Abstract

本申请实施例提供一种通信方法、设备和装置，涉及无线通信技术领域，用以提高SN变更的可靠性。该方法中终端设备可以接收第一配置信息。如果终端设备的源MCG或源SCG发生RLF，终端设备可以发送第一消息。其中，该第一消息可以包含终端设备接收到第一配置信息开始至源MCG或源SCG发生无线链路失败之间的时间段信息，和/或源MCG或源SCG发生RLF开始至终端设备发送第一消息之间的时间段信息。基于该方案，终端设备接收到第一配置信息后，若源SCG或源MCG发生RLF，终端设备可以上报时间段信息，使得网络设备可以根据终端设备上报的信息，在网络设备间交互合理、有效的信息，进而使得网络设备可以进行参数优化。
