(1) The first driving mechanism is turned on, and the first driving mechanism controls the movable plate 28 to move downward, at which time the discharge plate 30 also moves downward and presses the discharge plate 30 against the top surface of the shelf 33. The first driving mechanism comprises a screw motor, a screw nut 40 and a screw 39, the screw nut 40 is fixedly connected to the bottom surface of the movable plate 28, the screw nut 40 reciprocates up and down on the screw 39, the screw motor is fixed on the bottom plate of the housing 9, a guide rod 38 is vertically welded on the bottom plate, an outer side plate 32 is arranged on a side plate of the movable plate 28, and the guide rod 38 penetrates through the outer side plate 32, so that the protruding portion 6 reciprocates up and down on the guide rod 38. The first driving mechanism has a function of reciprocating linear motion, and the movable plate 28 has good up-and-down movement stability.
(2) The second driving mechanism 29 is turned on, and the second driving mechanism 29 may employ an air cylinder. The second driving mechanism 29 drives the discharging plate 30 to move forwards, the discharging plate 30 moves forwards, the discharging plate 30 abuts against the pressing portion 7 on the top surface of the shelf 33, the discharging plate 30 moves forwards, the shelf 33 integrally moves forwards, under the forward action of the shelf 33, the buckle 21 falls off from the outer end of the second limiting plate 18 and the outer end of the third limiting plate 19, meanwhile, the fourth limiting plate 20 falls off from the second limiting plate 18 and the third limiting plate 19, the buckle 21 and the fourth limiting plate 20 are recovered, and the shelf 33 extends outwards from the shelf centralized placement frame 11.
f. The shelf 33 is washed by a water gun, and the fodder and silkworm excrement scraped by the scraper are washed off from the top surface of the shelf 33.
g. The cleaned shelf 33 is discharged as a whole:
(1) The casing 9 is slid horizontally outward on the drain plate 34, and the casing 9 may be moved on the rail of the drain plate 34 by a rail-type carriage or may be fixed to the drain plate 34 by a large-sized cylinder which pushes the casing 9. The shelf 33 is moved out from above the drain plate 34, the first driving mechanism is returned to the initial position, and the second driving mechanism 29 is returned to the initial position.
(2) The rotation shaft 14 is controlled by the driving motor 15 to rotate the designed angle on the housing 9 counterclockwise, so that the shelf 33 rotates the designed angle on the placing plate 16 counterclockwise, and then the mechanical handle 4 of the shelf 33 is forced outward, so that the cleaned shelf 33 is discharged from the placing plate 16 as a whole.
(3) The water pipes are used for washing the water discharge grooves 36 of the water discharge plate 34 to remove dirt.
(4) The rotation shaft 14 is controlled by the driving motor 15 to rotate clockwise on the housing 9 by a designed angle so that the placing plate 16 is returned to the initial position, and the housing 9 is slid on the drain plate 34 to the initial position.
In step g, the washed shelf 33 is discharged from the placing plate 16 onto the conveyor belt, the washed shelf 33 is conveyed to the disinfection tank by the conveyor belt for disinfection, and the shelf 33 is dried after the disinfection is finished and then is placed in a frame in a unified manner, so that the shelf 33 is kept clean and can be used for next silkworm breeding.

The cleaning method of the shelf for the whole-aged industrial silkworm breeding is characterized by comprising the following steps: the shelf for full-age industrial silkworm breeding comprises a plate body, wherein a convex strip is arranged on the top surface of the plate body, a boss is arranged at the edge of the top surface of the plate body, the boss and the plate body are integrally formed, a mechanical handle is arranged on the top surface of the plate body, the mechanical handle is arranged in the boss, a through hole is formed in the plate body, and the through hole is formed below the mechanical handle;
a groove is formed in one side of each plate body, a protruding part is formed in the other side of each plate body, and when two adjacent plate bodies are abutted against each other, the protruding part of one plate body is clamped in the groove of the other plate body, so that the two adjacent plate bodies are connected into an integral structure;
the top surface of the plate body is provided with a pressing part, and the plate body moves by moving the pressing part;
the shelf centralized cleaning device is used for cleaning the shelf and comprises a shell, a swinging mechanism, a shelf centralized placing rack and a shelf discharging mechanism, wherein the shell slides on a water discharging plate in the horizontal direction; the swing mechanism comprises a swing arm and a rotating shaft, and the rotating shaft rotates on the shell through a driving motor; the shelf centralized placement rack comprises a placement plate, a first limiting plate, a second limiting plate, a third limiting plate and a fourth limiting plate, wherein the placement plate is welded on a fixed shaft of the swing arm, the first limiting plate is welded on the rear side of the placement plate, the second limiting plate is welded on the left side of the first limiting plate, the third limiting plate is movably connected on the right side of the first limiting plate, and the fourth limiting plate is movably connected on the front sides of the second limiting plate and the third limiting plate; the shelf discharging mechanism comprises a first driving mechanism, a movable plate, a second driving mechanism and a discharging plate, the first driving mechanism is fixedly connected to the shell, the movable plate is fixedly connected to the first driving mechanism, the first driving mechanism drives the movable plate to move up and down, the second driving mechanism is fixedly connected to the movable plate, the discharging plate is fixedly connected to the second driving mechanism, and the second driving mechanism drives the discharging plate to move back and forth in a notch of the movable plate;
the method comprises the following steps:
a. with shelf unit mount on shelf centralized placement frame:
(1) The shelves are horizontally placed on the placing plate, the two adjacent shelves are tightly clamped and connected, the bulge part on one shelf is embedded into the groove on the other shelf, so that the shelves placed on the placing plate are connected into an integral structure, and the whole shelf is abutted against the first limiting plate and the second limiting plate;
(2) Sliding a third limiting plate into a limiting groove on the right side of the first limiting plate, abutting the third limiting plate on the shelf, and then installing a fixing piece on the first limiting plate, wherein the fixing piece is used for fixing the third limiting plate;
(3) Mounting a fourth limiting plate on the front sides of the second limiting plate and the third limiting plate, wherein the second limiting plate and the third limiting plate penetrate through a clamping groove of the fourth limiting plate, the fourth limiting plate abuts against the shelf, then clamping buckles are clamped at the outer end of the second limiting plate and the outer end of the third limiting plate, the buckles limit the fourth limiting plate, and the shelf is integrally limited on the first limiting plate, the second limiting plate, the third limiting plate and the fourth limiting plate at the moment;
b. washing the shelf by using a water gun, and standing the shelf for 2-5 min;
c. hanging the feed and silkworm excrement deposited on the top surface of the shelf by using a scraping blade;
d. cleaning the discharge plate, sliding the discharge plate into the notch of the movable plate, simultaneously loading the discharge plate onto a U-shaped block of the second driving mechanism, and fixing the discharge plate on the U-shaped block by using a fixing screw;
e. stretch out the shelf outwards from shelf centralized placement frame:
(1) Starting the first driving mechanism, controlling the movable plate to move downwards by the first driving mechanism, and pressing the discharge plate on the top surface of the shelf plate at the moment;
(2) Starting a second driving mechanism, driving the discharging plate to move forwards by the second driving mechanism, wherein the discharging plate abuts against a pressing part on the top surface of the shelf in the forward moving process of the discharging plate, the discharging plate moves forwards to enable the whole shelf to move forwards, under the forward action of the shelf, the buckle falls off from the outer end of the second limiting plate and the outer end of the third limiting plate, meanwhile, the fourth limiting plate falls off from the second limiting plate and the third limiting plate, the buckle and the fourth limiting plate are recovered, and the shelf extends outwards from the shelf centralized placement rack;
f. the shelf is washed by a water gun, and the feed and the silkworm excrement shoveled by the scraping blade are washed off from the top surface of the shelf;
g. discharging the cleaned whole shelf:
(1) Sliding the shell on the drain board in the horizontal direction towards the outer side, so that the shelf is moved out from the upper side of the drain board, returning the first driving mechanism to the initial position, and then returning the second driving mechanism to the initial position;
(2) The driving motor controls the rotating shaft to rotate on the shell in a counterclockwise direction by a designed angle, so that the shelf rotates on the placing plate in the counterclockwise direction by the designed angle, force is applied to the mechanical handle of the shelf outwards, and the cleaned shelf is integrally discharged from the placing plate;
(3) A water pipe is adopted to wash the drainage groove of the drainage plate to remove dirt;
(4) The rotating shaft is controlled by the driving motor to rotate on the shell by a designed angle clockwise, so that the placing plate returns to the initial position, and the shell slides on the drainage plate to the initial position.
