本发明公开了一种三驱全地形耕地机,是由把手、动力机、机架、驱动变速箱、升降驱动轮、挂挡杆、升降开沟器、旋耕变速箱、左从动轮、右从动轮、防护罩、左旋耕刀组、右旋耕刀组、支刀架、左动力传送装置、右动力传送装置和油门控制手柄相互连接组成。其中动力机的动力,经左动力传送装置传入旋耕变速箱后,一部分传入左旋耕刀组和右旋耕刀组,一部分经右动力传送装置传入升降驱动轮上的驱动变速箱,在把手上的油门控制手柄和驱动变速箱一侧的挂挡杆的操作下,带动升降驱动轮行进,推动升降开沟器开沟,左旋耕刀组和右旋耕刀组进行旋耕。

本发明属于农业机械领域,具体涉及了一种三驱全地形耕地机。
背景技术
目前,国内外耕地机械类型众多,但普遍存在爬坡能力不足,坡耕地无法正常操作,导致山区坡地仍无合适的耕作机械。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对我国广大山区坡耕地无法真正实现机械化的问题,提供一种三驱全地形耕地机。
本发明的目的是由以下方案实现的,具体由把手、动力机、机架、驱动变速箱、升降驱动轮、挂挡杆、升降开沟器、旋耕变速箱、左从动轮、右从动轮、防护罩、左旋耕刀组、右旋耕刀组、支刀架、左动力传送装置、右动力传送装置和油门控制手柄相互连接组成。其结构连接关系是:把手安装于机架后上方,机架中上方安装有动力机,机架后下方安装有驱动变速箱,驱动变速箱一侧安装有升降驱动轮,另一侧与机架处安装有挂挡杆,机架前方安装有旋耕变速箱,机架与旋耕变速箱之间安装有升降开沟器,旋耕变速箱前端安装有支刀架,支刀架上放有左旋耕刀组和右旋耕刀组,支刀架下方安装有防护罩,旋耕变速箱下方左右两侧装有左从动轮和右从动轮。动力机的动力经左动力传送装置传入旋耕变速箱,驱动变速箱的动力由旋耕变速箱经右动力传送装置传入。
与现有技术相比,本发明的升降驱动轮与旋耕变速箱下方左右两侧的左从动轮和右从动轮组成三轮行走结构,有利于行走平稳,增大舒适感,当旋耕变速箱下方左右两侧可互换的左右旋耕刀组的旋刀顶部向内弯曲时,在坡地上具有很强的抓地力,极有利于山坡地耕作,当旋耕变速箱下方左右两侧可互换的左右旋耕刀组的顶部向外弯曲时,有利于平地开沟、覆土,且左右可互换的旋耕刀组与机架后下方的升降驱动轮形成三驱耕地结构。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
参见图1、图2、图3所示,本发明包括把手1、动力机2、机架3、驱动变速箱4、升降驱动轮5、挂挡杆6、升降开沟器7、旋耕变速箱8、左从动轮9、右从动力10、防护罩11、左旋耕刀组12、右旋耕刀组13、支刀架14、左动力传送装置15、右动力传送装置16、油门控制手柄17相互连接组成。把手1安装于机架3后上方,机架3中上方安装有动力机2,机架3后下方安装有驱动变速箱4,驱动变速箱4一侧安装有升降驱动轮5,另一侧与机架3处安装有挂挡杆6,机架3前方安装有旋耕变速箱8,机架3与旋耕变速箱8之间安装有升降开沟器7,旋耕变速箱8前端安装有支刀架14,支刀架14上放有左旋耕刀组12和右旋耕刀组13,支刀架14下方安装有防护罩11,旋耕变速箱8下方左右两侧装有左从动轮9和右从动力轮10,把手1一端安有油门控制手柄17,动力机2的动力经左动力传送装置15传入旋耕变速箱8,驱动变速箱4的动力由旋耕变速箱8经右动力传送装置16传入。
行走时,升降开沟器7升高,旋耕变速箱8下方左右两侧更换为左从动轮9和右从动轮10,与升降驱动轮组成三轮结构。
作业时,升降开沟器7降低,旋耕变速箱8下方左右两侧的左从动轮9和右从动轮10,更换成可互换的左旋耕刀组12和右旋耕刀组13,与升降驱动轮形成三驱耕地结构。

1.一种三驱全地形耕地机,是由把手(1)、动力机(2)、机架(3)、驱动变速箱(4)、升降驱动轮(5)、挂挡杆(6)、升降开沟器(7)、旋耕变速箱(8)、左从动轮(9)、右从动轮(10)、防护罩(11)、左旋耕刀组(12)、右旋耕刀组(13)、支刀架(14)、左动力传送装置(15)、右动力传送装置(16)和油门控制手柄(17)相互连接组成,其特征在于:机架(3)后下方装有升降驱动轮(5),机架(3)前方装有的旋耕变速箱(8)的下方左右两侧装有左从动轮(9)、右从动轮(10)或左旋耕刀组(12)、右旋耕刀组(13)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种三驱全地形耕地机,其特征在于:机架(3)后下方装有的升降驱动轮(5)与机架(3)前方装有的旋耕变速箱(8)下方左右两侧装有的左从动轮(9)和右从动轮(10)组成三轮结构。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种三驱全地形耕地机,其特征在于:旋耕变速箱(8)下方左右两侧装有的左旋耕刀组(12)的旋刀顶部向右弯曲、右旋耕刀组(13)的旋刀顶部向左弯曲,且左右两组旋刀可互换,并与机架(3)后下方装有的升降驱动轮(5)形成三驱结构。
