Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments that can be derived from the embodiments given herein by a person of ordinary skill in the art are intended to be within the scope of the present disclosure.
The existing user group interaction method is difficult to meet the requirement of finer granularity in group interaction, for example, with the increase of group users or topics, different people in one group can simultaneously carry out different topics, participants are difficult to obtain focus of attention in the same group, and the process of discussion, information search, backtracking and the like is difficult to be caused. In one mode, a user can define that a person in a group additionally establishes a new group to discuss a topic, but in this mode, the new group needs to be added into a session list, and the number of participating topics directly determines the number of groups needing to be maintained, so that the session list is overstaffed, the difficulty of information search and speech backtracking cannot be solved, and the difficulty of group maintenance is increased. In another mode, the convenience provided by using a group grouping function is limited, when the function is used, each group needs to be established, and then each group is added into one group, the mode cannot change the internal architecture of the existing group, when a group needs to be subdivided according to topics, structures and the like, new groups still need to be subdivided according to the foundation, and then all the new groups are added into the same group.
In the embodiment of the present application, the sub-group may be created based on an existing target group, and such a sub-group may not necessarily appear in the session list, but may provide a tag option related to the sub-group in an interaction window associated with the target group, so that the user may switch to a specific sub-group for interaction. For example, a target group is a discussion group established by members of a project group, but the interior of the project is actually subdivided into a plurality of groups, and the groups may need to be discussed separately on some topics and are independent of other groups. At this time, by using the scheme provided by the embodiment of the present application, a specific group or a sub-group corresponding to a topic can be created in a group corresponding to the project. Such a sub-group may not occupy the session list space, but may provide a corresponding tab option in the session window of the main group, through which the user may enter the corresponding sub-group for conversation. Any member of the main group can initiate the creation of the sub-group, the creation mode of the sub-group can be various, for example, in one mode, a user can mention some group members in an input field of a conversation window of the main group in an "@" mode or the like, then, an operation option for creating the sub-group can be provided, the user can create the sub-group through the operation option, and the mentioned user is automatically determined as a member of the sub-group. After the creation of the sub-group is successful, the server can send the information of the sub-group to the member user client of the sub-group, and the member user client can provide the label option of the sub-group in the session interface of the main group. The same user can become a member user of a plurality of different sub-groups, and at this time, the session interface of the main group can provide tag options of the plurality of different sub-groups. The conversation contents between different subgroups can be isolated from each other, and a user can check historical interaction records in a plurality of different subgroups by switching different tag options.
Specifically, from the perspective of system architecture, as shown in fig. 1, the embodiment of the present application may relate to a server and a client of an instant messaging system, where the client may be used to create a driver group, and the server may be used to execute a specific subgroup creation process and notify a member user client of a subgroup, so that the member user client may add a tag option related to the newly created subgroup in a group interface, and then the member user may perform a group conversation in the subgroup. In terms of playing different roles in one session, the clients can be divided into a message sender client and a message receiver client. When sending a message, the sending client can carry specific identifiers of the main group and the sub-group, and after receiving the message, the receiving client can display the newly received message in a corresponding sub-group session interface according to the specific identifier of the sub-group.
The following describes in detail a specific technical solution provided in an embodiment of the present application.
Example one
First, the first embodiment introduces the implementation of creating the sub-group from the perspective of the client. Specifically, the embodiment provides a user group interaction method, and referring to fig. 2, the method may specifically include:
s210: providing an operation option for creating a sub-group for the target group;
in the embodiment of the application, the sub-groups can be created inside the common group, so that member users in the group can be equally divided into different sub-groups according to specific topics, interactive contents can be isolated among the sub-groups, and mutual interference is avoided.
In particular, there are various ways to provide the operation options for creating the sub-groups. For example, in one mode, the operation option for creating the sub-group may be provided after receiving an operation request for referring to a plurality of other member users through a dialog input box of the target group. For example, as shown in fig. 3-1, if a member user of a group wants to create a sub-group, a specific user of "@" in the dialog input box of the group, such as 310, may be mentioned in this way, or a button may be clicked to display the member list 320, and a user that the sub-group wants to include may be selected from the member list 320, at which time, an operation option of creating the sub-group may be provided at the dialog box or the like, for example, a case, such as "topic" shown in fig. 3-1, may be displayed, and of course, in a specific implementation, other cases may be displayed. It should be noted that, when a certain user in a group is "@", the user may want to speak to the user in the group to realize one-to-one communication with the user, and therefore, in a specific implementation, an operation option for creating a sub-group may be provided again in the case of "@" multiple persons.
S220: after receiving a request for creating a sub-group through the operation options, creating the sub-group, and establishing an association relationship between the sub-group and the target group;
for example, in one mode, after receiving a request for creating a sub-group, the client may submit the request to the server, create a specific sub-group by the server, and establish an association relationship between the sub-group and the target group. In addition, in the concrete implementation, the server side can also determine the member users of the sub-group. For example, in the case of initiating group creation by referring to some users, the client may submit information of the mentioned multiple other member users to the server, and at this time, the server may determine the current user and the mentioned multiple other member users as member users of the subgroup. Alternatively, the member list of the current group may also be provided to the creator user for selection after the subgroup is established, the selected user may be determined to be a member user of the subgroup, and so on.
After determining the member users of the sub-group, the server may further synchronize information of the sub-group to the client of the member users, which may specifically include a main group ID associated with the sub-group, the member users of the sub-group, and the like. After receiving the information, the client can create a corresponding tag option in the main group, and the user can switch the conversation interface to the sub-group through the tag option and perform group interaction with the member user in the sub-group.
In specific implementation, the subgroup can be associated with a tag identification, and the tag identification of the subgroup can be related to a common topic of users of subgroup members; alternatively, where the target group is associated with a work item group, the tag identification of the subgroup may also be associated with a grouping within the work item group, and so on. Wherein the tag identification of the subgroup can be determined in various ways. For example, in one mode, the setting may be performed by a creator user or other member users, and at this time, an operation option for creating a tag identifier for the subgroup may be provided in the client, for example, after determining the subgroup member user, an input box for inputting the subgroup tag identifier may be displayed, and the input content in the input box may be used as the tag identifier of the subgroup. And submitting the label identification received through the operation option to the server so that the server synchronizes the label identification to other member users of the subgroup.
Wherein, in case that the target group is related to the work item group, organization structure information of the work item group may be further provided for creating the sub-group according to the organization structure. For example, a work item group includes A, B, C and other three sub-items, each of which includes multiple members, including perhaps a principal and a group member, and so on. In addition, the interior of a specific sub-item group may be further subdivided into more sub-items, and so on. The organization architecture information can be edited and submitted to the server by users such as administrators of target groups, and the organization architecture information can be stored by the server and can be provided for the client to be displayed. Thus, when the user creates the subgroup, the user can select the subgroup members and other operations based on the organization structure information, so that the efficiency of creating the subgroup is improved, and the error occurrence probability is reduced. Moreover, the user such as the administrator of the target group can submit the progress information of the project to the server, and the server can also provide the information to the client and display the information in a relevant interface of the client. At this time, the user may select a specific member to create a sub-group according to specific progress information of the project, and so on.
In addition to manual setting of tag identifications of subgroups by users, tag identifications may also be automatically generated for subgroups by a server according to specific interactive contents in the subgroups after the subgroups are created. For example, most of the interactive contents of the member users in a certain subgroup are related to a certain keyword "product design", the tag identifications of the subgroup can be determined as "product design", and so on, such as the tag identifications of the subgroups shown in fig. 3-3.
After the tag identification of the sub-group is determined, the server can synchronize the tag identification information to the member user clients of the sub-group, so that the member user clients can display specific tag identifications at corresponding tag options, and the user can distinguish different sub-groups conveniently.
In addition, the server side can also control the authority of the member users of the sub-group, for example, some information of the sub-group can be only visible to the member users, and the like. Specifically, the method can be implemented by adding an authority identifier to a specific member user, and when new information is generated in the sub-group, the information can be determined to be synchronously sent to the member users according to the authority identifier.
S230: after creation of the subgroup is completed, providing tag options related to the subgroup in an interaction window associated with the target group;
because the creator user is also one of the member users of the sub-group, after the creation of the sub-group is completed, the server may also return the information of the sub-group to the creator user client, and the creator user client may also provide a tag option related to the sub-group in the interactive window associated with the target group. For example, as shown at 340 in fig. 3-2, such a tab option bar may be provided at the top of the dialog presentation area of the interactive window. Since the same user may join multiple subgroups, multiple tag options may be displayed, for example, the tag options shown in fig. 3-3 include 341 to 344, and the user may enter different subgroups by switching the tag options to perform group interaction and view history messages in the subgroups.
S240: and after receiving a switching operation request through the label option of the subgroup, switching to the subgroup for group interaction.
The subgroups can share the same interactive window with the main group to which the subgroups belong, and when a user needs to enter a certain subgroup for interaction, the user can click the tag option of the subgroup, and then the user can switch to the subgroup for group interaction. Among other things, so-called group interactions may include group conversations, sending shared files, and so on.
After the switching to a certain subgroup, only the interactive content related to the subgroup can be displayed in the conversation display area, and the interactive content of the main group or the interactive content of other subgroups do not need to be displayed, so that mutual isolation among different subgroups is realized, the interference of excessive useless information on a user is avoided, and important information really useful for the user is avoided from being missed.
In addition, after the group interaction is performed by switching to the sub-group, if the user needs to send the group interaction message, the client may submit the group interaction message to be sent to the server and carry the target group and the identification information of the sub-group, so that the server synchronizes the group interaction message to other member users of the sub-group.
For a newly received group interaction message, attributing the newly received group interaction message to the subgroup according to a target group associated with the newly received group interaction message and the identification information of the subgroup; and after the group interaction is carried out by switching to the sub-group through the tag option, displaying the newly received group interaction message.
By the embodiment of the application, the sub-group can be created in the target group, the target group can be determined as the main group, and the label option of the sub-group is created in the interaction window of the main group. The subgroups can be created in real time in the target group interaction process based on topics, structures and the like in the target group, the integrity of the target group is guaranteed, and meanwhile, fine-grained flexible division is provided; meanwhile, the label option is used for controlling the sessions of different sub-groups, and convenience is provided for finer-grained session interaction. The conversation contents of different subgroups are isolated from each other, so that the operations of information search, content backtracking and the like are facilitated. Moreover, the sub-groups do not need to occupy a session list of the client, when a user needs to enter the sub-groups for interaction, the user can easily find and enter the main groups by only finding the main groups in the session list, and the user can enter the corresponding sub-groups for session interaction by selecting the label options of the specific sub-groups in the interaction window of the main groups, so that the polymerization degree of the sub-groups is ensured, the interaction flexibility of the target groups is improved, and the problem of overlarge difficulty in management or searching caused by the overlarge number of the groups in the session list is solved.
Example two
The second embodiment corresponds to the first embodiment, and provides a group interaction method from the perspective of a server, referring to fig. 4, where the method may include:
s410: receiving a request to create a subgroup for the target group;
s420: creating a sub-group, establishing an association relationship between the sub-group and the target group, and determining member users of the sub-group;
s430: and synchronizing information about the sub-group to member users of the sub-group, wherein clients of the member users are used for providing label options about the sub-group in an interaction window associated with the target group, and switching to the sub-group for group interaction after receiving a switching operation request through the label options of the sub-group.
In specific implementation, the information for adding the tag identifier to the subgroup can be received, and the tag identifier information corresponding to the subgroup is saved.
Or, the server may further automatically add a tag identifier to the subgroup, and specifically, may determine the tag identifier for the subgroup according to the user tag associated with the member user of the subgroup. Or extracting topic keywords according to the interactive contents associated with the subgroups, and determining label identifications for the subgroups according to the topic keywords.
After the creation of the subgroup, in the process of interaction of the member user in the subgroup, for a newly received group interaction message, the server may determine a target group and a subgroup identifier associated with the group interaction message, and send the newly received group interaction message to the member user associated with the subgroup.
In addition, the server may also save the historical interaction records in units of subgroups, and after receiving a request for a member user to switch to a subgroup for display, may provide historical interaction record information associated with the subgroup.
Moreover, the server side can also control the visibility of the information of the sub-groups by the member users.
EXAMPLE III
The first and second embodiments described above mainly introduce the solutions provided in the embodiments of the present application from the perspective of creating subgroups. In the third embodiment, the corresponding processing scheme is mainly introduced when there is a subgroup. Specifically, the third embodiment provides a user group processing method from the perspective of the client, and referring to fig. 5, the method may include:
s510: displaying an interactive window interface of a target group, and determining a label identifier of at least one sub-group related to a current user and associated with the target group;
the subgroup associated with the target group and related to the current user and the tag identification thereof may be obtained from the server, and when the interactive window of the target group is displayed, a corresponding tag option may be created in the interactive window of the target group according to the subgroup and the tag identification thereof.
S520: providing the label options of the sub-groups in the interactive window interface of the target group;
s530: and after receiving a switching operation request through the label option of the subgroup, switching to the subgroup for group interaction.
Specifically, in the sub-group interaction process, the client may receive a group interaction message to be sent in the sub-group, and submit the group interaction message to be sent to the server, where the group interaction message may carry the identification information of the target group and the sub-group, and the server is configured to synchronize the group interaction message to other member users of the sub-group.
For a received group interaction message, attributing the received group interaction message to a sub-group according to a target group associated with the received group interaction message and identification information of a group; and after the group interaction is carried out by switching to the sub-group, displaying the received group interaction message.
In addition, during specific implementation, the number of newly received interactive messages corresponding to the target group and the sub-group can be obtained from a server; and the total number of the newly received interactive messages associated with the target group can be prompted in the session list; and after entering the interactive window of the target group, displaying the number of the newly received interactive messages associated with the sub-group at the label option associated with the sub-group. For example, as shown in fig. 3-3, the tag option of a specific sub-group may show the number information of the newly received interactive messages of the corresponding sub-group, and so on.
After switching to a certain subgroup for group interaction, the historical interaction records of the subgroup can be displayed. And, the interactive messages between different subgroups can be isolated from each other by the tag option.
In particular, the target group may share the same interaction window with the at least one subgroup.
