Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The technical features mentioned in the different embodiments of the invention described below can be combined with each other as long as they do not conflict with each other.
In the embodiment provided by the present invention, the access device generally refers to a device connected with a network and a wireless network, and it should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, an AP is taken as an example for description, and in addition, in practical application, the method for processing a failure of an access device provided by the embodiment of the present invention may be applied to a WeChat applet or a separate APP, when an AP fails, a user starts the program, and processes the failed AP according to the method for processing a failure of an access device provided by the embodiment of the present invention.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating an access device failure processing method according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 1, the method is applied to a local user side, and is particularly applicable to a mobile terminal device of a user, and the method specifically includes the following steps:
step S1: and acquiring the fault information of the access equipment. In practical application, fault information can be generated directly according to the model of the AP and the state of the LED indicator lamp on the AP product under the condition that the model of the AP product is definite, the model of the AP can be identified when the model of the AP product is not definite, and then the fault information is generated by combining the state of the LED indicator lamp on the AP product.
Step S2: and judging whether the locally stored fault corresponding relation has fault information. Specifically, the failure correspondence relationship is a database in which different failures of each type of AP product and corresponding failure solutions thereof are stored in advance, failure solution information of the current failed AP can be found out according to the failure information for a user to refer to, in practical application, it is necessary to determine whether the failure information of the current AP is stored in the preset failure correspondence relationship database, only when the failure information of the current AP is stored, the failure solution information corresponding to the failure information of the failed AP is obtained from the failure correspondence relationship, and if no failure information exists, step S3 is executed.
Step S3: and when the fault information does not exist in the locally stored fault corresponding relation, sending the fault information to the remote equipment. The remote device may be a server, and the failure information may need to be sent to the server if the failure information does not have a locally stored failure correspondence.
Step S4: and receiving fault solving information sent by the remote equipment, wherein the fault solving information is acquired by the remote equipment from the fault corresponding relation stored in the remote equipment according to the fault information. In practical application, after receiving the fault information sent by the user side, the server obtains fault solution information from the fault correspondence stored in the server according to the fault information, and sends the fault solution information to the user side.
Step S5: and carrying out fault processing on the access equipment according to the fault resolution information. In practical application, the user performs corresponding fault processing on the faulty AP according to the fault resolution information, so that the AP device cancels the fault and recovers to normal.
Through the steps S1 to S5, the method for processing a fault of an access device according to the embodiment of the present invention obtains fault information of the access device, determines whether fault information exists in a locally stored fault correspondence, sends the fault information to a remote device if the fault information does not exist, receives fault resolution information fed back by the remote device, and obtains the fault resolution information from a preset fault correspondence according to the fault information to process the fault of the access device, so that when the access device has a fault, diagnosis and processing of the fault can be automatically completed, which reduces workload of operation and maintenance personnel and improves processing efficiency of the fault of the access device.
As another optional implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, if the above-mentioned failure correspondence relationship is only stored in the remote device, the above-mentioned step S2 and step S3 may not be executed, but the failure information is directly sent to the remote device, and then the above-mentioned step S4 is executed.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the step S1 of obtaining the fault information of the access device specifically includes:
step S101: and acquiring image information of the access equipment. In practical application, the image information mainly comprises model information of a fault AP and state information of an LED indicator, and when a user does not clearly know the model of the AP, a camera shooting acquisition mode may be adopted, for example: the user opens the cell-phone camera through starting APP or applet, uses the mode of scanning or shooing, acquires AP's image information, and the state information of LED lamp mainly includes the bright state combination of going out of each pilot lamp in the LED group etc..
Step S102: and extracting the model information and the indicator light information of the access equipment according to the image information. In practical application, since the image information mainly includes the model information of the failed AP and the state information of the LED lamp, after the user acquires the AP image information, the AP model can be identified according to the image information. In addition, under the condition of specifying the product model, the user can also directly select the AP model in the program, and when the user does not specify the AP model, the user can also acquire the AP model by adopting a wireless acquisition mode, for example: when the AP is installed and configured, description or naming is generally performed, and location information of the AP is included, for example, the AP name is "meeting room AP", "1001-AP", or the AP itself supports GPS positioning, so that longitude and latitude information can be obtained; or when the AP sends beacon, adding a custom field in an information element (information) of a management frame, wherein the custom field comprises the manufacturer, model, version, position information or other custom information of the equipment; or the APP or the applet adopts wireless scanning, the equipment information is acquired through beacon messages, the AP list is listed, and the user finally selects the confirmation model according to the AP list and the detailed information of each AP. When the step of identifying the model also adopts a camera shooting collection mode, a user can start the camera through a program and shoot or record the LED state of the equipment at the same time.
Step S103: and generating fault information according to the model information and the indicator light information. Obtaining the fault information of the AP according to the model of the AP and the state of the indicator light displayed on the AP, for example: the fault information includes: the AP model is xxx, and the color of the indicator light is xxx. The fault corresponding relation stores fault solving information corresponding to the AP fault of which the AP model is xxx and the color of the indicator light is xxx, and a user can process the fault by acquiring the fault solving information, so that the AP is recovered to be normal.
As another optional implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, the method for processing a failure of an access device further includes:
step S6: and acquiring second fault information of the access equipment. In practical application, after the failure of the AP is processed according to the failure resolution information, it needs to determine whether the failure of the AP has been resolved, so that the access device needs to be scanned again to obtain the failure information again.
Step S7: and judging whether the access equipment recovers the normal state or not according to the second fault information. In practical applications, the normal state of the access device has a preset reference type, for example, when the LED lamp is a certain color, or when the LED lamp is a certain combination, it indicates that the AP is in a normal operating state, and therefore, it may be determined whether the failure problem of the AP has been solved through the second failure information obtained again, if so, step S6 is executed, otherwise, step S9 is executed.
Step S8: and when the access equipment restores to the normal state, generating a fault solution according to the fault solution information. If the access equipment recovers to the normal state, the state of the AP equipment is normal, and a corresponding fault solution is generated according to the fault solution information, so that the statistics and analysis of subsequent data are facilitated.
Step S9: and generating a fault case according to the fault information and the fault solution. In practical application, when the failure of the AP is resolved, it is indicated that the failure resolution information is accurate for resolving the failure of the AP, and a failure case for successfully resolving the failure is generated according to the failure information and the failure resolution information for archiving, so that subsequent data statistics and analysis can be facilitated.
Step S10: and storing the fault case in the fault corresponding relation. In practical application, the fault case can be stored in the fault corresponding relation to serve as a success case, so that reference basis is provided for fault removal when other subsequent users encounter the same fault.
Step S11: and when the access equipment does not recover the normal state, updating the fault information according to the second fault information, and if the AP does not recover the normal state, indicating that the AP still has a fault, so that the fault information is updated into the second fault information.
Step S12: and judging whether the updated fault information is consistent with the fault information before updating. In practical applications, after the failure of the AP is processed, there may be a case where the current failure of the AP is solved, but there are other failures, and at this time, the AP still cannot normally operate, so that it is possible to determine whether the failure of the AP has changed after the failure processing by determining whether the updated failure information is consistent with the failure information before updating, that is, by determining whether the second failure information is consistent with the failure information. When the updated failure information does not match the failure information before updating, the process returns to step S2. In practical applications, if the failure information does not match, it indicates that the failure has changed, and step S2 needs to be executed again to obtain the failure resolution information corresponding to the new failure information. If not, executing step S11.
Step S13: and when the updated fault information is consistent with the fault information before updating, judging that the fault of the access equipment is not released. In practical applications, if the failure information of the newly acquired AP after the failure processing is consistent with the failure information acquired previously, it is determined that the failure of the AP is not solved by the failure resolution information, and step S10 is executed.
Step S14: and acquiring user information, and generating a fault report according to the user information, the fault solution information and the fault information. In practical application, if the AP fault is not solved, it is indicated that the fault solving information cannot effectively solve the fault of the AP, and at this time, user information of a user who currently finds the AP fault needs to be acquired, a fault report is generated according to the user information fault solving information and the fault information, and a data basis is provided for subsequent operation and maintenance personnel to manually solve the fault, so that the work efficiency of the operation and maintenance personnel is improved.
Step S15: and selecting preset fault handling personnel to carry out manual handling on the access equipment according to the fault report. In practical application, when the AP fault is not solved, a user may select to report manual processing, select a corresponding operation and maintenance person to send a fault report to a terminal device corresponding to the operation and maintenance person according to a preset fault handler, so as to facilitate manual processing as soon as possible, and upload the fault report to a server or other devices, so as to perform uniform management of the AP fault and allocation and scheduling of the operation and maintenance person through the server.
Through the steps S1 to S15, the method for processing a fault of an access device according to the embodiment of the present invention obtains fault information of the access device, determines whether fault information exists in a locally stored fault correspondence relationship, sends fault information to a remote device if the fault information does not exist, receives fault resolution information fed back by the remote device, and obtains the fault resolution information from a preset fault correspondence relationship according to the fault information to process the fault of the access device, so that when the access device has a fault, the method can automatically complete diagnosis and processing of the fault, thereby reducing workload of operation and maintenance personnel, improving processing efficiency of the fault of the access device, and when the fault cannot be automatically solved, the method can automatically submit a manual processing mode to manually process an AP fault, so that most problems can be autonomously diagnosed and processed by a user, only a few problems which can not be solved are solved, the problem which needs to be intervened by maintenance personnel is really transmitted to the maintenance personnel, the problem solving speed is improved, and meanwhile, the workload of the maintenance personnel can be greatly reduced.
Fig. 3 shows a flowchart of another access device failure handling method according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 3, the method is applied to a remote device, for example, a server, and the method includes the following steps:
step S201: and receiving fault information of the access equipment sent by the user side, wherein the fault information is acquired by the user side, and the fault information is generated by the user side in a mode of acquiring image information of the access equipment and extracting model information and indicator light information of the access equipment according to the image information. In practical application, the specific process of acquiring the AP failure information, which is to be acquired by the user through the APP or applet, refers to the related description of step S101 to step S103 in the foregoing method embodiment, and is not described herein again.
Step S202: and acquiring fault resolution information from the fault corresponding relation according to the fault information. In practical application, after receiving the failure information sent by the user side, the server obtains failure solution information from the failure correspondence stored in the server according to the failure information, where the failure solution information is a failure solution corresponding to the AP failure information.
Step S203: and sending failure resolution information. In practical applications, the server sends the failure resolution information to the APP or applet at the user side, and the user performs failure processing on the AP failure according to the received failure resolution information, for a specific process, refer to the relevant description of step S1 to step S15 in the foregoing method embodiment, which is not described herein again.
