In the prior art, the test items of emergency and general tests are typically performed on instruments in a clinical laboratory of a hospital. Taking a sample analyzer as an example, an input device and an output device may be included; after receiving the user input, the sample analyzer performs a verification analysis. For emergency project queries, the operations that need to be performed include: the emergency sample ID is inquired, the emergency sample ID is input into the instrument to inquire the project information, and the emergency examination result or the emergency project information is obtained, so that the operation is complex and the time consumption is long.
Based on the above, the invention provides a test item display method which can simplify the operation and help a user to quickly acquire information, and can be applied to a sample analyzer.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, there is provided a test item display method of a sample analyzer, including the steps of:
s110: and arranging and displaying information of a plurality of inspection items according to the initial arrangement rule on an inspection item display interface.
Wherein the inspection items include emergency items and non-emergency items. Generally, a computer of a hospital department may communicate with a sample analyzer of a laboratory through a Hospital Information System (HIS) or a Laboratory Information System (LIS) to issue test items of a patient to the sample analyzer of the laboratory. For example, according to a preset rule, the test items issued by the emergency department are emergency items, and the test items issued by the non-emergency department are non-emergency items. The user may also set the source of the test item to be marked as an emergency item by himself, for example, the user may set the test item issued by the operating room as an emergency item in addition to the emergency department. The user's settings may be implemented in the instrument settings portion of the sample analyzer. The sample analyzer may obtain the source of the test item by communicating with the HIS/LIS system, for example by determining the source by character matching in the item data of the test item.
Of course, emergency items may also be set by the user on the sample analyzer by selecting an existing test item. In this case, the sample analyzer displays the samples to be tested, and the user selects the samples to be tested quickly as emergency samples, so that the sample analyzer automatically prepares emergency marks for the items to be tested of the samples.
The test item display interface is an interface for displaying information of each test item by the sample analyzer. The initial arrangement rule may be preset according to a user requirement, for example, the initial arrangement rule may be a rule ordering according to an item of information specified in the test item. And displaying information of a plurality of inspection items arranged according to the initial arrangement rule on an inspection item display interface.
S130: upon detection of an emergency priority operation, emergency items are screened among the inspection items.
Emergency prioritizing operations are operations for indicating that emergency project prioritization is to be performed. For example, the input device of the sample analyzer includes a mouse, a keyboard, and a virtual keyboard, and the emergency preferential operation may be a designated input operation using a designated input device.
S150: prioritizing and updating the display of the information of the emergency project.
And after the emergency treatment projects are screened, the information of the emergency treatment projects is arranged in a preferential mode, and the information of the multiple inspection projects after the arrangement is updated is displayed. The priority ranking refers to ranking the emergency items and the non-emergency items later, that is, ranking the emergency items before the non-emergency items, so that the user can view the emergency items first.
According to the inspection item display method, the emergency items are arranged in front by screening and arranging the emergency items preferentially, so that automatic preferential display of the emergency items is realized, and the user can see the information of the emergency items preferentially from the arranged plurality of inspection items, so that the inquiry operation is simplified, the inquiry time is saved, and the inquiry efficiency of the emergency items is improved.
In one embodiment, the emergency priority operation includes a click operation of a preset shortcut key. The preset shortcut key can be set according to actual needs. For example, on a keyboard as an input device, setting an F3 key as a shortcut key, and operating the emergency preferentially as clicking the shortcut key F3; that is, if the F3 key is detected to be clicked, the emergency treatment priority operation is detected, the sample analyzer screens out emergency treatment items from the test items in which the flow is established, and the emergency treatment items are displayed at the forefront of the item list, so that the emergency treatment items can be rapidly prioritized.
In one embodiment, step S150 includes: arranging information according to the sequence of the front emergency treatment items and the rear non emergency treatment items, and updating display; the emergency treatment items are arranged according to the initial arrangement rule, and the non-emergency treatment items are arranged according to the initial arrangement rule.
For example, if the emergency treatment items include item 8, item 4, item 6, and item 2, and the non-emergency treatment items include item 5, item 3, item 1, and item 7, the initial arrangement order is: item 1, item 2, item 3, item 4, item 5, item 6, item 7, item 8. The emergency treatment items are arranged preferentially, and the updated arrangement order is item 2, item 4, item 6, item 8, item 1, item 3, item 5 and item 7. Thus, the emergency treatment projects can be prioritized, and the ordered arrangement can be ensured. It will be appreciated that the initial arrangement rules may also be arranged according to other rules.
In one embodiment, the information of the test item includes a sample number, a sample type, and a test status, and in particular, the information of the emergency item further includes an emergency mark.
The sample number is a number for identifying a patient to whom the test sample corresponds, and one patient corresponds to one sample number. The sample type refers to a sample class to be tested, for example, for a blood sample, the sample type may be serum, plasma, and the sample tube carrying the sample may be any of various common sample tube types such as a conventional tube, a freezing tube, and the like. The check state refers to an execution state in which the check item is in, including incomplete and completed, wherein the incomplete may be in progress. For emergency projects, the information also includes emergency marks, for example, the emergency marks can be carried in the inspection state of the emergency project, or the emergency marks can be carried in other information contents, or the emergency marks can be taken as one information content alone.
For example, a plurality of test items are arranged to form a list, one test item corresponds to a row of the list, and a sample number, a sample type, and a test state respectively correspond to each column of the list; for emergency projects, the corresponding column positions of the inspection status also display emergency indicia, such as the "emergency" word. The sample number, sample type and inspection state of the inspection item are displayed, so that a user can conveniently check various information, and the emergency mark is carried in the inspection state of the emergency item, so that the user can conveniently distinguish the emergency mark.
In one embodiment, the information of the test item further includes a sample source; the initial arrangement rule includes an order arrangement based on the sample numbers, a sort arrangement based on the test states, or a sort arrangement based on the sample sources. Where the sample source is information indicative of the location of the sample collection, such as the sample source including an emergency room, an operating room, etc. If the initial arrangement rule is an order arrangement based on sample numbers, the initial arrangement rule may be an order arrangement from small to large sample numbers or an order arrangement from large to small sample numbers. If the initial arrangement rule is based on the test status classification arrangement, it may be to arrange test items whose test status is completed first, to arrange test items whose test status is not completed, or to arrange test items whose test status is not completed first and then to arrange test items whose test status is completed.

Specifically, the time may be recorded when a start feedback signal for indicating the start of the inspection item is received, thereby obtaining the start time of this inspection item.
Step (a 2): when the completion feedback information of the inspection item is detected, setting the corresponding inspection state as completed, acquiring the actual time for completing the inspection and setting the actual time as the corresponding completion time.
Specifically, it may be that whether completion feedback information indicating completion of the inspection item is received is detected, if so, it indicates that the corresponding inspection item is completed, the column position of the inspection state of this inspection item is filled with "completed", the actual time for completing the inspection is obtained, and the actual time is displayed at the column position of the completion time of this inspection item. Wherein, the actual time for completing the test may be equal to the time for receiving the completion feedback information, or the time obtained by the test result is taken as the actual time for completing the test.
Step (a 3): when the completion feedback information of the test item is not detected, setting the corresponding test state as incomplete, estimating the time to be completed according to the preset test duration and the starting time of the test item, and setting the time to be completed as the corresponding completion time.
The checking duration refers to the time required to be checked for fixing the checking items, and each checking item corresponds to a preset checking duration. And adding a preset checking duration on the basis that the waiting time is equal to the starting time.
If the completion feedback information for indicating the completion of the test item is not received, the corresponding test item is not completed, and the completion is not completed; at this time, "incomplete" is displayed at the column position of the inspection state of this inspection item, and "in progress" may be filled in specifically; the time to completion is calculated and displayed at the column position of the completion time of this check item.
Specifically, checking the unfinished status of the item may further include: uncommitted "," committed "," ready to run "," running "," error "," terminated ", etc. Here, the actual state of the test item is displayed.
By identifying the checking state of the checking item and displaying the actual completion time or the estimated time to be completed, the user can conveniently check and know the state and time information of the checking item.
In one embodiment, the information of the completed verification item further includes a verification result; the inspection item display method further includes the step of displaying the result: and when the clicking operation of the result link corresponding to the test result is detected, skipping to display the result detail interface.
For example, the finished multi-column information of the inspection item comprises inspection results, a result link is added at the detection result, a user can jump to a result detail interface corresponding to the result link when clicking the result link, and the result detail interface displays the detailed result of inspection, so that the user can inquire the detailed result through clicking the link, and the use is convenient.
