Abstract
本申请公开了一种通信方法及装置,应用于移动通信领域。该方法包括第一网络设备向第二网络设备发送第一消息,所述第一消息用于向所述第二网络设备请求获取终端设备的上下文;所述第一网络设备接收来自所述第二网络设备的第二消息,所述第二消息包括第一移动历史信息和第二移动历史信息,所述第一移动历史信息是所述终端设备记录的,所述第二移动历史信息是网络设备记录的,所述第二消息是第一消息的响应消息。通过该方法可以使得没有终端设备上下文的网络设备获取完整的终端设备的移动历史信息,从而基于完整的移动历史信息,可以例如设置合适的测量参数,进而选择合适的目标小区进行切换,以降低终端设备进行小区切换失败的概率和切换次数。
