技术领域
本发明涉及一种注射器支架以及一种自动注射器。
背景技术
给送注射剂是对用户和健康护理专业人员提出心理和身体上的多种冒险和挑战的过程。注射装置通常落入两种类别——手动装置和自动注射器。在传统手动装置中,需要手动力来驱动药物通过针。这通常由在注射期间需要连续被挤压的柱塞来完成。存在与该方法相关联的若干缺点。例如,如果柱塞过早地被释放,则注射将停止并且可能不输送预期的剂量。此外,推动柱塞所需的力可能太大(例如,如果用户是老人或小孩的话)。并且,对准注射装置、给送注射剂、以及在注射期间仍然保持注射装置可能需要一些病人可能不具备的敏捷性。
自动注射器装置可以是单次使用或可重复使用装置并且目的是使自注射对于病人而言更容易。常规自动注射器可以完全或部分取代手动装置的肠胃外药物输送中所涉及的活动。通常,这样的活动包括移除保护性注射器盖、插入针、施加力以便给送注射剂以及可能地移除和遮蔽所使用的针。
仍然存在对自动注射器内的注射器支架和包括这样的注射器支架的改进的自动注射器的需要,使得自动注射器及其部件,具体地注射器,牢固地布置在壳体内。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是提供注射器支架以及具有这样的注射器支架的改进的自动注射器。
该目的通过如本发明所述的注射器支架和自动注射器来实现。
本发明的示例性实施例在本发明中给出。
本公开的一个方面涉及一种用于支撑注射器相对于自动注射器的壳体的轴向位置的注射器支架,其中注射器支架包括支撑梁,支撑梁布置在注射器支架上且径向向内偏,其中支撑梁适于在轴向上使注射器在壳体内沿远侧方向偏。
注射器支架提供注射器在壳体内的固定布置。具体地,注射器支架允许公差补偿。例如,注射器支架允许,由于制造公差而具有不同的长度的注射器可以被布置在相同的壳体内。此外,注射器支架防止注射器在壳体中振荡(rattle),并且至少减少并且防止注射器的轴向移动,否则注射器的轴向移动会导致保护性针罩相对于注射器移位,潜在地影响无菌性。
在一示例性实施例中,支撑梁适于在远侧方向容纳注射器在壳体内的可变长度。换言之,支撑梁通过补偿不同的注射器长度提供固定布置。具体地,支撑梁适于补偿注射器的长度最大5%,具体地3%。例如,对于长度50mm的注射器,注射器支架容纳注射器长度+/-1.5mm。
另外,对于具有较小长度的注射器,支撑梁可以使由于坠落而引起的冲击力的震动阻尼,使得注射器不太容易损害。例如,由于在自动注射器的端部上的冲击力,注射器向后移动,支撑梁的一部分偏转并且进一步径向向外地加压力,使得注射器的向后移动能够被吸收,具体地被阻尼且被约束。
在一示例性实施例中,支撑梁位于注射器支架的远侧上。因此,远侧支撑梁将注射器固持在适当的位置。此外,多于一个支撑梁可以环绕注射器凸缘的圆周布置,因此注射器可靠地保持在适当的位置中。
在一示例性实施例中,支撑梁形成为屈曲横梁。具体地,支撑梁形成为径向向内的半弧或弧,使得支撑梁能够被维持在松驰位置中以及形成注射器的止挡以便补偿不同的注射器长度。此外,由于注射器的不同长度,在注射器的装配期间支撑梁可能受到压力,以避免或至少最小化损害的风险。例如,在装配期间,注射器在其远端处由注射器承载架支撑并保持,其中注射器的近端,即,凸缘,伸出注射器承载架的近端,使得支撑梁的接合凸缘的一部分偏转并且进一步径向向外地加压力,使得注射器的长度能够得到补偿。
此外,支撑梁可以由弹性材料形成。具体地,弹性支撑梁能够呈弹性材料弧的形式,其中,该弧的至少一端附接到壳体,并且该弧的外自由端与注射器的凸缘并排。
在另一实施例中,支撑梁的一端附接到注射器支架并且相对端是自由端。具体地,支撑梁一体化到注射器支架中,其中支撑梁从注射器支架中的凹口或孔隙径向向内延伸,使得当注射器被装配或向后方移动时,支撑梁径向向外偏转到凹口或孔隙中。在可选实施例中,支撑梁的两端都可以附接到注射器支架,例如附接到注射器支架中的孔隙的相对端。这样的支撑梁可以是注射器支架的部分并且可以一体化到孔隙中作为弯折部或弧。具体地,为了制造的便利性,支撑梁可以与注射器支架一体成型。
此外,注射器支架可以包括多个孔隙,所述多个孔隙适于形成对应数量的支撑梁,当将注射器装配在壳体内适当的位置时,所述支撑梁与注射器的凸缘相互作用以便提供长度补偿或阻尼以及限制较小的注射器向后的轴向移动。此外,支撑梁可以环绕注射器凸缘的圆周布置,因此注射器可靠地被保持在适当的位置中。
在另一实施例中,至少两个支撑梁布置在注射器支架上。至少两个支撑梁彼此相对地布置。多于两个支撑梁可以被设置并且可以对称地布置在注射器支架上。此外,至少两个支撑梁形成为屈曲横梁,例如形成为径向向内弯折部,比如半弧或弧。
在一示例性实施例中,至少两个支撑梁具有不同的自由端,其中自由端中的一个是弯折的,并且另一个自由端是直的。在自动注射器的已装配状态下,支撑梁的不同的自由端横向地延伸到注射器的凸缘之外。因此,注射器的凸缘抵靠不同的自由端。不同的自由端适于提供固定轴向支持并且将注射器相对于壳体沿向后方向定位。因此,破损的风险降低。这增加能够被容纳的几何注射器长度的范围。
根据本公开的另一个方面,自动注射器包括如上文所描述的注射器支架和壳体,其中壳体包括这样的注射器支架。
在已装配状态下,支撑梁和注射器的凸缘彼此接触并且被挤压到彼此上,使得注射器被牢固地定位。

具体实施方式
图1是在装配之后的状态下的自动注射器1的示例性实施例的示意透视局部截面。
自动注射器1包括壳体2,壳体2包括套筒形前部2.1和后部2.2。可替代地,壳体2可以形成为一件式壳体(未示出)。
壳体2适于容纳注射器3,例如玻璃注射器。注射器3可以是含有液体药剂M的预填充注射器,并且具有布置在远端上的针4。在另一示例性实施例中,注射器3可以是包含药剂M并且接合(例如,通过螺纹、扣合、摩擦等)可移除针的药筒。在示出的示例性实施例中,注射器3被保持在壳体2内并且在其近端处由下面进一步描述的注射器支架15支撑在壳体2中。

13.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的注射器支架(15,15’),其中至少两个支撑梁(15.1)被布置在所述注射器支架(15,15’)上,而且
其中所述至少两个支撑梁(15.1)中的第一支撑梁(15.1)与所述至少两个支撑梁(15.1)中的第二支撑梁(15.1)之间的距离在沿所述第一支撑梁(15.1)或沿所述第二支撑梁(15.1)行进时减小,
优选在沿近侧方向(P)上行进时,
并且优选沿所述至少两个支撑梁(15.1)的整个轴向长度。

15.一种自动注射器(1),包括:
-根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的注射器支架(15,15’),和
-壳体(2),其中所述壳体(2)包括注射器支架(15,15’)。
16.根据权利要求15所述的自动注射器(1),其中所述支撑梁(15.1)和所述注射器(3)的凸缘(3.1)彼此接触并且在已装配状态下被挤压到彼此上,和/或
其中所述注射器支架(15,15’)包括孔隙(15.2),所述支撑梁(15.1)布置在所述孔隙(15.2)中,
其中优选所述支撑梁(15.1)从所述孔隙(15.2)径向向内偏。
17.根据权利要求14-16中任一项所述的自动注射器(1),其中所述壳体(2)包括至少两个刚性臂(2.3),其中,每个刚性臂(2.3)包括一个支撑梁(15.1)。
18.根据权利要求14-17中任一项所述的自动注射器(1),其中所述壳体(2)包括前部(2.1)和后部(2.2),并且所述支撑梁(15.1)布置在所述后部(2.2)上的远侧。
19.根据权利要求14-18中任一项所述的自动注射器(1),其中所述注射器支架(15,15’)包括在远侧方向(D)上延伸的至少两个刚性臂(2.3,15.3)。
20.根据权利要求14-19中任一项所述的自动注射器(1),其中所述自动注射器(1)包括:
-驱动弹簧(9),和
-适于传递所述驱动弹簧(9)的力的柱塞(10)。
