Description

Examination method and device for thalassemia detection
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of medical detection, in particular to an auditing method and device for thalassemia detection.
Background
With the continuous health of medical systems, the examination services as a means for disease diagnosis are more specialized and diversified. Along with the increase of the test items and the sample amount, the sample turnover time can be prolonged according to the original process, but the clinical requirements and the regulation requirements require that the laboratory shortens the sample turnover time as much as possible, how to classify the samples orderly and reasonably and effectively optimizes the laboratory detection process, and the reasonable convenience of the laboratory information system design becomes a key link for shortening the sample turnover time. The categories of the project developed in the current independent laboratory are mainly divided into: the requirements on examination personnel of the detection results are continuously improved due to the fact that a plurality of detection items are added, and the items are rapidly developed, such as physicochemical mass spectrometry, genome examination, pathological diagnosis, biochemical luminescence examination, immunological examination, other comprehensive examination and the like.
Abnormal samples, except for sample interferences such as lipemia and hemolysis, also include items whose results need to be manually judged and screened, and the confirmation of the results needs to be manually processed, such as centrifugal retesting, push-piece microscopy or clinical connection. This portion of the sample takes a significant amount of time and can significantly delay the issuance of other reports; at the same time, under the pressure of sample turnaround time, laboratory personnel may neglect or simplify the handling procedures that should be present, leading to a significant increase in the risk of outcomes. At present, almost all laboratory report sheets are issued manually, the number of reports issued by one issuing reporter in one working day is about more than 1000, most of the work is limited to be performed from night to early morning (21: 00-04: 00), and the long-time computer operation of the period of time for checking data is easy to cause double fatigue of vision and mind, so that errors occur; meanwhile, if the reported results relate to comparison and analysis among disciplines, a large amount of manual historical record query is needed, and the whole data analysis work lasts for more than 6 hours.
Disclosure of Invention
The embodiment of the invention aims to provide an auditing method and device for detecting thalassemia, which can automatically check the reasonability of a detection result according to the numerical relationship of different scientifically verified items, do not need manual comparison and analysis, and realize the intellectualization of an auditing process.
In order to achieve the above object, an embodiment of the present invention provides an auditing method for thalassemia detection, including the steps of:
receiving an examination instruction of a detection result of an item to be examined under any bar code, judging whether a detection system of the item to be examined is matched with a preset detection system, and judging whether patient information of the bar code is matched with preset data limit;
if the detection system of the item to be checked is matched with a preset detection system and the patient information of the bar code is judged to be matched with the preset data limit, determining the search range of a preset matching item; the matching items are items which are pre-associated with the items to be checked;
if the preset search range of the matched items comprises the matched items under the same bar code but does not comprise the matched items under different bar codes, obtaining M detection results of the matched items according to a first database; wherein M is more than or equal to 0; wherein the first database comprises detection results of a plurality of items under the bar code;
when M is larger than or equal to 1, obtaining an auditing result of the detection result of the item to be audited according to the numerical relationship between the detection result of the item to be audited and each detection result of the matched item;
if the preset search range of the matched items comprises the matched items under the same bar code and the matched items under different bar codes, obtaining N detection results of the matched items according to a first database; wherein N is more than or equal to 0;
when N is larger than or equal to 1, obtaining an auditing result of the detection result of the item to be audited according to the numerical relationship between the detection result of the item to be audited and each detection result of the matched item;
when N is 0, obtaining X detection results of the matching items according to a second database; wherein X is more than or equal to 0; the second database comprises detection results of a plurality of items under different bar codes; matching items obtained according to a second database and needing to meet preset conditions, wherein the preset conditions are that patient information of other barcodes where the matching items are located is matched with patient information of barcodes where the items to be checked are located;
and when the X is larger than or equal to 1, obtaining the checking result of the detection result of the item to be checked according to the numerical relationship between the detection result of the item to be checked and each detection result of the matched item.
Compared with the prior art, the verification method for detecting the thalassemia, disclosed by the invention, comprises the steps of firstly judging whether the patient information corresponding to the detection system of the item to be verified and the bar code of the item to be verified is matched with the preset verification limit, if so, starting to determine the search range of the matched item, and if the search range of the matched item is limited under the same bar code, only searching the matched items under the same bar code in the first database, if the searching range of the matched items is expanded to be under different bar codes, firstly searching the matched items under the same bar code in the first database, when the matched items under the same bar code cannot be searched in the first database, the matched items under different bar codes in the second database are searched, and obtaining the checking result of the detection result of the item to be checked according to the numerical relationship between the detection result of the item to be checked and each detection result of the matched item. By the scheme, the detection result of the matched item can be automatically searched, and then the verification result of the detection result of the item to be verified is judged based on the numerical relationship between the matched item and the item to be verified, so that manual searching and comparison are not needed, the accuracy is improved while manpower is saved, the method is suitable for the conventional medical system, and the diagnosis error rate is reduced.
The improvement of the above scheme is that the obtaining of the examination result of the detection result of the item to be examined according to the numerical relationship between the detection result of the item to be examined and each detection result of the matched item specifically comprises:
and if at least one detection result exists in the matched items and the detection result of the item to be audited is inconsistent in value, the auditing result of the detection result of the item to be audited is that the auditing is not passed. And automatically auditing whether the detection result of the item to be audited is abnormal or not through the internal rules among different items.
As an improvement of the above scheme, the matching items include a first item, and obtaining the examination result of the detection result of the item to be examined according to the numerical relationship between the detection result of the item to be examined and each detection result of the matching item specifically includes:
when the numerical value of the detection result of the item to be audited is larger than the numerical value of any detection result in the first item, the auditing result of the detection result of the item to be audited is that the auditing is not passed;
and when the numerical value of the detection result of the item to be audited is smaller than the numerical value of each detection result in the first item, the audit result of the detection result of the item to be audited is that the audit is passed. When the matching item only comprises one item, whether the item to be checked is abnormal or not can be judged according to the numerical relation between the matching item and the item to be checked.
As an improvement of the above scheme, the matching items include a second item and a third item, and obtaining an audit result of the detection result of the item to be audited according to a numerical relationship between the detection results of the item to be audited and the matching items specifically includes:
adding every two of each detection result of the second item and each detection result of the third item to obtain a plurality of reference values, wherein if each reference data is smaller than the value of the detection result of the item to be audited, the audit result of the detection result of the item to be audited is approved;
and when at least one reference datum is larger than the value of the detection result of the item to be audited, the audit result of the detection result of the item to be audited is that the audit is not passed. Through the steps, when the numerical association items of the items to be audited are two items, the reasonability of the items to be audited can be judged through the numerical relationship of the three items.
As an improvement of the above solution, the second database comprises the detection results of the audited items. The checked items comprise checked unpublished items and published items.
As an improvement of the above, the patient condition includes hospital, sex, name and age. Different barcodes of the same patient can be determined by the four conditions.
As an improvement of the scheme, the method further comprises the following steps:
obtaining the auditing result of the item to be audited according to the auditing result of each detection result in the item to be audited; if at least one audit result in the audit results of all detection results in the item to be audited is not approved, determining that the audit result of the item to be audited is not approved;
obtaining the audit result of the bar code according to the audit result of each item to be audited under the bar code, and sending out an early warning prompt if the audit result of the bar code is that the audit is not passed; and if at least one of the audit results of all items to be audited under the bar code is that the audit is not passed, determining that the audit result of the bar code is that the audit is not passed. Through the audit setting, the method has an indication effect, and when any detection result has a problem, the item to be audited is determined to be not approved; and when any item to be audited is not approved, determining that the bar code is not approved, and sending an early warning prompt to prompt experimenters to check abnormal information and finally confirm the source of the problem.
As an improvement of the above scheme, the obtaining of the detection result of the matching item according to the second database specifically includes:
acquiring other bar codes where the detection results of the matched items are located according to the second database;
and acquiring the other bar codes to acquire corresponding patient information, comparing the patient information of the other bar codes with the patient information of the bar codes, and acquiring the detection result of the matched item according to the other bar codes when the patient conditions of the other bar codes and the patient conditions of the bar codes meet the condition that the difference value between hospital matching, gender matching, name matching and age is less than a preset threshold value. In the steps, the matched items are searched, and then the bar codes of the matched items are compared with the bar codes of the items to be checked, so that the matched items corresponding to the same patient are searched.
As an improvement of the above scheme, the obtaining of the detection result of the matching item according to the second database specifically includes:
comparing the patient information of other bar codes in the second database with the patient information of the bar codes;
and if the patient information of any other bar code and the patient information of the bar code meet the condition that the difference value of hospital matching, gender matching, name matching and age is less than a preset threshold value, obtaining the detection result of the matching item. And searching other bar codes corresponding to the bar code of the item to be checked, and searching the matched item from the other bar codes.
The embodiment of the invention also provides an auditing device for detecting the thalassemia, which comprises:

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, a schematic flow chart of an auditing method for detecting thalassemia according to an embodiment of the present invention includes the following steps:
s1, receiving an examination instruction of a detection result of an item to be examined under any bar code, judging whether a detection system of the item to be examined is matched with a preset detection system, and judging whether patient information of the bar code is matched with preset data limit;
it can be understood that, in this step, it is necessary to determine whether the detection system and the patient information of the item to be checked meet the preset checking condition, and if not, the following steps are not required to be executed, so that the information on whether the checking of the detection result of the item to be checked passes cannot be obtained. The detection system comprises a device name, a device signal, a reagent manufacturer and the like, and the preset data limit comprises gender, hospital, age range and the like.
S2, if the detection system of the item to be checked is matched with a preset detection system and the patient information of the bar code is judged to be matched with preset data limitation, determining the search range of a preset matched item; the matching items are items which are pre-associated with the items to be checked;
it can be understood that the same patient can correspond to different bar codes, and according to the preset range of the matched item, the matched item can be searched under the bar code of the item to be checked, and the matched item can also be searched under different bar codes;
and the association relation between the matching items and the items to be checked is realized according to a preset rule combination, wherein the rule combination comprises the matching items and the items to be checked, and the number of the matching items is more than or equal to 1.
S3, if the search range of the preset matching items includes the matching items under the same bar code but does not include the matching items under different bar codes, obtaining M detection results of the matching items according to the first database; wherein M is more than or equal to 0; wherein the first database comprises detection results of a plurality of items under the bar code;
it should be noted that in medical specimen testing systems, where data is divided into audited data and unchecked data, the first database includes only audited data. When M is 0, the matching item cannot be obtained under the same barcode, and therefore, the verification result of the detection result of the item to be verified cannot be obtained.
In another preferred scheme, the searched matched items with the barcodes comprise checked data and unchecked data, when the matched items are searched, whether the matched items are checked data needs to be judged first, and when the matched items are unchecked data, the matched items are not used as a standard for judging whether the items to be checked are abnormal.
S4, when M is larger than or equal to 1, obtaining an auditing result of the detection result of the item to be audited according to the numerical relationship between the detection result of the item to be audited and each detection result of the matched item;
it should be noted that the detection result of the check item can be classified into a numerical type and a text type. In the scheme, the detection results of the items to be checked and the matched items are numerical values. It can be understood that, according to the detection principle, the items to be checked and the matching items have a specific relationship in the numerical values of the detection results, so that whether the detection results of the items to be checked are in an abnormal state or not can be judged according to the numerical value relationship of the detection results of the items to be checked and the matching items.
S5, if the search range of the preset matching items comprises the matching items under the same bar code and the matching items under different bar codes, obtaining N detection results of the matching items according to a first database; wherein N is more than or equal to 0;
s6, when N is larger than or equal to 1, obtaining an auditing result of the detection result of the item to be audited according to the numerical relationship between the detection result of the item to be audited and each detection result of the matched item;
s7, when N is equal to 0, obtaining X detection results of the matching item according to the second database; wherein X is more than or equal to 0; the second database comprises detection results of a plurality of items under different bar codes; matching items obtained according to a second database and needing to meet preset conditions, wherein the preset conditions are that patient information of other barcodes where the matching items are located is matched with patient information of barcodes where the items to be checked are located;
in this step, if the matching item includes a plurality of items, and one of the items can be found under the condition of the same barcode, but there are other matching items that can not be found under the same barcode, other matching items under different barcodes still need to be found.
It is noted that in a particular testing system, the processes of specimen information entry (including hospitals, projects and patients), specimen assignment, result entry, result submission, result review, result approval and result release are performed. In the scheme, the first database and the second database comprise checked items, namely checked unpublished items and published items. In the step, according to the matching degree of the patient information of different bar codes and the patient information of the item to be checked, matching items under different bar codes are searched in the second database, so that a more accurate checking result can be obtained, and experimenters are reminded of abnormal conditions of the item to be checked. When no matching item exists under the same bar code, the patient does not need to repeatedly match the item, and the waste of inspection resources is avoided.
And S8, when the X is larger than or equal to 1, obtaining the auditing result of the detection result of the item to be audited according to the numerical relationship between the detection result of the item to be audited and each detection result of the matched item.
It can be understood that, between the test items, due to the relevance of the internal mechanism, there is a specific relationship between the values, and when the range of the value relationship is beyond the range that has been scientifically verified, it can be determined that the detection result of the test item is in problem.
In the specific implementation, when an examination instruction of a detection result of an item to be examined under any bar code is received, whether patient information corresponding to a detection system of the item to be examined and the bar code of the item to be examined are matched with a preset examination limit is judged, if so, a search range of a matched item is determined, if the search range of the matched item is limited under the same bar code, only the matched item under the same bar code in a first database is searched, if the search range of the matched item is expanded to be under different bar codes, the matched item under the same bar code in the first database is searched first, when the matched items under the same bar code cannot be searched in the first database, the matched items under different bar codes in the second database are searched, and obtaining the checking result of the detection result of the item to be checked according to the numerical relationship between the detection result of the item to be checked and each detection result of the matched item.
It should be noted that the auditing method for detecting the thalassemia is applicable to an auditing system capable of presetting auditing rules, as shown in fig. 2, ① is a preset data limit, ② is a preset detection system, ③ is a set auditing combination, ④ is an item to be audited and a matching item included in the auditing combination, the item to be audited and the matching item are only relative concepts and are not particularly specified, ⑤ is a search range of the set matching item, when the search range is set to be 0 day, the search range only includes the matching item under the same barcode, when the search range is set to be not 0 day, the search range includes the matching item under the same barcode and under different barcodes, ⑥ is a set contradiction numerical relationship, and when the item to be audited and the matching item satisfy the contradiction numerical relationship, the auditing result of the item to be audited can be automatically obtained based on the auditing rules in fig. 2.
In a preferred embodiment, when the specimen type under the barcode is inconsistent with the patient information, the barcode is not approved as the audit result, and an early warning prompt is sent out. By the scheme, when each item under the bar code is displayed and checked, the early warning prompt (the early warning prompt box can be marked as red, and reasons can be explained in data contradiction) is still sent out, experimenters can be reminded to check, and the condition that the experimental sample and the bar code are matched by mistake is avoided. For example, when the type of the sample of the bar code is "vaginal swab", and the sex of the corresponding patient information is "male", an early warning prompt is sent out.
Preferably, when the item to be audited is approved, the early warning prompt box filled with the item to be audited is green, and when the item to be audited is not approved, the early warning prompt box filled with the item to be audited is red; and when the bar code is not approved, the early warning prompt box filled with the bar code is green.
Preferably, if the matching item includes a first item, in steps S3 and S6, obtaining the examination result of the detection result of the item to be examined according to the numerical relationship between the detection result of the item to be examined and each detection result of the matching item specifically includes:
the matching items comprise a first item, and the obtaining of the examination result of the detection result of the item to be examined according to the numerical relationship between the detection result of the item to be examined and each detection result of the matching items specifically comprises:
when the numerical value of the detection result of the item to be audited is larger than the numerical value of any detection result in the first item, the auditing result of the detection result of the item to be audited is that the auditing is not passed;
and when the numerical value of the detection result of the item to be audited is smaller than the numerical value of each detection result in the first item, the audit result of the detection result of the item to be audited is that the audit is passed. When the matching item only comprises one item, whether the item to be checked is abnormal or not can be judged according to the numerical relation between the matching item and the item to be checked.
It can be understood that, by comparing each detection result of the searched matching item with the detection result of the item to be checked, the obtained checking result of the detection result of the item to be checked is more accurate and reliable. The reference range of the method is more comprehensive, and the condition that a certain decisive detection result of the matching item is missed can not occur.
Preferably, the matching items include a second item and a third item, and obtaining the examination result of the detection result of the item to be examined according to the numerical relationship between the detection results of the item to be examined and the matching items specifically includes:
adding every two of each detection result of the second item and each detection result of the third item to obtain a plurality of reference values, wherein if each reference data is smaller than the value of the detection result of the item to be audited, the audit result of the detection result of the item to be audited is approved;
and when at least one reference datum is larger than the value of the detection result of the item to be audited, the audit result of the detection result of the item to be audited is that the audit is not passed.
For example, the item to be examined is hemoglobin a (HbA), the second item is hemoglobin a2(HbA2), and the third item is f (hbf). And when the detection result of the hemoglobin A (HbA) is less than the sum of the detection results of the hemoglobin A2(HbA2) and the detection result of the item F (HbF), judging that the examination result of the detection result of the hemoglobin A (HbA) item is not passed.
Since a plurality of detection results of the item to be checked are received under the same barcode, and each time a detection result is received, whether the detection result passes the verification or not is checked, and the verification result of the item to be checked can be obtained according to whether each detection result in the item to be checked passes the verification or not, on the basis of the above embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, another preferred embodiment further includes the steps of:
s9, obtaining the auditing result of the item to be audited according to the auditing result of each detection result in the item to be audited; if at least one audit result in the audit results of all detection results in the item to be audited is not approved, determining that the audit result of the item to be audited is not approved;
s10, acquiring an audit result of the bar code according to the audit result of each item to be audited under the bar code, and sending an early warning prompt if the audit result of the bar code is that the audit is not passed; and if at least one of the audit results of all items to be audited under the bar code is that the audit is not passed, determining that the audit result of the bar code is that the audit is not passed.
The process is a process that the detection result determines the item to be checked and the item to be checked determines the bar code. When any detection result has a problem, determining that the item to be audited is not approved; and when any item to be audited is not approved, determining that the bar code is not approved, and sending an early warning prompt to prompt experimenters to check abnormal information and finally confirm the source of the problem. Because the inspection system is a very complex system and comprises the concepts of bar codes, experiment numbers, items, detection results and the like which are gradually reduced, the bar codes are used for sending out early warning prompts (which can be marked as red in the inspection system and display early warning contents), so that experimenters can be reminded to inspect the abnormal conditions of the items under the bar codes, and when one item under the bar codes is displayed to be abnormal (which can be marked as red in the inspection system and display the early warning contents), namely when the item is not approved, the experimenters can obtain the source of the problems. Therefore, the steps have important guiding significance for the experimenters. For example, as shown in fig. 4, when the detection result of hemoglobin a (HbA) is less than the sum of the detection results of hemoglobin a2(HbA2) and f (hbf) in the third item, it is determined that the examination result of the detection result of hemoglobin a (HbA) item is not approved, and then all three items under the barcode issue warning prompts, and it is determined that the barcode is not approved, and the warning is displayed not to pass. In addition, when the items under the bar code are all approved, the bar code shows that the early warning is passed; when the items of the bar code are approved and not approved, the bar code is displayed to be confirmed; and when the items of the bar code are not checked, the bar code shows no early warning. Wherein, the states of the early warning failure, the early warning passing, the waiting confirmation and the non-early warning need to be distinguished by different colors.
In the specific implementation process of embodiment 1, the matching item obtained according to the second database needs to satisfy a preset condition, where the preset condition is that the patient information of the other barcode where the matching item is located matches the patient information of the barcode where the item to be checked is located. That is, the patient corresponding to different barcodes and the patient corresponding to the barcode of the item to be examined need to be kept consistent (i.e. the same patient). In the process, matching items under different bar codes need to be searched based on the patient information contained in the bar code where the item to be checked is located, which is a process of obtaining the detection result of the matching item from the second database. Preferably, the patient information includes hospital, gender, name and age, and the same patient under different bar codes can be found according to the matching of the four information.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 5, the step S5 of obtaining the detection result of the matching item according to the second database specifically includes:
s51, acquiring other bar codes where the detection results of the matched items are located according to the second database;
in this step, the matching item is searched first, and then the other bar codes where the matching item is located are obtained, it can be understood that there are a plurality of detection results for the matching item in the second database, and each detection result is located under a different bar code, so that the next step needs to search for other bar codes with the same patient information as the bar code where the item to be examined is located.
S52, acquiring the other bar codes to acquire corresponding patient information, comparing the patient information of the other bar codes with the patient information of the bar codes, and acquiring the detection result of the matched item according to the other bar codes when the patient conditions of the other bar codes and the patient conditions of the bar codes meet the condition that the difference between hospital matching, gender matching, name matching and age is less than a preset threshold value. In the steps, the matched items are searched, and then the bar codes of the matched items are compared with the bar codes of the items to be checked, so that the matched items corresponding to the same patient are searched.
In the step, matching conditions of the patient information of the other barcodes and the barcode of the to-be-checked item are set, wherein the matching conditions comprise hospital matching, gender matching, name matching and age difference values smaller than a preset threshold value. Through the information matching process, the detection result of the matched item corresponding to the patient condition of the bar code can be obtained. Wherein, the preset threshold is determined by the search range of the preset matching items. When the search range of the preset matching item comprises published data in a preset time period, due to the timeliness of the check item, the published data in an indefinite period cannot be searched, and therefore the search range of the preset matching item needs to set the time period of the published data; for example, when the search range of the preset matching item includes published data within 350 days, the preset threshold is 1 year; when the preset search range of the matching item includes published data within 700 days, the preset threshold is 2 years.
In another preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, the step S5 of determining whether the detection result of the matching item corresponding to the patient condition of the barcode exists in the history record in the second time period specifically includes:
s51', comparing the patient information of other bar codes in the second database with the patient information of the bar codes;
in the step, the patient information of other bar codes is compared with the patient information of the bar code of the item to be checked.
S52', if the patient information of any other bar code and the patient information of the bar code meet the condition that the difference value of hospital matching, gender matching, name matching and age is less than a preset threshold value, the detection result of the matching item is obtained. And searching other bar codes corresponding to the bar code of the item to be checked, and searching the matched item from the other bar codes.
When the patient condition of any other bar code and the patient condition of the bar code meet that the difference value between hospital matching, gender matching, name matching and age is less than a preset threshold value, the other bar code and the bar code of the item to be checked correspond to the same patient, so that whether a matched item exists or not can be searched under the other bar code.
The invention also provides a device for detecting the result correspondingly, as shown in fig. 7, comprising:
the judging module 101 is configured to receive an audit instruction of a detection result of an item to be audited under any barcode, judge whether a detection system of the item to be audited matches a preset detection system, and judge whether patient information of the barcode matches a preset data limit;
a search range determining module 102, configured to determine a search range of a preset matching item if the detection system of the item to be checked matches a preset detection system and it is determined that the patient information of the barcode matches a preset data limit; the matching items are items which are pre-associated with the items to be checked;
the first searching module 103 is configured to, if a preset searching range of a matching item includes matching items under the same barcode but does not include matching items under different barcodes, obtain M detection results of the matching item according to a first database; wherein M is more than or equal to 0;
the first auditing module 104 is configured to, when M is greater than or equal to 1, obtain an audit result of the detection result of the item to be audited according to a numerical relationship between the detection result of the item to be audited and each detection result of the matching item; wherein the first database comprises detection results of a plurality of items under the bar code;
the second searching module 105 is configured to obtain N detection results of the matching items according to the first database if a preset searching range of the matching items includes the matching items under the same barcode and the matching items under different barcodes; wherein N is more than or equal to 0;
the second auditing module 106 is used for acquiring the auditing result of the detection result of the item to be audited according to the numerical relationship between the detection result of the item to be audited and each detection result of the matched item when N is greater than or equal to 1;
a third searching module 107, configured to obtain, when N is equal to 0, X detection results of the matching item according to the second database; wherein X is more than or equal to 0; the second database comprises detection results of a plurality of items under different bar codes; matching items obtained according to a second database and needing to meet preset conditions, wherein the preset conditions are that patient information of other barcodes where the matching items are located is matched with patient information of barcodes where the items to be checked are located;
and the third auditing module 108 is used for obtaining the auditing result of the detection result of the item to be audited according to the numerical relationship between the detection result of the item to be audited and each detection result of the matched item when the X is greater than or equal to 1.
In summary, the invention discloses an auditing method and device for detecting thalassemia, by first determining whether the patient information corresponding to the bar code of the item to be audited and the detection system of the item to be audited matches with the preset auditing limit, if so, starting to determine the searching range of the matched item, if the searching range of the matched item is limited under the same bar code, only searching the matched items under the same bar code in the first database, if the searching range of the matched items is expanded to be under different bar codes, firstly searching the matched items under the same bar code in the first database, when the matched items under the same bar code cannot be searched in the first database, the matched items under different bar codes in the second database are searched, and obtaining the checking result of the detection result of the item to be checked according to the numerical relationship between the detection result of the item to be checked and each detection result of the matched item.
While the foregoing is directed to the preferred embodiment of the present invention, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
