Description

High-stability composition for protecting whitening agent and application thereof
Technical Field
The application relates to the field of A61K cosmetics, and in particular provides a high-stability composition for protecting a whitening agent and application thereof.
Background
Skin is a protective barrier for our body, the first line of defense we resist against extraneous "aggressors". Modern people's pace of life is fast and many things affecting people's moods and moods can bring positive or negative pressure to your body. We may face stress from society, psychological stress, physical stress, and also environmental stress. When a person is stressed, the stress hormone (such as cortisol and melanin) in the body is increased, and meanwhile, the skin is blackened due to excessive precipitation of skin melanin which is easily caused by tissue necrosis at the damaged position of the skin. Thus, in recent years, whitening products are receiving increasing attention and popularity in the consumer market.
The prior art (CN 201910064750.8) provides a whitening composition and a product comprising the same, and a skin cream is prepared by blending a whitening component with a skin conditioner component and a plant extract component, and is claimed to have a synergistic whitening effect and a low-irritation effect, and is easy to absorb. However, the compatibility of the related whitening component with the component of the plant extract is poor, and the stability problem of the composition caused by the combination of various preparation raw materials is not considered in the patent, and the phenomena of discoloration, bacteria breeding, phase separation and the like of the composition are easily caused by long-term storage and storage.
Therefore, there is a need to develop a composition and a product thereof which have excellent compatibility of component materials and stability while having good whitening effect.
Disclosure of Invention
The first aspect of the present application provides a highly stable composition for protecting a whitening agent, which comprises the following raw materials, by mass: 50-70% of a whitening agent, 7-15% of an organic ester and the balance of octocrylene.
The whitening agent is at least one of 3-o-ethyl ascorbic acid, resorcinol, nicotinamide, glutathione, isohexadecanol, fruit acid and azalea acid.
As a preferable embodiment, the whitening agent is 3-o-ethyl ascorbic acid or resorcinol.
As a more preferable embodiment, the whitening agent is 3-o-ethyl ascorbic acid.
The organic ester is at least one of ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate, cetyl ethyl hexanoate and sorbitan olive oleate.
As a preferable scheme, the weight ratio of the organic ester to the octocrylene of the whitening agent is 65-70: 10-12: 20-30.
As a more preferable scheme, the weight ratio of the organic ester to the octocrylene of the whitening agent is 68:11:21.
according to the application, through reasonable compounding of the 3-o-ethyl ascorbic acid, the ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate and the octocrylene, the whitening effect of the composition is effectively improved, the stability effect of the whitening agent in the composition is effectively improved, and the hygroscopicity phenomenon of the composition is reduced. The inventors speculate that: when the mass ratio of the three is 68:11:21, the added ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate can effectively wrap the surface of the 3-o-ethyl ascorbic acid to the content of the bilayer so as to form a tiny wrapping phase, so that the connection flocculation phenomenon of the 3-o-ethyl ascorbic acid is prevented, and the 3-o-ethyl ascorbic acid can be uniformly dispersed on the surface of skin through good skin fluidity when the 3-o-ethyl ascorbic acid is used as myophilic ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate; and at the moment, the addition of the octocrylene can be simultaneously wrapped in the inner part and the inner side of the wrapping layer, and can effectively absorb illumination energy when being used as an ultraviolet absorbing sun-screening agent, reduce the formation and release of active electrons and finally reduce the oxidation of illumination on the wrapping layer and the ascorbic acid, thereby further improving the stability of the composition.
As a preferable scheme, the refractive index of the octocrylene is 1.56-1.57 and 20 ℃.
As a preferred embodiment, the method for preparing the highly stable composition comprises the steps of:
(1) Heating the whitening agent and the octocrylene to 75-85 ℃, and uniformly stirring to obtain a uniform phase A;
(2) Cooling the homogeneous phase A to 50-55 ℃, adding organic ester, homogenizing and stirring, and cooling to room temperature to obtain the high-stability composition.
In a second aspect, the present application provides the use of a highly stable composition for protecting a whitening agent, for use in a whitening skin care product.
The third aspect of the application provides a whitening skin care product, which comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 2-5% of a high-stability composition, 5-8% of an organic alcohol agent, 0.05-3% of a humectant, 0.1-1% of a plant extract, 3-9% of a skin conditioner, 3-10% of an auxiliary agent and the balance of deionized water.

As a preferable scheme, the humectant is at least one of glycerin, ethylhexyl glycerin, sodium alginate, polyethylene glycol and hyaluronic acid.
As a more preferred embodiment, the humectant is a combination of glycerin and ethylhexyl glycerin.
As a preferable scheme, the mass ratio of the glycerol to the ethylhexyl glycerol is 1-1.5:0.1-0.3.
As a more preferable scheme, the mass ratio of the glycerol to the ethylhexyl glycerol is 1.1:0.2.
The plant extract is at least one of reed extract, poria extract, curcuma rhizome extract, withania somnifera extract, herba Centellae extract, folium Artemisiae Argyi extract, orchid extract, herba Saxifragae extract, herba Sidae Rhombifoliae extract, sakura extract, flos Nelumbinis extract, and Lavender extract.
As a preferred scheme, the plant extract is reed extract, poria extract, turmeric root extract.
As a preferable scheme, the weight ratio of the poria cocos extract, the turmeric root extract and the high-stability composition is 0.1-0.2:0.1-0.3: 3-4.
As a preferred embodiment, the mass ratio of the poria cocos extract, turmeric root extract and the highly stable composition is 0.1:0.1:3.5.
in the application, the applicant finds that although the addition of the high-stability composition can obviously improve the whitening performance and the overall stability of the skin care product, when the addition of the octocrylene in the raw materials is used, more oxygen free radicals are released when the skin surface is subjected to strong light, and the existence of the oxygen free radicals can obviously improve the aging speed of the skin, so that the effect of the skin care product on skin protection is reduced. The inventors have found that when the poria cocos extract and the turmeric root extract are combined with the high stability composition in a mass ratio of 0.1:0.1: at 3.5, the above can be significantly improved. The inventors speculate that: when the weight ratio is in use, the triterpenes and the flavonoid components in the poria cocos extract and the curcuma longa root extract are synergistic, so that the action activity of the extract is improved, the removal speed of oxygen free radicals of the triterpenes and the flavonoid components can be effectively improved under the synergistic action, and the pachyman component in the poria cocos extract is matched, so that the free efficiency of the oxygen free radicals on the skin surface can be effectively inhibited, the free speed is reduced, the powder promotion effect of the oxidation components on melanin is further reduced, and the whitening durability of the skin care product is improved.
As a preferred embodiment, the skin conditioning agent is niacinamide, isohexadecane, stearyl alcohol, tocopheryl acetate, C13-14 isoparaffins, pentaerythritol tetrakis (di-t-butylhydroxyhydrocinnamate), mao Ruilv fruit oil.
As a preferred embodiment, the auxiliary agents are pH regulators, emulsifiers, film formers, chelating agents and preservatives.
As a preferable scheme, the auxiliary agent comprises, by mass, 0.1-0.6% of a pH regulator, 1-4% of an emulsifier, 3-5% of a film forming agent, 0.1-0.2% of a chelating agent and 0.05-0.1% of a preservative.
As a preferred embodiment, the pH adjuster is hydroxyethylpiperazine ethane sulfonic acid, sodium citrate, and citric acid.
As a preferred embodiment, the emulsifier is sorbitan stearate, polyacrylate crosslinked polymer-6, PEG-100 stearate.
As a preferred embodiment, the film forming agent is polydimethylsiloxane.
As a preferred embodiment, the chelating agent is any one of disodium EDTA and tetrasodium EDTA.
As a preferred embodiment, the preservative is sodium benzoate.
As a preferable scheme, the mass ratio of the high-stability composition to the nicotinamide to the polydimethylsiloxane is 3-4:2-3:4-5.
As a more preferred embodiment, the mass of the highly stable composition, nicotinamide, polydimethylsiloxane is 3.5:2:4.
Further, the present inventors have found that although the ascorbic acid-based whitening agent in the highly stable composition has good stability, the skin care product prepared is liable to have an unstable effect on the skin care product system when exposed to external environment and strong light irradiation when being applied to the skin surface, and unexpectedly found that the stability in use of the skin surface of the skin care product is further improved when the mass ratio of the highly stable composition to nicotinamide and polydimethylsiloxane is 3.5:2:4. The inventors speculate that: when the mass ratio of the niacinamide to the polydimethylsiloxane is 3.5:2:4, the content level of the ceramide and the free fatty acid in skin can be effectively improved, and a good film forming effect is provided for the skin care product; the nicotinamide can also effectively promote the carrier effect of free substances on the ascorbic acid whitening agent, so that the dynamic flow stability of the ascorbic acid whitening agent on the skin surface is improved; further, the presence of a suitable amount of polydimethylsiloxane at this time can act as a good film former in skin care product systems, and the presence of a uniform oil phase film can act as a flow base and protective layer for the whitening agent oily protective film and carrier.
As a preferable technical scheme, the preparation method of the whitening skin care product comprises the following steps:
(1) Adding the high-stability composition into a main preparation pot, starting to homogenize the bottom of the main preparation pot by 10-50Hz, slowly adding the organic alcohol agent raw material onto a liquid level vortex, homogenizing for 10-20 minutes until the organic alcohol agent raw material is uniformly dispersed, and starting to heat;
(2) Stirring and heating to 50-65 ℃, stirring for 10-20 minutes, adding a humectant, a plant extract, a skin conditioning agent and an auxiliary agent, and stirring to a uniform phase;
(3) Heating deionized water to 50-60 ℃, mixing and homogenizing the deionized water and the uniform phase;
(4) Cooling to room temperature after stirring, taking materials, detecting, and filtering and discharging through 200-mesh filter cloth after passing the materials, thus obtaining the whitening skin care product.
Compared with the prior art, the application has the following beneficial effects:
1. the high-stability composition prepared by the application not only effectively improves the whitening effect of the composition, but also effectively improves the stability effect of the whitening agent in the composition and reduces the hygroscopicity phenomenon of the composition when the 3-o-ethyl ascorbic acid, the ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate and the octocrylene with the mass ratio of 68:11:21 are added;
2. the whitening skin care product containing the high-stability composition, which is prepared by the application, can effectively reduce the free efficiency of oxygen free radicals on the surface of skin and improve the whitening durability of the skin care product when the poria cocos extract and the turmeric root extract are added into the skin care product, especially when the mass ratio of the poria cocos extract to the turmeric root extract to the high-stability composition is 0.1:0.1:3.5;
3. the whitening skin care product containing the high-stability composition can promote the interaction of free substances on the skin surface and the ascorbic acid whitening agent, improve the dynamic stability of the ascorbic acid on the skin surface and improve the overall stability of the skin care product when nicotinamide and polydimethylsiloxane are added into the skin care product, especially when the mass ratio of the nicotinamide to the polydimethylsiloxane to the high-stability composition is 3.5:2:4;
4. the whitening skin care product containing the high-stability composition is prepared by adding active ingredients such as reed extract, poria cocos extract, turmeric root extract, pentaerythritol tetra (di-tert-butyl hydroxy hydrocinnamate), hydroxyethyl piperazine ethane sulfonic acid and the like into a system, and through mutual synergistic effect, the skin care product has excellent whitening effect, meanwhile, each component has good compatibility, and meanwhile, the product has excellent storage stability, and has potential application value in the field of whitening skin care products.
