Abstract
The invention discloses an interaction method, a terminal and a computer readable storage medium, which are applied between a first audio terminal and a second terminal, and are characterized by comprising the following steps: the method comprises the steps that a first audio terminal obtains identity information and voice information, and when the voice information comprises preset keywords, the identity information and the voice information are synchronously sent to a second terminal; the second terminal displays the identity information, the voice information and/or the text information corresponding to the voice information; the second terminal acquires the reply information and sends the reply information to the first audio terminal; and the first audio terminal acquires the target object information and executes corresponding operation according to the acquisition result of the target object information. According to the method and the device, the identity information and the voice information are sent to the second terminal through the first audio terminal, and the first audio terminal executes corresponding operation according to the acquisition result of the target object information aiming at the reply information sent by the second terminal, so that the use experience and the interaction convenience of a user are improved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of communication, and particularly relates to an interaction method, a terminal and a computer readable storage medium.
Background
With the increasing development speed of real estate, the number of newly built communities in China is also rapidly increased every year, and how to efficiently manage the properties of communities with high population density is a very important research direction. Most of the existing property management modes are manual management, the manual management efficiency is low, the interaction between property information and residential personnel in a community is poor, the property management work is not transparent enough, traceability is not provided, and the coordination development of the relationship between property management and residents is not facilitated.
In general implementation, a property management application program is mostly adopted to improve interaction efficiency between properties and residents, the residents propose items such as repair, demand and complaints through the property management application program, and property management personnel feed back processing conditions of the items through the property management application program. However, the interaction method of the property management application program is not suitable for all objects, especially the elderly and children, and the operation of the property management application program is time-consuming and not convenient enough.

The invention provides an interaction method, which is applied between a first audio terminal and a second terminal and comprises the following steps: the first audio terminal acquires identity information and voice information, and synchronously sends the identity information and the voice information to the second terminal when the voice information comprises preset keywords; the second terminal displays the identity information, the voice information and/or text information corresponding to the voice information; the second terminal acquires reply information and sends the reply information to the first audio terminal; and the first audio terminal acquires target object information and executes corresponding operation according to the acquisition result of the target object information.
In one embodiment, the identity information includes at least one of building information, unit information, floor information, and portal information.
In an embodiment, the method for acquiring identity information includes: obtaining according to the binding information; and/or according to the voice information.
In an embodiment, before the step of acquiring the reply message by the second terminal, the method further includes: and the first audio terminal sends prompt information of successful message sending through voice broadcasting and/or waits for the duration of the reply message.

According to the interaction method, the terminal and the computer readable storage medium, the identity information and the voice information can be sent to the second terminal through the first audio terminal, and corresponding operation is executed on the reply information sent by the second terminal according to the acquisition result of the target object information, so that the use experience and the interaction convenience of a user are improved.

The binding information comprises user identity information which is set through an intelligent home cloud platform and bound with a first audio terminal, and the first audio terminal acquires the identity information through the intelligent home cloud platform; the voice information comprises the requirement content and/or the identity information of the requirement proposing party, and the first audio terminal obtains the identity information through semantic recognition.
Optionally, the preset keywords of the voice information include: the system comprises a property, a neighbor and the like, wherein preset keywords can be obtained by performing semantic recognition on voice information through a first audio terminal, and preferably the first appearing preset keywords are obtained.

Furthermore, after the cached reply information is obtained by the first terminal, the cached reply information is automatically broadcasted; optionally, after the preset time, the cached reply message may be notified in other alternative ways, such as: short message notification, application notification, etc.
According to the interaction method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the identity information and the voice information are sent to the second terminal through the first audio terminal, and the first audio terminal executes corresponding operation according to the acquisition result of the target object information aiming at the reply information sent by the second terminal, so that the use experience and the interaction convenience of a user are improved.
Fig. 2 is a schematic flowchart of an interaction method provided in the second embodiment of the present invention, and the interaction method provided in the present invention is applied to a terminal. As shown in fig. 2, the interaction method of the present invention may include the following steps:
step S201: the second terminal acquires the notification information and sends the notification information to the first audio terminal;
step S202: and the second terminal acquires the broadcast state of the notification information at the first audio terminal, and executes corresponding operation according to the broadcast state.
Specifically, before the notification information is sent, a sending object of the notification information is selected through the second terminal, and then the notification information is sent to the first audio terminal matched with the identity information of the sending object; after the notification information is sent, the second terminal collects the broadcast state of the notification information at the first audio terminal, and if the notification information is in a non-broadcast state after the preset time, the notification information is sent in a candidate notification mode, for example: short message notification, telephone notification, application notification, etc., wherein the preset time can be preset by the system or manually set.
According to the interaction method provided by the second embodiment of the invention, the notification information is sent to the first audio terminal through the second terminal, the broadcasting state of the notification information is obtained, and the notification information is sent to the corresponding user again by adopting other notification modes aiming at the first audio terminal which does not broadcast the notification information, so that the use experience and the interaction efficiency of the user are improved.
Fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of a terminal according to a third embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, the terminal of this embodiment includes: a processor 110, a memory 111 and a computer program 112 stored in said memory 111 and executable on said processor 110. The processor 110 implements the steps in the above-described embodiments of the interaction method, such as the steps S101 to S103 shown in fig. 1, when executing the computer program 112.
The terminal may include, but is not limited to, a processor 110, a memory 111. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that fig. 3 is only an example of a terminal and is not intended to be limiting and may include more or fewer components than those shown, or some components may be combined, or different components, e.g., the terminal may also include input-output devices, network access devices, buses, etc.
The Processor 110 may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), other general purpose Processor, a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), an off-the-shelf Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) or other Programmable logic device, discrete Gate or transistor logic device, discrete hardware component, etc. A general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or the processor may be any conventional processor or the like.
The storage 111 may be an internal storage unit of the terminal, such as a hard disk or a memory of the terminal. The memory 111 may also be an external storage device of the terminal, such as a plug-in hard disk, a Smart Media Card (SMC), a Secure Digital (SD) Card, a Flash memory Card (Flash Card), and the like provided on the terminal. Further, the memory 111 may also include both an internal storage unit and an external storage device of the terminal. The memory 111 is used for storing the computer program and other programs and data required by the terminal. 1. An interaction method applied between a first audio terminal and a second terminal is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the first audio terminal acquires identity information and voice information, and synchronously sends the identity information and the voice information to the second terminal when the voice information comprises preset keywords;
the second terminal displays the identity information, the voice information and/or text information corresponding to the voice information;
the second terminal acquires reply information and sends the reply information to the first audio terminal;
and the first audio terminal acquires target object information and executes corresponding operation according to the acquisition result of the target object information.
2. The interaction method of claim 1, wherein the identity information comprises at least one of building information, unit information, floor information, portal information.
3. The interactive method of claim 2, wherein the method for obtaining the identity information comprises:
obtaining according to the binding information; and/or

and the second terminal acquires the broadcast state of the notification information at the first audio terminal, and executes corresponding operation according to the broadcast state.
8. The interactive method according to claim 7, wherein the performing corresponding operations according to the broadcast status includes:
if the notification information is in a non-broadcast state after the preset time, sending the notification information in a standby notification mode; wherein, the alternative notification mode comprises at least one of short message notification, telephone notification and application program notification.
