背景技术
布料是人类日常生活中所必须的材料,布料可以被制作成各种衣物、装饰材料等以供人们使用。
充绒布是羽绒服装、羽绒被的常用布料,可以减少羽绒向外钻出。常用的充绒布有无弹无胆充绒布、有纬弹无胆充绒布等。
但是,冬天的天气更为干燥,布料表面很容易产生静电,影响穿着。
发明内容
为了提高布料的抗静电效果,本申请提供一种涤纶纬弹波浪绉双层充绒布。
第一方面,本申请提供一种涤纶纬弹波浪绉双层充绒布,采用如下的技术方案:一种涤纶纬弹波浪绉双层充绒布,包括充绒布本体,所述充绒布本体上附着有功能添加剂,所述功能性添加剂原料按重量份包括以下组分:二氧化钛10-16份,乙氧基烷基胺抗静电剂8-12份,酸化埃洛石5-9份,硅烷偶联剂6-10份,其他助剂11-16份。
通过采取上述技术方案,二氧化钛和乙氧基烷基胺抗静电剂都可以作为抗静电主体;但是二氧化钛容易发生团聚,乙氧基烷基胺抗静电剂容易发生“丢失”,都会影响到布料的抗静电效果。
因此,本申请首先利用硅烷偶联剂对酸化埃洛石进行改性,利用酸化埃洛石表面的羟基和硅烷偶联剂发生缩合,改善埃洛石的分散性;除此之外,以硅烷偶联剂为媒介,二氧化钛和乙氧基烷基胺抗静电剂均可以被负载到酸化埃洛石上,从而也提高二氧化钛和乙氧基烷基胺抗静电剂的分散效果,减少二氧化钛的团聚。同时,硅烷偶联剂可以和布料发生交联,而且酸化埃洛石、硅烷偶联剂、二氧化钛和乙氧基烷基胺抗静电剂形成多支立体结构,形成的多支立体结构稳固地“嵌在”布料纤维内,可以减少乙氧基烷基胺抗静电剂的“丢失”,从而可以很好地提高布料的抗静电性。
而且本申请利用酸化埃洛石,相比于埃洛石,酸化埃洛石的铝氧八面体结构被侵蚀,埃洛石的管内腔变大,可以使得硅烷偶联剂和埃洛石管内外的羟基进行更好地结合,提高二氧化钛和乙氧基烷基胺抗静电剂的负载效果。同时,乙氧基烷基胺抗静电剂和二氧化钛混用,使得两者的抗静电效果相互叠加,可以进一步提高布料的抗静电效果。
可选的,所述硅烷偶联剂为γ-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷、甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、六甲基二硅氮烷中的至少一种。
通过采取上述技术方案,优选上述硅烷偶联剂,得到的功能性添加剂抗静电效果更为优异。
可选的,所述其他助剂原料按重量份包括以下组分:琥珀酸二辛酯磺酸钠5-12份,成膜剂9-19份,成膜助剂3-6份。

本申请具体实施方式中的各组分均可以通过市售获得,乙氧基烷基胺抗静电剂购自上海闵科新材料有限公司,型号:AC-1805。聚丙烯酸购自常州市润洋化工有限公司,货号:GY-303。
功能性添加剂的制备例
制备例1
功能性添加剂的原料包括以下组分:二氧化钛11kg,乙氧基烷基胺抗静电剂8kg,酸化埃洛石6kg,硅烷偶联剂6kg,其他助剂11kg。其中,硅烷偶联剂为γ-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷。
其他助剂的制备原料包括以下组分:琥珀酸二辛酯磺酸钠5kg,成膜剂12kg,成膜助剂4kg。其中,成膜剂为氧化石蜡。成膜助剂为聚丙烯酸。
本制备例还提供了功能性添加剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
埃洛石酸化:将硫酸溶液和埃洛石混合反应,然后将反应产物洗涤至中性,得到酸化埃洛石。其中硫酸溶液浓度为2.3mol/L,反应温度为75℃,反应时间为46小时。
酸化埃洛石改性:按照功能性添加剂的原料配比,将酸化埃洛石和硅烷偶联剂分散在甲苯中,搅拌回流反应,反应温度是120℃,回流时间为20小时;反应后利用甲苯对固体产物进行洗涤,然后取反应产物90℃下真空干燥,得到改性埃洛石。
抗静电添加剂制备:按照功能性添加剂的原料配比,将改性埃洛石、二氧化钛、乙氧基烷基胺抗静电剂加入乙醇中,超声分散,185℃温度下干燥后得到抗静电添加剂。
功能性添加剂制备:按照功能性添加剂的原料配比,均匀混合抗静电添加剂和其他助剂,得到功能性添加剂。
制备例2-10
制备例2-10与制备例1的不同之处在于:各组分的含量不同,具体见表1和表2。

制备例19
制备例19和制备例2的不同之处在于:埃洛石酸化:将硫酸溶液和埃洛石混合反应,然后将反应产物洗涤至中性,得到酸化埃洛石;硫酸溶液浓度为2.1mol/L,反应温度为80℃,反应时间为50小时。
制备例20
制备例20与制备例1的不同之处在于:功能性添加剂原料中,用等量的埃洛石替换酸化埃洛石。功能性添加剂原料的制备方法包括以下步骤:
埃洛石改性:按照功能性添加剂的原料配比,将埃洛石和硅烷偶联剂分散在甲苯中,搅拌回流反应,反应温度是120℃,回流时间为20小时;反应后利用甲苯对固体产物进行洗涤,然后取反应产物90℃下真空干燥,得到改性埃洛石。
抗静电添加剂制备:按照功能性添加剂的原料配比,将改性埃洛石、二氧化钛、乙氧基烷基胺抗静电剂加入乙醇中,超声分散,185℃温度下干燥后得到抗静电添加剂。
功能性添加剂制备:按照功能性添加剂的原料配比,均匀混合抗静电添加剂和其他助剂,得到功能性添加剂。
制备例21
制备例21与制备例1的不同之处在于:功能性添加剂原料中,不添加硅烷偶联剂。功能性添加剂原料的制备方法包括以下步骤:

制备例22
制备例22与制备例1的不同之处在于:功能性添加剂原料中,不添加其他助剂。功能性添加剂原料的制备方法包括以下步骤:
埃洛石酸化:将硫酸溶液和埃洛石混合反应,然后将反应产物洗涤至中性,得到酸化埃洛石。其中硫酸溶液浓度为2.3mol/L,反应温度为75℃,反应时间为46小时。
酸化埃洛石改性:按照功能性添加剂的原料配比,将酸化埃洛石和硅烷偶联剂分散在甲苯中,搅拌回流反应,反应温度是120℃,回流时间为20小时;反应后利用甲苯对固体产物进行洗涤,然后取反应产物90℃下真空干燥,得到改性埃洛石。
抗静电添加剂制备:按照功能性添加剂的原料配比,将改性埃洛石、二氧化钛、乙氧基烷基胺抗静电剂加入乙醇中,超声分散,185℃温度下干燥后得到抗静电添加剂,即为功能性添加剂。
实施例
实施例1
实施例1提供了一种涤纶纬弹波浪绉双层充绒布的制备方法:包括以下步骤:
充绒布制备:
经纱采用30D/48F的DTY涤纶丝,纬纱a纱为30D/36F的DTY涤纶,纬纱b纱为36D/36F的ITY涤纶复合丝,纬纱a纱和纬纱b的质量用量比为1:1。
整理织造:整经车速控制为320米/分,浆槽温度为42摄氏度,浆车车速控制为280米/分,并轴车速控制为200米/分,采用12片综框上机织造。上机纬密控制在154根/CM,泵体直径22MM,喷水量控制在10~11MM,织造车速控制在470转/分钟,张力控制在4000N;得到充绒布本体。
取功能性添加剂加入去离子水中,得到浓度为30g/L的浸渍液;将充绒布本体放入到浸渍液中,55℃浸泡60分钟;然后100℃下烘干干燥,得到抗静电的充绒布。
实施例2-16
实施例2-16与实施例1的不同之处在于:使用的功能性添加剂不同,具体见表4

性能检测:
按照GB/T12703.42010《纺织品静电性能的评定》的第4部分电阻率中规定的检测方法,检测实施例1-19以及对比例1-3的充绒布抗静电性能,具体见表4。

由实施例1-5的检测结果可知,本申请的充绒布具有良好的抗静电效果和抗静电耐久性;而且实施例3的抗静电效果最好。由实施例6-8和对比例1的检测结果可知,酸化埃洛石的加入,有助于提高充绒布的抗静电效果和抗静电耐久性,同时由实施例18和实施例19的检测结果可知,埃洛石的酸化程度对充绒布的抗静电效果有影响。由实施例8-9、实施例14-16和对比例2的检测结果可知,硅烷偶联剂的加入,有助于提高充绒布的抗静电效果。由实施例16-17和对比例3的检测结果可知,其他助剂的加入有利于提高充绒布抗静电的耐久性。

Claims (8)
1.一种涤纶纬弹波浪绉双层充绒布,包括充绒布本体,其特征在于:所述充绒布本体上附着有功能添加剂,所述功能性添加剂原料按重量份包括以下组分:二氧化钛10-16份,乙氧基烷基胺抗静电剂8-12份,酸化埃洛石5-9份,硅烷偶联剂6-10份,其他助剂11-16份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的涤纶纬弹波浪绉双层充绒布,其特征在于:所述硅烷偶联剂为γ-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷、甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、六甲基二硅氮烷中的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的涤纶纬弹波浪绉双层充绒布,其特征在于:所述其他助剂原料按重量份包括以下组分:琥珀酸二辛酯磺酸钠5-12份,成膜剂9-19份,成膜助剂3-6份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的涤纶纬弹波浪绉双层充绒布,其特征在于:所述成膜剂为石蜡、氧化石蜡、硅油中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求3所述的涤纶纬弹波浪绉双层充绒布,其特征在于:所述成膜助剂为聚丙烯酸。
6.根据权利要求1所述的涤纶纬弹波浪绉双层充绒布,其特征在于:所述功能性添加剂的制备方法包括以下步骤:
埃洛石酸化:将硫酸溶液和埃洛石混合反应,然后将反应产物洗涤至中性,得到酸化埃洛石;
酸化埃洛石改性:将酸化埃洛石和硅烷偶联剂分散在溶剂中,搅拌回流反应,然后取反应产物干燥,得到改性埃洛石;
抗静电添加剂制备:将改性埃洛石、二氧化钛、乙氧基烷基胺抗静电剂加入乙醇溶液中,超声分散,干燥后得到抗静电添加剂;
功能性添加剂制备:混合抗静电添加剂和其他助剂,得到功能性添加剂。
7.根据权利要求6所述的涤纶纬弹波浪绉双层充绒布,其特征在于:所述埃洛石酸化步骤中,硫酸溶液浓度为2.2-2.5mol/L,反应温度为70-80℃,反应时间为47-48小时。
8.一种如权利要求1-7任意一项所述的一种涤纶纬弹波浪绉双层充绒布的制备方法:其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
将功能性添加剂加入去离子水中,得到浸渍液;将充绒布本体放入浸渍液中,浸渍后干燥,得到涤纶纬弹波浪绉双层充绒布。
