after step S302, the method may further include: and responding to the project progress updating operation triggered in the session message input window, and sending notification information of project progress updating to the clients logged in by the project group members.
In this embodiment, the project group is a group created by performing project information communication on a certain project, and the project may be formed by a plurality of project nodes, and each project node may further include a different project progress status, for example, a project node may not start, a project node is in normal operation, a project node has overdue, a project node has suspended, a project node has ended, and the like. In this embodiment, the update of the project progress may also be implemented through the session message input window shown in step S302. Specifically, in the process of displaying the session message input window, the terminal 101 may also update the project progress through the session message input window, for example, the session message input window displays a progress status list of different project progress statuses, and the project group member may manually modify the current project progress status reflected in the progress status list, so as to trigger the update operation of the project progress, where the terminal 101 may obtain the project progress manually updated by the project group member and log in the client of the project group to other project group members in the project group, for example, the terminal 102 or the terminal 103 may send notification information that the project progress has been updated, so as to achieve synchronization of the project progress among the project group members.
In this embodiment, the project group members may manually update the project progress through the session message input window, and when the project progress is updated, notification information about the project progress update may also be sent to the project group members, so as to achieve synchronization of project progress among the project group members.
In addition, in an exemplary embodiment, the method for acquiring the project state may further include: acquiring a preset project progress time point; obtaining updated project progress according to project state information corresponding to the current time point and project progress time points; and sending notification information of project progress update to the clients logged in by the project group members.
In this embodiment, the project progress may also be automatically updated by the system, for example, by setting corresponding time nodes, that is, project progress time points, for different project nodes of the project in advance, and based on project status information corresponding to the current time point, the project progress may be updated in real time, so as to obtain the updated project progress. For example, the method may be preset that the project state of a certain project node in time a is a completed state, that is, the project node needs to be completed by a user before time a, and if the current time point is time B after time a and the project state of the project node is still an incomplete state in time B, it indicates that the project node cannot be completed within a set time period, that is, the project progress of the project node is overdue, and if the project progress of the project node currently displayed is that the project node is in normal progress, the terminal may automatically update the project progress of the project node from the project node to the overdue project node in normal progress, and send notification information that the project progress has been updated to clients logged in by other project group members in the project group while taking the overdue project progress of the project node as the updated project progress, so as to achieve synchronization of the project progress among the project group members.
In this embodiment, a project schedule time point may be preset for a project group, so that the project schedule may be automatically updated according to the preset project schedule time point and project status information corresponding to the current time point, and when the project schedule is updated, notification information about the project schedule update may be sent to a client logged in by the project group members, so that synchronization of the project schedules among the project group members is achieved.
Also, in an exemplary embodiment, the item status acquisition method may further include: identifying in the session list that the group of items is at an updated progress of the items; and/or identify on the session interface that the group of items is at an updated progress of the items.
After the project progress is updated, the terminal 101 may also display a project progress identifier for representing that the project corresponding to the project group is in the updated project progress in the project group, where the project progress identifier may be displayed in a session list of the project group or may be displayed on a session interface of the project group, so as to implement real-time display of the project progress.
In this embodiment, the terminal 101 may also display the corresponding project progress identifier on the session list or the session interface of the project group, so that the updated project progress may be displayed, and each project group member may learn the project progress of the current project at any time.
Further, identifying in the session list that the group of items is at an updated progress of the items includes: acquiring an update state identifier corresponding to the updated project progress; displaying the update state identifier in a name display area of the item group in the session list; identifying, on the session interface, that the group of items is at an updated progress of the items, comprising: acquiring an update state identifier corresponding to the updated project progress; and displaying the updated state identification in a name display area of the item group in the session interface.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 5, the item progress identifier for representing the progress of the updated item, that is, the update status identifier, may be displayed in a display area for displaying the name of the item group in the session list of the item group, or may be displayed in a name display area for displaying the group names of different item groups on the session interface of the item group, for example, a normal identifier is displayed in the name display area of a certain item group in the session list, which indicates that the updated item progress of the item corresponding to the item group is in normal progress of the item node, and an unexplained identifier is displayed in the name display area of another item group in the session list, which indicates that the updated item progress of the item corresponding to the item group is not yet started.
In this embodiment, the updated status identifier corresponding to the updated project schedule may be displayed in the name display area of the project group, so that, in the case that a plurality of project groups corresponding to different projects are established, the project status of each project may be displayed in each project group, so as to improve the integrity of project status display.
Fig. 6 is a flowchart illustrating an item status acquisition method according to an exemplary embodiment, and as shown in fig. 6, the item status acquisition method is used in the terminal 102 or the terminal 103, and includes the following steps.
In step S601, a session broadcast message is presented on a session interface of the project group; the session broadcast message is obtained after a client logged in by a project group member with a preset identity in the project group triggers project state acquisition operation in the project group.
The project group members corresponding to the terminal 102 or the terminal 103 refer to project group members needing project state information reporting, the project group members with preset identities refer to project group members carrying out project state information statistics, for example, the project group members may be a group owner or an administrator of the project group, and the session broadcast message displayed in the session interface of the project group may be a client through which the project group members with preset identities log in, and may be obtained after the terminal 101 triggers the project state obtaining operation in the project group.
Specifically, when the project group members with preset identities need to count project state information, the logged-in client may be the terminal 101 triggers project state acquisition operation for acquiring project state information corresponding to each project group member in the project group, the terminal 101 responds to the project state acquisition operation to generate a corresponding session broadcast message, and displays the session broadcast message in a session interface of the project group, so that the session broadcast message can be displayed on the session interface of the terminal 102 or the terminal 103.
In step S602, input item state information is acquired in response to an item state information input operation triggered for a session broadcast message; and after the client for logging in the project group member responds to the session broadcast message triggering operation, the project state information is displayed on the client for logging in the project group member.
