For the purpose of making the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the following description will be made by way of specific embodiments with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present application provides a medical data processing and management method, which is executed by an electronic device, and includes:
Step S101, a plurality of examination items of the doctor person and the current department position are obtained.
Wherein, the examination items are the physical examination items prescribed by medical staff according to the current physical condition of the doctor. For example, the examination item may be blood routine, urine routine, brain ct, or the like. The current department position is the position of the department where the doctor is currently located. For example, the current department location is the third-floor 105 of the outpatient service. Specifically, the examination item may include basic data of a doctor, name data of the examination item, and the like, and the current department location may include current department name data and current department location data.
Specifically, the medical staff opens a plurality of examination items according to the physical state of the doctor, the electronic equipment acquires the plurality of examination items, and the position of the doctor where the examination items are opened is acquired, so that the current department position is obtained. Specifically, the medical staff opens a plurality of examination items according to the physical state of the doctor, the terminal of the medical staff can acquire the plurality of examination items, and the position of the doctor for opening the examination items is acquired, so that the current department position is obtained. More specifically, GPS positioning may be employed as the current department location at the time the healthcare worker opens an examination item.
More specifically, when the consultant is an inpatient, the electronic device acquires the ward position of the current consultant as the current department position; when the doctor is a non-doctor, the electronic equipment acquires the department position of the current medical staff as the current department position.
Step S102, according to the plurality of inspection items, the respective corresponding inspection positions of the inspection items and the respective corresponding current numbers of people to be inspected are determined.
The inspection positions are positions of corresponding inspection items of the doctor, one inspection item corresponds to one inspection position, the inspection positions corresponding to each inspection item are preset, and the preset inspection positions can be automatically found according to the names or numbers of the inspection items and other information, for example, the inspection positions corresponding to blood routine inspection items are the second floor 101 rooms of the outpatient service, and the inspection positions corresponding to urine routine inspection items are the second floor 102 rooms of the outpatient service.
The current number of people to be checked is the number of people to be checked corresponding to the checking item when the medical staff opens the checking item, for example: the current number of people to be examined is 5. Specifically, determining the number of people to be checked currently corresponding to each checking item may specifically include: when medical staff opens an inspection project, an acquisition instruction is sent to the inspection equipment corresponding to each inspection project, so that the inspection equipment sends the current number of people to be inspected to the electronic equipment, and the electronic equipment obtains the current number of people to be inspected corresponding to each inspection project according to the received current number of people to be inspected.
Step S103, determining a project plan to be checked according to the current department position, each checking position and each current number of people to be checked, and sending the project plan to be checked to a terminal of a doctor.
The project to be checked is a plan with a checking sequence composed of a plurality of checking projects, for example, the project to be checked can be a plan with a current department position, a blood routine checking is performed at a blood routine position, a urine routine checking is performed at a urine routine position, and a brain ct checking is performed at a brain ct position.
Specifically, according to the current department position and each examination position, determining an examination position closest to the current department position as a first examination position; and determining the inspection position closest to the first inspection position from all inspection positions except the first inspection position, taking the inspection position as a second inspection position, and the like, obtaining the inspection sequence of all inspection items so as to obtain an item plan to be inspected, and feeding the item plan to be inspected back to the terminal of the doctor.
Specifically, the project plan to be inspected may further include total path data, total waiting time length data, and the like. More specifically, a first current number of people to be checked and a first historical average person checking time length of a first checking position are obtained, and the product of the first historical average person checking time length and the first current number of people to be checked is calculated to obtain a first waiting time length; obtaining a second current number of people to be checked and a second historical number of people to be checked in a second checking position, calculating the product of the second historical number of people to be checked and the second current number of people to be checked to obtain a second waiting time length, and so on, obtaining the waiting time lengths corresponding to the checking positions respectively, calculating the sum of the waiting time lengths to obtain a total waiting time length, and feeding back the waiting time lengths and the total waiting time length to a terminal of a doctor-seeing person, see fig. 2. For example, the project plan to be checked may be to start from the current department location, go to the blood routine position first, wait for about 10 minutes, then go to the urine routine position, wait for about 5 minutes, then go to the brain ct position, and wait for about 15 minutes, then go to the brain ct position.
Further, after determining the project plan to be inspected, the project plan to be inspected can be sent to a terminal of the doctor, so that the doctor can inspect the project according to the project plan to be inspected. Further, when the project plan to be checked is sent to the terminal of the doctor, the project plan to be checked is synchronously stored in the doctor card of the doctor, so that the doctor can put the clinic card in any information inquiry equipment of a hospital, check the project plan to be checked, and check according to the project plan to be checked.
Step S104, detecting whether the state of each examination item is a done state, if the state of each examination item is a done state, updating the project plan to be examined, and sending the updated project plan to be examined to the terminal of the doctor.
Wherein the state of the inspection item includes an undone state and a done state.
Specifically, after the electronic device sends the project plan to be inspected to the terminal of the doctor, the doctor inspects according to the project plan to be inspected, and when the doctor finishes one inspection project, the state of the inspection project is converted from the un-done state to the done state. More specifically, it may be determined whether the item to be inspected is paid for to derive whether the inspection item was performed by the doctor. When the examination item to be examined is paid, it is described whether the examination item is carried out by the doctor, that is, the state of the examination item is the done state. At this time, the inspection item in the done state may be deleted from the item plan to be inspected, and the updated item plan to be inspected may be obtained. For example, when the state of the blood routine item is the done state, the updated item to be checked is planned as: urine routine examination is performed at the urine routine position, and brain ct examination is performed at the brain ct position.
Further, the updated project plan to be checked is sent to the terminal of the doctor, so that the doctor can check according to the latest project plan to be checked, and the checking efficiency of the doctor is improved.
One possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, before the step S101, may further include: receiving the data of the doctor, acquiring the historical doctor data corresponding to the doctor, determining a plurality of characteristic parameters according to the historical doctor data and the current symptom data, determining recommended examination items from all standard examination items according to the plurality of characteristic parameters, and outputting the recommended examination items.
Wherein the attendant data includes basic data and current symptom data. In particular, the base data is used to characterize personal attributes of the attendant, which may be, for example, height attributes, weight attributes, head circumference attributes, and BMI attributes, among others. The current symptom data is used for representing the current abnormal situation of the body of the doctor, for example, the current symptom data can be headache, stomachache, vomiting and the like.
The characteristic parameter is a parameter for characterizing the physical condition of the patient, and for example, the characteristic parameter may be a blood glucose value, a blood pressure value or a leukocyte value. The data corresponding to the examination item result of the recommended examination item comprises at least one characteristic parameter. The standard examination item is an examination item which can be currently done in a hospital and is preset in advance.
Specifically, after receiving the data of the doctor, the historical doctor data of the doctor can be obtained, the historical doctor data and the doctor data are analyzed, and parameters which possibly cause the doctor to generate current symptom causes are obtained and taken as characteristic parameters. Further, after the characteristic parameters are determined, judging whether the characteristic parameters exist in the standard inspection item results or not from the standard inspection item results corresponding to the standard inspection items. If the standard inspection item exists, taking the standard inspection item corresponding to the standard inspection item result as a recommended inspection item; if not, the item is not used as a recommended examination item. Further, after determining the recommended examination items, the recommended examination items are output to be displayed on the terminal of the medical staff, and when the medical staff opens the examination items for the doctor, a reference for the doctor to perform the examination items is provided for the medical staff.
In a possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, in the step S103, determining a project plan to be inspected according to the current department position, each inspection position, and each current number of people to be inspected may specifically include: determining a first distance between the current department position and each examination position and a second distance between any two examination positions according to the current department position and each examination position; determining a first project plan according to the first distance and the second distance; determining the inspection waiting time length of each inspection item according to the current number of people to be inspected of each inspection item, and determining a second item plan according to each inspection waiting time length; and determining a project plan to be checked according to the first project plan and the second project plan.
The path taken by the doctor adopting the first project plan is shortest, and the waiting time required by the doctor adopting the second project plan is shortest.
Specifically, the first distance is a distance between the current department location and each examination location, and each examination location corresponds to a first distance, for example: the method comprises the steps that when a current department position a is detected, the detection position comprises a detection position b1, a detection position b2 and a detection position b3, the distance between the current department position a and the detection position b1 is calculated to obtain a first distance c1, the distance between the current department position a and the detection position b2 is calculated to obtain a first distance c2, and the distance between the current department position a and the detection position b3 is calculated to obtain a first distance c3.
The second distance is a distance between every two inspection positions, that is, a distance between the inspection position b1 and the inspection position b2 (second distance d 1), a distance between the inspection position b1 and the inspection position b3 (second distance d 2), and a distance between the inspection position b2 and the inspection position b3 (second distance d 3) in the above example.
Further, after the first distance and the second distance are obtained, the path of the doctor may be standardized in order to improve the inspection efficiency of the doctor. More specifically, a minimum first distance may be determined from the respective first distances, and an examination position corresponding to the minimum first distance may be taken as the first examination position, for example, the first distance between the current department position a and the examination position b3 is the minimum, and the first examination position is the examination position b3.
After the first inspection position is determined, the inspection position closest to the first inspection position is determined by taking the first inspection position as an initial, taking the first inspection position as a second inspection position, taking the second inspection position as a reference, determining the inspection position closest to the second inspection position from the rest of the inspection positions, taking the third inspection position as a reference, and the like until the sorting of the inspection positions is completed, so as to obtain the first project plan. For example: the first inspection position is an inspection position b3, the second distance corresponding to the inspection position b3 comprises a distance corresponding to the inspection position b3 and an inspection position b1, and the distance corresponding to the inspection position b3 and the inspection position b2, if the distance between the inspection position b3 and the inspection position b2 is smaller than the distance between the inspection position b1 and the inspection position b2, the second inspection position is the inspection position b2, and so on until the sorting of the inspection position b1, the inspection position b2 and the inspection position b3 is completed, so as to obtain the first project plan.
In particular, it is also possible to improve the examination efficiency by reasonably arranging the waiting time of the doctor. Specifically, determining the inspection waiting time period of each inspection item according to the current number of people to be inspected of each inspection item, and determining the second item plan according to each inspection waiting time period may include: obtaining the current waiting number of each inspection item, obtaining the historical personnel average inspection time length of each inspection item, calculating the product of the current waiting number of each inspection item and the historical personnel average inspection time length to obtain the inspection waiting time length of each inspection item, and sequencing all the inspection items according to the mode that the inspection waiting time length is from small to large to obtain a second item plan.
Further, after determining the first project plan and the second project plan, the electronic device may send the first project plan and the second project plan to the terminal of the doctor, the doctor selects the project plan to be performed, and the electronic device receives the project plan selected by the doctor and uses the project plan selected by the doctor as the project plan to be checked. For example, the doctor selects a first project plan, and the first project plan is the project plan to be checked.
Further, when the project plan to be inspected is the second project plan, after obtaining the inspection waiting time of each inspection project, other inspection project plans of other consultants can be obtained, and other project plans with the same inspection project in the inspection project plans of the consultants are screened and used as other identical project plans. And acquiring the time when other consultants in the same project plan perform the same examination project, if the time is earlier than the time when the consultants in the examination project plan perform the same examination project, re-calculating the examination waiting time of the same examination project by combining the examination waiting time of the same examination project, and updating the second project plan.
In a possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, in the step S103, determining a project plan to be inspected according to the current department position, each inspection position, and each current number of people to be inspected may specifically include: judging whether empty stomach examination items exist in each examination item, if so, determining a first sub-plan according to the current department position, the examination position of each empty stomach examination item and the current number of people to be examined; determining other inspection items according to the empty stomach inspection items, and determining a second sub-plan according to the inspection position of each other inspection item and the number of people to be inspected currently; and determining a project plan to be checked according to the first sub-plan and the second sub-plan.
Wherein, the empty stomach examination item is the examination item which needs to be carried out by the doctor on an empty stomach, and the rest examination items are examination items except for the empty stomach examination item in the plurality of examination items. The project plan to be checked comprises a first sub-plan and a second sub-plan, and the first sub-plan in the project plan to be checked is positioned in front of the second plan. Specifically, the first sub-plan includes an inspection sequence of each empty inspection item, and the second sub-plan includes an inspection sequence of each remaining inspection item.
Specifically, when determining the project plan to be inspected, some inspection projects have a certain specificity, for example, inspection projects requiring the diagnosis personnel to perform the inspection on an empty stomach are required, and in this case, in order to reduce the empty stomach time of the diagnosis personnel, in the project plan to be inspected, the empty stomach inspection projects can be planned to be made first, and then the rest inspection projects can be made. More specifically, acquiring notice matters of each examination item, and judging whether the notice matters of each examination item have words to be fasting, if so, indicating that the examination item needs to be fasting checked by a doctor, namely, the examination item is a fasting examination item; if not, it is indicated that the inspection item is not a fasting inspection item.
Further, after the fasting examination items are determined, the examination order of each fasting examination item, that is, the first sub-plan, is determined according to the current department location, the examination location of each fasting examination item, and the current number of people to be examined. And then taking the items except the empty examination items in a plurality of examination items of the personnel to be diagnosed as the rest examination items, and determining the examination sequence of each rest examination item, namely the second sub-plan according to the examination position of the last empty examination item in the first sub-plan, the examination position of each rest examination item and the current number of people to be examined. Further, after the first sub-plan and the second sub-plan are determined, a project plan to be inspected is obtained according to the inspection sequence of each inspection project. The manner of determining the first sub-plan and the manner of determining the second sub-plan may refer to the manner of determining the project plan to be checked, which is not described herein.
In one possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, in the foregoing embodiment, after step S104, the method may further include: when receiving an inspection result sent by inspection equipment of a target inspection item, acquiring basic information of a doctor; judging whether the checking result is matched with the doctor according to the basic information and the checking result; if the target examination item is matched with the target examination item, taking the examination result as the examination result of the doctor, and outputting the examination result to a terminal of the medical staff; if the detection results are not matched, a plurality of detection results obtained by the detection equipment in a preset time period are obtained; and determining the examination result of the doctor in the target examination item from the examination results, and outputting the examination result to the terminal of the medical staff.
Wherein one inspection item corresponds to one inspection device. The basic information of the doctor is personal basic information of the doctor, for example, the basic information can include information such as name, sex, identification card number, age and the like.
The preset time period may be a period of time before the time when the inspection result is received or a period of time after the time when the inspection result is received, and may also be said to be a period of time before and a period of time after the time when the inspection result transmitted by the inspection apparatus is received. For example, the time at which the inspection result is received is 12:00:00 on 1 st 2022, and the preset time period may be 11:55:00-12:05:00 on 1 st 2022.
Specifically, after the electronic device outputs the project plan to be inspected to the terminal of the doctor, the doctor performs project inspection, when the doctor completes one inspection project, the electronic device can acquire the inspection project result corresponding to the inspection project, but the inspection project result may not belong to the doctor due to system blocking or human error and other reasons, so that in order to reduce the occurrence of the situation, the electronic device can match the received inspection project result with the doctor and output the inspection project result passing the matching to the medical staff. More specifically, when the electronic device receives a detection result transmitted from the inspection device of the target inspection item, the electronic device may acquire basic information of the doctor person from information in the outpatient card or information contained in the terminal of the doctor person.
Further, after the basic information of the doctor and the inspection result are obtained, the basic information of the inspector contained in the inspection result can be obtained, and whether the basic information of the inspector is matched with the basic information of the doctor or not is judged; the parameters in the inspection result can be obtained, each parameter is analyzed to obtain the state information of the inspector represented by each parameter, and whether the state information is matched with the basic information of the attendant is judged. If the result is matched, the examination result is indicated to belong to the doctor, and the examination result is output to the terminal of the medical staff. For example, the examination item is chest ct, the examination result is chest radiography, the age information and sex information of the examination personnel corresponding to the chest radiography are determined according to the shape and distribution of bones in the chest radiography, whether the age information of the examination personnel is matched with the age information of the doctor is judged, whether the sex information of the examination personnel is matched with the sex information of the doctor is judged, and if the sex information is matched with the sex information of the doctor, the chest radiography belongs to the doctor.
Further, if the results do not match, it is indicated that the inspection result does not belong to the doctor, and at this time, the inspection result of the doctor needs to be determined again. Specifically, a plurality of inspection results obtained by the inspection device in a preset time period can be obtained, whether the inspection results are matched with basic information of the doctor is judged, if the inspection results matched with the basic information of the doctor exist, the inspection results are the inspection results of the doctor in a target inspection item, and the inspection results are output to the terminal of the medical staff. The method for judging whether the inspection result is matched with the basic information of the doctor person may be the above-mentioned judging method, and will not be described herein.
Further, when there is no examination result of the target examination item by the doctor in the plurality of examination results, information of the examination result of the target examination item by the doctor is output to the medical staff terminal so that the medical staff can make the next operation according to the information.
In one possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, in the foregoing embodiment, before receiving an inspection result sent by an inspection device of a target inspection item, the method may further include: acquiring a result acquisition time of a target inspection item; detecting whether a detection result exists in the target detection item at the time of receiving the result; if so, sending a receiving instruction to the inspection equipment of the target inspection item to obtain an inspection result of the target inspection item; if the historical longest duration is not available, acquiring an inspection result obtained by the inspection equipment; taking the historical longest time length as the waiting time length of the inspection result of the target inspection item, and determining the standby result picking time; and when the standby result acquisition time is reached, sending a receiving instruction to the inspection equipment to obtain the inspection result of the target inspection item.
The receiving instruction is used for controlling the checking equipment to send the checking result of the target checking item, and the standby result acquisition time is the time which arrives after the longest historical time from the time when the target checking item is in the done state. The historical longest time is the longest time required by the inspection device to obtain an inspection result in the historical data.
Specifically, after the electronic device sends the project plan to be checked to the terminal of the doctor, the doctor checks the project according to the plan, after the doctor completes one check project, the electronic device needs to acquire the check result of the check project in real time and output the check result to the medical staff terminal, so that the medical staff obtains the check result of the doctor, in order to improve the efficiency of the electronic device for acquiring the check result, the electronic device can determine a result picking time, and the electronic device acquires the check result at the time. More specifically, the electronic device obtains a time when the target inspection item is converted from the non-done state to the done state, takes the time as a starting time, obtains a historical average time length required by the inspection device corresponding to the target inspection item to obtain an inspection result, and takes the time when the starting time passes through the historical average time length as a result picking time.
Further, when the result receiving time is reached, the electronic device does not determine whether the inspection item result exists in the target inspection item, at this time, the electronic device can detect whether the inspection item result exists in the target inspection item first, if so, the electronic device sends a receiving instruction to the inspection device of the target inspection item, the inspection device sends the inspection result to the electronic device according to the received instruction, and the electronic device receives the inspection result; if the result is not available, the electronic equipment re-determines a result acquisition time as a standby result acquisition time, and acquires the inspection item result of the target inspection item at the standby acquisition time. Specifically, the method for determining the standby result picking time may be: and waiting for the historical longest duration of the inspection item result of the target inspection item according to the historical data. And taking the time reached after the initial time passes the historical longest time as the standby result to obtain the time.
Further, when the standby result receiving time is reached, detecting whether the inspection result exists in the target inspection item, if so, sending a receiving instruction to the inspection equipment of the target inspection item by the electronic equipment, sending the inspection result to the electronic equipment by the inspection equipment according to the received instruction, and receiving the inspection result by the electronic equipment; if the detection result does not exist, detecting whether the detection result exists in the target detection item or not every preset time period until the detection result exists in the target detection item, sending a receiving instruction to the detection equipment of the target detection item by the electronic equipment, sending the detection result to the electronic equipment by the detection equipment according to the received instruction, and receiving the detection result by the electronic equipment. The preset duration may be set according to the historical data, for example, the preset duration may be 5 minutes.
In one possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, in the foregoing embodiment, after obtaining the inspection result of the target inspection item, the method may further include: acquiring the state of each examination item; when the state of the checking item is the unremoved state, determining the necessary degree of each checking item in the unremoved state according to the checking item in the unremoved state and the checking result; judging whether the necessary degree of the checking item in the non-done state is smaller than a preset threshold value; if the target examination item is smaller than the target examination item, outputting the target examination item which is not the examination item to a terminal of the medical staff.
The necessary degree is used for representing the degree of checking the checking item in the non-done state, and the target non-done checking item is the checking item in the non-done state with the necessary degree smaller than the preset threshold value. The preset threshold is a value preset in advance, for example, the preset threshold may be 0.2.
Specifically, when the target examination item result is obtained and the examination item in the non-done state exists in the to-be-examined item plan, in order to improve the examination efficiency of the doctor, whether the unnecessary done item exists in the examination item in the non-done state or not can be judged according to the target examination item result, and the unnecessary done item is fed back to the doctor terminal and the medical staff terminal, so that the doctor can not conduct the item examination of the unnecessary done item.
In particular, the manner of determining the degree of necessity of the check item of the undone state may specifically include: and determining a first effect of the target inspection item according to the inspection result of the target inspection item, determining a second effect of the inspection item in the non-done state, judging the overlapping degree of the first effect and the second effect, and determining the necessary degree of the inspection item in the non-done state according to the overlapping degree.
Specifically, determining the manner of the first action of the target inspection item according to the inspection result of the target inspection item may specifically include: and acquiring an abnormal parameter with abnormal parameter values in the inspection result, and determining a first effect of the target inspection item according to the current symptom data of the doctor and the abnormal parameter. For example, the current symptom data of the doctor is dizziness, the target examination item is blood pressure examination, the blood pressure value in the examination result is 110/210, the abnormal parameter is the blood pressure value, and the first effect of the blood pressure examination is that the hypertension of the doctor causes the dizziness of the doctor.
Specifically, determining the second effect of the inspection item in the undone state based on the first effect of each target inspection item may specifically include: obtaining result parameters included in the inspection item results corresponding to the inspection items in the non-done state, so as to obtain physical parameters of the doctor person reflected by the inspection results corresponding to the inspection items in the non-done state, and determining the second effect of the target inspection items according to the current symptom data and the result parameters of the doctor person. For example, the current symptom data of the doctor is dizziness, the examination item in the non-done state is blood sugar examination, and the result parameter is blood sugar, and the first function of the blood sugar examination is to judge whether the dizziness of the doctor is caused by blood sugar.
Specifically, determining the overlapping degree of the first action and the second action, and determining the necessary degree of the inspection item in the non-done state according to the overlapping degree may specifically include: according to the first actions of each target inspection item, judging whether the first actions can cover the second actions of each inspection item in the non-done state, and when the first actions can cover the second actions of an inspection item in the non-done state, indicating that the first actions and the second actions are completely overlapped, wherein the necessary degree of the inspection item in the non-done state is low. When a plurality of first actions cannot cover the second actions of any examination item in an unremoved state, the first actions and the second actions are not completely overlapped, and the necessity of the examination item in the unremoved state is high. More specifically, the manner of determining the necessary degree according to the degree of overlap may specifically include: when the first action and the second action are completely overlapped, the necessary degree of the checking item of the non-done state is low, that is, the overlapping degree is inversely proportional to the necessary degree, the overlapping degree of the first action and the second action=100%, and the necessary degree of the checking item of the non-done state is approximately equal to 1-overlapping degree; when the first action and the second action are not completely overlapped, a second target action which does not belong to the first action is determined from the second action, wherein the overlapping degree=the number of the second target actions/the number of the first actions, the necessity degree of the inspection items in the non-done state is high, and the necessity degree of the inspection items in the non-done state is 1-overlapping degree.
Further, after determining the necessary degree of the inspection item in the non-done state, judging whether the necessary degree is smaller than a preset threshold value, if so, taking the inspection item with the necessary degree smaller than the preset threshold value as a target non-done inspection item, and outputting the target non-done inspection item to a terminal of medical staff; if not, the method is unchanged.
After determining the necessary degree of the inspection item in the undone state, in the step S104, the project plan to be inspected is updated, and the updated project plan to be inspected is sent to the terminal of the doctor, which may specifically include: and deleting the target non-examination item in the to-be-examined item plan when the necessary degree is smaller than the preset threshold target non-examination item, and sending the deleted to-be-examined item plan to the terminal of the doctor.
Specifically, when there is an inspection item that is not made by the target, the inspection item that is not made by the target in the project plan to be inspected may be deleted, and the reason for deleting the inspection item that is not made by the target may be determined according to the first action and the second action, and the reason for deleting may be fed back to the terminal of the doctor.
Further, in order to facilitate understanding of the doctor, the role of each examination item can be determined according to a plurality of examination items and historical data, and the role is fed back to the terminal of the doctor.
Specifically, the role of determining each inspection item may specifically be: acquiring physical condition information and historical disease information of the doctor, and determining the effect of each examination item according to each examination item, the physical condition information and the historical disease information of the doctor. Specifically, according to the result data of each inspection item, the corresponding inspection purpose of each inspection item is determined, and according to the inspection purpose, the effect of each inspection item is determined. For example, the physical condition information of the doctor is dizziness, the history disease information is hypertension and diabetes, the examination items are blood pressure examination, blood routine and brain ct, and according to the history disease information, it is possible to analyze blood pressure examination to see whether the dizziness is caused by hypertension at this time, blood routine to see whether the dizziness is caused by hyperglycemia at this time, and brain ct is to determine whether the head is problematic, and cause dizziness.
