In an optional embodiment, the target intelligent post house is specifically an intelligent public toilet, an intelligent mother and infant room or an intelligent rest room;
when the intelligent courier station is an intelligent public toilet, the target equipment in the intelligent courier station is any one of the following:
intelligent excrement tank, intelligent garbage bin, intelligent odor purifier, intelligent soap lye machine, intelligent air conditioner and intelligent display screen.
EXAMPLE III
Based on the same inventive concept, the embodiment of the present invention provides a computer device, as shown in fig. 3, including a memory 304, a processor 302, and a computer program stored on the memory 304 and operable on the processor 302, wherein the processor 302 implements the steps of the intelligent after-market maintenance method when executing the program.
Where in fig. 3 a bus architecture (represented by bus 300), bus 300 may include any number of interconnected buses and bridges, bus 300 linking together various circuits including one or more processors, represented by processor 302, and memory, represented by memory 304. The bus 300 may also link together various other circuits such as peripherals, voltage regulators, power management circuits, and the like, which are well known in the art, and therefore, will not be described any further herein. A bus interface 306 provides an interface between the bus 300 and the receiver 301 and transmitter 303. The receiver 301 and the transmitter 303 may be the same element, i.e., a transceiver, providing a means for communicating with various other apparatus over a transmission medium. The processor 302 is responsible for managing the bus 300 and general processing, and the memory 304 may be used for storing data used by the processor 302 in performing operations.

Based on the same inventive concept, an embodiment of the present invention provides a computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, implements the steps of the above-mentioned intelligent after-market maintenance method.
The algorithms and displays presented herein are not inherently related to any particular computer, virtual machine, or other apparatus. Various general purpose systems may also be used with the teachings herein. The required structure for constructing such a system will be apparent from the description above. Moreover, the present invention is not directed to any particular programming language. It is appreciated that a variety of programming languages may be used to implement the teachings of the present invention as described herein, and any descriptions of specific languages are provided above to disclose the best mode of the invention.
In the description provided herein, numerous specific details are set forth. It is understood, however, that embodiments of the invention may be practiced without these specific details. Claims (10)

1. An intelligent after-sale maintenance method is applied to a smart post maintenance server and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving a request for entering an intelligent post maintenance server;
based on the request, acquiring historical maintenance records and corresponding maintenance solutions of all devices in the sold intelligent stager;
receiving fault description information of target equipment in a target intelligent posthouse, wherein the target equipment in the target intelligent posthouse is equipment with maintenance requirements;
determining a target maintenance solution corresponding to the fault description information based on the fault description information and the historical maintenance records and corresponding maintenance solutions;
and maintaining the target equipment in the target intelligent stager based on the target maintenance solution.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the predetermined location of the target device in the target intelligent courier is provided with a two-dimensional code, the two-dimensional code is an interface into an intelligent courier maintenance server, and the receiving the request into the intelligent courier maintenance server comprises:
scanning the two-dimensional code through an intelligent terminal by maintenance personnel, and receiving a request of entering a smart post maintenance server based on the two-dimensional code.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein after obtaining historical maintenance records and corresponding maintenance solutions for each device in a sold intelligent post based on the request, further comprising:
acquiring identification information of target equipment in the target intelligent posthouse based on the request;
and based on the identification information, establishing connection between the target equipment in the target intelligent posthouse and the intelligent posthouse maintenance server.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein after the performing maintenance on the target device in the target intelligent stager based on the target maintenance solution, further comprising:
judging whether the fault of the target equipment in the target intelligent stager is solved or not;
if not, generating a maintenance order;
and coordinating preset maintenance personnel to maintain the target equipment in the target intelligent post station based on the maintenance order.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein coordinating preset maintenance personnel for maintenance of the target device in the target intelligent stager based on the maintenance order comprises:
pre-diagnosing the fault based on the maintenance order to obtain a pre-diagnosis result;
generating a coordination scheme based on the pre-diagnosis result;
based on the coordination scheme, coordinating preset maintenance personnel to maintain the target equipment in the target intelligent stager.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein generating a coordination plan based on the pre-diagnosis results comprises:
when the pre-diagnosis result is a first-level diagnosis result, generating a coordination scheme for remotely guiding maintenance;
when the pre-diagnosis result is a second-level diagnosis result, generating a coordination scheme of field maintenance;
and when the pre-diagnosis result is a third-level diagnosis result, generating a coordination scheme maintained by a partner, wherein the difficulty of the first-level diagnosis result, the difficulty of the second-level diagnosis result and the difficulty of the third-level diagnosis result are sequentially increased.
7. The method of claim 4, after coordinating preset maintenance personnel for performing maintenance on the target equipment in the target intelligent courier based on the maintenance order, further comprising:
judging whether the fault of the target equipment in the target intelligent stager is solved or not;
if yes, disconnecting the target equipment in the target intelligent posthouse from the intelligent posthouse maintenance server.
8. The method of claim 1, wherein the target intelligent courier is specifically an intelligent public toilet, an intelligent mother and infant room, or an intelligent restroom;
when the intelligent courier station is an intelligent public toilet, the target equipment in the intelligent courier station is any one of the following:
intelligent excrement tank, intelligent garbage bin, intelligent odor purifier, intelligent soap lye machine, intelligent air conditioner and intelligent display screen.
9. A smart stager maintenance server, comprising:
the first receiving module is used for receiving a request for entering the intelligent post maintenance server;
the first acquisition module is used for acquiring historical maintenance records and corresponding maintenance solutions of all the devices in the sold intelligent post station based on the request;
the second receiving module is used for receiving fault description information of target equipment in the target intelligent posthouse, and the target equipment in the target intelligent posthouse is equipment with maintenance requirements;
a determining module, configured to determine a target maintenance solution corresponding to the fault description information based on the fault description information, the historical maintenance records, and corresponding maintenance solutions;
and the first maintenance module is used for maintaining the target equipment in the target intelligent post station based on the target maintenance solution.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the method steps of any one of claims 1 to 8.
