FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of an implementation environment provided by embodiments of the present disclosure. Referring to fig. 1, the implementation environment includes at least one terminal 104 (3 are exemplified in fig. 1) and a server 104. The terminal 102 and the server 104 are connected via a wireless or wired network. Illustratively, the terminal 102 is a computer, a mobile phone, a tablet computer, or other terminal. Illustratively, the server 104 is a background server of the target application or a cloud server providing services such as cloud computing and cloud storage.
Illustratively, the terminal 102 has installed thereon a target application served by the server 104, through which the terminal 102 can implement functions such as data transmission, message interaction, and the like. Illustratively, the target application is a target application in an operating system of the terminal 102, or a target application provided by a third party. The target application has a communication function, and the terminal can receive and transmit messages through the target application. For example, the current login account of the target application can be joined into multiple sessions, and a message is published in each joined session, and then other accounts in the session can receive the message published by the current login account through the target application. Of course, the target application can also have other functions, such as shopping function, live broadcast function, game function, etc., which the present disclosure does not limit. Illustratively, the target application is an IM (Instant Messaging) application, a short video application, a music application, a game application, a shopping application, a chat application, or other applications, and the disclosure is not limited thereto.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the server 104 is configured to store a plurality of sessions and an account in each session, and when receiving a session message that is issued in a session by the terminal 102 corresponding to the current login account, forward the issued session message to terminals 102 of other accounts in the login session, and then the other terminals 102 that receive the session message display the session message in a session interface corresponding to the session. In addition, each account can join a plurality of sessions, and the session entries of the plurality of sessions are displayed in the session entry display interface of the terminal 102 that logs in the account, and enter the corresponding session interface through the session entries, so that session messages issued by other accounts in the session can be viewed in the session interface.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a session processing method used in the terminal 102 according to an exemplary embodiment, including the following steps.
In step S210, for at least one session corresponding to the current login account, the creation time length of the session interface corresponding to the session and the display frequency of the session interface corresponding to the session in the target time length are obtained.
The session interface may refer to an interface for a current login account to perform message interaction in a session. For example, a chat interface corresponding to a chat group.
The creation time length of the session interface corresponding to the session may refer to the creation time length of the session interface corresponding to the session in the target application. In practical applications, the creation duration of the session interface corresponding to the session may be used to characterize the duration of the current login account joining the account group corresponding to the session (i.e., the joining duration).
The display times of the session interface corresponding to the session in the target duration may be used to represent the times of the current login account accessing the account group corresponding to the session in the target duration.
To facilitate understanding by those skilled in the art, FIG. 3a provides a schematic illustration of a conversation portal presentation interface; wherein 310 is a session entry display interface, and 320 is a session entry corresponding to any one session of the current login account; 330 is a notification center portal. Referring to fig. 3a, after the current login account opens the session entry automatic housing function for the target application, the terminal may obtain, for at least one session in the session entry display interface 310, a creation time length of a session interface corresponding to the session and a display frequency of the session interface corresponding to the session within the target time length. The terminal judges whether the creating time length is larger than or equal to a preset first time length threshold value or not, and whether the display times are smaller than or equal to a preset time threshold value or not. In practical application, the preset first time threshold and the preset time threshold may be any values. For example, the preset first duration threshold may be 30 days, and the preset number threshold may be 7.
In step S220, if the creation time is greater than or equal to the preset first time threshold and the display frequency is less than or equal to the preset frequency threshold, adding the session entry corresponding to the session to the target set and displaying the first prompt message; the conversation entries in the target set are not displayed in the conversation entry display interface; the first prompt message is used for prompting to execute a trigger operation on a notification center entrance in the session entrance display interface.
The session entry may be an instruction entry for receiving a session interface display operation. The session interface display operation may be a display operation of a session interface of a session corresponding to the session entry.
The target set may refer to a set composed of session entries that are not displayed in the session entry presentation interface. In practical applications, the target set may also be named as a message box.
Wherein, the notification center entry may refer to an operation instruction entry for starting a notification center function of the target application.
FIG. 3b provides a schematic diagram of a session portal presentation interface; wherein 330 is the entrance of the notification center, and 340 is the first prompt message. Referring to fig. 3b, if the terminal determines that the creation time is greater than or equal to the preset first time threshold, and the display time is less than or equal to the preset time threshold, the terminal adds the session entry corresponding to the session to the target set (for example, adds the third session entry, the fourth session entry, the fifth session entry, and the sixth session entry in the session entry display interface 310 to the message box), and displays first prompt information 340 for prompting to perform a trigger operation on the notification center entry 330 in the session entry display interface 310. For example, the terminal automatically puts the sessions with the creation duration greater than or equal to a preset first duration threshold and the display times less than or equal to a preset time threshold into a message box, and pushes a non-counting small red dot message to remind the user through the notification center.
In step S230, in response to a trigger operation on the notification center entry, displaying a second prompt message; the second prompt information is used for prompting that the session entrance corresponding to the session is stored in the target set; the second prompt message includes the session entries in the target set.
FIG. 3c provides a schematic diagram of a session portal presentation interface; wherein 350 is the second prompt message. Referring to fig. 3c, when the current login account needs to open the notification center function of the target application, the current login account may perform a click operation on the notification center entry 330 through the terminal, so as to input a trigger operation on the notification center entry 330 to the terminal; the terminal receives and responds to the triggering operation of the notification center entry 330, and displays second prompting information 350 for prompting that the session entry corresponding to the session is stored in the target set. Wherein the second prompt message 350 includes the session entries in the target set.
For example, in response to the triggering operation of the notification center entry, the terminal may display a notification center entry page; the notification center entry page may display a prompt text "the infrequently visited conversations are automatically moved into a message box" for prompting that the session entry corresponding to the above-mentioned conversation corresponding to the currently logged-in account is stored in the target set. Of course, the notification center entry page may also display a session entry in the target set, for receiving a trigger operation of the current login account on the session entry.
When the current user account needs to access the session interface of the session, the current user account may perform a trigger operation on any session entry in the second prompt message, and the terminal may display the session interface corresponding to the triggered session entry in response to the trigger operation on any session entry.
The session processing method comprises the steps of obtaining the creation time length of a session interface corresponding to a session and the display times of the session interface corresponding to the session in a target time length by aiming at least one session corresponding to a current login account; if the creating time length is greater than or equal to a preset first time length threshold value, and the display times are less than or equal to a preset time threshold value, adding a session entrance corresponding to the session into the target set, and displaying first prompt information for prompting to execute triggering operation on a notification center entrance in a session entrance display interface, wherein the first prompt information is not displayed in the session entrance display interface; therefore, the conversation which is not accessed by the user for a long time is automatically classified and sorted under the condition that the user is not disturbed, the interference of the conversation to the user is avoided, and the user is helped to efficiently classify and sort the conversation; meanwhile, by responding to the triggering operation of the notification center entrance, second prompt information used for prompting that the conversation entrance corresponding to the conversation is already stored in the target set is displayed, the user is prompted to know the conversation entrance stored in the target set in time, the user can know the induction condition of each conversation entrance conveniently, and therefore when the user processes the conversation messages with different priority processing levels, the user can efficiently conduct arrangement and induction on a plurality of conversation entrances, the conversation entrance processing operation of the user is simplified, and the conversation message processing efficiency is improved.
In an exemplary embodiment, displaying the second prompt message includes: acquiring the latest active time of a session corresponding to each session entrance in a target set; sequencing all the session entries according to the latest active time corresponding to all the session entries to obtain the sequenced session entries; and displaying the sorted conversation entries in the second prompt message.
And the latest active time is the message publishing time corresponding to the latest published session message in the corresponding session. For example, if the message publishing time corresponding to the latest published session message in session a is 12 hours and 50 minutes of a day, the latest active time corresponding to each session entry of session a is 12 hours and 50 minutes of a day.
In specific implementation, when the terminal displays the second prompt message, the terminal can also obtain the latest active time of the session corresponding to each session entrance in the target set; the terminal can sequence each conversation entrance to obtain the sequenced conversation entrance. And the terminal displays the sequenced conversation entries in the second prompt message.
And the conversation entries with the closest active time closer to the current moment are ranked more front in the ranked conversation entries. For example, the last active time corresponding to the session entry of session a is 12 hours and 50 minutes a day; the latest active time corresponding to the session entry of the session B is 55 minutes at 12 days a and 14 hours a, and the current time is 55 minutes at 14 days a, so that the session entry of the session B is ranked in the ranked session entries before the session entry of the session A is ranked in the ranked session entries.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment, when the second prompt information is displayed, the session entries are sorted according to the latest active time corresponding to each session entry in the target set by acquiring the latest active time of the session corresponding to each session entry in the target set, and the sorted session entries are displayed in the second prompt information, so that the session entries with the latest active time closer to the current moment can be arranged at the positions with the higher ranks in the sorted session entries, a user can conveniently and quickly trigger the session entries with the latest active time closer to the current moment, and the processing efficiency of the user on the session is improved.
In an exemplary embodiment, displaying the sorted conversation entries in the second prompting message includes: and if the number of the sequenced session entries is greater than the preset number threshold, displaying the sequenced session entries with the number equal to the preset number threshold in the second prompt message.
The second prompt message further includes an entry expansion control, and after the step of displaying the sorted conversation entries of which the number is the preset number threshold in the second prompt message, the method further includes: and displaying all the sequenced conversation entries in the second prompt message in response to the triggering operation of the entry expansion control.
In a specific implementation, when the terminal displays the sorted session entries in the second prompt message, the terminal may determine whether the number of the sorted session entries is greater than a preset number threshold. In practical applications, the predetermined number threshold may be any number. For example, the preset number threshold may be 3.
When the terminal determines that the number of the sequenced session entries is greater than the preset number threshold, the terminal does not display all the session entries in the sequenced session entries, but may display the sequenced session entries whose number is equal to the preset number threshold. For example, the terminal may display the top N session entries among the sorted session entries in the second prompt message. Wherein N is a positive integer and is equal to the predetermined number threshold.
Referring to fig. 3c, the terminal may further display an entry deployment control 360 in the second prompt message, and when the current login account determines that all the sequenced session entries in the session entries need to be checked in the second prompt message, the current login account may click the entry deployment control 360, so as to implement inputting a trigger operation on the entry deployment control to the terminal. The terminal receives the trigger operation of the pair of entry deployment controls 360, and in response to the trigger operation of the pair of entry deployment controls 360, displays all the session entries in the sequenced session entries in the second prompt message, please refer to fig. 3 d.
In practical application, the entry deployment control 360 may be entry deployment prompt text "deploy all" in the second prompt message, and the current login account may perform a click operation on the entry deployment prompt text "deploy all", so as to implement a trigger operation of inputting the entry deployment control to the terminal.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment, under the condition that the number of the sequenced session entries is greater than the preset number threshold, the sequenced session entries with the number equal to the preset number threshold are displayed, so that the excessively large information quantity of the second prompt message is avoided, and the reading efficiency of the user on the second prompt message is improved; meanwhile, all the sequenced conversation entries are displayed in the second prompt message by opening the control in the second prompt message and responding to the triggering operation of the opening control, so that the display requirement of the user on the sequenced conversation entries is met in an all-round manner.
In an exemplary embodiment, the second prompt further includes a withdrawal entry, and after the step of displaying the second prompt in response to the triggering operation of the notification center entry, the method further includes: in response to the trigger operation of the receiving and withdrawing entries, all session entries in the target set are moved out of the target set; and displaying the conversation entries moved out of the target set in a conversation entry showing interface.
Referring to fig. 3c, the second prompt message further includes a receiving revocation entry 370; after the terminal responds to the triggering operation of the notification center entrance and displays the second prompt message, the current login account can click the storage revocation entrance, and then the triggering operation of the storage revocation entrance is input to the terminal. And the terminal receives and responds to the trigger operation of the pair of receiving and canceling entries, moves all the conversation entries in the target set out of the target set, and displays the conversation entries moved out of the target set in a conversation entry display interface.
In practical application, the storage revocation entry may be a revocation prompt word "revoke the operation" of the second prompt message, and the current login account may "revoke the operation" by clicking the revocation prompt word, thereby implementing a trigger operation of inputting the storage revocation entry to the terminal.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment, the storage revocation entries are displayed in the second prompt message, all the session entries in the target set are moved out of the target set by responding to the triggering operation of the storage revocation entries, and the session entries moved out of the target set are displayed in the session entry display interface, so that a user can rapidly cancel the operation that the terminal automatically adds the session entries meeting the storage condition to the target set, and the user can conveniently and efficiently sort the session entries in the session entry display interface.
In an exemplary embodiment, the method further comprises: responding to a triggering operation of a session entrance corresponding to any session in a session entrance display interface, and determining the creating time length of the session interface corresponding to the session, the number of account numbers in the session, the number of unread messages and the number of times of messages issued by a current login account in the session; and if the creating time length is greater than or equal to a preset second time length threshold, the number of the accounts is greater than or equal to a preset account number threshold, the number of the unread messages is greater than or equal to a preset message number threshold, and the number of times of issuing the messages is less than or equal to a preset issuing number threshold, displaying third prompt information in a session interface corresponding to the session, wherein the third prompt information is used for prompting that the notification state of the session is set to be the disturbance-free state. Wherein the third prompt message includes a notification state switching control, and the method further includes: and setting the notification state of the session to be a disturbance-free state in response to the triggering operation of the notification state switching control.
The unread message number refers to the number of messages that are published in the session and not viewed by the current login account.
In some embodiments, the terminal determines the last closing time of a session interface corresponding to the session, determines the session message, which is published in the session between the closing time and the current time, as an unread message, and counts the number of the unread message.
In some embodiments, the terminal may store a publishing account corresponding to each session message in the session, and accordingly, the terminal may count the number of times of publishing messages of the current login account.
In some embodiments, the terminal may obtain, from the server, the number of accounts in the session, the number of unread messages, and the number of times of issuing messages by the current login account in the session, where an implementation manner of determining the number of unread messages and the number of times of issuing messages by the current login account in the session by the server is the same as the manner of determining by the terminal, and details are not described here.
After the current login account inputs a trigger operation on a session entry corresponding to any session in a session entry display interface to the terminal, the terminal can determine the creation time of the session interface corresponding to the triggered session, the number of account numbers in the session, the number of unread messages and the number of times of message issuing of the current login account in the session in response to the trigger operation on the session entry corresponding to any session. The terminal judges whether the creating time length is larger than or equal to a preset second time length threshold value, whether the number of the accounts is larger than or equal to a preset account number threshold value, whether the number of the unread messages is larger than or equal to a preset message number threshold value, and whether the number of times of issuing the messages is smaller than or equal to a preset issuing number threshold value. In practical application, the preset second duration threshold, the preset account number threshold, the preset message number threshold and the preset distribution time threshold may be any number. For example, the preset second duration threshold may be 7 days, the preset number of account numbers threshold may be 10, the preset number of messages threshold may be 20, and the preset number of distribution threshold is 7.
If the creating time length is greater than or equal to the preset second time length threshold, the account number is greater than or equal to the preset account number threshold, the unread message number is greater than or equal to the preset message number threshold, and the message issuing frequency is less than or equal to the preset message issuing frequency threshold, it indicates that the message amount in the session is large, and the user does not frequently check the session message in the session, and does not frequently issue the session message in the session.
The third prompt message comprises a notification state switching control, when the current login account determines to set the notification state of the session to the disturbance-free state, the current login account can trigger the notification state switching control through the terminal, the terminal responds to the triggering operation of the current login account on the notification state switching control, and the terminal sets the notification state of the session to the disturbance-free state.
The third prompt message also comprises a reminding closing control, when the current login account decides to close the third prompt message, the current login account can trigger the reminding closing control through the terminal, and the terminal responds to the triggering operation of the current login account on the reminding closing control and does not display the third prompt message any more.
In practical application, the notification state switching control may be a prompt text "the session message volume is large, the disturbance-free is clicked and opened" in the third prompt message, and the current login account may perform a click operation on the prompt text through the terminal, thereby implementing a trigger operation of inputting the notification state switching control to the terminal.
In the technical scheme of this embodiment, by obtaining the creation time of the session interface of the session corresponding to the session entry triggered by the current login account, the number of accounts in the session, the number of unread messages, and the number of times of issuing messages of the current login account in the session, and by determining whether the creation time is greater than or equal to the preset second time threshold, whether the number of accounts is greater than or equal to the preset account number threshold, whether the number of unread messages is greater than or equal to the preset message number threshold, and whether the number of times of issuing messages is less than or equal to the preset issuing times threshold, it is determined whether the current login account does not frequently check the session messages with larger message amount in the session, nor frequently issues the session messages in the session, and the user is timely prompted to set the session in an interference-free state, so as to avoid the session from causing interference to the user, and help the user perform session processing, thereby improving the efficiency of processing the session messages.
In an exemplary embodiment, the method further comprises: responding to the triggering operation of a session entrance corresponding to any session in the session entrance display interface, and determining the creation time length of the session interface corresponding to the session and the display times of the session interface corresponding to the session in the target time length; if the creating time length is greater than or equal to a preset second time length threshold value, and the display times are less than or equal to a preset time threshold value, displaying fourth prompt information in a session interface corresponding to the session, wherein the fourth prompt information is used for prompting that a session entrance is added into the target set; the second duration threshold is less than the first duration threshold. And the fourth prompt message comprises a session entrance adding control, and the session entrance is added to the target set in response to the triggering operation of the session entrance adding control.
In a specific implementation, after the current login account inputs a trigger operation on a session entry corresponding to any session in the session entry display interface to the terminal, the terminal may determine, in response to the trigger operation on the session entry corresponding to any session, a creation time length of the session interface corresponding to the triggered session and a display frequency of the session interface corresponding to the session within a target time length. And judging whether the creating time length is greater than or equal to a preset second time length threshold value or not, and whether the display times are less than or equal to a preset time threshold value or not. Wherein the second time length threshold is smaller than the first time length threshold. In practical applications, the preset second duration threshold and the preset number threshold may be any number. For example, the preset second duration threshold may be 14 days and the preset number threshold may be 7.
When the creating time length is greater than or equal to a preset second time length threshold value and the display times are less than or equal to a preset time threshold value, it is indicated that the session entrance corresponding to the session is not triggered by the current login account for a long time, and the terminal displays fourth prompt information in a session interface corresponding to the session for prompting that the session entrance is added to the target set, namely, the session entrance corresponding to the session is not displayed in the session entrance display interface.
The fourth prompt message includes a session entry adding control, when the current login account determines to add the session entry to the target set (i.e., the message box), the current login account may perform a trigger operation on the session entry adding control through the terminal, the terminal responds to the trigger operation of the current login account on the session entry adding control, and the terminal adds the session entry to the target set.
The third prompt message also comprises a prompt closing control, when the current login account decides to close the fourth prompt message, the current login account can trigger the prompt closing control through the terminal, and the terminal responds to the trigger operation of the current login account on the prompt closing control and does not display the fourth prompt message any more.
In practical application, the session entry addition control may be a prompt text "the session has not been accessed for a long time and the message box is clicked and moved" in the fourth prompt information, and the current login account may perform a click operation on the prompt text through the terminal, thereby implementing a trigger operation of inputting the control addition to the session entry to the terminal.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment, the creating time length of the session interface of the session corresponding to the session entrance triggered by the current login account and the display times of the session interface corresponding to the session in the target time length are obtained; whether the creating time length is larger than or equal to a preset second time length threshold or not is judged, and whether the display frequency is smaller than or equal to a preset frequency threshold or not is judged, so that whether the current login account does not access the session for a long time or not is accurately judged, the current login account is timely reminded to add the session entrance of the session to the target set, the session entrance corresponding to the session is not displayed in a session entrance display interface, the session is prevented from interfering a user, the user is helped to classify and sort the session which is not accessed for a long time, and the efficiency of processing session messages is improved.
