Abstract
本申请涉及一种通信方法、装置及设备。其中的一种通信方法适用于终端设备。该终端设备以第一用户身份向第一网络设备发送第一信息。第一信息包括的第二信息请求以第二用户身份建立、重建、或恢复RRC连接,第一信息包括的第三信息指示以第二用户身份建立、重建、或恢复RRC连接完成。该终端设备以第一用户身份接收来自第一网络设备的第四信息,第四信息用于响应第一信息。终端设备如果需要以第二用户身份与网络建立连接,可以通过第一用户身份的RRC连接来建立第二用户身份与网络之间的RRC连接,既能满足第二用户身份与网络建立RRC连接的需求,也能减少建立RRC连接过程所需要的时间,从而减小业务的时延,提升用户的使用感受。
