本发明公开了一种高拒水性聚烯烃组合物、透气膜及其制备方法和应用,所述高拒水性聚烯烃组合物按重量份计,包括以下组分:聚烯烃树脂30‑70份;重质碳酸钙30‑70份;表面张力调节剂1‑5份;抗氧剂0.5‑2份;加工助剂0.5‑2份;所述表面张力调节剂为有机硅类或氟树脂中的至少一种。本发明提供的高拒水性聚烯烃组合物在具有高透气性时还兼具高拒水性,应用于薄膜表层,可以提高拒水等级、保持高透湿量的同时,降低材料成本。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及高分子材料改性技术领域,具体涉及一种高拒水性聚烯烃组合物、透气膜及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
聚烯烃透气膜是由碳酸钙填充体系经拉伸工艺制备而成,碳酸钙和树脂界面拉伸致孔形成微尺度互通网络通道,从而具备透气防水功能。聚烯烃透气膜广泛应用于如婴儿尿裤、女性卫生巾和成人纸尿裤等卫材底膜或防护服面料中,需要满足透气/透湿、防水和阻隔致病菌的需要。
卫材和防护服应用中均要求透气膜对外界液体具有一定阻隔能力,聚烯烃+碳酸钙填充体系能够满足常规需求,但在一些对阻隔性能要求较高的场景中难以满足,如要求优异的耐化学渗透、耐合成血液渗透等性能。目前,透气膜的应用中存在问题如下:(1)聚烯烃填充体系通常需要靠牺牲透湿/透气能力以达到高阻隔能力,则会导致舒适性下降;(2)TPEE、TPU等无孔透湿材料阻隔性能和透湿/透气能力良好,但是成本高,推广过程中受成本限制较大。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有聚烯烃透气膜的透气性与拒水性不能同时满足相关应用要求的不足,提供了一种高拒水聚烯烃组合物。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种高拒水性聚烯烃组合物的制备方法。
本发明的再一目的是提供一种透气膜。
本发明的又一目的是提供一种透气膜的制备方法。
本发明的又一目的是提供一种透气膜在卫材和防护服面料中的应用。
具体通过以下技术方案实现:
一种高拒水性聚烯烃组合物,按重量份计,包括以下组分:
所述表面张力调节剂为有机硅类或氟树脂中的至少一种。
进一步地,所述有机硅类为硅酮、有机硅氧烷或硅橡胶中的一种或多种,所述氟树脂为聚四氟乙烯、聚偏氟乙烯、聚氟氯乙烯或乙烯-三氟氯乙烯共聚物中的一种或多种。
有机硅类和氟树脂类具有稳定的外层电子结构,很难与其他基团发生范德华力作用,从而降低体系的表面能,提高表面拒水性。同时有机硅类和氟树脂类物质的添加不影响碳酸钙和聚烯烃树脂致孔性,对薄膜透气性不会造成明显影响。
优选地,所述表面张力调节剂为硅酮,所述硅酮的重均分子量为500000-700000,例如,硅酮的重均分子量可以是500000、550000、600000、650000、700000等。若硅酮的重均分子量小于500000,则会影响加工性能,并且会大幅度降低材料的抗拉强度,影响成膜性;若硅酮的重均分子量大于700000,则会导致加工困难。
进一步地,所述重质碳酸钙为经过表面处理剂包覆处理得到的重质碳酸钙,透气膜应用中碳酸钙粒径过大会导致膜面较大微孔尺寸,对拒水和渗透性能带来影响,碳酸钙粒径过小会导致透湿量偏低,同时粉体团聚风险增大,所述重质碳酸钙的D50粒径为1-3μm。
进一步地,所述表面处理剂的重量为所述重质碳酸钙重量的0.5wt%-2wt%。由于表面处理剂的添加量小于2wt%,故包覆前后对重质碳酸钙的粒径的影响可以忽略不计。
进一步地,所述表面处理剂为硬脂酸、钛酸酯或铝酸酯中的一种或多种。
进一步地,所述聚烯烃树脂为聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚乙烯弹性体或聚丙烯弹性体中一种或多种。
进一步地,所述聚乙烯包括但不限于低密度聚乙烯和/或茂金属聚乙烯,所述低密度聚乙烯的熔融指数为5-10g/10min,分子量分布>5,所述茂金属聚乙烯的熔融指数为1-5g/10min。其中,熔融指数的测试条件为190℃/2.16Kg,测试标准为ISO 1133-1-2011。若聚乙烯的熔融指数过低,则流动性差,对加工有不利影响;若聚乙烯的熔融指数过高,则分子量太大,对物理性能产生不利影响;当聚乙烯的分子量分布小于5,则会影响材料的加工性。
进一步地,所述聚丙烯为无规共聚、嵌段共聚或均聚聚丙烯中一种或多种,熔融指数为2-5g/10min。当聚丙烯的熔融指数过低时,对材料的加工有不利影响;若熔融指数过高时,对材料的物理性能有不利影响。
优选地,所述抗氧剂选自受阻酚类抗氧剂或亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂中的至少一种。
进一步地,所述加工助剂选自润滑剂,所述润滑剂可以为含氟化合物类、聚烯烃蜡类、低分子酯类、硬脂酸盐类或酰胺类中的一种或多种。
本发明还提供上述高拒水性聚烯烃组合物的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1:按照配比,称取各组分预混合后,得到预混物;
S2:将步骤S1的预混物投入到挤出机中,进行熔融共混并挤出造粒,得到所述高拒水性聚烯烃组合物。
进一步地,所述挤出机为双螺杆挤出机,所述双螺杆挤出机的螺杆长径比为(40-52):1,双螺杆挤出机的螺筒温度为180-230℃。
本发明还提供一种透气膜,至少包括一层由所述高拒水性聚烯烃组合物制成的薄膜表层和一层普通透气膜层,所述薄膜表层位于普通透气膜的一侧。
进一步地,所述由高拒水性聚烯烃组合物制成的薄膜表层的厚度占透气膜总厚度的10%-50%。
本发明还提供上述透气膜的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1:将权利要求1-6任一项所述的高拒水性聚烯烃组合物与普通聚烯烃原料分别输送至对应层挤出机进行熔融塑化,得到高拒水性聚烯烃熔体与普通聚烯烃熔体;
S2:将高拒水性聚烯烃熔体与普通聚烯烃熔体输送至多层结构模头中,经模头挤出后,得到一层组分为高拒水性聚烯烃组合物和一层组分为普通聚烯烃的复合材料;
S3:将步骤S2的复合材料经拉伸得到所述透气膜。
进一步地,步骤S2中的模头为衣架式口模或者圆环口模,分别对应流延或者吹膜生产。
本发明还提供上述透气膜在制备卫材或防护服中的应用。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
通过在聚烯烃组合物中添加有机硅类或氟树脂类表面张力调节剂,提高表层透气膜的拒水、耐液体渗透的能力,提高阻隔性能。另外,本发明提供的透气膜,将高拒水性烯烃组合物应用于透气膜的表层,复合普通聚烯烃膜,提高拒水等级的同时,还可以降低材料成本,相比于现有技术方案,制成每吨产品成本可以降低30%,产品成本约6000元/吨,同时保持高透湿量。

下面对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
<实施例和对比例聚烯烃组合物的制备>
本发明实施例和对比例所用的原材料均来源于市购,但不限于这些材料:
低密度聚乙烯:熔融指数为7g/10min,分子量分布为10,牌号LDPE1C7A,购自燕山石化;
茂金属聚乙烯:熔融指数为3.5g/10min;牌号LLDPE EXCEED3518PA,购自埃克森美孚;
重质碳酸钙A:平均粒径1.0μm,牌号CARBITAL S,购自OMYA;
重质碳酸钙B:平均粒径2.0μm,牌号OMAYFILM 753,购自OMYA;
重质碳酸钙C:平均粒径3.0μm,牌号OMYAFILM 757,购自OMYA;
重质碳酸钙D:平均粒径0.5μm,市售;
重质碳酸钙E:平均粒径4.0μm,牌号OMYACARB 5T,购自OMYA;
表面处理剂A;硬脂酸,牌号硬脂酸1801,购自印尼绿宝;
表面处理剂B:钛酸酯,牌号UP-131,购自南京优普;
表面处理剂C:铝酸酯,牌号GR-AL18,购自南京和润;
表面处理剂D:有机磷酸酯,牌号PX-200,购自广州喜嘉;
表面张力调节剂A:有机硅酮,牌号MB50-002,购自道康宁;
表面张力调节剂B:聚甲基氢硅氧烷,牌号GX-310,购自安徽硅宝;
表面张力调节剂C:聚氟氯乙烯聚合物,牌号DA-310ST,购自日本大金;
表面张力调节剂D:聚四氟乙烯,牌号M-111,购自日本大金;
表面张力调节剂E:山梨醇酐单甘油酯,牌号SP-80,购自广州华誉;
抗氧剂;受阻酚类和亚磷酸酯类复配体系,市售,受阻酚类和亚磷酸酯类的重量比为1:1,平行的实施例与对比例使用同一市售产品;
加工助剂:硬脂酸锌,市售,平行的实施例与对比例使用同一市售产品;
硅烷偶联剂:牌号KH550,购自山东环正。
本发明实施例和对比例的制备方法如下:
S1:按照表1、表3中的配比,称取各组分预混合后,得到预混物;
S2:将步骤S1的预混物投入到双螺杆挤出机中,进行熔融共混并挤出造粒、干燥,得到聚烯烃组合物。
双螺杆挤出机的螺杆长径比为48:1,双螺杆挤出机的螺筒温度为230℃,双螺杆挤出机的螺杆转速为400r/min。
关于本说明书中“份”,除非特别说明,表示“重量份”。
<制样>
将实施例和对比例的聚烯烃组合物与普通聚烯烃原料流延制成双层透气膜,其中,实施例和对比例的组合物作为双层透气膜的表层,厚度占比30%,普通聚烯烃原料制成双层透气膜的底层;成型拉伸比2.5倍,透气膜总克重30gsm,对制成的透气膜进行性能测试。
<测试标准>
本发明各实施例和对比例的性能测试标准如下:
拒水性能:按GB/T 4745-1997《纺织织物表面抗湿性测试沾水试验》方法测试;
透湿量:按GB/T 12704-2009《纺织品织物透湿性试验方法》方法测试。

一般地,要求材料的拒水等级等于或高于4级且透湿量大于2500g/m2·24h为合格,
进一步地,拒水等级高于5级、透湿量大于3000g/m2·24h为良好。
对比例1与实施例1相比,不是用本发明指定类型的表面张力调节剂,导致材料的拒水等级不符合要求,无法同时满足拒水等级和透湿量的要求。
实施例12与实施例1相比,重质碳酸钙的粒径过小,虽然提升了拒水等级,但是材料的透湿性会降低。
实施例13与实施例1相比,重质碳酸钙的粒径过大,虽然透湿量较高,但是拒水等级降低。
实施例14与实施例1相比,用了其他类型的表面处理剂,导致拒水等级降低。
对比例2与实施例1相比,没有添加表面张力调节剂严重会影响材料的拒水性及透湿性。
实施例15与实施例1相比,由于实施例15中重质碳酸钙没有使用表面处理剂处理,导致实施例15的拒水性及透湿性均比实施例1差。
实施例16
将实施例1制得的拒水性聚烯烃组合物制备成透气膜,具体方法如下:
S1:将实施例1的高拒水性聚烯烃组合物与普通聚烯烃原料烘干,烘干温度85±10℃,烘干时间不低于3小时,然后分别输送至对应层挤出机进行熔融塑化,得到高拒水性聚烯烃熔体与普通聚烯烃熔体;高拒水性聚烯烃组合物与普通聚烯烃原料的输送比例(质量比)为3:7。
S2:将高拒水性聚烯烃熔体与普通聚烯烃熔体输送至多层结构模头中,经模头挤出后,得到一层组分为高拒水性聚烯烃组合物的薄膜表层和一层组分为普通聚烯烃的复合材料;
S3:将步骤S2的复合材料经流延辊或者风环冷却(分别对应的是流延工艺或吹膜生产),随后进行预热、拉伸、定型、冷却工序,拉伸比为2.5倍,透气膜总克重30gsm,得到所述透气膜,其中,薄膜表层的厚度为整体透气膜厚度的30%。
将上述透气膜进行拒水等级和透湿量测试,结果是:拒水等级为5级,透湿量为2876g/m2·24h。因此可以认为,本发明提供的透气膜能够适用于对拒水性及透湿性要求高的卫材和防护服面料中。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
2.根据权利要求1所述的高拒水性聚烯烃组合物,其特征在于,所述有机硅类为硅酮、有机硅氧烷或硅橡胶中的一种或多种,所述氟树脂为聚四氟乙烯、聚偏氟乙烯、聚氟氯乙烯或乙烯-三氟氯乙烯共聚物中的一种或多种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高拒水性聚烯烃组合物,其特征在于,所述表面张力调节剂为硅酮。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高拒水性聚烯烃组合物,其特征在于,所述重质碳酸钙为经过表面处理剂包覆处理得到的重质碳酸钙,所述重质碳酸钙的D50粒径为1-3μm。
5.根据权利要求3所述的高拒水性聚烯烃组合物,其特征在于,所述表面处理剂为硬脂酸、钛酸酯或铝酸酯中的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的高拒水性聚烯烃组合物,其特征在于,所述聚烯烃树脂为聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚乙烯弹性体或聚丙烯弹性体中一种或多种。
7.一种权利要求1-6任一项所述的高拒水性聚烯烃组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:按照配比,称取各组分预混合后,得到预混物;
S2:将步骤S1的预混物投入到挤出机中,进行熔融共混并挤出造粒、烘干,得到所述高拒水性聚烯烃组合物。
8.一种透气膜,其特征在于,至少包括一层由权利要求1-6任一项所述的高拒水性聚烯烃组合物制成的薄膜表层和一层普通透气膜层,所述薄膜表层位于所述普通透气膜的一侧。
9.一种如权利要求8所述的透气膜的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1:将权利要求1-6任一项所述的高拒水性聚烯烃组合物与普通聚烯烃原料分别输送至对应层挤出机进行熔融塑化,得到高拒水性聚烯烃熔体与普通聚烯烃熔体;
S2:将高拒水性聚烯烃熔体与普通聚烯烃熔体输送至多层结构模头中,经模头挤出后,得到一层组分为高拒水性聚烯烃组合物和一层组分为普通聚烯烃的复合材料;
S3:将步骤S2的复合材料经拉伸得到所述透气膜。
10.根据权利要求8所述的透气膜在制备卫材或防护服中的应用。
