Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The method of the present invention is applied to a sample analyzer for performing automatic analysis and test on a sample, for example, the sample analyzer may be a blood coagulation analyzer, the blood coagulation analyzer performs detection of blood coagulation ability on a plasma sample by an optical method or a magnetic bead method, or other apparatuses capable of performing sample analysis perform analysis and test on other samples, such as biochemistry, chemiluminescence, etc., and is not limited herein.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a method for prompting a sample analysis status according to an embodiment of the present invention; the method shown in fig. 1 comprises the following steps:
101. acquiring a target sample analysis item selected by a user and current inspection operation information of a sample analyzer;
it should be noted that the method for prompting the analysis state of the sample, which is disclosed in the present application, plays a role in prompting the real-time inspection progress in the sample analysis process. Further, before sample analysis, a user (laboratory staff) may set working parameters of the sample analyzer as required, including but not limited to a target sample analysis item, a number of samples to be analyzed of the target sample analysis item, a test reagent to be used, timing information required by each test operation included in the target sample analysis item, and the like, and after the working parameters are set, automatic sample analysis may be performed according to the set working parameters. Further, in the present embodiment, the user's selection and the operation state of the sample analyzer are clarified by acquiring the target sample analysis item selected by the user and the current inspection operation information of the sample analyzer.
It is understood that, in order to implement real-time operation status monitoring, real-time determination of target sample analysis items and current test operation information is required in step 101, wherein the current test operation information includes, but is not limited to, current test operation of the sample analyzer, current test operation status, accumulated test time, accumulated test times, corresponding methodology for each test, wherein, taking blood coagulation test as an example, the current test operation includes, but is not limited to, to-be-analyzed, sample being aspirated, sample being incubated at temperature, being photometric or being sensed by magnetic beads, analysis being completed, etc., and further, if the sample needs to be retested, it may also include sample being aspirated (retested), being incubated at temperature (retesting), being photometric (retesting) or being sensed by magnetic beads (retesting), etc. The current verify operation state is used to record the state of the verify operation, including but not limited to complete or ongoing; the cumulative test time is a time record of a process from the beginning of the test to the end of the test in the same test analysis period, for example, if the test is performed optically on a sample, the cumulative test time is a record of a time from the beginning of the optical test to the end of the optical test, and if the analysis result indicates retesting after the optical test period ends, the cumulative test time may be cleared and recorded again, or a corresponding relationship between the cumulative test time and the test analysis is configured, and each test corresponds to one cumulative test time, which is not limited by this example.
102. Determining target time sequence information corresponding to a target sample analysis item according to a preset corresponding relation between the sample analysis item and time sequence information of the inspection operation, wherein the time sequence information at least comprises an operation sequence of each inspection operation in the sample analysis item and operation duration required by each inspection operation;
further, after a target sample analysis item selected by a user is determined, target timing information corresponding to the target sample analysis item needs to be determined, specifically, the target timing information corresponding to the target sample analysis item may be determined according to a preset corresponding relationship between the sample analysis item and timing information of a checking operation, for example, by searching for the target sample analysis item in the preset corresponding relationship between the sample analysis item and timing information of the checking operation, so as to determine the target timing information corresponding to the target sample analysis item. When the sample enters the analysis process, the analysis process is divided into five inspection operations through the liquid path time sequence corresponding to the analysis method: the analysis process can be divided into nine inspection operations through a liquid path time sequence corresponding to the analysis method if the sample needs to be retested after being analyzed, sucked, incubated at the temperature, photometered or sensed by magnetic beads and analyzed: the assay is to be analyzed, sample is being aspirated, temperature incubation is being performed, photometric or magnetic bead sensing is being performed, sample is being aspirated (re-detection), temperature incubation (re-detection), photometric (re-detection) or magnetic bead sensing (re-detection), the assay is complete. And sequentially carrying out the plurality of inspection operations on the sample according to the arrangement sequence of each inspection operation in the liquid path time sequence information and the operation time length required by each inspection operation. It is understood that different sample analysis items may have different timing information of the test operation, for example, different body fluid samples such as plasma sample, saliva or urine, and different test operations for different test items. The target time sequence information comprises a target operation sequence of each target inspection operation in the target sample analysis item and a target operation duration required by each target inspection operation.
103. And outputting target prompt information of the sample according to the current detection operation information, the target operation duration of each target detection operation included in the target time sequence information and the target operation sequence of each target detection operation, wherein the target prompt information is used for prompting the sample analysis state of the sample in the sample analyzer.
It can be understood that, after the target timing information is obtained, the target operation duration of each target inspection operation in the target inspection item and the target operation sequence of each target inspection operation can be determined, and further, the target prompt information of the sample can be output according to the current inspection operation information of the sample analyzer determined in step 101 and the target timing information determined in step 102, so as to prompt the sample analysis state of the sample in the sample analyzer, where the prompting manner includes, but is not limited to, text, sound, or pattern, so that the user can know the real-time inspection process of the sample analyzer on the sample.
The invention provides a sample analysis state prompting method, which comprises the following steps: acquiring a target sample analysis item selected by a user and current inspection operation information of a sample analyzer; determining target time sequence information corresponding to a target sample analysis item according to a preset corresponding relation between the sample analysis item and time sequence information of the inspection operation, wherein the time sequence information at least comprises an operation sequence of each inspection operation in the sample analysis item and operation duration required by each inspection operation; and outputting target prompt information of the sample according to the target operation duration of each target inspection operation and the target operation sequence of each target inspection operation, which are included in the current inspection operation information and the target time sequence information, wherein the target prompt information is used for prompting the sample analysis state of the sample in the sample analyzer. By the method, the target prompt information of the sample analysis state of the sample in the sample analyzer can be output according to the current inspection operation information and the target time sequence information, the sample analysis state of the sample analyzer can be prompted in real time according to the time sequence information, an operator can be facilitated to clearly understand the real-time inspection process of the sample analyzer on the sample, and the control of the operator on the sample analyzer is facilitated.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is another flowchart illustrating a method for prompting a sample analysis status according to an embodiment of the present invention; the method shown in fig. 2 comprises the following steps:
201. acquiring a target sample analysis item selected by a user and current inspection operation information of a sample analyzer;
202. determining target time sequence information corresponding to a target sample analysis item according to a preset corresponding relation between the sample analysis item and time sequence information of the inspection operation, wherein the time sequence information at least comprises an operation sequence of each inspection operation in the sample analysis item and operation duration required by each inspection operation;
it should be noted that the contents of step 201 and step 202 are similar to the contents of steps 101 and 102 shown in fig. 1, and for avoiding repetition, detailed description is not repeated here, and the contents of steps 101 and 102 shown in fig. 1 may be referred to specifically.
203. Determining the current inspection operation corresponding to the current inspection operation information by using the accumulated inspection time length, the target operation time length and the target operation sequence;
it should be noted that the current checking operation information at least includes an accumulated checking time length, and therefore, the current checking operation corresponding to the current checking operation information can be determined through the accumulated checking time length, the target operation time length, and the target operation sequence. The target operation duration refers to each operation duration corresponding to each target inspection operation in the target sample analysis item, and the target operation sequence refers to an operation sequence corresponding to each target inspection operation in the target sample analysis item. Therefore, under the condition of knowing the operation sequence and the operation time length, the current checking operation corresponding to the current checking operation information can be positioned by accumulating the checking time length. Illustratively, there are 5 check operations, the operation sequence is s1, s2, s3, s4, s5, the operation duration of each check operation is T1, T2, T3, T4, T5, assuming that the operation durations are =10s, further, the cumulative check duration is 23s, 23s <10s +10s +10s, that is, the current check operation is s 3; if the accumulated verification time length is 30s, 30s =10s +10s +10s, that is, the current verification operation is s 3; if the accumulated verification time is 49s, 49s <10s +10s +10s +10s +10s +10s, i.e., the current verification operation is s 5. The above description is by way of example only and is not intended to be limiting. The current checking operation may also be determined by a difference, ratio, or other possible calculation.
204. Determining a target operation identifier of the current inspection operation according to a preset corresponding relation between the inspection operation and the operation identifier;
205. and outputting the target operation identifier to a preset display interface for displaying.
Further, after the current checking operation is determined, corresponding target prompt information can be determined through the current checking operation, wherein the target prompt information at least comprises a target operation identifier, and the checking operation and the operation identifier have a one-to-one correspondence relationship, so that the distinguishing of each checking operation is realized. For example, please refer to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of an operation identifier according to an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 3 shows an operation identifier to be analyzed 301, a sample being drawn/aspirated 302, a temperature incubation/incubation 303, a photometric or magnetic bead sensing/photometric or magnetic sensing 304. And outputting the target operation identifier to a preset display interface for displaying, wherein the operation identifier may be designed based on several sample analysis states of the sample, and further, in the same project, several operations correspond to the same sample analysis state, and further, the corresponding operation identifiers are the same, which is not limited herein. Therefore, the sample can be displayed in real time in the mode, and better prompt information is given to the inspector.
In a possible implementation manner, the target prompt information may further include a retest prompt identifier, where the retest prompt identifier may be represented by an upper case letter R, then step 204, which may further include: determining whether the target sample analysis project is a retest project, and if the target sample analysis project is the retest project, acquiring the current retest times corresponding to the retest project; determining a retest prompt identifier of the current retest times according to the corresponding relation between the preset retest times and the retest identifier; for example, if the retest frequency is 1, the retest flag is R1, and the retest prompt flag is R1; and if the retest frequency is 2, the retest mark is R2, the retest prompt mark is R2, and the like.
Further, after determining the retest prompt identifier, step 205 may further include: and outputting the retest prompt identifier and the target operation identifier to a preset display interface for displaying. Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of a retest prompt indicator and an operation indicator according to an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 4 includes a to-be-analyzed (retest) 401, a sample/aspirate (retest) 402, a temperature incubation/incubation (retest) 403, a photometric or magnetic bead sensing/photometric or magnetic induction (retest) 404. The retest prompt identifier may further include identification information for identifying a methodology used by the retest item, which is not limited herein.
In a possible implementation manner, the timing information may further include total testing time required for the sample analysis project, and the target prompt information may further include a current testing progress percentage, then step 204 may further include: for example, please refer to fig. 5, where fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of a current inspection progress percentage in an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 5 shows a target sample analysis item with a current inspection progress percentage of 60%, it can be understood that the current inspection progress percentage may dynamically show a real-time percentage value.
After determining the percentage of progress of the verification, step 205 may further include: and outputting the current inspection progress percentage and the target operation identification to a preset display interface for displaying. For example, the target operation identifier determined in fig. 2 and the current verification progress percentage in fig. 5 may be output to a preset display interface together for displaying.
Further, for the retest project, the target operation identifier determined in fig. 2, the retest prompt identifier determined in fig. 3, and the current inspection progress percentage in fig. 5 may be output to a preset display interface together for display. Therefore, when the analyzer processes a plurality of samples or a plurality of items of the same sample, and when a part of sample analysis items are wrongly recorded or placed at sample tube positions or reagent positions, a doctor can pause or stop the analysis to correct errors in the current sample analysis process by adopting a method of pausing or stopping the analysis, but the conventional sample analyzer can only know that the current instrument state is running and the sample state is the analysis state, which is difficult to grasp the analysis state of each detection item of the current sample, and then clicks to stop, the analyzer stops all time sequence operation immediately, waste of the sucked sample and sucked reagent is caused, in order to reduce reagent waste, the current sample analysis progress can be clearly known by obtaining the sample analysis progress state, so as to arrange the next work, such as pausing or stopping the test, correct a part of operation errors and not waste the sample and the reagent, meanwhile, the remaining time to be analyzed can be estimated by analyzing the process state, and the self work can be more reasonably arranged.
In a possible implementation manner, whether shutdown is performed or not may be prompted, the target sample analysis item may be multiple, and the method may further include:
a1, determining a target item category corresponding to each target sample analysis item;
different target sample analysis items may correspond to different target item categories, the target item categories may be designed based on time series information of each sample analysis item, and samples having the same time series information are used as a category, for example, for a blood sample and a urine sample for a certain sample analysis item, the two different samples may share one time series information, so that the sample analysis items of the two samples may be determined to be the same item category, and the sample analysis items of the two samples may not be the time series information, so that the sample analysis items of the two samples may be determined to be different item categories.
A2, determining target inspection stage division of the target sample analysis item according to the target item category and a preset corresponding relation between the item category and the inspection stage division, wherein the item category and the inspection stage division have a one-to-one corresponding relation, and the inspection stage division is obtained by classifying each inspection operation according to whether the inspection operation in the sample analysis item uses an inspection reagent or not;
after the target item category is determined, the target inspection stage division may be determined by using the target item category, in this embodiment, a corresponding relationship between the item category and the inspection stage division is preset, so that the target inspection stage division of the target sample analysis item may be determined according to the target item category and the preset corresponding relationship between the item category and the inspection stage division. For example, since the sample to be analyzed, the sample being aspirated, the sample being incubated at the temperature are not used as the test reagent, and the sample is aspirated and the sample is incubated at the temperature, the analysis is divided into a stage to be analyzed, and the sample being aspirated and the sample being incubated at the temperature are divided into a stage to be analyzed; since the detection reagent is required for the photometric or magnetic bead sensing, the photometric or magnetic bead sensing is divided into the analytical stages. It is understood that different item categories have different division modes, and are not limited herein.
A3, determining the current inspection stage data of each target sample analysis item according to the current inspection operation and the target inspection stage division;
furthermore, the current inspection stage can be positioned through the current inspection operation, so that the current inspection stage of each target sample analysis item is determined, and the data of the current inspection stage is obtained.
And A4, outputting a shutdown prompt corresponding to the current inspection stage data according to the current inspection stage data.
Further, the data of the current inspection stage can be judged, and a shutdown prompt corresponding to the data of the current inspection stage can be output, for example, the shutdown prompt corresponding to the data of the current inspection stage is output through the statistical analysis of the data of the current inspection stage.
In a possible implementation manner, the verification phase may include a to-be-analyzed phase, a preparation-analysis phase, and an analyzing phase, and step a4 may include:
a41, determining the proportion of each inspection stage in the current inspection stage data to the total number of all inspection stages by using the first total number of the stages to be analyzed, the second total number of the stages to be analyzed and the third total number of the stages being analyzed in the current inspection stage data, wherein the proportion comprises the first proportion corresponding to the stages to be analyzed, the second proportion corresponding to the stages to be analyzed and the third proportion corresponding to the stages to be analyzed;
it will be appreciated that the data at the current inspection phase includes the data volume for each inspection phase, so that a first population of phases to be analyzed, a second population of ready to analyze phases, and a third population of analyzing phases can be obtained, and then determining the proportion of each inspection stage in the current inspection stage data to the total number of all inspection stages by using the first total number of stages to be analyzed, the second total number of stages to be analyzed and the third total number of stages being analyzed in the current inspection stage data, wherein, for example, the first total number of the to-be-analyzed stage, the second total number of the to-be-analyzed stage, and the third total number of the in-analysis stage may be respectively compared with the total numbers of all the inspection stages to obtain a first proportion corresponding to the to-be-analyzed stage, a second proportion corresponding to the to-be-analyzed stage, and a third proportion corresponding to the in-analysis stage.
And A42, outputting a shutdown prompt corresponding to the current inspection stage data according to the first proportion corresponding to the to-be-analyzed stage, the second proportion of the to-be-analyzed stage, the third proportion of the in-progress analysis stage and a preset proportion threshold, wherein the preset proportion threshold is used for judging whether the shutdown will cause the waste of inspection reagents.
It should be noted that, whether the shutdown will cause the waste of the test reagents at this time is judged by the preset ratio threshold, the first ratio corresponding to the analysis stage, the second ratio of the analysis preparation stage, and the third ratio of the analysis stage, and a shutdown prompt corresponding to the current test stage data is output.
In one possible implementation, step a42 may include:
a421, if the sum of the first proportion and the second proportion is greater than or equal to the preset proportion threshold, outputting a first shutdown prompt, wherein the first shutdown prompt indicates that the waste degree of the test reagent caused by shutdown is low at the moment;
and A422, if the third proportion is larger than or equal to the preset proportion threshold, outputting a second shutdown prompt, wherein the second shutdown prompt indicates that the shutdown is higher in waste degree of the detection reagent at the moment.
Wherein, the stage to be analyzed comprises the analysis, the stage to be analyzed comprises the sample being sucked and the incubation being carried out at the temperature, and the stage to be analyzed comprises the photometry being carried out or the magnetic bead sensing being carried out. When the instrument is in operation, if a plurality of samples are tested, the analysis state can be checked, such as the proportion condition in the inspection stage, when the detection items of most samples are in the state to be analyzed, the samples are clicked to pause or stop, the information error of the sample items is corrected, and the waste of the samples and the reagents cannot be caused; when most samples are sucking samples and incubating at the temperature, which means that the current project sucks the samples but does not suck the reagent, the sample sucking device can stop clicking in an emergency, so that reagent waste is avoided; when the analysis state of most samples is under photometry or magnetic bead sensing, it is proved that the detection item of the sample has absorbed the corresponding reagent, and the detection item is not suitable for click stop at this stage, and the waste of the sample and the reagent can be caused after the instrument is stopped immediately. Therefore, the sum of the first proportion corresponding to the to-be-analyzed stage and the second proportion corresponding to the to-be-analyzed stage is greater than or equal to the preset proportion threshold value, which indicates that the proportion of the to-be-analyzed sample, the sample being sucked and the temperature incubation in the process of being incubated is higher than the proportion of all the detection operations, so that a first stop prompt is output, and the first stop prompt indicates that the waste degree of the detection reagent caused by the stop is lower at the moment; the third ratio in the analyzing stage is greater than or equal to the preset ratio threshold, which indicates that the ratio of photometry or magnetic bead sensing to all the test operations is high, so that a second shutdown prompt is output, which indicates that the degree of waste of the test reagents due to shutdown is high at this time, and the preset ratio threshold may be 99% or 80%, and so on, which may reflect that the ratio corresponding to the analysis operations is high in the ratio of all the test operations.
In a possible implementation manner, not only may the analyzed samples of each target sample analysis item be different, but also the number of the analyzed samples of each target sample analysis item may be different, and may all be selected or set by a user, the number of the analyzed samples of each target sample analysis item may be one or more, and is not limited again, further, each sample may have one verification operation at each time, and then the current verification stage data may be obtained according to the real-time verification operation corresponding to each sample, which is not limited in this example.
