As shown in fig. 7, the terminal device 7 of this embodiment includes: at least one processor 70 (only one shown in fig. 7), a memory 71, and a computer program 72 stored in the memory 71 and executable on the at least one processor 70, the processor 70 implementing the steps in any of the various method embodiments described above, such as the steps S101-S104 shown in fig. 1, when executing the computer program 72. Alternatively, the processor 70, when executing the computer program 72, implements the functions of the modules in the above-described device embodiments, such as the functions of the modules 51 to 54 shown in fig. 5.
Illustratively, the computer program 72 may be partitioned into one or more modules that are stored in the memory 71 and executed by the processor 70 to accomplish the present application. The one or more modules may be a series of computer program instruction segments capable of performing specific functions, which may be used to describe the execution of the computer program 72 in the terminal device 7. For example, the computer program 72 may be divided into a receiving module, a broadcasting stop module, and a return module, and the specific functions of the modules are as follows:
the system comprises a receiving module, a priority module and a processing module, wherein the receiving module is used for receiving property information from a property platform, and the property information has corresponding priority;
the broadcasting module is used for broadcasting the property information according to the priority if the target user is identified to be located in the information receiving range;
the broadcasting stopping module is used for stopping broadcasting the property information when the read mark aiming at the property information is received;
and the return module is used for returning the read message aiming at the property message to the property platform.
The terminal device 7 may be a smart screen or other fixed terminal. The terminal device may include, but is not limited to, a processor 70, a memory 71. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that fig. 7 is only an example of the terminal device 7, and does not constitute a limitation to the terminal device 7, and may include more or less components than those shown, or combine some components, or different components, for example, and may further include input/output devices, network access devices, and the like.
The Processor 70 may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), and the Processor 70 may be other general purpose Processor, a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), an off-the-shelf Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) or other Programmable logic device, discrete Gate or transistor logic, discrete hardware components, etc. A general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or the processor may be any conventional processor or the like.
The memory 71 may in some embodiments be an internal storage unit of the terminal device 7, such as a hard disk or a memory of the terminal device 7. In other embodiments, the memory 71 may also be an external storage device of the terminal device 7, such as a plug-in hard disk, a Smart Media Card (SMC), a Secure Digital (SD) Card, a Flash memory Card (Flash Card), and the like, which are provided on the terminal device 7. Further, the memory 71 may also include both an internal storage unit and an external storage device of the terminal device 7. The memory 71 is used for storing an operating system, an application program, a BootLoader (BootLoader), data, and other programs, such as program codes of the computer program. The memory 71 may also be used to temporarily store data that has been output or is to be output.
The embodiment of the application also discloses a server, which comprises a memory, a processor and a computer program which is stored in the memory and can run on the processor, wherein when the processor executes the computer program, the method for broadcasting the property message is realized according to the embodiment shown in fig. 3. The server may include:
the generation module is used for generating property information and determining a target user for the property information;
the distribution module is used for sending the property information to corresponding terminal equipment according to the target user, and the terminal equipment is used for broadcasting the property information;
and the retransmission module is used for sending the property message to the terminal equipment again if the read message aiming at the property message is not received within the preset time.
The embodiment of the application also discloses a computer readable storage medium, which stores a computer program, and the computer program is executed by a processor to implement the method for broadcasting the property message according to the foregoing embodiments.
The embodiment of the application also discloses a computer program product, and when the computer program product runs on the terminal device, the terminal device is enabled to execute the method for broadcasting the property message in the embodiments.

Claims (10)

1. A broadcasting method of property information is characterized in that the method is applied to terminal equipment, the terminal equipment is installed at a home-entry position, and the method comprises the following steps:
receiving property messages from a property platform, wherein the property messages have corresponding priorities;
if the target user is identified to be located in the message receiving range, broadcasting the property message according to the priority;
stopping broadcasting the property message when the read mark aiming at the property message is received;
returning a read message for the property message to the property platform.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the identifying that the target user is within a message reception range comprises:
scanning the message receiving range by adopting radar equipment to judge whether a user is positioned in the message receiving range;
if any user is located in the message receiving range, determining the identity of the user through voice recognition or face recognition;
and if the user is the target user, determining that the target user is identified to be located in the message receiving range.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the end device is connected to a router, and wherein the identifying that the target is within a message reception range further comprises:
receiving a connection message of the router, wherein the connection message comprises a device identification of a connected device in the router;
and if the equipment identifier is a preset equipment identifier, determining that the target user is identified to be located in the message receiving range.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein said broadcasting the property message according to the priority comprises:
determining whether the property message is an emergency message or not according to the priority;
and if the property information is the emergency information, sending the property information to the router, wherein the router is used for distributing the property information to all connected devices.
5. A broadcasting method of property information is applied to a property platform, and the method comprises the following steps:
generating a property message, and determining a target user for the property message;
according to the target user, the property message is sent to corresponding terminal equipment, and the terminal equipment is used for broadcasting the property message;
and if the read message aiming at the property message is not received within the preset time, sending the property message to the terminal equipment again.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein generating the property message comprises:
acquiring a message template of the property message, wherein the message template comprises an area identifier and keywords;
acquiring announcement messages matched with the area identifications;
determining target content corresponding to the keywords from the announcement message;
and writing the target content into the corresponding position of the keyword in the message template to generate the property message.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the property messages comprise standard messages and emergency messages, wherein the property messages have corresponding priorities, and wherein the emergency messages have priorities higher than the standard messages.

10. A computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program, wherein the computer program, when executed by a processor, implements the method of broadcasting a property message according to any one of claims 1 to 4.
