Abstract
The invention relates to comment information display, comment information generation method, device and electronic equipment, wherein the comment information display method comprises the steps of responding to a live broadcast page display request of a target live broadcast room, and acquiring historical service comment information of a target user account corresponding to the target live broadcast room; the target user account number has a business interaction relationship with a historical recommendation object of a target anchor corresponding to the target live broadcasting room; the historical business comment information is business comment information of the target user account on the target anchor; and displaying the live broadcast page of the target live broadcast room, and displaying the historical service comment information in a first area of the live broadcast page. By utilizing the embodiment of the invention, other users can be helped to better know the target anchor service execution condition, the user service decision speed is improved, the object recommendation effect and the processing efficiency of the object recommendation service in the live broadcast process can be further improved, and the resource waste of a live broadcast platform system is effectively reduced.

Fig. 4 is a flowchart of a comment information display method according to an exemplary embodiment, and as shown in fig. 4, the comment information display method is used in a terminal electronic device, and includes the following steps.
In step S401, in response to a live page display request of a target live broadcast room, historical service comment information of a target user account corresponding to the target live broadcast room is obtained.
In one particular embodiment, the target live room may be a live room for conducting an object recommendation service. The target user account number has a business interaction relationship with a history recommended object of a target anchor corresponding to a target live broadcasting room; optionally, a user account having a business interaction relationship with a history recommended object corresponding to a target anchor in the target live broadcasting room in a preset history period may be selected as the target user account. Specifically, the preset history period may be set in connection with the actual application, for example, approximately 30 days or the like. In step S402, a live broadcast page of the target live broadcast room is displayed, and historical service comment information is displayed in a first area of the live broadcast page.
In a specific embodiment, the historical service comment information may be displayed in a first area of the live page while the live page is displayed; and displaying the historical service comment information in the first area of the live page after the live page is displayed for a preset time.
In an alternative embodiment, the first area may be an area for presenting historical business comment information. In a specific embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of a live page provided according to an exemplary embodiment. Optionally, the ranking information may be generated in combination with comment times corresponding to a plurality of service comment information, and accordingly, the obtaining ranking information corresponding to a plurality of service comment information may include: obtaining comment time corresponding to a plurality of business comment information; and determining ranking information according to the comment time.
In a particular embodiment, the comment time may be a time at which comment information was generated. Optionally, the smaller the time difference between the comment time corresponding to any comment information and the current time is, the earlier the ranking of the comment information is.
Optionally, the ranking information may be generated in combination with viewing data corresponding to a plurality of service comment information, and accordingly, the obtaining ranking information corresponding to a plurality of service comment information may include: obtaining viewing data corresponding to a plurality of business comment information; from the viewing data, ranking information is determined.
In a specific embodiment, the viewing data corresponding to the comment information may be the number of times that the comment information is viewed after the live page corresponding to the target anchor is displayed. Optionally, the larger the viewing data corresponding to any comment information is, the higher the ranking of the comment information is.
Optionally, the ranking information may be generated by combining quality analysis data corresponding to a plurality of service comment information, and correspondingly, the obtaining ranking information corresponding to a plurality of service comment information may include: performing quality analysis on the plurality of business comment information to obtain quality analysis data; and determining ordering information according to the quality analysis data.
In a specific embodiment, the quality analysis data may represent validity of evaluation of the recommended service condition of the target anchor processing object by the comment information; optionally, a preset quality analysis model may be combined to perform quality analysis on the multiple service comment information to obtain the quality analysis data. Specifically, the quality analysis model may be obtained by training a preset machine learning model in advance in combination with sample comment information and labeling quality analysis data corresponding to the sample comment information.
In an alternative embodiment, the quality analysis data may be a numerical value capable of characterizing the validity of the assessment; alternatively, the value is positively correlated with the evaluation effectiveness; alternatively, the larger the quality analysis data corresponding to any comment information, the higher the ranking of the comment information.

Fig. 10 is a block diagram illustrating an electronic device for comment information presentation or comment information generation, which may be a terminal, and an internal structure diagram thereof may be as shown in fig. 10, according to an exemplary embodiment. The electronic device includes a processor, a memory, a network interface, a display screen, and an input device connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the electronic device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the electronic device includes a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system and a computer program. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of the operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage media. The network interface of the electronic device is used for communicating with an external terminal through a network connection. The computer program, when executed by a processor, implements a comment information presentation or comment information generation method. The display screen of the electronic equipment can be a liquid crystal display screen or an electronic ink display screen, and the input device of the electronic equipment can be a touch layer covered on the display screen, can also be keys, a track ball or a touch pad arranged on the shell of the electronic equipment, and can also be an external keyboard, a touch pad or a mouse and the like.

In an exemplary embodiment, a computer-readable storage medium is also provided, which when executed by a processor of an electronic device, enables the electronic device to perform the comment information presentation method or the comment information generation method in the embodiments of the present disclosure.
In an exemplary embodiment, a computer program product containing instructions that, when run on a computer, cause the computer to perform the comment information display method or comment information generation method in the embodiments of the present disclosure is also provided.

Claims (35)
1. The comment information display method is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
responding to a live broadcast page display request of a target live broadcast room, and acquiring historical service comment information of a target user account corresponding to the target live broadcast room; the target user account number has a business interaction relationship with a historical recommendation object of a target anchor corresponding to the target live broadcasting room; the historical business comment information is generated aiming at the target anchor when the target user account comments on the historical recommended object;
And displaying the live broadcast page of the target live broadcast room, and displaying the historical service comment information in a first area of the live broadcast page.

Acquiring historical service feedback information of the target user account on the target live broadcast, wherein the historical service feedback information is feedback information of a preset service execution index corresponding to the target recommended service;
determining service execution index data according to the historical service feedback information;
and determining the business recommendation summary information according to the business execution index data.

acquiring recommended service interaction data corresponding to a historical user account with a service interaction relation with the historical recommended object;
and taking the user account with the recommended service interaction data meeting the preset interaction condition in the historical user account as the target user account.

determining a current recommended object of the target live broadcasting room;
matching the current recommended object with the historical recommended object to obtain an object matching result;
determining target business comment information from the historical business comment information based on the object matching result;

responding to a feedback instruction triggered based on the feedback operation information, and displaying service feedback information corresponding to the preset service execution index in the second comment area;
