step S1: selecting raw materials, namely selecting rhizoma polygonati, ginseng, boxthorn leaves, Chinese yam, dendrobium, honeysuckle, dandelion, liquorice, purslane, black garlic, angelica dahurica and platycodon grandiflorum for preparing the five-essence tablet candy; wherein rhizoma Polygonati, Lycii folium, rhizoma Dioscoreae, herba Dendrobii, flos Lonicerae, herba Taraxaci, Glycyrrhrizae radix, herba Portulacae, black Bulbus Allii, radix Angelicae Dahuricae, and radix Platycodi are all refined decoction pieces which are produced in the same year, and processed strictly according to decoction piece standard, and Ginseng radix is artificially planted for more than five years;
