Description

High-stability composition for protecting whitening agent and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of A61K cosmetics, and particularly provides a high-stability composition for protecting a whitening agent and application thereof.
Background
The skin is the protective barrier of our body and is the first line of defense against external "aggressors". Modern people have fast pace of life, and many things influencing the mood and the mood of people can bring positive or negative pressure to the body of people. We may face social, psychological, physical and environmental stresses. When a person feels stress due to stress, stress hormones (such as cortisol and melanin) in the body are increased, and simultaneously, because tissues at the damaged position of the skin are necrotic, the skin melanin is very easy to excessively precipitate, so that the skin blackening phenomenon is caused. Therefore, in recent years, whitening products have been receiving more attention and popularity in the consumer market.
The prior art (CN201910064750.8) provides a whitening composition and a product containing the whitening composition, and a skin cream is prepared by blending a whitening component, a skin conditioner component and a plant extract component, and is claimed to have a synergistic whitening effect and a low irritation effect, and is easy to absorb. However, the related whitening components have poor compatibility with the components of the plant extract, and the patent does not consider the stability problem of the composition caused by the combination of various preparation raw materials, and the phenomena of discoloration, bacteria breeding, phase separation and the like of the composition are easily caused after the composition is stored for a long time.
Therefore, it is required to develop a composition and a product thereof having excellent compatibility of component materials and stability while having a good whitening effect.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a high-stability composition for protecting a whitening agent, which comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 50-70% of whitening agent, 7-15% of organic ester and the balance of octocrylene.
The whitening agent is at least one of 3-o-ethyl ascorbic acid, resorcin, nicotinamide, glutathione, isohexanol, tartaric acid, and azelaic acid.
In a preferred embodiment, the whitening agent is 3-o-ethyl ascorbic acid or resorcinol.
As a more preferred embodiment, the whitening agent is 3-o-ethyl ascorbic acid.
The organic ester is at least one of ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate, cetyl ethyl hexanoate and sorbitan olive oleate.
Preferably, the mass ratio of the organic ester to the octocrylene is 65-70: 10-12: 20 to 30.
As a more preferable scheme, the mass ratio of the whitening agent, the organic ester and the octocrylene is 68:11: 21.
according to the whitening composition, the whitening effect of the composition is effectively improved, the stability effect of the whitening agent in the composition is effectively improved, and the moisture absorption phenomenon of the composition is reduced by reasonably compounding the 3-o-ethyl ascorbic acid, the ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate and the octocrylene. The applicant speculates that: when the mass ratio of the three is 68:11:21, the added ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate liposome can effectively wrap 3-o-ethyl ascorbic acid on the surface to the content of a bilayer so as to form a tiny wrapping phase, so that the connection flocculation phenomenon of the 3-o-ethyl ascorbic acid is prevented, and when the ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate liposome serving as a myotropic ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate liposome, the 3-o-ethyl ascorbic acid can be uniformly dispersed on the surface of the skin through good skin fluidity; and at the moment, the addition of the octocrylene can be simultaneously wrapped inside and inside the wrapping layer, and the octocrylene can effectively absorb illumination energy, reduce the formation and release of active electrons and finally reduce the oxidation of illumination on the wrapping layer and ascorbic acid while serving as an ultraviolet absorption sunscreen agent, thereby further improving the stability of the composition.
As a preferable scheme, the refractive index of the octocrilene is 1.56-1.57 at 20 ℃.
As a preferred embodiment, the preparation method of the high-stability composition comprises the following steps:
(1) heating the whitening agent and octocrylene to 75-85 ℃, and uniformly stirring to obtain a uniform phase A;
(2) and cooling the uniform phase A to 50-55 ℃, adding organic ester, homogenizing and stirring, and cooling to room temperature to obtain the high-stability composition.
In a second aspect, the present invention provides the use of a highly stable composition for protecting whitening agents in whitening skin care products.
The third aspect of the invention provides a whitening skin care product, which comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 2-5% of a high-stability composition, 5-8% of an organic alcohol agent, 0.05-3% of a humectant, 0.1-1% of a plant extract, 3-9% of a skin conditioner, 3-10% of an auxiliary agent and the balance of deionized water.
The organic alcohol agent is at least one of 1, 3-propylene glycol, 1, 2-pentanediol, phenoxyethanol, 4-tert-butylcyclohexanol, bisabolol, 1, 2-hexanediol, caprylyl glycol, cetyl alcohol, arachidyl alcohol, xylitol and sorbitol.
As a preferable scheme, the humectant is at least one of glycerin, ethylhexyl glycerin, sodium alginate, polyethylene glycol and hyaluronic acid.
As a more preferred embodiment, the humectant is a combination of glycerin and ethylhexylglycerin.
Preferably, the mass ratio of the glycerol to the ethylhexyl glycerol is 1-1.5: 0.1-0.3.
In a more preferred embodiment, the mass ratio of glycerin to ethylhexylglycerin is 1.1: 0.2.
The plant extract is at least one of reed extract, poria extract, turmeric root extract, nightshade extract, centella extract, mugwort leaf extract, orchid extract, saxifraga stolonifera extract, calendula extract, oriental cherry flower extract, lotus flower extract and lavender extract.
Preferably, the plant extract is reed extract, tuckahoe extract or turmeric root extract.
Preferably, the weight ratio of the poria cocos extract, the turmeric root extract and the high-stability composition is 0.1-0.2: 0.1-0.3: 3 to 4.
Preferably, the mass ratio of the poria cocos extract, the turmeric root extract and the high-stability composition is 0.1: 3.5.
in the present application, the applicant found that although the addition of a highly stable composition can significantly improve the whitening and overall stability of a skin care product, when octocrylene is added to a raw material and used, it is easy to release a large amount of oxygen radicals when the skin surface is subjected to strong light, and the presence of oxygen radicals significantly increases the aging rate of the skin, thereby reducing the skin protection effect of the skin care product. However, the applicant finds that when the mass ratio of the poria cocos extract, the curcuma longa extract to the high-stability composition is 0.1:3.5, the above-mentioned situation can be remarkably improved. The applicant speculates that: when the weight ratio is higher than the above weight ratio, the triterpenes and flavonoids in the poria cocos extract and the curcuma longa extract act synergistically to improve the action activity of the extracts, the triterpenes and flavonoids can effectively improve the clearance rate of oxygen radicals of the triterpenes and flavonoids, and the pachyman component in the poria cocos extract can effectively inhibit the free efficiency of the oxygen radicals on the surface of the skin, reduce the free rate, further reduce the promoting effect of oxidation components on melanin powder and improve the whitening durability of the skin care product.
As a preferred embodiment, the skin conditioning agent is niacinamide, isohexadecane, stearyl alcohol, tocopheryl acetate, C13-14 isoparaffin, pentaerythritol tetrakis (di-tert-butyl hydroxyhydrocinnamate), and Pterocarpus marsupium oil.
In a preferable scheme, the auxiliary agents are pH regulators, emulsifiers, film forming agents, chelating agents and preservatives.
As a preferable scheme, the auxiliary agent comprises, by mass, 0.1-0.6% of a pH regulator, 1-4% of an emulsifier, 3-5% of a film-forming agent, 0.1-0.2% of a chelating agent and 0.05-0.1% of a preservative.
In a preferred embodiment, the pH regulator is hydroxyethylpiperazine ethanesulfonic acid, sodium citrate and citric acid.
As a preferable scheme, the emulsifier is sorbitan stearate, polyacrylate cross-linked polymer-6, PEG-100 stearate.
In a preferred embodiment, the film-forming agent is polydimethylsiloxane.
In a preferred embodiment, the chelating agent is any one of disodium EDTA and tetrasodium EDTA.
As a preferred embodiment, the preservative is sodium benzoate.
Preferably, the mass ratio of the high-stability composition, the nicotinamide and the polydimethylsiloxane is 3-4: 2-3: 4-5.
More preferably, the mass of the high-stability composition, the nicotinamide and the polydimethylsiloxane is 3.5:2: 4.
Further, the applicant found that although the ascorbic acid-based whitening agent in the highly stable composition has good stability, when the prepared skin care product is applied on the skin surface, the skin care product system is liable to have unstable use effect when exposed to the external environment and strong light, and the applicant found that the skin surface use stability of the skin care product is further improved when the mass ratio of the highly stable composition to nicotinamide and polydimethylsiloxane is 3.5:2: 4. The applicant speculates that: when the mass ratio of the niacinamide to the polydimethylsiloxane to the skin care product is 3.5:2:4, the addition of the niacinamide and the polydimethylsiloxane can effectively improve the content level of the ceramide and the free fatty acid in the skin and provide a good film forming effect for the skin care product; the nicotinamide can also effectively promote the carrier effect of free substances on the ascorbic acid whitening agent, so that the dynamic flow stability of the ascorbic acid whitening agent on the surface of the skin is improved; further, the presence of an appropriate amount of polydimethylsiloxane at this time can act as a good film former in the skin care system, and the presence of a uniform oil phase film can act as a mobile base and protective layer for the whitening agent oily protective film and carrier.
As a preferred technical scheme, the preparation method of the whitening skin care product comprises the following steps:
(1) adding the high-stability composition into a main preparation pot, starting the bottom of the main preparation pot for homogenizing at 10-50Hz, slowly adding the organic alcohol agent raw material to the liquid level and whirling, homogenizing for 10-20 minutes until the mixture is uniformly dispersed, and starting heating;
(2) stirring and heating to 50-65 ℃, stirring for 10-20 minutes, adding the humectant, the plant extract, the skin conditioner and the auxiliary agent, and stirring to a uniform phase;
(3) heating deionized water to 50-60 ℃, and mixing the deionized water and the homogeneous phase with each other, homogenizing and stirring;
(4) and cooling to room temperature after stirring, taking the materials, detecting, filtering with 200-mesh filter cloth after the materials are qualified, and discharging to obtain the whitening skin care product.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. when the 3-o-ethyl ascorbic acid, the ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate and the octocrylene in the mass ratio of 98:11:21 are added, the whitening effect of the composition is effectively improved, the stability effect of the whitening agent in the composition is effectively improved, and the moisture absorption phenomenon of the composition is reduced;
2. according to the whitening skin care product containing the high-stability composition, the poria cocos extract and the curcuma longa extract are added into the skin care product, and especially when the mass ratio of the poria cocos extract to the curcuma longa extract to the high-stability composition is 0.1:0.1:3.5, the free efficiency of oxygen radicals on the surface of the skin can be effectively reduced, and the whitening durability of the skin care product is improved;
3. according to the whitening skin care product containing the high-stability composition, when the nicotinamide and the polydimethylsiloxane are added into the skin care product, particularly when the mass ratio of the nicotinamide to the polydimethylsiloxane to the high-stability composition is 3.5:2:4, the interaction of free substances on the surface of the skin and an ascorbic acid whitening agent can be promoted, the dynamic stability of ascorbic acid on the surface of the skin is improved, and the overall stability of the skin care product is improved;
4. according to the whitening skin care product containing the high-stability composition, the active ingredients such as the reed extract, the poria cocos extract, the turmeric root extract, the pentaerythritol tetra (di-tert-butyl hydroxy hydrocinnamic acid) ester and the hydroxyethyl piperazine ethanesulfonic acid are added into a system, and the active ingredients are mutually synergistic, so that the whitening skin care product has excellent whitening effect, good compatibility among the components, excellent storage stability and potential application value in the field of whitening skin care products.
