and then the vermicelli and dough sheet is flatly laid on the workbench 1, the brush bristles 44 are used for coating the edible oil on the vermicelli and dough sheet, the vermicelli and dough sheet coated with the edible oil is pulled to pass through the scraper plate 11 to the roller shaft 51, the vermicelli and dough sheet conveying and dough changing are completed, the anti-adhesion treatment of the vermicelli and dough sheet is further completed, and the forming quality of vermicelli is improved.
