The project state acquisition method provided by the present disclosure may be applied to an application environment as shown in fig. 1. The terminal 101 of the project group member interacts with the terminals 102 or 103 of other project group members in the group through the project group constructed by the network. Specifically, the project group member may trigger a project state obtaining operation for obtaining project state information of other project group members in the project group through the terminal 101, at this time, the terminal 101 may respond to the operation, and display a corresponding session broadcast message in a session interface displayed in the project group, and the other project group members may input the project state information through the session broadcast message displayed on the session interface in the project group through the terminal 102 and the terminal 103, so that when the project group member performs a trigger operation on the session broadcast message through the terminal 101, the project state information provided by the project group member through the terminal 102 or the terminal 103 may be displayed, and synchronous obtaining of the project state information is achieved. The terminals 101, 102 and 103 may be, but are not limited to, various personal computers, notebook computers, smart phones, tablet computers and portable wearable devices.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a project status acquisition method according to an exemplary embodiment, and as shown in fig. 2, the project status acquisition method is used in the terminal 101 and includes the following steps.
In step S201, in response to an item status acquisition operation triggered in the item group, a session broadcast message for acquiring item status information of the item group members is presented on a session interface of the item group.
The project group member corresponding to the terminal 101 refers to a project group member that needs to count project state information, for example, a project principal of the project or an administrator of the project group, and the project group refers to a group created in advance for information interaction between project group members that implement project cooperation, for example, a group created by the project principal for communication of project information by the project members in a certain instant messaging tool.
Specifically, when a project group member needs to acquire current project state information of other project group members in the project group, the terminal 101 may trigger a project state acquisition operation in the project group, so that a corresponding session broadcast message is displayed in a session interface of the project group, and the session broadcast message may be used to notify the other project group members in the project group to report the corresponding project state information through their terminals, that is, the terminal 102 or the terminal 103.
In step S202, in response to a trigger operation on the session broadcast message, item state information input by the client logged in by at least one item group member for the session broadcast message is displayed in a session interface of the item group.
After step S201, other members of the project group may execute corresponding project report work through the session broadcast message displayed in the session interface of the project group by their terminals, that is, the terminal 102 or the terminal 103, and enter the project state information into the displayed session broadcast message. At this time, if the item group member performs the corresponding triggering operation on the session broadcast message through the terminal 101 again, for example, the displayed session broadcast message may be clicked, the item state information provided by other item group members for the session broadcast message may be displayed, so that the item state information may be shared through the item group.
In the item state acquisition method, a session broadcast message for acquiring the item state information of the item group members is displayed on a session interface of the item group by responding to item state acquisition operation triggered in the item group; and in response to the triggering operation of the session broadcast message, displaying the item state information input by the client logged in by at least one item group member for the session broadcast message in a session interface of the item group. The project state acquisition method provided by the disclosure can broadcast the session message for acquiring the project state information of the project group members in the project group, and can display the project state information input by the project group members through the triggering operation of the broadcast session message.
In an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, step S201 may further include:
in step S301, a session broadcast control is provided in a session interface;
in step S302, in response to a trigger operation for the session broadcast control, a session message input window is presented.
The session broadcast control may be an interactive control preset in the project group and used for triggering generation of a session broadcast message for acquiring project state information of the project group members, and the interactive control may be set in a session interface of the project group. For example, when a member of the project group needs to acquire project state information, the terminal 101 may perform a trigger operation on a session broadcast control displayed in a session interface by clicking the session broadcast control, and then may respond to the trigger operation to display a session message input window for inputting a session broadcast message.
As shown in fig. 4, a session broadcast control of "send broadcast" may be displayed in a session interface of a project group, a member of the project group may trigger a trigger operation on the session broadcast control by clicking the session broadcast control shown in the session interface through a terminal, and then the terminal 101 may respond to the trigger operation and show a session message input window for inputting a session broadcast message in the session interface.
In step S303, the session broadcast message input in the session message input window is acquired, and the session broadcast message is displayed in the session interface.
After the terminal 101 displays the session message input window, the session broadcast message that needs to be displayed on the session interface can be entered by the project group members through the session message input window, so that the terminal 101 can display the session broadcast message that is input by the project group members in the input window in the session interface of the project group in the displayed session interface.
In this embodiment, a session broadcast control may be provided in the session interface of the project group, a session message input window for inputting the session broadcast message may be displayed by a trigger operation of a project group member on the session broadcast control, the project group member may also enter the session broadcast message in the session message input window, and then the terminal 101 may display the entered session broadcast message in the session interface of the project group, thereby implementing a session broadcast message display function in the project group and further improving the efficiency of acquiring the project state.
Further, after step S302, the method may further include: and responding to the project progress updating operation triggered in the conversation message input window, and sending notification information of the project progress updating to the client logged in by the member of the project group.
In this embodiment, the project group is a group created by exchanging project information for a certain project, and the project may be composed of a plurality of project nodes, each of which may include different project progress states, for example, various project progress states such as a project node not started, a project node in normal operation, a project node expired, a project node suspended, and a project node ended may be included. In this embodiment, the updating of the project schedule may also be implemented through the session message input window displayed in step S302. Specifically, in the process of displaying the session message input window by the terminal 101, the project group member may further update the project progress through the session message input window, for example, a progress status list with different project progress statuses is displayed in the session message input window, and the project group member may manually modify the current project progress status reflected in the progress status list, so as to trigger an update operation of the project progress, at this time, the terminal 101 may obtain the project progress manually updated by the project group member, and log in a client of the project group to other project group members in the project group, for example, the terminal 102 or the terminal 103, and send notification information that the project progress is updated, so as to implement synchronization of the project progress between the project group members.
In this embodiment, the project group members may manually update the project schedule through the session message input window, and meanwhile, when the project schedule is updated, notification information of the project schedule update may be sent to the project group members, thereby implementing synchronization of the project schedule among the project group members.
In addition, in an exemplary embodiment, the method for acquiring the item status may further include: acquiring a preset project progress time point; obtaining an updated project progress according to the project state information corresponding to the current time point and the project progress time point; and sending notification information of project progress updating to the client logged in by the project group member.
In this embodiment, the project schedule may also be automatically updated by the system, for example, by setting corresponding time nodes, that is, project schedule time points, in advance for different project nodes of the project, and based on the project state information corresponding to the current time point, real-time update of the project schedule is achieved, and the updated project schedule is obtained. For example, it may be preset that the project status of a certain project node in the a time is a completed status, that is, the project node is required to be completed by the user before the a time, and if the current time point is the B time after the a time and the project status of the project node in the B time is still an uncompleted status, it indicates that the project node cannot be completed within the set time limit, that is, the project progress of the project node is the project node overdue, and if the project progress of the currently displayed project node is the project node in normal progress, the terminal may automatically update the project progress of the project node from the project node in normal progress to the project node overdue, and may send the notification information that the project progress is updated to the clients logged in other project group members in the project group while taking the project progress of the project node overdue as the updated project progress, so as to realize the synchronization of project schedule among the members of each project group.
In this embodiment, a project progress time point may be further preset for the project group, so that the project progress can be automatically updated according to the preset project progress time point and the project state information corresponding to the current time point, and when the project progress is updated, notification information about the update of the project progress can be further sent to the client where the project group members log in, thereby realizing the synchronization of the project progress among the project group members.
In an exemplary embodiment, the method for acquiring the item status may further include: identifying a project group in an updated project schedule in a session list; and/or identifying a project group on the conversation interface as being in an updated project schedule.
After the project progress is updated, the terminal 101 may also display, in the project group, a project progress identifier for representing that the project corresponding to the project group is in the updated project progress, where the project progress identifier may be displayed in a session list of the project group, or may be displayed on a session interface of the project group, so as to implement real-time display of the project progress.
In this embodiment, the terminal 101 may further display a corresponding project progress identifier on a session list or a session interface of the project group, so as to display the updated project progress, so that each member of the project group can know the project progress of the current project at any time.
Further, identifying the project group in the updated project schedule in the session list includes: acquiring an updated state identifier corresponding to the updated project progress; displaying the update state identification in the name display area of the item group in the session list; identifying a project group on the session interface as being in an updated project schedule, comprising: acquiring an updated state identifier corresponding to the updated project progress; and displaying the update state identification in the name display area of the item group in the session interface.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 5, the item progress indicator, i.e., the update status indicator, for representing the item progress of the item group after being updated may be displayed in a display area for displaying the name of the item group in the session list of the item group, or may be displayed in name display areas for displaying the group names of different item groups on the session interface of the item group, respectively, for example, if a normal indicator is displayed in the name display area of one item group in the session list, it indicates that the item progress after the item update corresponding to the item group is in normal operation of the item node, and if an identifier that has not started is displayed in the name display area of another item group in the session list, it indicates that the item progress after the item update corresponding to the item group is still not started as the item node.
In this embodiment, the updated status identifier corresponding to the updated project progress may also be displayed in the name display area of the project group, so that, in the case where multiple project groups corresponding to different projects are established, the project status of each project may also be displayed in each project group, respectively, thereby improving the integrity of the project status display.
Fig. 6 is a flowchart illustrating an item status acquisition method according to an exemplary embodiment, where the item status acquisition method is used in the terminal 102 or the terminal 103 as shown in fig. 6, and includes the following steps.
In step S601, a session broadcast message is displayed on a session interface of the project group; the session broadcast message is obtained by triggering a project state acquisition operation in the project group by a client logged in by a project group member with a preset identity in the project group.
The project group member corresponding to the terminal 102 or the terminal 103 refers to a project group member that needs to report project state information, the project group member with a preset identity refers to a project group member that performs project state information statistics, and may be, for example, a group owner or an administrator of the project group, and the session broadcast message displayed in the session interface of the project group is a client through which the project group member with the preset identity logs in, and may be obtained after the terminal 101 triggers a project state obtaining operation in the project group.
Specifically, when the project group members with preset identities need to count the project state information, the terminal 101 may trigger a project state obtaining operation for obtaining the project state information corresponding to each project group member in the project group through the logged-in client, and the terminal 101 may respond to the project state obtaining operation to generate a corresponding session broadcast message and display the session broadcast message in a session interface of the project group, that is, display the session broadcast message on the session interface of the terminal 102 or the terminal 103 may be implemented.
In step S602, in response to an item status information input operation triggered for the session broadcast message, acquiring input item status information; and the project state information is used for displaying the project state information on the client logged in by the member of the project group after the client logged in by the member of the project group responds to the triggering operation of the session broadcast message.
Then, the item group members of the terminal 102 or the terminal 103 may trigger an item state information input operation for inputting item state information through the session message displayed in the session interface, and input respective item state information through the terminal 102 or the terminal 103, and then, when the item group members with the preset identities perform corresponding trigger operations on the session broadcast message again, the item state information input by the item group members of the terminal 102 or the terminal 103 may be displayed on the terminal 101 of the item group members with the preset identities, so that sharing of the item state information may be achieved through the item group.
In the project state acquisition method, the session broadcast message is displayed on the session interface of the project group; the session broadcast message is obtained by triggering a project state acquisition operation in the project group by a client logged in by a project group member with a preset identity in the project group; responding to an item state information input operation triggered by a session broadcast message, and acquiring input item state information; and the project state information is used for displaying the project state information on the client logged in by the member of the project group after the client logged in by the member of the project group responds to the triggering operation of the session broadcast message. The project state acquisition method provided by the disclosure can display the session broadcast message which is generated by triggering the project group member with the preset identity and is used for acquiring the project state information of the project group member in the project group, and can input the project state information by the project group member inputting the triggered project state of the session broadcast message, and the project group member with the preset identity can display the project state information provided by the project group member after inputting.
In an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, step S602 may further include:
